It is uncommon to find a team who dedicate themselves to finding you exactly what you are looking for at a fair price and ensuring that the vehicle you will be getting is one that will be safe and reliable to drive. They listen and they do not try to push a sale on you to their benefit as so many sales people do. They truly wish for you to be happy with your purchase. The response time was amazing, messages were answered timely, all questions were answered (and there were lots of them) and never did they make us feel like we were wasting time or being a burden. They put in extra time to ensure that the vehicle we wanted was ready for pick up when we happened to be already headed to the area. We live 2 hours away so this was so greatly appreciated. I have never had that from a dealership, you work with their hours but not with the Kass team they want above and beyond for us. Even when we got there they wanted to ensure we were 100% happy before even thinking of signing the papers. We were not rushed everything was very smoothly taken care of. We are super happy with our new to us vehicle and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know vehicle shopping.

I was in the market for a car and wanted something fairly new with low km’s. I went to their website and filled out info. Within minutes, they contacted me with multiple options and payment plans. They never pushed me towards a certain vehicle, gave me all the time needed to pick out the right one for me. After the deal was done, they offered to deliver the car wherever I was. Where to start. I dealt with Adam on the sales staff and I’ve never met such a down to earth honest salesman in all my life. When I pulled in to pick up my truck the owner of the place was outside hand washing it for me. As a business owner myself this sort of thing speaks volumes about who these guys are. Also chatted with the mechanic and he’s a knowledgable guy who wouldn’t even let my truck leave with half used brakes. Any dealership in town would have sent me driving off with those breaks. I would recommend Kass Auto to anyone who longs for a piece of mind purchase experience. After looking around for what my heart wanted (new or used) SUV and being subject to the usual pressure selling which is a complete turn-off for me. I went on Facebook one day and saw an ad from Kass Auto, read reviews and noticed a friend of my daughter’s who was featured taking delivery of a vehicle from Kass Auto. Needless to say I was apprehensive by the “greasy” small used car lot stereotype we are all familiar with, yet I felt less fearful, even at ease by the reviews that the owners were one of a kind. I actually drove by several times in their used car lot looking at their inventory and never step inside although I was impressed by how clean, low mileage and fair priced their vehicles were. One day I finally stopped to view something I liked, test drove, applied for a loan and was approved. Although I could not get the exact vehicle I wanted for my desired bi-weekly payment, they offered me another SUV that was even better, took it for a test drive and fell in love with everything, even my bi-weekly payment. I now am the owner of a NEW to me SUV at my payment. My initial choice was black but ended up with a pearl SUV which highlights my experience with Chris, Greg and Chiara from Kass Auto. If you want a great test drive, finance application process and delivery without any deceit or “grease” then give them a try. Like my SUV choice, they are as different from the competition as black and white (pearl) in my case, they really are a rare PEARL.

From day one Greg was amazing he secured me an intrest rate 7% lower with his great list of lenders at his finger tips. The car was fully serviced upon pickup the brakes were almost new on my vehicle but he still insisted on replacing them all.
