Here you will see the opinions of real people who bought the services of Fairley & Stevens Ford (Car Concessionaire) in Halifax area (Canada).
At the moment this firm has a rating of 4.2 stars over 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is very good, and it's founded on a large number of scores, so we may think that the assessment is quite credible. If many people have bothered to leave their score when they are satisfied, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to write reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Car Concessionaire corresponds to the category of Car dealer.
Very friendly service department. Waited less than the estimated time they had mentioned. Easy to use wifi in the waiting area along with convenient booths for a little privacy so i could catch up on a few work related affairs.
Just had a very confusing issue with my Ford Chassis RV and its brakes. Fairley & Stevens service department rectified the situation with 100% satisfaction and deserve a big thumbs up for how it was handled. I can understand how a previous reviewer said "Best I've dealt with" Special Thanks to the great customer service provided my Mr. Cory Veinot keep up the great work.
Technician Tom Kilroy was awesome. Very thorough. GREAT service.
Amazing customer service, non-aggressive and super helpful sales representative. Highly recommend!
The service department has never completed a job for us in a completely satisfactory manner. The last visit in we had sensors put in our winter rims and installed on the vehicle. This is the second time they have put these winter tires on our truck and have not marked the tires taken off to keep a proper rotation. I have 10 K on these tires and have no idea where to put them for rotation when they go back on. Tires are very expensive and if one wears more than another you have to replace more than just that one. Unacceptable how they never completely finish a job.
I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first new vehicle with Fairley & Stevens Ford! I called in inquire about the 2021 Ranger at a few dealerships, a competitor would not answer my questions unless I came in for an appointment. Terry Cavadini returned my call from Fairley & Steven immediately and answered all my questions, was very informative and overall made my experience amazing. I purchased the Ranger without even going to the dealership to view the vehicle as I am quite a ways from the city. Terry texted me pictures and sent all kinds of imformation. When I arrived at the dealership to pick my new truck, the great experience continued. Everyone was very friendly and overall I am very happy. I highly recommend Fairley & Stevens Ford. Thank you Terry for all you assistance and very professional customer service!
I have had a couple service appointments with Fairley and Stevens Ford and both times the service was prompt and fair priced. The truck shop was receptive to my needs and requests and met the level of care I was expecting. I will continue to service my Ford vehicle at Fairley and Stevens.
I have been leasing /buying new vehicles from Fairley and Stevens Ford for the past 20+ years and have always had a positive experience, both on the sales side as well as the service side of their business. The staff are extremely accommodating in all aspects of sales and service and I have come to rely totally on their expertise and recommendations, especially that of Jim Tapp who I deal with exclusively when leasing/purchasing new vehicles.
Great customer service, I didn’t have to wait days for an appointment, and the job was finished same day I dropped my car off! They also kept me well informed during the repair. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
I was looking for information on buying a new Ford vehicle and spoke with Salesperson Lenny Parsons. He was very informative with great customer service. Thanks again Lenny!
Very friendly helpfull staff( Bob Powers)
The team at Fairley & Stevens do a great job. We are still having trouble with the 24 clock settings on our truck (won't maintain the setting) and I wish basic servicing was not so expensive.
We were travelling across Canada in July and ran into trouble with our motorhome in Dartmouth. We were rudely turned away by 5 different repair shops when we came across the Fairley and Stevens dealership. We stopped in with faint hope and were absolutely stunned when they not only were able to take us that very morning but they were friendly, helpful, informative and even welcomed our two little dogs. We were given a ride to a nearby park to enjoy a lovely walk while we waited. We were picked up from the park when the vehicle was ready. The work they did made all the difference to the vehicle and they ONLY did what was needed with no pushy additional charges or extra parts. The shop is clean, bright, efficient and very smoothly run. I still find it hard to believe such a place exists. If I could give you 10 stars I would! Thank you soooo much!
Quick service. Not the answer I wanted, but quick results.
Good service and staff!
Not very happy with the service, took my car there for an oil change, was gonna have them look at my front strut, to see what was making a noise, then told them to look cause they were gonna charge me an hour to look at it, they did the oil change, and then came out and tried telling me that I have a lot of play in my front both upper tire rod ends, which I don't, I'd be able to tell, then when we went to pay for our bill and get the keys the guy who parked my car, left the window down and the keys in it, and the service guy didn't know where the keys were, almost gave me someone else's keys. Not going back there, I will continue going to race auto group where I can get excellent service.
I bought my SUV from here in August. Terry Cavandini was very helpful from the beginning. He was communicate with me back and forth until finish the deal. He was able to quote me a good price for the SUV and the interest rate offered was fantastic. There was a small mistake on our financial and Mike was able to fix it so quickly. Even after buying the vehicle Terry helped and given me a touch up paint to fix small scratches on my SUV. He went above and beyond customer service and promised to give good deal on winter Tire package. I have dealt with other FORD dealer in the past and had very bad experience. But the service I got from here is exceptional. So happy I bought my car there and looking forward the same experience in service department as well
Couldn't be more impressed with the service I have received thus far. Very knowledgeable salesman Justin Hartt has gone above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. Each and every staff member has been so accommodating. I would certainly recommend Fairly and Stevens as a dealership that puts their customers first. I look forward to having my regular service work done at this dealership knowing the entire staff works so well together and they know their business. Very impressed.
I haven't bought a vehicle here but I am extremely pleased with the service department fixing a few different recalls.
great staff jim T great sales person very knowledgeable
I've always had great service; however, I'm only rating it as a four because, as of late, the service department no longer replaces the windshield wipers during each service. Replacement of the wipers at each service was clearly stated when I purchased the maintenance package, but now I'm told it's only after 6 months. This wouldn't be a big deal if it was explained during my purchase,; however, changing the deal after the original agreement is not honest in my opinion.
Service good are always friendly and professional.
Yes he’s my husband, but he is for a reason. I made him work for selling me my first car…but I’ve trusted him with my car choices that keep our family safe 1000% since then! I’ve got to see the way he works with his clients since the day I met him and he truly treats them/you like gold. He is very talented at his work! And if you’re in need (like I was the other day banging up my car and another persons) he’s got your back in a heartbeat! There’s not enough stars for this pro!
Dropped the truck off at 7:45am got the shuttle home. Received a call about something they found and brought to my attention. I gave them the go ahead and that was it. Easy and no hassle. When the truck was done the shuttle picked me up and that was it. Quick and easy. What else can I say.
It was my first time purchasing a vehicle straight from the dealer, and Fairley & Stevens made sure that it would not be my last. The SUPER friendly staff was very knowledgeable and willing to hep me find the right car for me and my budget. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Great place to get parts for my Ford Focus. They are cheaper than MacPhee Ford.
Love my new ford Transit connect. Service was great i walked in there and got a call the same day to pick it up. I have used fairly and Stevens in the past and i am glad i decided to stop that day.
The sales guy left me waiting even though I had expressed that I was in a rush, and had a prearranged appointment. The Ford Escape that I bought is nice. I will likely by my F250 from them next year.
Took my car in here for a rather large job which basically and to my understanding was complex and required tearing half the engine down, the team at fairly and stevens was polite, kept me well updated giving me calls daily and had the job done in about 2 days, upon receiving the car back it did appear there was a mistake made when putting it back together I dropped my car back off at fairly and stevens and they corrected the issue without hesitation. All in all I am very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend fairly and stevens over anyone else as it's hard to find a car dealer anymore that goes above and beyond in the manner this one does. If i ever need anything like this done again this will be my first stop! Thanks so much!
I bought a used truck from Fairley and Stevens. Haven't put many kilos on it so can't speak to quality of vehicle, but quality of sales and finance help was excellent. Jim sold me the car and Pat helped out with finance. Both were helpful and friendly. They also weren't pushy or sales-y, which is great because that often makes the car buying experience awful. Satisfied with experience there. Hopefully the ride holds up well!
My sister had her car serviced here. I was quite impressed with the waiting area for people, the professionalism of the staff. She won't hesitate to come back if she needs more work done to the car...
An absolute pleasure to deal with, both Kate & Mike made buying our new F-150 so simple and painless.
The worst place I've ever had to deal with. I will never buy a ford again. They've wasted our time with services that need to be redone, or rebooked, or never have the parts. Not to mention they told us we needed to get a service done, and we booked the appointment to have it done, only to find out they didn't have a part because they didn't order it. So they put a reject sticker on our car and told us we had to go in every 10 days to get a new REJECT sticker until the part comes in.
Outstanding. Had an issue needing immediate attention, Corey got me in problem fixed. Shuttle got me home and back while repairs being done. A true Nova Scotia business everyone professional and friendly. Very very pleased from buying my car from Will to all service provided to date. Highly recommend.
Replaced my transmission, the only time the car drove this nice was when I bought it.
First of all I'd like to explain why 4 stars vs 5 stars. I think every business has room to improve and while they may do things well, I feel there is room for improvement. One small example, I made my first appointment via the booking system online but was never notified that it was receive or given a time. That could have easily been my incorrect use of the site. However, this is not a critique about where they can get better, it's simply my thoughts on the service work I've had done here. Fairley & Stevens Ford so far as been a dependable location in this industry. They always call to give updates if necessary and call when they say they're going to call. Every time I have dropped my Taurus, or my wife's CMax off for servicing it's always completed ahead of schedule. The vehicle is nice and clean and essentially returned to me the way it was dropped off to them. Combine that with their shuttle service, flexible appointment hours and a fantastic customer service team in the service department, I think it's hard to find a business that does it any better than Fairley & Stevens. Quite satisfied and yes I would recommend them.
5 Star Customer Service and Professionalism of all their staff based on my most recent experience. Highly recommend them!
It was a great experience with fairly especially with jon hoskins Applied online on Friday they delivered my car in Sydney by Wednesday 7 * for hoskins and thank you for everything All the very best
Got my winter tires installed. I got a good price on the tires and it didn't take all day to get them put on.
Dealt with Darcy Campbell on many occasions. Excellent customer service and he is one if not the best around.
Poor Service, tries to find a spot of dirt to avoid your warranty. It was mentioned that the screws one the front cowl were not aligned as it looks to them, and will void the warranty(which we never worked on) , such a lame reason to come up with. Wont recommend to buy from them
Regular service, great COVID precautions in place
Friendly staff. I got my first car here and they were very friendly and patient while reviewing every line of financials!
Great selection. If your in the market for a Ford or a used quality vehicle. Fairley and Stevens will be your last stop. Take time to meet the staff. Excellent place.
What a great place to have your Ford serviced. Service was friendly. Cory went out of his way to make me feel special.
Fairley & Stevens Ford genuinely seem to care about pleasing customers. We bought our last two vehicles at this dealership. Kate was a great salesperson, really tried to address all of our needs (without up-selling us), and made the shopping process as easy for us as possible because we had two young kids along with us. I have to say though, part of our reason for purchasing our second vehicle at Fairley & Stevens is because of their excellent service record. Their Service Advisors are usually excellent and explain any service that needs to be done. One Service Advisor even climbed through my truck while it was up on the lift to grab some luggage for me because the service was taking longer than expected! My last couple service visits weren't perfect, with a few things being missed. A quick chat with Service Manager, Shawn Noonan, quickly resolved these issues. They took full ownership for any oversights and corrected the issues with as little hassle to me as possible. This kind of attitude doesn't seem to be the norm. I view it as outstanding customer service!
Purchased a 2021 F150 Lariat at F&S. Dealt directly with Darcy and Dave. Both were fantastic to work with and I can't wait to buy the next one. Already planning ahead. Highly recommend them as they will give you the best deal around.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Terry for the first time this week. I custom ordered a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat and the service was even better than the truck. Very accommodating and incredible to work with. I will definitely be referring any and all people to Terry and the amazing crew at Fairley and Stevens. The service was so great my father is trading in his vehicle to also get a truck here! Keep up the great work!
Once again Jim and the staff at Fairley & Stevens are what makes this dealership shine above the rest. This is our 5th Ford with all of them obtained at this dealership. The personal relationships they establish with the customer and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. Customer service is primary and rivals any dealership I have been to.
Happy owners of a 2017 Ford Escape SE Ruby Red. Love it. Hope when we go to trade it in in a few years time John Bond and Michael Giffin will still be there. Wonderful people. Appreciate that Fairley and Stevens are independently owned.
The service people seem nice, but don’t play nice. I got my brakes done here (callipers and everything) a few weeks ago which went fine. But now a few weeks later one of my new callipers fails and takes the break pads with it, there is no chance of any warranty from the pervious brake job. So don’t expect them to honour or care about any work the service department does.
I was sold a used (2013 ford focus) vehicle with an undisclosed rear window heater problem. They agreed to repair it, but carried out a band-aid fix that you'd expect from a back yard mechanic. The copper film they very messily applied over the burnt elements rubbed off with light finger pressure. I used the exact same kit to repair the window myself properly, without any issues afterward. I will never bring my vehicle here for service, or purchase from them again. Lesson learned. Mistakes happen, we all make them. Inspections get missed, that's not the issue. Band-aid fixing it is. There is clearly no advantage purchasing from a dealer opposed to buying privately.
I have had a lot of Ford vehicles serviced over the years at various Dealerships but I have never had such a clear, concise service follow-up all as I had from Sarah. I was informed exactly what the issue was, repairs to be performed in advance of completion, and the final cost was as exactly as quoted to the cent. Parts had to be brought in from Ontario and the vehicle was ready the very next day. Great service and super fast. Very glad I took my 2010 Ranger to the professionals. Thank you Sarah.
Talk to Shawn Noonan if you ever have any issues with your service at Fairley & Stevens. He truly understands what it means to treat a customer right. I had planned on just getting my winter tires on this fall but the service technicians found some additional work that was required. Needing to take my second car in for winters the following day, I was concerned appointment #2 may also present some unknowns and hurt my bank account right before Christmas. Shawn spoke with me and worked his magic and I walked away very happy, with both cars ready for the winter! Thanks, Shawn!!
Seems they have fixed a problem with my truck that Steele Ford couldn't after having the truck for almost 2 months. Then telling me it was normal after 2 months of trying to figure it out. I then brought it to fairley and Stevens. Took a couple of days because of testing but the truck hasn't acted up yet. Thank you Marc for your help and treating me like a valued customer.
Offered me a great deal to trade my F150 - I will be going back next week to do the deal
Very helpful, friendly staff. They fixed my car no problem. Will definitely be going back.
Having plow trucks and going to other dealers has always been a hassle for service. Always looking to blame stuff on the upfitters or the extra gear. It was very refreshing to have warranty work done through the warranty.
Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. Always have a smile on their faces.
I had my first oil change done on my used 2011 Ford Ranger at Fairly & Stevens in late November. Can't say a negative thing about it. Had the shuttle driver drop me off at work shortly after arriving at the dealership. Bobbi in service was very professional and ensured I understood what was being done to my vehicle and if I had any questions at all. I got a call shortly after my truck was dropped off that it was already done! I look forward to the next time I have to drop my truck off for service or any work. Thanks again! Christian.
The service team at Fairley & Stevens is always friendly and efficient from the time I drive through the door until I leave. When it was found that my vehicle could not be repaired that same day due to an unforeseen part issue. The staff quickly found me a replacement vehicle so that I could get on with my day. I always get a full report on the condition of my vehicle and a plan for future maintenance scheduling. I get all my work on my vehicle done here, so that there is a complete record of my vehicle on hand.
Booking a service apt is easy and when I drive in, it's a fast process to get it in and prompt return within the time frame they state. Overall very happy of the service dept.
Their service is incredible. The perfect balance of efficiency, friendliness and trustworthiness. I love them and would never bring my car anywhere else. Keep up the incredible service!
In for the Works Package. Excellent service. Vehicle ready when promised. Sarah looked after me "top notch". I also had a excellent experience at the Parts Department. I was looking for an interior accessory. Purchased the wrong item for my vehicle. It was exchanged seamlessly. Thank you.
Just bought a 2020 Mustang for these guy. My experience was amazing. My salesman Brian was great. Helped me with everything I needed and answered any questions asked. Also a shout out to Kevin and Mike in finance. Amazing experience with this dealership. Highly recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a ford or any used vehicle for that manner go ask for Brian.
The service is great. Their team is easy to speak to and they made purchasing the truck super easy. I had my truck undercoated and their finance manager hooked up with a vehicle for the day.
My fiance and I just picked up our new vehicle! We dealt with Jon Hoskins and he was terrific! We are 100% SATISFIED and highly recommend a stop in if you are purchasing a new ride!!
Always great service and friendly staff!
Brown and the team were terrific to deal with from Day 1. I was treated very well and given great value on my trade in vehicle. I was not pressured into any sales and was provided with ample time to take the new vehicle home to ensure it was the right fit for me and my family. Overall, extremely pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Brian and Fairley & Stevens.
Great service and great staff! I was in contact with Jon Hoskins who I would highly recommend, he was able to help me get into a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander with a low credit score and halved the interest I was paying on my prior car loan. He was quick to respond to all my inquiries and extremely helpful and had me in my new car in a day and a half. The vehicle was delivered with a full tank of gas and in immaculate condition. I would recommend Fairley & Stevens Ford and specifically Jon Hoskins for your car dealings!
Great experience purchasing a previously owned vehicle from Fairley & Stevens. In particular - Brian Brake went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
I really want to thank Brian and Mike for the flawless process my first big car purchase. They were honest and on my side. I had a bad experience with an online car dealership and these guys blew them away. I finally have my dream car and peace of mind with the Ford team. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out!!
I was very fortunate that Brian Brake and the team were able to secure me a truck within a couple of weeks. Brian was able to hunt me down exactly what I was looking for out of province without me feeling like it was going to be an impossible mission. Truck was shined up and had a full tank of fuel for me to enjoy on the weekend. I’d recommend reaching out to Brian for what ever product your looking for. Great guy.
Always a positive experience taking our F150 in to the Dartmouth service department!
Much better then steele ford in halifax
Simply very happy. As hard as it was to admit we needed a mini-van, we outlined the exact van we were looking for, they were quick to review inventory, clear with their pricing, open to our timelines, and brought it to us to test drive it. Very pleased with the final product and the sales process. We were treated by Ashley on our online inquiry who introduced us to Terry. Very happy to have been serviced by both of them.
Had a good experience event though I did not make a deal for a specific used vehicle I wanted. I let that one slip away; when I look back, I had my numbers wrong and it was a really good deal being offered to me.
Everyone has been so friendly a huge difference from Hollis Ford for sure!
I was in to have the oil changed in the Fusion and I had a scraping noise in the front right checked out. The staff were very friendly, and I was in and out in a very quick time. Top notch service this trip. Glenn Gay
My new ride
I was not happy yesterday. My appt. was made for 9:30 am. I was the LAST person getting my car returned at after 4:00 pm. I had no loaner car and no means of transportation throughout the whole day. Fortunately my invalid spouse was ok but I am not at all happy with this. Every time I go to get my car winterized or summerized (meaning change tires and oil change, safety inspection, etc.) I end up paying thousands of dollars... I think in November I paid some $1300.00 and on Monday I had to pay another $1300.00. My 2012 Ford Taurus is only 5 years old which isn't saying much for the make when within a 6 month period I had to put $2600.00 worth of repairs, etc. on it.
A good place!
I bought my car from here 2 years ago this November. I have dealt with them a few times for maintenance work and every time they have been more than helpful. This last time I used their shuttle service. They were very nice as well. When I came back after using a rental for the weekend, they were very helpful so I didnt have to lug my daughters car seat around. Nd they were very friendly and chatty with my almost 8 month old. I am very happy with every interaction I have had with them. So happy I bought my car there.
Great people, great service and good deals!
As usual, very professional, thorough and friendly service. Highly recommended.
Went in to get winter tires mounted Cory the service advisor was great as usual. Took about 45 min and Cory came to get me saying the job was complete tires checked and mounted paid up and left. About an hour later a low tire pressure icon showed up on the dash so back to Fairley and Stevens I go. Saw a different service advisor and told her tire icon was on which shouldn't be the case if the tires were checked when installed. She looked at the bill and said it was just for mounting the tires. A mechanic came out and pumped air into all four tires and reset the sensors. I have never in my years of driving been to a garage where they don't check tire pressures when mounting tires. This is the third time I have had problems with service here, part (rubber bushing) installed upside down, wheel lock left off , and now tires not checked when installed. There seems to be a careless disregard for detail at this shop.
Was in need of a new car and after researching several different makes, models *and the dealers*, F&S sales staff came out on top. They ticked all the boxes and made the whole process stress free. Kudos to Dave Giddens who was very pleasant, helpful and professional.
Hi I would like say to say thank you Darcy Campbell for his excellent service and his excellent experience in providing me with a vehicle that I was looking for and fast closing of the deal in his professional manner to get me into my new truck Darcy is nice man he will bend over backwards to get you the best price and options you are looking for and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car or truck from Fairley & Steven's Ford Dartmouth N.S Darcy is always pleasant and is number one to me and anyone who talks to him or has the pleasure to buy a vehicle from him thank you Darcy. And I would like to say thank you very much Pat Dupuis the Financial Manager From Fairley and Stevens Ford for his professional work he did for me to get all the paperwork done that was needed to get me into my truck and to find me the best interest rate at one of the finance companies that deal with him and Fairley & Stevens thank you Pat I would recommend Fairley & Stevens to anyone who is looking to get into a vehicle New or used. from Frank Chase.
Brian is a great salesman and he found us the perfect vehicle for us, this is our 5th vehicle purchased at this Ford Location and no regrets. Thank you once again.
So far so good getting my back brakes done $$$$$
As always, Fairley and Stevens are a cut above. Vehicle serviced promptly and, knowing I am disabled, they had the car ready at the front door. That is service.
The only place to buy a ford ! Go see Justin hartt!
The best service in town. Not only service ..the personnel is the best of the best in the region. I do recommend it
Terrible ...terrible terrible. Was my fav Ford dealership . Once your warrenty runs out its like they dont want u to come back. Well need not worry...myself and our fleet vehicles will never be back and I will spread the word.
A pleasant experience. Repairs completed quicker than expected and a complimentary oil change. Thanks Fairley & Stevens.
Excellent cake for the Nova Scotia Mustang Club to celebrate the anniversary of the Mustang. Thanks for everything.
It was great deal from here. Special Thanks to Andrew McCluskey. When I lost a better deal, he gave me another excellent deal. I recommend him. Thanks for MazdaBLUE. cheers
always a pleasure to deal with pros when it comes to cars tks phil livingstone
I used to love my 2012 focus but not so much any more and don't think we will be getting any more fords (my husband has a ranger). Chris the advisor was great. None of this is his fault. The car was in for safety inspection and checkup last fall and everything was wonderful. Then this month it seemed to need all new parts and a rebuild of the transmission. None of it now under warranty since it expired last year. I paid the $1900 bill to have the sway bars and other things fixed. Had to take it to a transmission shop to have that repaired and that cost me another $2400. The dealer would have cost a lot more if I had it done there. There is no way on gods green earth that I should have had to pay out $4300 to fix a 5 year old car. It is just not right and I am not going back.
My name is Chad Rhodenizer I did a deal through Will Turple and found him to be very helpful in explaining to me why I should by a Ford f150 from Fairley and Stevens. He took the time to go over all the features the vehicle has to offer making me feel comfortable with my new ride after delivery,i have no problem sending leads your way in the future Thank YOU.
Problems from the minute I arrived. Poor service poor communication. left my vehicle with them to have 48k service done, oil change and auto running boards fixed as well as safety inspection complete. I came back at the end of day after they told me it was ready and nothing was done. The running board were still deployed and not functioning. They did an inspection And rejected it because of the brakes. (However nothing was touched) dropped vehicle off a week later as I left the country on business for 3 weeks and had an appointment to have recalls, running boards,48k service and brakes done. Got back to the dealership after 3 weeks to find out my 2016 F-150 lariat fx4 special edition (74k vehicle) had not even been touched. they forgot it was in the very front of the dealership. They finally got the vehicle in and did their “recalls” and fix’s. Then I was told it was fixed and everything was done. Got mis quoted on brake job, running boards still not fixed. Doors were not staying closed. And my vehicle still didn’t have a safety inspection sticker on it after the brakes were repaired. This delayed me driving to Florida for Xmas with my family and had to leave after Xmas. It still wasn’t fixed. Terrible Service. Service manager offered to refund on labour for my brake job. Which was about 300 bucks. Me not having my vehicle ready for our trip and two other days prior cost me thousands and huge inconvenience as well missed out on Xmas with family in Florida. Had to drive down a week later as our lodging couldn’t be refunded. Service manager did not meet or exceed my expectations. And was not empathetic or even showed any kind of remorse for the huge mix up. If I had to run my business with this kind of service and performance I’d be ashamed of myself. I’ve been to both ford dealerships in metro and they both have been poor . This will be my last F-150 after 6 of them. Was going to purchase a new F350 lariat in the summer. Not going to happen. All other dealerships I have dealt with in Florida Alberta and Saskatchewan were perfect. Don’t buy a Ford if you have to deal with these sub par dealerships in Halifax. Probably the worst service and experience I have ever had with any dealership in my life. I bet when they read this they will pay their social media team to write 5 more reviews to burry this one so it’s not seen. I bet they won’t even contact me to set it straight. If I could give them a -5 stars I would.
When covid19 has you locked down browsing social media... I was brought to Fairley and Stevens Ford by a friendly add showing a company willing to work with me to get me the vehicle I wanted. I met Andrew Mccluskey when I first came in to test drive an Suv and in chatting I explained my history and finances. And also what vehicle was really my end goal to have. I wasn't really shopping for a vehicle, but IF any vehicle was to come in the model year etc, what it would have to be. He not only found me the exact package truck I wanted. He went over and above to get me payments well within my means and an interest lower then the rest. I will never send a friend or family member to anyone else in HRM. Beyond happy with my fully loaded 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport. ????
I chose Fairley & Stevens as I also felt that the independent dealerships always provided top level service and Fairley & Stevens lived up to that. They were able to find me the best cart vehicle I was looking for and I drove it off the lot in 24 hours - nothing I can say better than that. Thanks to John for introducing me to Wally and Wally for locating me our truck and Mike for finalizing the details.
Buying our first Ford was a painless process and the staff didn't waste our time. We were impressed and would recommend Fairly and Stevens to our friends.
Dave Hares did it again! This was the second time I have had the privilege to work with Dave. He takes the time to run through all of my options, and to ensure I have all of the information needed up-front before making any decisions. As a client, Dave always makes you feel super-special and never hesitates to do whatever he can to make you happy. Gerry, Dave's assistant, is an absolute pleasure to be around. His knowledge and humor made the experience even better. It was also great to be able to work with Mike in Finance again. He remembered us as clients, communicated with us clearly, and was always available for any questions we had. I am truly grateful for having the opportunity to have such great representatives of Ford help me with another lease. Our 2021 Explorer ST has been so much fun, and we are deeply thankful for Dave and Mike helping us, yet again!
I'm glad I stopped in as F&S proved to be head and shoulders above their competition. Thomas and Doug were friendly and knowledgeable and made my truck purchase an easy experience. Thanks guys.
I made appointment to have vehicle checked for noisy manifold which I found out is a common problem. I was in Cape Breton at the time, and could not get a reasonable appointment in Sydney. Fairley and Stevens Ford in Halifax was the soonest I could get an appointment. So I drove to Dartmouth to get the truck looked at. After they had it in for a few hours (to cool down engine) they informed me they had to order the parts. They knew I was coming from Cape Breton, could they have not ordered the parts or have some on hand to do the job then since it is a common problem? So I returned to Cape Breton. I received a call a couple of days later that the parts were in. But I made another appointment following my return to Halifax after my vacation. When I returned, they said it would take the whole day to complete. At 4 PM I checked my messages at home to find they required an additional day. I said it was okay. The next day, I received a call at about 8AM telling me that the truck was ready for pick up. They open at 7:30. Only a half hour to complete the job????? I did not understand that one. However, the job was done and under warranty. I am a happy camper overall. Another issue was that when I made the second appointment, I requested my truck undergo scheduled maintenance. However, when I came to pick up the truck the next day, this service was not completed siting that I declined the work. I did not. I believe the rationale behind this was that during my initial appointment, the service staff noted that I had not had my truck in for regular maintenance. I informed him that I usually get regular service at my son-in-law's service centre (Shorty's Automotive in Beaverbank, NS). He is a certified mechanic and is registered with the province to perform vehicle inspections as well. Any problems he cannot perform or anything under warranty, I go to F&S in Dartmouth, where I purchased the truck. However, I specifically asked for this service to be performed upon my return and a different service staff member said it would get done.
Fairley & Stevens Ford has been my Ford Dealership of choice since moving to Halifax last year. I have mainly used them as a service provider for my aging Ford Focus and have dealt primarily with Cory, from the service department. He has taken great lengths to explain exactly what was needed, why it was needed, and if it was 100% needed. My experience with other service advisers at other dealerships is that everything 'must' be done now. I know being taken advantage of and paying for unneeded repairs is a fear for many. With Cory, I feel like I am being treated fairly and being recommended only the work my vehicle needs. If anyone is looking for a honest and professional service adviser then you should certainly ask for Cory specifically at Fairley & Stevens Ford. I think that if all service advisers were like Cory dealerships in general would not get the bad rep they sometimes get due to over-recommending services.
In for regular service after receiving friendly reminder, thank you Brittney. Advised by Cory (my preferred service advisor) it should be under an hour. He called me back to service , timely, and respectfully filled me in on pertinent details and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Left feeling confident.
my oil change/checkup was very pleasant. I was treated with respect and people there are very friendly. I was informed of anything extra that was necessary, advised of the cost and asked for permission to go ahead before doing the work. I appreciate that.
My 2014 Escape has developed a water leak which has stained the headliner. I took it in for repairs, where they confirmed it was in fact leaking, however once they reviewed my file, they discovered that my manufactures warranty had expired two days prior to this visit. With that, they said there was nothing they could do for me and suggested I take my vehicle to an auto body shop in Middle Sackville because in their words, they didn't want to waste my time or money. Love the car, however I will not be returning to Fairly and Stevens.
I was passing through the area and needed an oil change on a Saturday. They fit me in and did a great job of getting me out quickly. A very friendly and professional operation.
Very disappointed in their service, total waste of my time and money. I came in to have my ford inspected for a specific problem & requested two things. 1) was to not have it scanned, because I just had it done at another dealer and 2) was to not road test it because it was not safe. I just wanted a physical inspection of the effected system. When i picked up my vehicle I discovered that the ONLY things they did to it was the two things i requested not be done. It was never even looked at, but I still had to pay. Avoid this place.
Took our 2014 Escape in for trade for a 2018 Escape and all the sevices providers were very knowledgable, informative and a pleasure to work with.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I've learned to have trust in them. Thank you again for the easy transition.
Terry Cavadini always makes dealing with Fairley and Stevens a pleasure. I highly recommend Terry.
They were great to work with especially salesman Jim tapp , very satisfied with the whole experience
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Made sure we left with what we needed and wanted. Big dealership with old fashioned customer service. We are very pleased with our new Ford Escape. Great experience overall.
Always a delight dealing with the staff at Fairley & Stevens! We've bought several vehicles from them now based on their service and great vehicle pricing!!
I recently traded in my 2009 Ranger, which I bought and had serviced at Fairley & Stevens in 2009, for a 2010 Ranger. Norm Levick was the sales consultant that I dealt with for the sale and post sale follow up. There were a few minor issues with the 2010 Ranger that surfaced in the first few days. Norm and the people at F&S quickly made the necessary repairs at no cost to me. Over the past 6+ years F&S have provided me with excellent service. Ken Compton
Poor service. Giving one star as it's the minimum I have to. On Feb 12th,2021- Took SUV in to check door lock issues and to install dashcam (hardwire). Something that another company ( Atlantic Car Stereo in dartmouth) had said would take 2 to 2.5 hours and around $200 -$250. This dealership took from 10:30 am till almost 4:30 pm. The 6 hours I was there waiting, received no updates ( other than technician asking few questions about positioning of the camera. I stayed 6 hours assuming they were working on my door locks as well. Come to find out, the locks worked just fine, so they didn't have to do anything with it. 6 hours were spend on wiring the camera. Was not even offered a drink, no apology for the wait, no update through out the time. [ may be I am used to the customer service at Macphee Ford and Steele and Oregans- the places I have been to so far]. Anyways Total cost paid for labour after 4:30 pm was $713 plus for a $200 dashcam. End result- back camera still didn't work. It worked when I pushed the cord all the way in later on. Also found a panel cover on the back seat that they forgot to reinstall. Belongs to some panel under the dash in front. Now I have to take it back again tomorrow, Feb 13th. I believe they have no experience in hard-wiring dashcams into Ford vehicles. They should have been upfront with me instead of figuring things out- on my expense. Same job was told would take 2-2.5 hours and less than $200 at the dealership where I bought the vehicle from (Macphee Ford). Brought it here as I wanted the door lock issue be checked out asap. I assumed the rest of the service would be standardized at all dealer servicing centers, hence I didn't ask for a quote first. My fault. Will never seek their service again. Will try local workshops first. Worst experience ever compared to any other dealership, regardless of vehicle make, that I have ever attended. Note: technician was kind and did good work hiding all the wires. But I truly believe was figuring out things as it came across and hence took 6 hours. [ why else would 2 other independent companies offer the same service for less amount and faster completion]. UPDATE: received call from manager of service department. He apologized for the experience and refunded $325. He also assured to ensure to improve the way they do things, so no other customer would have to experience the same.
I blew out a tire on my way into Burnside and the Ford dealership was the closest stop. I drive a Kia. It was almost closing time for the technicians. I spoke with four people at the dealership. I only remember Sarah's name but EVERY member of their team bent over backwards at the end of their day to help research replacement tire options. They ended up swapping out my busted tire with my spare. No charge. Based on the high degree of service excellence, I will definitely be checking out this Ford dealership for my next car. Thank you Ford team!
Truck went in for service and inspection and the service was over the top and I was very happy with it.
I went in to have rear window wiper unit replaced since it had broken off. I was greeted immediately, given good advice, heard I could be dropped off and picked up from where I needed to be in order to leave my vehicle for service and after having a service slip written up, off I went. I received a call advising me that my vehicle was ready and to simply give the shuttle driver a call when I was ready. I was able to use a credit when I signed up for a service opportunity so my bill was quite reasonable. Service was good all around. Thank you.
Very disappointed overall. Took a vehicle in for an MVI inspection, they lost the title papers. One part needed replacement, they were not able to find or source the part, I ordered it and provided it independently. Picked up the vehicle with the surprise that I had been charged 3.3 hours (459$) of labour to replace a steering drag link (only 2 nuts to remove, not even seized). This either theft or incompetence, my recommendation is to find a better place for maintenance or inspections. Staff was friendly.
I felt that I was over-charged for labour to install a new battery & module. As always, the staff was polite and helpful although I had to leave my car at the garage over-night. Also, I brought my car in as it was driving erratically/bumpy and I feel this has not been solved to my satisfaction.
Brian Brake Sold me a pre-owned Ram 1500, great experience, Truck has been great also! I will be back.
I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Edge SEL from Fairley and Stevens. I had the pleasure of working with Dean Sampson and I must say that dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. He has an infectious personality and made the entire process really fun. He was extremely excited to show me all of the features of the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I secretly had already spent about a month or two researching this vehicle before I purchased it but didn't have the heart to stop him from eagerly explaining all the features of the vehicle. He was more excited about it than me!! He went above and beyond to assist me through the entire process and wasn't overly aggressive about pricing. He basically presented me with the options, told me what he felt was the best and left the ball in my court to decide how I wanted to proceed. If I had the money to buy a new vehicle every year, I would just so I can go through the process with him again. Great guy, great experience overall and I was sold a great vehicle. Thanks again Fairley and Stevens!
I was looking for some information on the new bronco spoke with the salesman Lenny Parsons I was very impressed with all the information that he was able to give me .Thanks
I just purchased a brand new 2016 F-150 from Fairley & Stevens. Because this is my first truck, I have no experience what I need. The sale team give me lots of honest and professional advice and help. Special thanks to Gerry Walsh, Dave Hares and Mike Giffin. They did fantastic job to make the whole process enjoyable and easy.
Fast great service! Love coming into Fairley and Stevens and feeling like family.
I was extremely disappointed with my last service visit to Fairley and Stevens. The air conditioner on my 2013 F150 had failed after being used only a few times last year and the year before and never this year. The vehicle has 87,000 Kms on it. I was told it needed most everything related to the AC at a price of $2360. The cost to diagnose this was $200. I was also told upon arrival that my front alignment was out of spec although I had just had it aligned at Fairley and Stevens during the previous service visit. Either their equipment or their alignment person is questionable as this F150 is only driven between Fall River and Dartmouth and not on rough roads. I had also requested a cost to fix a faulty tire valve pressure sensor, which was ignored. I am simply disappointed with the faulty AC after minimal usage and plan to shop elsewhere for service on it. A wasted and expensive day. Paul Lyon
Purchased a used 2016 Edge from Fairley & Stevens Ford. The salesman Justin Hartt was great to deal with and financing with Mike Kleykens was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend the dealership and will be going back when it’s time to upgrade again.
Awesome service. Great place to purchase a new truck!
Great place to go. Darcy and Jon worked hard to get me on the road quick and I just love my Altima. Ford Fairly & Stevens Ford is the place to go if you want a good deal and a good car.
Truck dropped off on a Saturday for 8 am didn't get it done (schedule maintenance plus a mvi) No call or rental when I drove back to get it ,yes no call I had to drive there at closeing to find out it was not ready and it was too late for a rental When I did get it back on Tuesday (no truck for a long weekend ) it was still not fixed the Ford trained technicians missed a seized caliber and had broken off a coil bolt and replaced it with a regular bolt, not a matching factory bolt but a regular hex head bolt like a backyard mechanic fixed it not the dealer that I payed to maintain properly so after another call to the service manager my truck was picked up and fixed and dropped off so it only took 2 extra days of finding a ride to work and having my kid picked up at daycare to get my truck back which is a 2013 with only 77000 not a old beater and it's dealers maintained The service department is where repeat business comes from I guess my next truck will be from another dealer And i definatly do not recommend the maintenance plan cause then you are tied to the dealer weather you are happy with them or not
In May I bought four new Michelin tires for my F150 then immediately drove to Ontario and back. The truck vibrated the whole way there and back despite having had an alignment done too. Upon return all four tires were found to be out of balance and were rebalanced. A defective machine was blamed. After driving for a few more weeks I had to return on a Thursday due to continuing vibration. The technician who worked on my truck suggested that there might be two bad tires. A service rep listened to my story and to what the technician had to say and was to get back to me. Nothing happened, then on Saturday I phoned to find out what was going on as I had made it clear that I was again planning a drive to Ontario in the coming days. I could not find anyone who could help me so on the following Monday I called again, now getting quite exasperated, as I had planned to leave the next day. Still no one could be found to deal with the issue. Finally I left a message for the service manager who soon returned my call, seemed to appreciate my predicament and immediately took action. An hour later My truck was being looked after but I had to wait all afternoon before it was returned to me at the close of business. Four new tires had to be ordered in just to find one good one. The last tire installed did not get road tested as it was the close of busineess and no one told me whether or not it was within specs. Well, the next day I drove to Ontario, the situation being improved somewhat, but still had vibration issues, particularly at highway speeds which, obviously, was most of the time. I am not impressed by the Michelin tires that I bought as they have not lived up to my expectations nor to the impressive reviews that they had been given. The Ford service department has always been great until the Thursday visit where I felt that, despite knowing my story, not enough concern or urgency had been given to my predicament and the lack of follow through left me quite annoyed. The service manager, on the other hand, was quite excellent and certainly went the extra distance to make up for, what I quite frankly consider to be, a lack of service. The technician involved in the bad tire replacement has always been excellent as was Cory, my regular service rep, who stayed late to see me on my way. The service manager was awesome but the people who looked after me on that Thursday simply dropped the ball and have tarnished a reputation that I thought was superb and the tire issue remains unresolved. This has wasted a lot of my time and caused a lot of inconvenience and aggrevation not to mention the cost of having to repeatedly drive 40 kilometres, one way, each time to have this matter attended to. I recognize that the tire manufacturer is primarily at fault but wonder why the tire issue was not recognized during the intial installation and why, on that Thursday visit, my concerns were not adequately addressed.
Had a great experience at Fairley and Stevens. Dealt with Dave Giddens and Mike Kleykens and they couldn't have been more helpful and fair. Building is clean and lots of Covid-19 protocols in place.
Took my 2017 F-150 to my dealer for its first routine service. The experience was very easy and efficient. I would recommend Farley & Stevens for all service to your Ford vehicle.
Call them at 1 p.m. on Saturday asked for the service department and was transferred to a line that told me the voicemail was full and promptly hung up on me. Call back and someone took my name and number and no one ever called me back. Apparently this business has the maximum amount of customers it can manage and doesn't need any more so I suggest keep looking because they don't really seem to want your business
I've been buying vehicles from the crew at Fairley & Stevens since 2010 and while I really like the vehicles I've had, it is the staff in the service department that keeps me coming back. They really do offer fantastic service and if you're in the market for a Ford, I suggest you try out Fairley & Stevens.
Super friendly atmosphere and staff. Great customer service and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone who wants a honest deal. Thank you all.
Absolute incredible service from start to finish. I was perusing around and reviewing different SUVs comparing prices and features of each SUV. Brian Brake was my sale consultant and he made it so easy. I originally reached out to him online and we conversed via emails to which he always responded in a great timeframe. The day I went to meet Brain and took my Escape for the test drive he made me feel relaxed and at home. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Brain Brake and the Ford Escape SEL to anyone.
The person at the service desk when we arrived for our 8:30am appointment was very friendly and he explained in detail what the service would be on our car that morning. He gave us a timeline of 1 to 1 1/2 hours for the service to be completed. We left during the service and when we arrived back (about an hour later), our car was ready. The same customer service person went through the service report with us, told us where the car was parked and gave us our keys. It was prompt service!
Always had good service and was always happy with the dealership and mechanic shop. Until my last visit. My truck was in from 9 to 2 and the labour alone came to $177/hr. If the mechanic took an hour lunch it was $220. I bought two trucks and a SUV from here and always brought my truck in for servicing. I guess I should count myself lucky my truck is 7 yrs old and payed off
Fantastic, Fairley and Stevens couldn't be more accommodating. The friendly and quick staff were great,
Brenon MacNeil made our purchase of a safe and reliable new vehicle for our daughter extremely efficient and exciting. Both Brenon and all of Fairley & Stevens Ford staff made purchasing during the pandemic a safe and comfortable experience. Communication was excellent!! We could not have asked for a better experience. Fairley and Steven’s has our future business!
BEWARE !! Took my F350 here to have a high pressure oil pump installed. Service guy seemed great to deal with. During the install I asked about putting in an EGR delete kit since they already had the EGR out of the truck to do the pump. They quoted me 3.5 hours to do the job. 4 hours is all it takes for a complete teardown and EGR delete installed. It would have taken all of 1 hour max to do. I said forget it. They called and told me my truck was done, but they said they pushed it out into the parking lot because the alternator failed. THIS IS one of 2 of the alternators that I purchased from them 2 weeks prior. Both failed. I ended up changing the alternator myself (3rd one) in their back parking lot. THIS IS AFTER SPENDING. $4218 to do this job. The problem with the alternator was that the parts guy was selling me the wrong one for my truck. Got my truck home and when I opened the hood, I noticed that they did not bolt my FICM (fuel injection control module) back up. They left it laying on top of my valve pan. I called about it. Chris asked the tech, and he denied it. He said that I only had 2 bolts on it to begin with. It did have 3, not 2 as one was missing and I was aware of this. I asked Chris if he could get me 3 bolts so I can finish their job, and he said " you expect me to buy parts for your truck?" I said. "No, I just want the bolts it had to begin with". He said " the tech says he put them in, are you calling him a liar?" I said " if he told you he put them back in, then yes I am looking at it now". Chris hung up on me. I paid $4218 for this treatment? I will never ever go there again. I spoke to the service manager, but he didn't take my concerns seriously either. I ended up going to MacPhee Ford to get the bolts they left out, and get a proper alternator for it. Parts lady was great and got my parts right the first time, not the third. I own my own automotive shop,we just dont work on diesels, and if any of my techs treated a customer the way I was treated, I'd have fired them. The customer is not always right in all cases, but in this case I was 100% right. At my shop, if a customer was in my lot finishing his own truck repairs, I would have done him right. They didn't even offer to come out with an OHM meter to check my alternator. I had to go get mine from the shop. Shame on you guys. My next F350 will be bought elsewhere, and will never see that shop again. So much for the rumors that taking your truck to a dealer is best because they do good work. Lmao. BEWARE PPL.
Excellent service, excellent price. replaced my starter/recalled part on such short notice, in less then 1.5 hours. Defenitly worth the drive over the bridge ????
Excellent people to deal with very professional sales and service team. Highly recommend for all your driving needs.
Always great staff here. Very positive, attentive and friendly. If tou wait there you get a geniue “hello” from all the staff you see. I live in closer to other ford dealerships, but I keep going back to these guys.
Terrible experience. Spent $3200 and a week later back because the issue I brought it in for still wasn't fixed. They blamed it on something else. Another $1400. The issue still NOT fixed. Now they say they'll cut me a small deal on some parts for the fix... another $2000. I still can't understand how I couldn't have been told the very first time that this would be a $6400 fix. I then would've chosen to buy a new vehicle with them. Instead I'm stuck paying off my visa.
After nearly 2 weeks of trying to purchase a new vehicle, getting the run around and tossed between multiple sales people, Andrew McCluskey went above and beyond to get us in a mini van that day. He was very honest with us from the get go. Unlike the other sales people that we couldn't seem to get anything out of. He made the whole transaction extremely easy. Had it not been for Andrew, we definitely would have walked away from the dealership and this review would look much different. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, ask for Andrew. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent friendly and polite service. Got the job done efficiently and effectively. I will be taking my vehicle here rather than steel from now on!
The complete experience at the dealership was great the staff that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with Jim Tapp and Mike kleykens are very professional and friendly.
Just had my 2015 F150 safety inspection done and again I had great service. I made my appointment online a week in advance and picked a convenient time for me. I arrived on time and was taken right in. I talked with Bobbie at the service desk and she was wonderful, very pleasant, upbeat and friendly. I waited in the showroom while the inspection was done and had an opportunity to check out the new 2018 F150s and have a hot chocolate while I watched TV. My truck was ready in about an hour and Then I was on my way. everyone at F&S is always friendly and happy so it must be a great place to work. It certainly is a great place to be a customer.
Excellent as usual, went in for my winter tire change , friendly service as always. Thanks April 2018- did my tire switch as well, small issue with the truck hydrolic . They had to order the part, which was in the next day .... and fixed! Sarah was friendly as the staff are and remembered me 4 days later when I came in for that! I bring my little dog with me and the staff make so much of her. She loves going to Fairley’s!
The task of exchanging vehicles at Fairley & Stevens was a pleasure. There was no pressure sales pitch and once Gerry Walsh understood just what we were looking for he showed us a vehicle that was on their lot and it was exactly what we had in mind. The many facets of exchanging vehicles was also smoothed out with the dealership taking care of the undercoating and installation of the spray-in box liner in a timely manner. The overall experience was very good and we are very happy with the vehicle and relate this satisfaction with all those that we discuss our new vehicle with. Again we are very pleased with the dealings we had with Fairley & Stevens and consider the outcome to be a very good trade.
Great people to deal with
Recently purchased 3rd new truck from F&S, always a great experience from sales to service. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend giving the folks at F&S a shot at your business.
Fast courteous service . It was a recall issue and they was so accommodating for appointment times. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hrs.
I had a great and smooth experience when I bought my vehicle but expected the servicing to be the same as all other dealers. I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted immediately upon driving into the bay. I was then escorted to the service desk while the attendant waited with me until a service person was free. They then gave me a warm introduction to the service person who fully explained what was going to happen. Without having to ask myself, I was then asked where I was going and if I needed a lift. When I said yes I was escorted again to the waiting room and told to wait 5 mins for the next shuttle at 8am. Right at 8am sharp someone called my name and took me to work. It was really a red carpet experience. Outstanding service.
If you're looking for a smile and help on new and used cars, you'll fine Lenny Parsons to be that salesperson. Extends a courtesy above and beyond what I expected. Five stars to Lenny.
Both Brittany( Appointment coordinator) and Sarah( Service Advisor) were very helpful and efficient in getting my Ford Edge serviced. Everything ran on perfect time and the bill was accurate which is really important to me . Now the edge is running great again. Thank you , I will be back again for sure.
Things this morning did not start off so well I had to wait six hours before my undercoating when I was booked for 9 in the morning and came from Truro.Dealt with Dave the manager who fixed my the problem that I had with the undercoating and Rebecca the receptionist done a fantastic job dealing with me as well. Thank you
Very professional and great to deal with. Jon Hoskins made sure I had everything I needed and took great care of me thanks
I had rear brakes installed in 2015 and front brakes in April of this year. Ever since the front brake install, I've experienced a loud scream from the brakes every time I brake in reverse. After 3 subsequent visits to correct, the dealership can't "replicate the problem." I took it home again and the problem persists - every day. I cannot get the problem that was created with the front brake install corrected even under warranty. Back in the day, dealers would replace these parts as they're still warranty. No appetite for that at Farley & Stevens.
So happy with my new purchase from Fairley & Stevens. Had a bad experience elsewhere and can say this place turned it all around! Darcy was wonderful- professional, honest and caring, punctual/available (even responded immediately on his days off) & went above and beyond to help me out. Finished the deal off with Pat at the end, who was also lovely and helpful!! Highly recommend!
Awesome service! Great staff Love the drive through service
Great service department! I highly recomend them. After being avoided and ignored by Steel Ford service, Fairley & Stevens took the time to listen and fixed the problems with my SUV.
My first time dealing with Fairly & Stevens Ford and it was done completely by text, phone and email as I am in Newfoundland. Lenny Parsons made everything run smoothly! I couldn’t be happier with my Bronco and the exceptional service I received. Lenny was great to deal with and was very patient and informative with me. From the first inquiry to the delivery to Newfoundland! I would definitely shop at Fairly & Stevens Ford again and most definitely would call Lenny up for the next vehicle! Thanks so much Lenny!!
Great to deal with. Bought a used highlander here and service was impeccable.
I am extremely disappointed with Farley and Stevens. I have purchased 4 pick up truck and 1 car there over the years, I also sent friends there, last year a family member bought a $116,000.00 custom built F350. 4 years ago my son leased a car from F&S, and a year before the lease was due, the phone calls started, trying to sell him a new car. My son was not sure that he would get a new car, because he exceeded the contracted kms. The lease is up now, actually 8 days ago, and at that time he decided that he would be better off buying the car out right. It has been 8 days of total frustration, he has called the dealership several times with promises that someone will call him back, or left voicemail messages, and no one ever calls back. I took time from work to go in person, and talk to someone, and left with a promise that my son would get a call the next day, no call. Finally my wife calls and talks to management, my son gets a call 30 minutes later and is given attitude. It is sad to say, but if you buying a car, the service becomes extraordinary, but on the other end if you are not, and just want to refinance the vehicle you already have, then the customer service goes right out the window. I guess F&S don't care about return customers, and are only worried about making the sell. I know one thing for sure, as of today they have lost 2 customers, and most likely members of my family, and all the friends I will not recommend. Extremely disappointed customer Eric Plourde
As always, my recent service at Fairley and Stevens was absolutely first-class. My appointment was arranged on short notice to fit my schedule. My service advisor, Sarah Read explained the work done clearly, and the work to done to perfection. I would highly recommend this dealership t anyone who expects superior customer service. Well done! Thanks.
Jon Hoskins with Fairley & Stevens provided a stellar experience while I was trading in my vehicle and picking out a new-to-me car. He was very welcoming and definitely had the customers interests in mind while he helped me throughout the entire process! I will certainly return there again for my next vehicle purchase!
Jon Hoskins is the BEST his team mate Luke as well. They both brought faith into owning what you need and not what you want. Jon went above and beyond to Ensure I was comfortable with what I was looking for and even got me way better than I expected. Currently a happy customer would recommend Jon any day. Keep up the great job Jon!
Great service, answered the phone in a timely manner, and they had me in for an appointment the next day. Top Notch Service.
Buying my new truck couldn't have been easier where Brian walked me through every step of the way, thoroughly answering my many questions and explaining the things I wanted/needed to know at the same time not feeling pressured to buy a vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the professional staff at Fairley & Stevens, 5 Stars.
Worked out a price on a new f150 the other week and agreed on a price shook on the deal and started the paperwork. Only to be told right before signing anything that hey actually wpuldnt honor the agreed upon payment and wanted an additional $900 dollars from me out of pocket. Needless to say I was not impressed with the run around and scam.
Jon Hoskins saved my day.I got the run around from other dealers and had to wait when I needed a vehicle like yesterday. Jon had our Jeep within hours delivered to our door a true life saver thanks a million. I do highly recommend him to anyone.????????
In and out quickly while I waited. Very friendly. Nice waiting room.
Best dealership around! Awesome customer service. Would highly recommend.
We recently had a few repairs made to our older model Ford. The repairs were professionally taken care of and our car was returned to us in a timely manner. The people at Fairly & Stevens even made sure the car was clean before it left the lot.
Fairley and Stevens is a family owned business where care for the customer is more important than it appears to be at a chain or company owned shop. I recommend F&S highly, and their care, workmanship and follow up, are worth the family feeling one gets from doing business there.
I was thinking about upgrading my vehicle but I am always nervous about these things because I don't really know much about vehicles. A Co-worker mentioned I should see Darcy Campbell at Fairley's. I decided to go take a look and I can not explain how thrilled I was! Darcy and the staff made the whole process stress free and helped me with all the questions I had. I will be back from now on for all my vehicles in the future and thanks again for making this an enjoyable experience!
Lots to choose from. New Ranger looks amazing. Thanks for your time John.
Sarah seemed to always be there when i went to visit. She was always nice and helpful. I never stayed more than I had to since I had a dealership take longer than was needed for a simple service. The service center here is great and will go back again if I move back. Thanks sarah and the technician staff.
Great staff especially Chris in service and Doug Jannex ...
Excellent customer service, speedy service, excellent team Bobbi and Lisa are the best! Thanks again for the great service! 100% satisfied.
Awsome team in the diesel truck shop got me going again with top notch advice
This was our second time buying from them. I would go back when we need a new truck. Tks
Justin H was great to deal with. Very friendly and welcoming.
Overall the staff are friendly and do their best to give the client 100% satisfaction.
I have a 2012 F150 Ecoboost and ever since it was new, I had issues with it on start up and idling. The check engine lines comes on regularly and sometimes goes into the run safe mode until you pull over shut down and start up again. I have taken the truck in close to 20 times now, and still have the same issues. I get a different service advisor each time who are all shocked when i tell them how long and often the issue has been going on. I am a Ford supporter and I have no plan to change but i really wish we could get this issue found and resolved.
This dealership will bend over backwards for you great people great service
Excellent service, efficient. I was kept informed as to how long the service/tire change was going to take. Also, I am so pleased to have my tires stored by the dealership instead of having to lift them in and out of my car myself. Would recommend this dealership.
We received excellent service from the sales team at Fairley and Stevens. Competitive pricing in our new vehicle, great value on our trade and a very quick turn around on the sale. Thanks to Brian, Will and Pat at the Fairleys sales team, we'll be back again in the future!
Katelyn is a fabulous salesperson. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes way above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere, ever the so called ‘high end’ dealers
Great sales team. Dave and Mike made purchasing a vehicle, hassle free, and i would recommend Fairley & Stevens to all my friends.
The car buying experience they way it should be.. Brian was clearly experienced in sales and was very clear on setting expectations of the whole process, from trading in our previous vehicle to purchasing our next. Brian was very pleasant and I appricheated how confident Brian was in the process of the sale. Hard to find sales people like him . Thanks again Brian and team. I'll be back soon for a new truck. Pam and Gordon
I always have the best experiences here! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend Fairleys to everyone!
I dealt with Will and he was fabulous! A true people person! Awesome service from Lisa and the team! Really love my new Explorer! Thanks again I will recommend you to everyone I know!
Fairley & Steven's Ford is hands down the best, they always take great care of my vehicle, and their customer service is always amazing.
Terrible service. The mechanics do not do what they say they do. Brought a vehicle in with three issues. 2000$ later and still have two issues the mechanic said he fixed. The only thing they did right was put on snow tires.
They were fast and efficient. About my motorhome there it didn't cost me a fortune. They fixed what needed to be done and had me on the road in no time at all. I would certainly go back there for more work or another inspection. Staff was polite and friendly
Went onsite to see a truck that online said was available. Salesperson named Lenny said it was sold. He took my specs and called later with another matching truck. Took my credit card number as a deposit. Then texted to say they lost the truck I put a deposit on, and how about this other more expensive one. Either an honesty problem, or a really badly run operation. Either way, don't give out your credit card to them, or maybe find a dealer with more integrity.
Okay, rarely do I ever post a review, but was really upset with how they overcharge. I needed a headlight replaced on my Fusion, they quoted me a minimum of 2 hours labour., possibly more......and at $105/hr I was looking at $210 + tax, at a minimum......to replace a headlight!!! They said they needed to take the front bumper off. Took my car to Speedy Muffler in Bedford, they put the car up, took off the wheel and wheel well liner, replaced the bulb.......grand total of 10 minutes. And the kicker is they only charged me for the bulb, no labour!!!! If you like to overpay then you have found the right place.
F-150 was in for warranty repair. The advisor kept me informed as to the progress and had my new part in and on my way.
Darcy at fairley & stevens did a awesome job finding me my new suv couldn’t be happier with the service
Darcy is a great guy, smooth experience buying a vehicle with him. We will be going back to him for the next one for sure !
Our Ontario truck has found its NS family! Super service, Jan, our service advisor went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and explain how Ford service works. We will definitely not be taking our truck anywhere else.
Had manufacturer recalls for both my truck and car so made contact to get them done. Arrangements were made for the truck and I was told the parts for the car were not available so they would contact me when they were to set up an appointment. This never happened so after months I contacted them to see what was going on. They found my information on file, checked and the parts were available so set up an appointment to get it done. No explanation for why I was not contacted. I asked about tire deals as I would soon be putting on my winter wheels and my summer wheels (tires) were worn out so I needed four. I was transferred three times to the parts department but nobody picked up so the lady said she would go check and call me back. This never happened so that was again frustrating due to lack of service. I think this dealership is too large to service it's clients needs so I would not recommend it!!! I gave three stars as the people were very friendly plus courteous when my recalls were actually done but no return calls and total lack of service for tires lower it to three.
This is the first Ford vehicle that I've purchased. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I love my Escape especially the power lift gate.
Easiest and best visit ever. Bobbie and everyone else were great and very helpful, including Wally my sales Rep. Claude
Fairley and Stevens made the purchase of our new F150 a pleasurable one.The staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Thanks Justin Hart at Fairley and Stevens!
Always friendly, always accomodating and very informative. Highly recommended for sales and vehicle service.
HI Fairley's did a great job on my last visit. Staff was very professional and very helpful! Thanks for the Great service!
Dealing with the sales team at Fairley & Stevens was a great all around experience.
Great spot to buy a truck.
This is not my first time buying a vehicle but definitely the easiest. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism that Adam and Will from Fairley and Stevens put forth. I wish all car dealerships would be like them, it would make buying a vehicle a nicer experience for everyone. This was definitely a fun experience. Thanks guys.
I was waiting at the parts Department for a while, I know parts are busy but you don't have to be rude and ignore a customer. The greeting lady was super friendly
Friendly staff, excellent service. Willing to work with you, offered good value on my trade in right away without trying low-ball me, couldn't ask for a better experience!
excellent service, quick and efficient plus gave us a discount with the rewards points they have on right now
I visited Fairly and Stevens yesterday to inquire about a new 2 door Ford Bronco. Brain Brake welcomed me as i walked through the door and that's where my experience with Fairley and Stevens started. And what an experience it was. Brian was very personable, listened to my needs and offered expert advice throughout my visit. Brian's calm nature was a relief. He wasnt like other sales associates i had visited over the last few weeks. He wasnt hungry for the sale, he was more interested in trying to understand what it was that i needed, and he was there to help. Brian has my business as long as he wants it
I had my car in for repairs. It had been there for 5 weeks. The communication during that time was like pulling teeth. Could barely get the service advisor that I was dealing with on the phone. Even when I asked one of the others if they could ask the service advisor to call me back, I wouldn't get a call back. Adding insult to injury they did not have any cars to lend out (even with a lot full of trade-ins) and I ended up having to rent a car. After a phonecall with Fairly & Stevens the service manager did get my daily rates down and promised me that they'd look at the repair bill at the end. Ofcourse the moment I went to pick up the car the service advisor I was dealing with was nowhere to be found. The rental plus the repair cost me 3700 dollars total. I have not been belligerent, I have not been rude. I have been very patient. I understand parts are taking longer at the moment and I'm ok with that. However, the absolute lack of communication, and the lack of problem solving service has been a big let down. All I wanted is to be kept updated. I went to Fairly & Stevens for about 2 years or so for everything, and never had a complaint. But after this I'm not going back. I feel extremely mistreated.
I was referred to salesman Jim Capp by a close friend & from the time I met Jim to the time I took to choose a new vehicle my experience was both enjoyable and professional. My dealing with the financial department however was somewhat below the level of service I from Jim.
Salesman , Gunnar was to the point and assisted to meet our needs. Shannah was very helpful in ensuring we got what we wanted and ensured our vehicle was ready to go and covered with warranty for the duration. Extremely happy with the service and commitment from the persons we delt with and would highly recommend friends and family to pursue a new vehicle from this dealership
Day 1 - got a flat tire after leaving dealership - dealership arranged a tow truck - driver was going to leave one of us in the frigid cold as there was no room for two people in his cab (but he took pity on us and we squeezed in). Day 5 - check engine light came on - back to the dealership This was a buy back from a rental company in another province although we were told it was a buy back from Ford Just waiting to see what else could possibly go wrong. Not impressed!!!!
the Sales rep did a good job negotiating a deal and worked at getting us where we needed to be on price. I was disappointed with the lack of introduction to the vehicle and how everything works. the new vehicle I purchased has many features missing from it as compared to my previous vehicle had I been better orientated to the vehicle I would not have purchased it. Over all the experience was ok but next time I will look closer and shop around before making a decision
Very friendly and efficient counter staff .... more than satisfied with the whole experience ... Job well done .. thank you folks ...
Great place to deal with, wouldn't go anywhere else. Justin Hartt is my salesman and always gives me the best deals!
This was my first time going to Fairley & Stevens and I must say the experience was exceptional. All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful during my routine truck maintenance and vehicle inspection. All work was completed in a timely fashion. Special thanks to Corey Veinot who was the representative I was dealing with on that particular day. Corey's compassion and love for the job shows. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He was very knowledgeable with regards to any questions I had and did his best to make my overall experience easy. This is fantastic dealership with an exceptional team experts. Keep up the great work.
you be the judge...took my car in because the power steering cut out.....got a quote for close to $6000. Took the car to my mechanic of 18 years for a second opinion, he was ripping mad, said "how can they sleep at night" etc, etc. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with all the "extra" parts they quoted me on. In the end, repairs will run me $1000 tax incl. I did call about this, and received no resolution whatsoever, basically they stand by everything that was quoted. The problem is, they wanted to replace the part that went wrong, understood, and everything and anything that was remotely connected to it. My mechanic also stands by his quote, absolutely nothing wrong with any of the extra parts.
Always very prompt service , Warranty certainly sold us the car and service is really good
I was sent a service reminder in the mail. Sent a message through the website requesting an earlier date so that my winter tires could be installed. Got right in. The day of service I drove right into the bay and was greeted warmly. I used the shuttle service which conveniently dropped me off and picked me up at my home. Everything went smoothly.
After another Ford dealer down the road did not honour our appointment, Fairley and Stevens not only took us in the same day, they got us taken care of so we could make it to another appointment for our Motor Home the same day. Very friendly and helpful staff, treated us extremely well. They seemed to be well organized and very professional. Should we need any other work done on our Ford Chassis - they will be our first choice.
Good service....nice people ! Car not so good on third clutch and am now replacing third wheel bearing...only 67 thousand km on it
I just bought a used car and Jon Hoskins was my sales representative. He was very helpful and very patient with me while I tried to make up my mind what I wanted. He was the best sales person I had ever dealt with and he's the reason I bought my car at Fairley & Steven's Ford.
Excellent experience. NO appointment for an oil change, tire rotation. Had me on the road in about an hour!
Great staff comfortable service area
Would like to give a huge thank you to this dealership, the sales guy who helped us Lenny Parsons was so great to deal with. He answered all of our questions & put us at ease, we felt very comfortable... And I really like that he has followed up with us.. Exceptional customer service. Thank you!
I bought a vehicle and I was living in BC at the time. The vehicle was sent to me with no car mats. My sales rep was Brian Brake. I continuously requested for those car mats, and he eventually just stopped responding to me altogether. This review does not reflect your service department. This review is for the communication of your sales rep.
If zero stars was an option I would have chose it. After 4 brand new purchases there in the last 10 years I ended up with a lemon 2020 f150. 4 months in, 3 separate service appointments for multiple different engine issues and they refuse to do anything... I buy new to avoid having car issues.. fairley and stevens lost a long time customer with their piss poor service. This is my last ford.
I have visited this location many times. The service is excellent, and very professional. I highly recommend Fairley and Stevens.
Great experience after the last visit for regular servicing. Very prompt in getting the service completed. Friendly service advisor
2012 F150 and 2015 f150 I have never had such frustrating ongoing service when dealing with new vehicles in my life. Shame on me for going back but they are local and routine maintenance shouldn't want to make you pull your hair out. The service manager is great but you shouldn't have to speak with him every time. One star because, appoint coordinator -1 (just be polite), service advisor -2 (quotes such as "well you didn't buy your vehicle here") The last: Apologize, stand behind your brand, care if your customer comes back. I was sent the standard email asking me for feedback via this channel.
The Airbag recall took a long while to get done, probably due to the amouont of bags needing to be replaced. Once the part got in, service was done quickly. Thanks folks. Danny
Just purchased a 2021 F-150 Lariat and had an amazing experience thanks to the team at Fairley & Stevens. Andrew was my sales guy and made the whole process enjoyable. The best spot to check out for any vehicle as Ben and his team will always look out for you!
Back passenger door was filling with water. Found out it was dealers fault for filling the drain holes with undercoating. They fixed it but failed to check carpet in back of truck which I told them was wet from the problem. It's soaked and smelling musty. Have to go back today and see if they will take it all out and dry the floor. Should have fixed that at the same time. Not a huge problem but very inconvenient.
Amazing dealership with outstanding staff. The General Sales Manager went out of his way to provide a superior deal compared to Steele Ford on Windsor. I felt like a valued customer and not a quick sale If your looking at buying a Ford, bypass Steele Ford and go to Fairley and Stevens!
Purchased my preowned 2016 toyota corolla from Justin Hartt at fairleys, amazing salesman to deal with. He went above and beyond what i was expecting great experience definitley recommend going to see this fella for you new and preowned vehicle purchases!
Great dealership, I always deal with Justin Hartt when I’m there
We’ve purchased many vehicles through Darcy. He explained every detail to is and went over everything till we were satisfied which is why we always have gone to him. We always left happy. Love his enthusiasm!!
went in to get a new vehicle and we did, left with a 2021 ford escape SE, Great customer service from brian brake he helped us all the way answered all our questions professionally, we recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Brian Brake at Fairley and Stevens.
Horrible service. 2015 f150 I brought in because of an electrical issue causing loss of power steering and power brakes. Following day said it was fixed and good to go. Start it up, battery light was on in ford parking lot. Waited another hour and they said it was all good. Driving around 10 minutes later and I lose power steering around a corner and almost lose control. Giving a unsafe vehicle back instead of being honest and telling me they don't know what's going on. My trust in them is gone and will never return to that service department. On the other hand, sales team is absolutely great. Bought both my truck and suv from them and were great experiences.
Fantastic service from the time I drove into the bay. There is a reason I have taken my trucks to ford they know the truck, they care about making sure the customer is happy. Goes without saying Thomas sold me this truck and was there from beginning to end through the process and still today stays in contact now that is what a good sales person does. Thanks Fairley and Stevens.
The service was tremendous. Our appointment coordinator, Brittany, got us in right away to take care of our emergency repairs. Thank you Brittany, Bobbi and technician for your great service.
I had the pleasure of having Jon Hoskins help me find a new to me rig so I could have something more reliable and say bye bye to my old vehicle!!! He worked hard for a week to find the perfect match for my needs and financially. He had the best attitude and so much patience!!! Thank you Jon for my 2017 Dodge journey and thanks even more for all you have done for me!!!!!!!!!!
Recently purchased a used car from Brian Brake. The service was exemplary. So happy I made this decision.
Once again the staff at Fairley & Stevens made bringing my truck in for service an enjoyable experience. They helped me make a last minute appointment around my availability and my truck was taken care of quickly. Amazing how they always make coming in a pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone at my favourite dealership
We are very pleased with our purchase and overall experience with your dealership. Your sales consultant (Jim Tapp) is very professional, his knowledge and personality made us comfortable.
Bought a new car here which has a 3 year warranty. Got an engine light took it to Fairley &Stevens, they said it’s the faulty fuel sensor and blamed it on rust coat. Chris Giles came to me while was waiting said the part was not available, they had to order and I had to pay for that as the warranty doesn’t cover because of rust coat. After a while I went to collect the keys gave me a bill of $300 for labor and parts saying now the part was replaced! I never said yes to replace the sensor! they simply don’t want to honour there warranty, stay away people!!
I would like to update the below post to include the follow up from the Manager. The service was exceptional, I explained what had happened and they were more than willing to make things right. We will be receiving a refund for the misdiagnosis. After speaking with the Manager I will definitely give Fairley Stevens another try in the future. On a good note we drove our edge all week and the engine light has not come back! (original Post) In 2019, I bought a 2018 Ford Edge with 9000kms on it from Fairley & Stevens. It was preowned, so I was well aware it could come with some issues. They also talked me into extended warranty. But, it didn’t, everything worked great until 2 years later (almost to the day). I went out to go to work, started it and the engine light came on. I called Fairley & Stevens right away and made an appointment to get it checked the following Monday morning. I went in to drop off my car, they gave me the the rundown that by there may be a $100 deductible, yada yada, that was fine and to be expected. While I was there, I also asked them to check the seals that go around the bottom of the frame, as they looked stretched, which I thought the car was too new for that to be happening. Fast forward 2 hours and 185 dollars later. They called me with some “bad news”. Seems that the hoses going to my gas tank sensor have been weakened over time by undercoating. OVER TIME, not recently. This is also what has happened to the seals around the bottom of my frame. So, when I go in to pick it up, I explain that that would be acceptable if I didn’t buy a car that was already undercoated… 2 years ago by whoever owned it prior to me. I don’t undercoat my vehicles every year, so it was only 6 months ago that I actually had it undercoated, which in my opinion, doesn’t count as “OVER TIME”. They told me the fix would be 850 dollars and the gas tank had to be removed to replace the fuel tank pressure sensor. Needless to say I took my vehicle home with no repair. So, apparently, warranty doesn’t cover anything that undercoating has touched. Funny, they didn’t mention that when they were talking up this great “extended warranty” 2 years ago! Told me I need to go back to whoever undercoated it! Took it to a different garage Monday evening to get the engine light reset and a second opinion, they ran their diagnostic on it and reset it, checked the tank vapor output and vacuum numbers all were functioning normal. Guess what?! Not a damn thing wrong! All of my numbers were perfect, engine light out, the mechanic figures a piece of dirt, or a bump set it off and it was fluke.
We have had great experiences with purchasing our vehicles from Fairley and Stevens Ford. Sales person Justin Hartt is very helpful and makes the process stress free. We highly recommend Justin Hartt to others looking to purchase a vehicle!
I went to Fairley and Stevens about 3 months ago to report a rust problem on my 2014 Mustang GT that had 7000 km at the time, so clearly a warranty issue. I was promised they would take care of it and received a call the same day informing me that Ford "had approved" the repair and that I would be called back as soon as they got a quote from the paintshop. That didn't happen for a FULL MONTH. So I went back there personally and once again was told that they were "just waiting for the quote". Since then, another TWO MONTHS have passed without me receiving a call. As I don't think that I, as a customer, have to be after Ford staff to get a warranty issue resolved I didn't go back personally but wrote TWO E-MAILS to Fairley and Stevens which were both IGNORED despite their promise on their website that I would be "called back by an associate within ... days". This is absolutely pathetic service and I will not recommend that place to anybody and will also never buy a Ford again. This is precisely why people don't buy American cars any more. When I had a warranty problem on my Hyundai, it was resolved lightning quick and without any hassle. Oh yeah, I didn't buy the car there. Maybe that's why they don't give a sh**...
My last visit was the last visit I will make to Fairley & Stevens, three times I've been lied to or majorly inconvenienced, service department is highly incompetent, I waited almost three hours to be told the work I needed couldn't be done because they didn't have the part (rear window), then they failed to send the glass to an outside auto glass shop and blamed me for the failure, had rotors on a new truck resurfaced and waited 3.5 hours past the original two hour time given to be asked if I had done something to the abs sensors, I went to mechanical bay to see the truck and found out the mechanic smashed the sensors while pounding the rotors back on the truck, I'm pretty sure what that means is they tried to blame me for the problem, and guess what, they didn't have the part... Personally, I'd have gone good for the oil change I had done at the same time, but thats just how 'I" see it, it may have saved a customer. I don't care about the 100 dollars, but I do care about how people show their accountability.
I was satisfied with the service. However I thought that my brakes should have been replaced. I have a maintenance package and 60 000 kms is enough for a first set of brakes.
This was a very positive experience. The staff makes you feel like a queen when you enter their facility.
Have always had a great experience and very helpful. The service department staff is wonderful, very friendly.
Awsome place for parts and sale staff are so friendly there just like family
