Was looking for our next set of Wheels. Finding AWD sedans that are in our price range is harder and harder. I have frequented this dealership and been to them btw each move. Now located in Bayer's Lake I finally found the one i was looking for. Great staff, good communication and great with the kids. We managed to get approval, and have all the paperwork lined up less than 24hrs. They may be Small but their service is top notch. They also recommend and support local shops for service which is awesome. If your looking for a new or used set of wheels this is the place to go.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - I emailed this dealer about one of their vehicle. They answered very quickly on the first couple of emails, until i started asking question regarding the vehicle. I had to chase this salesmen around to get a price on my trade after 24 hrs of submitting him the information. The evaluation on my vehicle was fair(I will give them this, they said its worth between X and Z, lets meet in the middle at Y) I then started asking if it was the best price they could take for their vehicle. No reply for another 20 hrs before i started asking for a reply. Before he replied, i decided to check online services to see what the vehicle was worth. The dealer wanted 19 900 for a vehicle worth at best 16 300$. I exclaimed this to him once he replied with a best offer of 19 500$. He said he couldn't take less than 19 500$ .I then ask him to provide me with information on where he got his evaluation for the vehicle. NO REPLY. Be vary wary of this dealership and do you research before you buy!!

Robert at Griffin Motors was an absolute pleasure to do business with. As a young adult female with little experience in this area I considered myself a potential target for getting ripped off. I also had some complexities with trying to trade in my old car with out of province plates. Robert was very quick to answer my inquiry, set up a test drive and answer all my questions (I had lots!!). Then, he was patient with giving me a couple days to get in my finances and insurance in order. Again I had many questions - he was always quick and polite by phone, email and text. I was happy with the offer he for gave my trade in. It was 100$ more than everywhere else I looked. The car I purchased was offered at a price that was $500 less than others on the Market. The car was in great condition. Came spotless. One previous lease owner before I purchased it. Robert was honest about the 1 previous small fender bender it had been involved in and shared the details about that with me. I also wanted winter tires with rims, so Robert shopped around for me (gave me multiple options to choose from!), coordinated the tire switch, and built that in (at tire cost!) to my bill of sale. Purchasing was straightforward. He had all the documents ready and organized when I arrived. I showed up pretty excited to buy my car, so I left in a bit of hurry and then realized I didn't know how all the buttons worked in my new car. So I went back to ask Robert about where the volume control was. He proceeded to give me a second (I had already test drove it a few days prior) full tour of my car. In the time of COVID19, it's likely helpful to other shoppers that I comment on the fact that I was impressed with their public health guideline following (masks on, hand sanitizer at the door etc.) Buying a car by yourself during COVID19 was also a bit lonely - Robert helped me take pictures so I could share them with my family and friends. I couldn't be more happy with the service! Writing this review was important to me and the least I could do. Thanks Griffin Motors!

I purchased a 2007 Porsche turbo from Robert at Griffin motors. As a out province purchaser (Ontario) my first contact with Robert was pleasant. He told me the car had a lot of interest and I believed him as the turbo was priced for a quick sale which brought me to him in the first place. He answered any questions I had and sent me a video of the complete car inside and out. He was clear on any upgrades and of minor issues that he was aware of. The main reason I think Robert and Griffin motors are a step above other dealership is because of they're customer service which the most dealers don't have a good reputation on. Once the car arrived to me it was as he explained. I did notice a broken part and I brought it to roberts attention and he was quick to resolve this matter. Great experience overall. I purchased a 2016 Tesla Model S from Rob. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Since I bought my vehicle without having the ability to travel to Nova-Scotia due to the COVID travel restrictions, Rob took time to send as many pictures as I wanted and also went over the car with me via FaceTime. Rob also coordinated the shipping of my car to Ontario. When I took delivery of the vehicle the driver door handle no longer worked; I reached out to Rob who immediately offered to pay for the repair. My experience with Griffin Motors in January was excellent. Unfortunately, after driving my vehicle for 4 and a half months (5600 km) my brakes were totally shot, front and back, and the tires that were on the vehicle at delivery, which were changed out for winter tires when I got the vehicle, were also not worth putting back on, as they were full of dry rot. I did contact Robert with the information, and they offered $500. toward the bill for the brakes. I appreciate the $500. , but the brakes definitely should not have passed inspection by BMW, and I should not have had to put a full set of brakes, pads, rotors, and sensors on a vehicle after 4 and a half months, and driving only 5600 km.

They are the only dealer I know that offers free after market warranty (griffin difference) for 6 months. We found a beautiful 5 series BMW for sale at Griffin and we had been wanting to trade in our 3 series for a larger vehicle with more options and this was perfect. We sent a message through Facebook Messenger and within an hour was contacted back. All of our questions were answered with confidence and my husband went that same day to look at it and loved it. We were able to complete the entire application process via phone and email/messenger and by early evening we had our approval on hand. We went the following afternoon and went through the super quick and very painless process of purchasing the vehicle. The entire time there was no pressure and no pushiness which is what we like ...a nice easy going experience especially during such a stressful time for everyone. Robert was amazing to work with and communicated quickly and efficiently and left us feeling confident with our purchase.
