Between Matt in Sales and Brandon in Finance my experience could hardly be better. Matt found me the vehicle I wanted. Brandon found me a spectacular rate for my financing. If you’re shopping pre-owned these guys must be on your list! People cannot tell my vehicle from brand new.

I was in need of a car and stressed about buying my first car. I found a beautiful used 2013 Mazda CX-5 on their lot and gave them a call. Devin answered and Mae himself available nearly immediately for me walked me through the steps and let me test drive it same day. Once I decided I wanted he cautioned me until I looked through the Carfax and their reports on it, which was great and walked me through everything before we even talked about cost. He made me super comfortable and helped talk me through everything. I met Matt, the finance guy, after I decided I wanted to purchase it and he walked me through the next steps clearly and concisely, offered advice on insuring the vehicle and helped get the paperwork organized. He explained everything so efficiently and clearly that even though this was my first time purchasing a I understood what I was getting into. Everyone there made it such an enjoyable experience. It was hard not to feel great and pitch it to friends and family after I drove off the lot. Thank you all so much. I went in to purchase a car, at first everyone was very helpful and friendly. As the process had to go on, it was like pulling teeth for them to contact me along the way with information. Not one person was calling me with information, my cosigner fell through. No call with the update on how to proceed or it, I was always being told they would contact me. They told me I was approved for a one year program they just need to find me a car. It's been a month and a half since I last called them. Still no update on their end.

And James worked his butt off to get us the best rate possible. I wouldn’t want to look anywhere else for a vehicle after the incredible experience we had. I have a feeling city Mazda in Halifax , and pre owned city Mazda does not care about the safety and well being of the young women Jim Buckley has assaulted or any future prospects by keeping him in a position of power and not only letting him keep his job after being notified but moving him locations after saying he was ‘fired’ , but also securing financial gain to try and defend himself in court against the people he took advantage of and hurt , you’re also putting that face as the face of Mazda lol not a good look guys .
