I bought a new brand new dodge ram in 2019 from this dealership. Since new , I had issues with my audio deck and had to take the truck into the dealer for service on 4 seperate occasions. The problem still has not been resolved even with a new installed unit. I've had the truck for over a year and still can't use my deck properly. Very poor service !!

Was in the market for a new truck, had a sales lady call my husband several times to offer "great unbeatable deals and offers" he spoke to her and she said there was manager promos and that there was no problemgetting our payments where we wanted..and there was going to be aggressivel discounts. We drove from Kitchener to meet with someone who immediately told us he had no way to make our payments any where near what we were looking to pay within the first 10 minutes of being in his office. So of course you have no records, we bought our brand new Warlock from Galt .

This dealership is the worst dealership I’ve ever felt with in my life. Not only did they make an appointment with me and cancel without notification they sold the car I made an appointment for hours before I came for my appointment. Eventually I talked to a manager which basically laughed at me to my face told me I got a offer and took it, and wouldn’t let me speak without basically telling me you snooze you lose, I couldn’t believe it. I will be contacting OMVIC this week to explain how this dealer operates. The super odd thing about this is that I had a friend contact me about me about his dealings with this dealership and it was almost identical. They don’t care about customers, they care about closing sales. They don’t care who buys, they care about volume. I will be writing other reviews on this dealership on yelp as well as I’m going to open a forum on reddit about this particular location. Please do not deal with this dealership, contact other dealers and ask them about this location!! Good luck friends!

I called the service department to get a quote on installing a new transmission pan that was damaged when my dad ran over a garden stone. I was transferred to the parts department and was given a quote on the part and seal. I then requested the full price with installation/labour so I was transferred to the service department and a quote was given and I booked in the service. I arrived and while waiting We were approached regarding replacing the seal mentioning about they wouldn't gaurantee it wouldn't leak again. But wait...he says he recommends replacing the pan. So I said that's what I'm here for. We realize they didn't order the part and they actually had no idea that's what needed to be done. So I then had to gather my kids and dad and either wait for the part at the dealership for a couple hours or go home back to Cambridge, which we did go home because it's too much with a newborn and a 3 and 4 year old. As soon as I got home and was making the kids lunch we got the call to come back. I rushed and got us all back and when I arrived I was told oh I don't think we have time to do it now. I almost wanted to take the part and get it done elsewhere or myself. But with some scrambling they managed to get it done ofcourse and it didn't take long at all. Overall the experience was rediculous and there was no apologies for the wrong booking of the service we were made to feel pretty uncomfortable about the while thing. There has got to be a better connection between parts and service when being transferred and whoever is booking the service should make sure what exactly needs to be done.

There is a delightful team of dedicated professionals at Wellington Motors. Upon entering their premises last week to look at the new RAM 1500 models I was pleasantly surprised to learn how they treat customers. Smiles abound and someone offering me a coffee or water on a more than once while I was there. On the sales side, thorough and detailed explanations for my questions and I was left with the impression that this team really know their products and services. The finance team was equally up to the challenge getting me approved within one day. Again, the level of knowledge and treatment of me as a customer was truly outstanding. I was due for a new vehicle and I am completely delighted with a new RAM 1500 Sport from Wellington Motors delivered just four days later. I just purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. I had an excellent experience with Wellington motors. My sales guy was Andrew McCormack and other than being a Leafs fan he was great. I got the truck I wanted and he threw in running boards at no cost. My truck had a small dent on the hood that we missed and Andrew has arranged for it to be fixed as well. Michelle was my finance lady and she was great( and a Habs fan bonus). I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ram.

Very impressed with Wellington motors and I would reccomend them if you're looking for a place to service your vehicle. I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee SRT, which is not the easiest vehicle to service. I've been working with Lindsay and he is very quick to respond to emails, calls me back right away, and keeps me in the loop when my vehicle is in for repairs. He is happy to answer all my questions....which I have many, and the work is done on time. I'm glad my colleague reccomend this dealership. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

Very impressive customer service especially Sam K! He made my day easier and happier. However, the waiting area needs a deep cleaning on the chairs. There’s maybe one chair has no big stains on. The chairs in customer working area are worse. They’re full of coffee stains. The service is always fast, so I don’t have to sit on a filthy chair for more than half hour LOL

Purchased a 2015 Fiat 500c lounge in 2015. Since the first year of purchase I’ve had wiring problems from the design of the car. The trunk has wires that get caught and they ripped (not under warranty) Trunk and convertible roof no longer work. The most annoying problem will be the door handles they have ripped off 8 times. (I’ve spent over a grand on door handles alone in 5 years) Men in the shop were extremely rude and blunt. I wouldn’t recommend this car for 30 grand, nor recommend to be serviced at the shop unless you are extremely prepared to ask the right questions and are extremely knowledgeable with cars.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new vehicle at Wellington Motors Chrysler. First of all they were the only dealership that had one with all the options I was looking for, so I called and booked an appointment. The building itself is pretty spacious and kept tidy. Conveniently located off a main highway that seldom gets too much traffic. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly hello and the process of getting a new vehicle started immediately. Not only did they give me a great deal off the list price, but also accepted the value I wanted for my trade in. They are genuinely sincere about making the costumer feel good about the purchase. My sales rep, David Schneider, made tremendous efforts to meet my expectation, and in some instances exceed them. Overall I am very happy I bought my new 2020 Ram Rebel from them. And most likely will buy again here, whenever I'm in the market for a new one. Quick update: Big kudos to the service department. Since buying my truck, only been bringing it here for the routine maintenance. Always a warm welcome from the staff, they seem very knowledgeable to what needs to be done. Driving away after, my truck feels like a new vehicle again. Which gives me confidence from those who worked on it.

My wife and I were looking for a new truck to buy for our business. We took a few months to research the truck we wanted and just as important to find the right dealership. We were happy when during our research we came across quit a few great reviews about Bruce Merritt and Wellington Motors (who have won the Consumer Satisfaction Award from Dealer Rater in 2015 2016 2017). We called Bruce, he returned our call the next day and we setup a visit to look at the truck. I have always wanted a Ram 1500. My original intention was just going into look around and see what they had on their lot. I seen a few Trucks I liked. With the current Covid situation they were doing appointments to look at cars. I called and asked if it was possible to just take a peek in a couple trucks, if not could I make an appointment. They were happy to send someone out. I was met by Adam. I mentioned to Adam that I was just wanting to look and would not take up to much of his time. Adam walked around with me for almost 45 min explaining the differences between some of models I looked at. Adam then took the time to price out some of the trucks for me and what it would be for payments. The entire time I talked with Adam not once did I find him to push me to buy. Adam worked with me for over a week helping me find a truck with what I wanted. Adam contacted me with a few option he had on the lot and had me come in to test drive them. I was hooked the moment I drove them. I felt completely comfortable with Adam and did not find him pushy at all. I finally decided on the one I wanted. I then was taken over to Michelle. Michelle walked me through the options available to me for extended warranties and Michelle too was not pushing me to buy anything extra. Michelle put it through and it was Mine!! I could not be more happier with the decision to purchase my truck here. I ended up purchasing floor mats the day I picked it up and received amazing service and advice from the parts manager. Wellington Motors has an amazing staff.

Definitely not happy with the recent service at Wellington motors. Brought the vehicle in with a certain concern (thought it was something related to the back left wheel). Later on, I got the call telling me that the front breaks needed to be changed and the back ones serviced... With that, they added a break fluid flush... I have them the go-ahead, thinking that was the issue. Upon pick-up and revising my bill, it was noted that the trouble had been fixed by unbending a plate that was touching the rotor when turning... That cost $50 and it fixed my concern. But NEVER was that mentioned during the call and they made it seem as if the problem came from front breaks. Needless to say, my bill cost almost $1000, when the issue was fixed after about $50, maybe slightly more with time/labour. Never going back there again.

A new car FOB was ordered in January. Had to go back in March after not hearing anything back from them, because they were unable to find the FOB and had no record of it in their system, and had to re-order the FOB. Just heard back from them in the middle of May about the FOB and my truck has been sitting at the dealership since 8:10 for an 8:15 appointment to get the new FOB set up. It is now 12:00 pm and I still have not heard anything about the truck, I called in about an hour ago to see what was going on and was told that I would be contacted in 15 minutes. Still nothing. I will NEVER be going back to this place again.

The parts department is the weak point of this dealership. Very, very poor correspondence, poor effort to inform buyers of what the parts department is selling, and next to no effort to take corrective action for selling the wrong parts. Essentially, they sold me the wrong tires for my vehicle, which I bought from this very dealership! (I was told that i would be called when my tires arrived at the dealership, which, also did not happen - I had to call to find out), have had call several times, and only once, when I was promised a call back did they actually do so - only for me to speak with someone who again, had nothing to offer. When I went to a local shop that sells truck accessories, which my dealership salesperson recommended to go to, and discussed difficulties I had in buying a hitch for my truck (since my summer and winter tires are dramatically different sizes, and hence, requires two different height drops to match the trailers), not only did the accessories store owner, but another customer in the store, expressed shock that the dealership sold me the tire they did. The accessories store salesperson even had a chart comparing different tires and rims, and which sizes of each correspond to make a similar size rim/tire combination. Why didn't my dealership parts salesperson have this? Why didn't they tell me about what I was buying? How could they sell me the tire they did, and not expect me to realize the problems involved? It was reaffirming to have the feedback of others, as my speedometer readings are inaccurate and I'm having trouble keeping up with traffic going by my truck speed - nevermind driving with a smaller tire that is logging more mileage and running up my warranty faster. I spoke with another shop, and, not only are speedometer and mileage issues a problem, but, having too small a tire can cause for problems with the braking system. So I'm concerned. The parts department at the dealership is its weakest part, and sadly, serves to bring down everyone else there who do their job well. I didn't want to write this review, particularly as the sales department have people who are very helpful, but this continued song and dance of my having to chase the parts department to acknowledge their wrong and to take corrective action is more than infuriating. I don't have time for this, and, I need to be able to use the truck for what I bought it for. Becoming very disappointed.

My uncle bought a brand new truck from these guys. Over a year later, he still has issues with his audio unit after multiple attempts at the fixing the issue. They only care about the initial sale. They don't care if they sell you a faulty product as they blame the manufacture and think they have no part in the quality of product they sell. The dealership recently replaced the audio unit for the 2nd time and still they gave me a defective unit that is constantly malfunctioning. After 6 visits with the dealership for the same issue, we still don't have a solution for my problem. Poor service and even worse quality of product.

While buying our car, our experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Jeff was a pleasure to work with. HOWEVER -- as soon as we drove off the lot with our new vehicle, it was like we no longer matter as customers. Jeff assured us that he would call in a few days to check in, and he was going to find out about having an extra car-seat anchor installed. One week later, no call. After 1.5 weeks, I emailed him -- to ask about the anchor, and another concern I had with the vehicle. NO RESPONSE. It has now been 2.5 weeks since we drove off the lot, I have not heard back, and we STILL do not have the ownership (which they assured would arrive in the mail in 10 days). I had to reach out to a sales manager with my concerns, who promptly got back to me, but other than a curt apology provided no reason or explanation as to why we had been so ignored. Needless to say, this gives the distinct impression that the people here care about you as long as your money is on the line. As SOON as the deal is done and they aren't trying to sell to you, you cease to matter. I am unimpressed, to say the least. *****UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply: While I am willing to give Jeff the benefit of the doubt, and assume that he DID in fact email me on June 9th (an email I did NOT receive - I checked all of my folders, including promotions/trash/spam), this still is insufficient. He told me he would be checking in mid-week the week after we purchased the vehicle -- he told me this multiple times. That means I should have expected a call from him by June 4th at the latest. Instead, I had to reach out to him because no call was forthcoming. Further, if he DID email me back on the 9th, why did he not also reach out by phone when he did not get a reply from me? He has shown that once a negative review is on the line he can call me four times in 2 days -- but he can't make one courtesy call prior to that negative review? All in all, I'm disappointed. Also, we STILL have not received the ownership in the mail, as promised.

Finally I emailed wellington motors and made a parts request, got an email back the next morning from a guy named Justin. Found me the part, told me the price, confirmed it with a couple pictures I sent. I asked him to order it and he did, next day it was there, picked it up this morning at the parts counter. Not sure of the same of the guy at the counter, but he was awesome too, friendly, checked the part to make sure it was all good and it was. Paid for it brought it home, I installed it no problems, works perfectly. I didn't want to spend $900 for a mopar one but I see why it cost so much, the time I wasted trying the other options was far worse. Great experience, and I really aprritiate the guys that helped me get this resolved so quickly! Thank you!

We were extremely pleased by the service that we were given by Sandra Reid. From the very first time we entered to look at all vehicles, including smaller ones, we never felt pressured or talked into certain ones. This, we figure means so much. Worst experience ever!! I had a backup camera issue with my car. I called in to make sure they cover first canadian protection plan. They confirmed “YES” they do, they just have to contact first Canadian protection to check if they can cover the backup camera and I booked an appointment and the day i drove in, they said they do not cover this coverage. They are going to charge me $125 an hour for the labor or if its the part, it can be over $500. Wasted my time. Didn’t even look at my papers and never tried to help. Seems to me they just want people to drive in by any means or just giving them false hopes, so they can have them in at least to charge them for labor and not provide correct information. No one takes an ownership. Nobody is on the same page. I would never bringing my vehicle again to this place ever!!

They charged me over $130 for an oil change. That's absurd, and far higher than I've ever paid anywhere else. On top of that, they performed a maintenance inspection without even telling me and then told me I had to pay an additional $20 for it. Part of that inspection is to ensure the oil change indicator is reset/off. Yet when I got in the car the indicator was still on. Not a big deal since I know how to reset it, but it's still annoying. The inspection also lists checking tire pressure. Considering they "forgot" to reset the oil change indicator, I decided to double check my tire pressure once I got home. Sure enough, 3 of my tires were too low. Considering they only had my car for about 10-12 minutes, it's incredibly obvious that no such inspection was actually done. If they're going to charge people for services without the customer's permission, they could at least actually do the work they're charging for. Absolutely disgusting practices at this place, and I will never go there again.

Like next door neighbours I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot, my third vehicle from Wellington Motors. I have had such a good experience with the people at Wellington Motors that I wouldn't go anywhere else. The sales representative I dealt with was Marina Cal. She was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and never pushed me to make a decision. She took the time to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. The finance officer, Brad Corbett was great. He made the financing a simple matter. I have been taking my vehicles to Wellington for service over the past ten years or so, and have always found the service staff friendly and helpful, and the service work excellent. I definitely recommend Wellington Motors.

I recommend 100 percent if you are purchasing a new vehicle this is the place to go and the people to see. I am a first time new truck owner and Wellington Motors was amazing. The salesman Dave Schneider was the best person I have dealt with in years. He knew all the features of my truck walked me through every step lots of laughs. drive by in the morning and see a truck I liked with a sold sign. I chatted with them in the afternoon and was told its available, an appt was made to come see the truck ( deals fall through all the time) i drive 45 mins 1 way to see the truck to be told its sold. of course a more expensive truck was waiting for a test but was this the bait and switch car dealers do all the time to get a sale?? my gut says yes but can i prove it was? No I can not. either way they are very disorganized or they fibbed. both traits i wouldn't especially want in a long term business relationship. 2 stars as it was a below standard experience for me

I was in to this dealership today and the sales person i dealt with was not very helpful. She was what i would describe as a sales person not willing to help me with getting the truck i was looking for. I told her what i was looking for and my budget and she quoted a truck that was way more than i could afford. She seamed to only want to up sell me a truck i couldn't afford then quoting me one i could and asked for. I was not wanting a truck loaded to the max pretty much just the basics. What she priced out was a luxury model. when i explained that i was quoted a better deal at another dealership on a truck i was looking for she told me then you better go there. So that is exactly what i am going to do. I will never go back to wellington motors again and i will tell every one i know to not to go there either. If this is the sales people they hire then the other dealerships in the local area will be very happy to get buying customers that there sales persons tell to go away. If i could give negative rating stars it would be at least a minus 5

Attended Wellington Motors from Orillia as I had read great reviews and friendly staff. I passed a few Chrysler dealerships along the way between here and there but had looked elsewhere and not much luck for what I was looking for. Met Marina ( and later Michelle in financing) and took a slightly used truck for a ride. Was falsely charged 150.00$ for an alignment when I did not request any alignment as I had one done a week earlier, followed up and was told there was no evidence of what I was saying & hung up on me. Such a small situation and was handled terribly, can’t imagine how they handle larger issues. Stay clear if this place.
