Kelly sold our car for us in a very reasonable amount of time'; she got a very fair price whereas we were very satisfied with our price and extremely impressed with her fairness in her negotiation methods. We ended up speaking with the purchaser after words and he too had great compliments for her. We also understood that he was short on cash and had a few loan hiccups but Kelly figured it all out and our car got sold. The reason we had taken our car to Kelly is because we also had done some mortgage industry work with her. She was a licensed mortgage broker. I am not surprised she does so well with used cars as she has always been very hard working and very ethical. If I have another 2nd hand car to sell, without a doubt I will take it to Kelly Bryden.

Would not recommend buying here, your typical bottom feeder dealership preying on those with less than perfect credit and desperate for a vehicle. Sure they will get you "approved" at an almost criminal interest rate and a vehicle priced by them double what its worth. I came to my senses before I signed the paperwork. Think long and hard before you accept a vehicle from these con artists.

They were selling a 9k Ford focus se and we're about to buy it, after doing a test drive we decided to finance it. We got approved on financing the next day. We're about to go there and take it and this manager said they sold it to someone else. That they paid cash. That's so unprofessional, prove me wrong. We were first and committed to buy it but they sold it minutes before taking the car.

Where do I start, Thank you Dave for your patience, and going above and beyond. That alone is a rare find. Due to a car accident, my previous car, which I bought from Dave, was a write off. The last thing I wanted to do is buy another car. As a Real Estate Agent, I needed a reliable car, but I also found myself finding car prices have gone up, very similar to house prices, The problem I had was finding a car. I got pre approved for a car with Dave, but he didn't have any cars that would work for me on his lot. Here's the best part, he expanded my search. He told me to look at the other car lots in Lower Sackville around the dealership. After much patience and many sorry, the car is sold, (yes I was shopping online looking, easier and warmer), I was getting discouraged. Then I took a chance on a vehicle that fit my bill but we had a couple obstacles. Dave was finally able to deliver some great news. He overcame the obstacles and I finally have a car. Really needed to make the effort to comment on the very recent and excellent service extended to my sister immediately following an unfortunate collision with a deer My sister was in a state, not only because her car was a write off and she desperately needed a car for work but also because she had very little funds for a car. She had heard great things about Bryden Sales, run by Kelly Bryden in Lower Sackville. She called Bryden's and the action was swift. She told me later, she was treated as though she was the only person that mattered. In fact Kelly Bryden herself told my sister her key aim was to get people into a suitable vehicle and make sure they have a good, clean experience. My sister couldn't say enough good things about her dealings with Bryden's, "everyone", was helpful and pleasant. The last thing you need when you are stressed out over a vehicular mishap is mistreatment. I too was extremely pleased for her. I have purchased a second hand vehicle at another used car location but hands down, my next one will come from Bryden Sales. It is so rare to find a business who is truly concerned about your total experience being a great one. Bryden's wants satisfied customers and return business. I can mostly certainly say, my sister will never shop anywhere else. I will surely be passing on this connection to anyone I run into (pardon the pun) who is in need of a good used car. Tell them what you need and they will hunt it down!

I have had an amazing experience with the staff of Bryden financing an automotive. Miss Bryden was there to give her personal touch on the sale. It felt like I had known her for years. Dave helped me with the ins and outs of financing, as well and all of the little details of the car .The whole staff bent over backwards to make me feel welcome. I will start off by saying that I do love my car and that the staff were friendly. However I found that a lot of small details were missed and once the paperwork was signed the service ended. I had asked for the staff to price winter tires for me as part of the payment. This was not done but an expensive warranty I hadn't asked for was priced. I also asked that my registration not be mailed out and it was. No follow up after the sale. I did call and speak with Kelly Bryden and she did offer to sell me winter tires after the fact but I had already purchased them by that point. Not a bad dealership but don't expect to be anything but a number to them and don't expect any kind of service after the fact.

Me & my girlfriend went looking for a new automobile, whrn we arrived at the dealership the salesman hurried out to the parking lot for assistance...in fact he was very polite, i gave a credit application over the phone a week later...& travis told me he would return my call the next day & let me know the outcome...he never called back..i called him back & he told me ( that im a smart enough fellow to figure out that no call meant no deal...then i asked if i could refinance my own vehicle, to wich he responded call me back on Monday afternoon and il have an answer for you...well monday came & went & no word from travis...i even called the dealership to no avail...seems to me as soon as travis realized there was no deal..that, that meant there was NO COURTESY, NO RESPECT & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...CLEARLY THIS SALESMAN DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, HE ONLY CARED ABOUT HIS OWN BOTTOM LINE & HIS COMMISSION!! Very bad customer care experience I went there for a car and it was my first car, So I went there by bus, person over there looked at me strangely and said asked me "are you a cash buyer or to finance", depending price of the car I was interested, I said "I'll go for finance". He said that until I'm approved for a loan I'm not allowed to do a test ride. All the other companies I talked on the same day allowed me to go for test drive. Gave all other information to them except my SIN, they said without SIN they can proceed and I can't get a test ride. I don't know about other services provided by them but customer care experience is the worst, So do not recommend.

Laine and Shekeel are the best. When everyone else told us no they put us into a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. They worked hard and accommodated our schedule for work and was patient with all the phone calls. This was the best car buying experience I have every had. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bryden Auto sold us a lemon and when we expected them to honour their contract (warranty) they chose instead to insult us and repeatedly hang up the phone on us. You’ll see some good reviews about them and naturally those will be from the uneventful transactions. In my opinion it’s how they handle problems or unhappy customers that matters most and they definitely FAIL in that department. After 4 months of the run around and hassle trying to get the problem vehicle they sold us fixed, we filed a claim with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) we had to file 2x because they didn’t honour what they told BBB. The next day we received an angry call from Rick the manager saying because we gave him this headache he’s definitely not fixing the problems. And this is just scratching the surface, the it’s truly is unbelievable what’s I’ve seen from this company the owner included, I have a response to a complaint from her that’s horrible. This story definitely won’t end here and I will provide updates on the progress, because no hard working, honest customer should be treated or taken advantage of this way.

Lies... cars broke first day... said they would fix things and didnt.. said car was never in accident and it was... oh but here's the kicker I asked to make sure there was loan protection incase of illness and they didnt add it to the papers sent to TD auto financing so now I'm screwed.....
