Worst customer service I have ever received. Had car in to inspect brakes and without even bringing the car into the shop, service advisor Wayne advised brakes were worn out and need servicing (Brakes are practically brand new) This was the last of many terrible visits to this dealership. They need to learn the meaning of customer service. Watch out for these scammers.

Audi Halifax. The place where they let you leave a voicemail at the parts counter that they cannot check. And an issue has not been solved in more than a year (and yes, they are aware of the issue). Got my first Audi 3 weeks ago through a private sale with 35,000km on it. Love the car. But my first appointment with Audi was not so good. They got my service order wrong, glad I asked them to verify what work was being done. I asked for a quote on tires to be noted, was not done. The day after the appointment I found a door ding on the car but cannot prove it was them. Spoke to the service manager who was not helpful. I was hoping someone would have noticed I was a new customer and cared to make a good impression but it never happened. Everyone I tell this story to is not surprised, and says Moncton Audi is the complete opposite.

I was charged for work that wasn't done, the amount on my bill was different then what I was charged, and the car still not road worthy when I took it back. Mechanics missed that the E-brake was disconnected and the back brakes were totally worn out. When I contacted Audi about the poor job they had done, I was blown off. Avoid unless you like paying through the nose for shoddy work and a terrible attitude.
The place is gorgeous, very nice and clean, but no good service, only care about money but not the customer interest and satisfaction. Dropped my Q5 for air bag recall I asked for oil and filter change as well. Later I received a call saying that the lower control arm bushings left and right must be replaced, as well as the passenger side brake caliper is stuck and needs to be sreviced. I gave them the OK to do all the required work. I Paid a bill of $1,216.98. 720 for labor, 252 for parts 86 supplies (???) Anyway, when I drove the car I discovered noise at the front end right. Took it back to them. The answer was that the caliper is stuck again and must be replaced. I have to pay for the labour to replace it. No credit back from the labour that was paid towards the caliper service. Since it is the only dealership in the HRM, I will sell the car and no more Audis.

Took my 2018 A4 to these “professionals” for an alignment. Paid top dollar. Drove my car home, realized it was pulling harder than when I first took it in. “There’s no way the alignment is off” the service manager told me. Made another appointment (which was difficult to manage) only to find out, it was out of alignment. Airgo: they messed up the alignment. Do yourself, your car, and your wallet a favour. Do not go to this dealership for service. FYI: they put a message saying I should contact Sandy. Sandy is the service manager who was not only rude, but stated the alignment could not be off. My time is too valuable to spend it trying to teach a manager customer service.

Couple of years back , took my car for an alignment (suppose to be the best machine) and got a call after dropped the car. They can do the allignment and ask me to come pick up the car. Went there and ask what the problem is , they said one of my front Springs are broken and told me $700 to replace front two. I told them no problem I will get it fixed at my buddies shop and bring it back tomorrow . THEY SAID SURE PLEASE PAY $100 FIRST .I am like sure I will pay you tomorrow when the work is done. They said no this is diagnose fee and you have to pay hence allignment is only $89 . I told I didn't ask them to diagnose the car, I asked them to do the allignment. Anyways this thugs made me pay $100 because they didn't want to release my keys. I asked them if I bring it back tomorrow would they give me a credit . They said no. I have to pay 100 first then 89 more for the allignment. Because I did t get my Springs changed there. I took it to my buddy he put eibach lowering springa for 300 all 4 corners then took it to Scotia Tire and did the allignment for 69. I should have taken my car to scotia Tire to begin with. JUST BE CAREFUL with these thugs. They demand anything they want not deliver the service.
My journey with this dealership started Feb 11, 2019. In a nut shell, some people are really good and knowledgeable and some are not. I'm a new immigrant, I walked into this dealership to purchase an SQ5 and the sales person said they don't have one I checked various cars and really liked the Q8. However, the dealership guys said under the new immigrant program I cannot be approved for that and therefore, I ended up going with a Q5 Technik, made the required down-payment and all sorted, I drove with Q5. The next day I traveled to the US and received an email from the dealership saying they have printed my name wrong on the lease document and VW credit wants it to be as is from my passport. From the US I had to travel to India for my family emergency and didn't return until March 22nd and went to the dealership to get the lease documentation done. During some random conversation about how this lease can help me build my credit score so that I could get approved for credit approvals easily in future it revealed that I could have got approved for a Q8 in the first place ( Tony said this, he's a very knowledgeable man, if you're going to Audi Halifax make sure to talk to him before you make your final decision) then moving forward I asked what was the process for Q8 if I could get approved. He said he'd have to depreciate my Q5 price by $4000 and then making some more down payment would qualify me. Had they told me this in the 1st place I would have saved $4000. Finally, paid the difference and got the Q8 Technik and have a loss of $4000 because of the dealerships mistake and they have denied to not charge $4000 and kept saying that they have already discounted the Q8 price by 3% from their margin. At the end of the deal - I realized I lost the water bottle that they gave me with the Q5 with nice Audi logo on it and requested the salesperson if he could give it. He denied and said you just exchanged the car and we give them only with new purchase! Come on I paid additional $38K on this car which itself is equal to buying a new car. I felt that reaction from him was cheap and bad. Overall, Tony is a nice, humble and knowledgeable guy. Others that I have interacted were OK. As a dealership they're very money minded and I wish we had another Audi dealership in the Halifax area as an alternative to go.
Do not go to this dealership for service. Worse service ever. I will sell the two cars I have and no more Audis. Sales people are nice. I guess they only care when you purchasing a car. After that, the service department is rude and not delivery good service at all.
I am more than pleased to have done business with Audi Halifax. It was an easy and fun buying experience. They even offered me cake.... CAKE! My kind of dealership. My sales person Chelcey was fantastic. I will be back for sure.

The Best Car Buying Experience! What a pleasure dealing with Halifax Audi, from the initial communication via email, to text messages, to the day of picking up my A5 Sportsback. Everything went smoothly and how a car buying experience should be. My Audi Specialist - Mary Barlow is awesome! Buying a car out of province, during COVID is not easy. But she was available via text, email & phone calls to answer all my questions and sending me photo's and videos when required. It's the little things that make a car buying experience positive or negative. Audi Halifax has it mastered, and they truly care about delivering a stress free experience. Never once was I pressured into warranties or coverage I didn't want. I will refer all my friends and family to Audi Halifax now. Bought a pre-owned A4 and David was not open about the car’s history. Upon delivery, I had to ask for the Carfax, service and inspection records which are supposed to be provided (not requested) under their pre-owned program . The car manuals and warranty book were missing. Finance paperwork was initially incorrect. They showed indifference when I emailed them about everything. All in, once you buy the car from them, you are on your own. don’t feel valued and will service my vehicle elsewhere and will not deal with them again. It’s a shame for such a nice car....

Three emails were sent to the manager. Three weeks had passed. One was not returned. (Original) 去dealer做了一次四轮定位,要价179然后打算去外面做,结果要求54刀的检查费而且如果在dealer做的话可以免除检查费,如果不做就要收取。不明白什么操作 交了钱做完了四轮定位以后车子跑偏更严重了,又去检查了一遍,第二次检查又发现轮毂有问题,需要每个轮毂花159一共修复三个轮毂,而且修复完轮毂以后还要再做一次四轮定位,所有的费用都要自己承担。 如果第一次做完了四轮定位以后做一下test drive的话就可以发现跑偏没有解决,为什么要等到第二次检查才发现轮毂存在问题,而且修复轮毂再做一次四轮定位为什么还要我自己掏钱?第一次花的200刀都打水漂了吗? customer service态度极其差劲,在与customer service电话过程中直接把电话挂断。朋友的车在4s店放了一周多了就为了修复一个轮胎,且在过程中dealer拒绝提供代步车辆理由是由于疫情期间为了安全。那为什么在询问其他的汽车品牌以后销售给的回复都是可以提供?为什么就奥迪对我们搞特殊? 乱收费,服务差这就是奥迪给消费者的服务吗? 给经理发了三次邮件 三个星期过去了 一封没回 哈法奥迪好样的 再也不买奥迪了????

Where to start, after owning several Mercedes cars over the past seven years I was getting the itch to buy an SUV. Though very happy with my current brand, I wanted to see what else was out there. I looked around online and thought the Q7 really stood out in its class so after a few months (and another popped tire from a pothole), I decided to check the place out. I started by inquiring through their online portal surrounding one of their Q7’s on the lot. I was surprised that within 20mins Ali Tawfeeq, one of their sales reps reached out. I have to say, he was very responsive, informative and asked great questions to help understand what I really wanted. Within days and well over a dozen email exchanges, a test drive and a few meetings in person we took it home with us. The one thing I want to leave everyone with however is how great Ali is. If you are busy and want a hassle free, efficient, responsive, informative advisor working for you to get you exactly what you want, he is your guy… he makes buying your car an experience. Even post sale he has followed up several times and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Thanks to Audi and Ali for getting my wife and I on the road in our new Q7!
I'd avoid Mike Wallace. Drove in from out of town to drive a Q5. Was extremely rude and unpleasant with the entire family. Refused to sit in the middle seat (but did with hesitation) to give the family some room. Wouldn't wear a seatbelt although required by law. Test drive was rushed and he wanted it over ASAP. Just an overall poor experience. Audi is a good brand but what a terrible Rep to represent it. Ended up buying a Mercedes GLC from down the road. Probably a good dealer overall. Just stay away from this guy. I guess sales or customer service isn't in his job description.

They fixed my paint for 630$ even though I didnt have audi care with them xoxoxo love this place so much!!! Excellent customer service !! Part 2 . So it's now been 2 months since I had my paint job and paid the 630$ deductible. just the other day Audi calls me up and tells me they have a 630$ cheque for me ! I cant believe they covered everything even without "Audi care "!! This dealership in Halifax goes over and beyond ! Love it ????

Oh it was fantastic! We were on our way home with a screaming baby (1 of 3) and we had to pull in to help her at 11pm last night. So for a cold, icy parking lot and almost taking myself out three times trying to soothe my hysterical child, it was wonderful. The cars were nice to look at st least :).
This team takes pride in their brand and it shows. I brought my Audi from Toronto and had it serviced here, I highly recommend it. They did a quality job removing the front plate bracket, even threw in some complimentary detailing. My car looked newer coming out of the shop than it did going in.

I have no problem with the sales part of this dealership but I do with the service end. I have had to take my Q7 in several times to readdress 3 ongoing issues with my vehicle. The last time, after still not having resolved one of the issues of voice recognition, we waited an extra half hour to have our car washed inside and out, only to find out the next day that the inside hadn't been touched. That was the icing on the cake after having to leave the vehicle there for 6 days while parts were being waited for......

I don't recall that how many Audi I bought from Halifax Audi. Sales are nice and service department done great job. In addition, they always detail the car after service. After years of successful business, Audi Halifax brought in some international sales force including a Chinese sale Stephanie, that was a smart move.
Had a great experience today with Sheryl Hunter and the service department. Having some issues with the AC on our Q5 which need a bit more work than initially expected , however Sheryl and the team went over and above to ensure my satisfaction and made sure I was looked after. Really impressed.

Worst service ever, waiting over an hour for their shuttle and when it got there it couldn't do the 20 minute drive out to where I lived. They said it was too far of a "drive". Then they said they would pay for a taxi for me, waited another 45 minutes and nothing. Had to go back and ask where the cab was, they said they would call again, was so frustrated at that point I got a friend to come and get me. They did nothing for me, and never checked in on me or anything!

I bought a Q8 more than one month ago. To be honest, there are some problems with the car in this two month and it makes me feel disappointed. Fortunately, Ali Tawfeeq is a Wonderful sales staff. He helped me solve problems patiently. Even post sale he has followed up several times.
Audi Halifax gives me a wonderful customer service experience, especially a Chinese dealer Stephanie Shi, helped me to lease my Q8 and gave me enough test drive opportunities to experience different Audi cars.
I love my Q3, but apparently it does not qualify for good service, I assume because it's more or less a base model. Service department is rude and condescending. After spending $1600 on winter tires, they jammed my all seasons in the BACK SEAT and not in the hatch. The car cleaning done after all service appointments is non-existent for us common folk. I have asked to get my warranty work and service done at another dealership. I may not have spent $150K on my car, but it was a big purchase for me.
Love the vehicles but abhor the prices for service....even if it is good.

came in on a least busy day, no other customers in the building. was not greeted by greeter, who was leaning over and chatting with a salesman. service department is not customer service oriented. no empathy, or genuine will to help. all other audi terminals ive been to across canada offered to resolve simple issues on the spot, washed the car while at it. i think i’ll drive out of town next time for better service.

Love the car, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are robotic, and cannot process situations encountered in the real, human world by their customers. Terms and conditions are not explained by sales staff at the time of purchase, and leave their customers hanging on the hook. I would have expected much better service from a luxury brand.
