I purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta from these guys June 4th 2020. The day I picked up the car the agreement was the stereo was to be replaced and working, a small front fender break was to have been fixed and painted, and a knocking sound that it was making when you turn corners was to have been repaired. These 3 things were noticed during my test drive and all were to be corrected a week later when I picked it up. The day I picked it up was a complete disaster, as Travis was not there. He has been the only good part of this whole experience. Not only was nothing fixed, but they couldn't even find the keys and Tony suggested sending me home in a different car....instead of the one I was purchasing. I was really upset and emailed Travis. Then Troy picked up the vehicle, and gave a me a different one for a few days. 3 days later all was corrected. That is until on day 7 the stereo made a large crackle static sound and quit. I had to call and call Tony (who is the only person you seem to be able to talk to regarding service) for 4 weeks before he finally got a different one to replace it with. Less than 24 hours later and again the stereo quits. It has now been another 5 weeks and I still cannot even get a call back. They are not even trying to correct the issue. Be aware to anyone who purchases with this company, do not leave until you make sure that everything that is supposed to be done is. Dealing with this company has been a terrible experience. I still have a vehicle without a working stereo (including the clock). I still cannot get them to call me back, or correct the issue despite leaving multiple messages. Unfortunately for me I live in Kichener,and purchased in Guelph with a company that came recommended. Next time I purchase a vehicle, I know I will not be returing here.

Not upfront about the car history until they are close to the end of the deal. If you don't ask, they don't tell. I purchased a car with as they said minor accident apparently had so many flaws in the car. Doors of different shade (my bad I didn't notice it indoors but they didn't mention either), doors won't close properly due to bad body shop work, gas tank doesnt lock, tires had to be replaced within a month,car key stopped working in 5 months, car GPS don't work just to name a few. There will be more issues in future I am pretty sure. May be for other customers who bought accident-free car had great experience, congrats to them. No intimidation anything from sales people but just not being honest. It was a bad purchase with below market cost but garbage value. I fell for the trap. I regret the purchase every day ☹️. Looking to get rid of this junk in future.

Decent to deal with, didn't have what I wanted. They tried to accomodate as I had a deadline to purchase a trailer , but unfortunately couldn't build one in time which I totally understand as they were only given a week. The prices jumped around a little bit upon getting a quote but to be expected anywhere at any dealership. They also reply pretty quickly on FB marketplace which is good. All in all , it's worth a visit if u are looking for a trailer as they seem well built.

The sales guy was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and wasn't pressuring us at all. I will recommend this place if you are looking for a used vehicle under 10,000. First thing I do when I look at cars is lay down on the ground and have a look underneath. So I was pleasantly surprised to find an indoor used car showroom with carpeted floors even. Great concept! The salesman wouldn't dicker on the price but the car was definitely worth the sticker amount, anyways. Large multi lift shop out back with many mechanics gave me confidence to purchase here. Had a minor issue with the car but Tony the service manager took care of it no problem. Great place to buy a used car - highly recommended.

I had heard about Troy's Toys on the radio so I took a look at their website. I was in the market for a truck and had found one that was perfect. When I went to the lot, I found out that the truck had been sold but the salesperson, Chris, that I was talking to told me about a few other trucks on the lot. We explained to Chris that we wanted to trade in our current vehicle but still owed some money on it. When we went looking, we found one that we absolutely fell in love with and asked if we could take it for a test drive. Chris went in to get us some plates but when he came back out, he told us that we couldn't take it for a test drive. He explained that there was another couple that wanted to test drive the same truck and since there was going to be issues with getting me financed, they would rather let the other couple test drive over us. We were pulled out of the truck and watched as the other couple drove away. We weren't even asked about trying to get financing. We left there and went to another dealership who was more than willing to help us.

I had the BEST used car experience possible with Tony from Troy's Toys. Tony is very knowledgable of the cars he is selling. He knew all of the features of the Cadillac I was interested in & how to operate them. There is a LOT of features on this SRX & Tony demo'd them for me like a pro. After having issues with my bank over financing Tony secured financing for me at a way better rate than my bank could. Used car salesmen are rarely trustworthy IMO but I got a good "vibe" from Tony right away. He got me in the car I wanted at a fair price with a 2 year warranty as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony at Troy's Toys for another vehicle or suggest my friends look him up for their vehicle needs. Thanks again Tony (& sorry it took me so long to write this review!).

We were there only for an hour or so before we purchased our new Ford Fusion. Troy's has an amazing indoor showroom which was nice as it was hot out. We enjoyed our experience there, great service, great vehicles, priced using common sense which is a nice change, new car dealers need to take note from these guys. Sick and tired of the strict standards and pushy employees and overpriced vehicles, not to mention treating someone with less than absolute perfect credit as a nobody is simply degrading. I purchased my first used car from Troy's Toys in Guelph this month. Dealt mostly with Brad Roy. There was no pressure, a large selection of vehicles, and Brad was very knowledgable and helpful. Prices were good too, in line with other places we had looked. When we picked up the car, everything was good (one minor issue - a cup holder - will be fixed for me at no charge), and we drove away happy and satisfied. I'll post again in a few months to confirm that all is good with the vehicle.

I chose a good little car and put down a deposit, and although they were able to get me the financing, for personal reasons I was unable to find affordable insurance for the vehicle. Troy graciously refunded my full deposit, despite having done considerable work on closing the deal. A great sales team with solid ethics. Highly recommended!

Bought my 1st trailer from Troy's. A 7x14 enclosed for my Jeep Cherokee. Driving home and realizing how heavy it is to tow I called to return it and get and exchanged for an aluminum 6x12. They would not give me the full refund value because it was "used". The sales person should have known that my Jeep would have a hard time towing a steel 7x14..... guess i should have done more research..... expensive mistake but wished Troy's would have educated me on this option.

I had nothing but a good experience with these guys. I was told these guys are bad but I honestly never seen that happen. Now I know not everybody is a mechanic as I am and they don't know cars but you can't blame a used car dealership because of that. If you don't have mechanical experience then get someone with the knowledge to help you out. I bought a beautiful dodge ram truck from them last week and I picked it up today and I could not be happier with it. It's a great truck and I honestly got the best deal as far as buying a 2011 dodge ram truck goes because these are not cheap trucks. They fixed everything that I mentioned when I seen the truck and detailed the truck beautifully when I picked it up. I had nothing but a great experience with these guys and I. would definitely recommend them to anybody. But as I mentioned you cannot blame the dealership for not inspecting the vehicle when you look at it before purchase.

Updated: brought the van back in for a service of the lights. Dealt with Stefan who made sure everthing was to satisfaction. If you run into any issues he will make it right for you Got a trailer hitch installed and the trailer lights did not work. Checked the pins and NONE of them had power. Called the shop and the person who worked in service blamed me for not checking the lights??? Wouldn't it have been installed correctly? This is after having to go back twice to get it done and still they couldn't get it right. Shotty service. Bad attitude. Take your vechicle somewhere else to get a hitch installed.

I have not been inside the actual show room. People are busy and just couldn't find the time to visit. Heard of you guys from a friend at work. He bought a car from you guys and is satisfied. I inquired about a car and the potential for a trade in. It's been about a month since I heard anything back from the sales associate I first spoke to. No emails, no returned phone calls. I even called and left a message to follow up. I know everyone is busy but having a potential customer wait this long for any answer is absurd. I don't think I will be heading to the showroom any time soon just from this experience.

Purchase (2016): Travis made sure that my custom trailer was built to spec... everything I wanted in a 14x7x7 trailer, two ramps, person door, generator door, vents, dual axle, etc... Warranty Work (2018): Tony/Stefan noticed some wearing issues with a few of the hinges so I drove it down to Goderich --- Brian replace ALL of the hinges (and there are a lot on this trailer), no charge! Service Work (2020): After a couple of winters using my trailer and not washing off the salt, the trailer needed a refresh (my fault) - I asked Brian to refresh the trailer to his current specs --- the result was like I was getting a new trailer --- before I left their manufacturing facility John and his colleagues had already taken my trailer in for a review. Totally amazing care in making sure everything was as good as new, and extremely fair to me on price (I didn't ask for an initial quote --- and if you meet Brian you will also get that immediate comfort level with him). Everyone here is responsive, fair and easy to work with. My recommendation: If they make the style of trailer that you need, do not look any further!!! -Arend- PRIOR REVIEW (2018) --- Unbelievable service! The first experience was trailer warranty work - Stefan was responsive and the service was completed quickly. The results exceeded my expectations and there were no hassles that you might expect with warranty work. The second experience was when I needed a part - again Stefan took care of it pronto. I wish I could give them less than a 1. Long story short- don’t get warranties. My significant other purchased a vehicle here and they like to charge people for services they haven’t explained would have a cost. We brought the car in to get checked and was told to return a week later. We were never told we would be charged for anything. A week later when we returned and the car was serviced, final bill had an amount of $50 fee for the FIRST visit (all they did was hook up the car to a machine to let us know why the engine light was on) I prefer honesty and good customer service, especially if we have purchased from you. Go elsewhere if you are looking for reliability and an honest business.

If you are looking for a dealership where the sales staff does not pressure and hound you, then Troy's is the place. I went to see a car 3 times while researching the vehicle reviews and Brad always welcomed me back for another test drive lol. He would always stress that I needed to be sure that the car was right for me. I ended up buying it. Picked it up one morning and noticed that it still needed cleaning. I kindly mentioned that I thought it could use a better detailing. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. And they did, no fussing, no problem, no questions or complaining. The car looked great after. The staff are all super nice. Travis and Brad both said that if I need anything for the car to bring it by.... any problems, just bring it in. They can also do repairs if I need it done. Very pleasant NO PRESSURE experience!

After comparing the features and prices, we were very impressed with the quality and price of this locally-made (Goderich) trailer. It was worth the hour-plus drive to Guelph for us as the trailers at other dealers closer to us were not of the same quality. Stefan was helpful and the transaction went very well. We special ordered to get extra height, but the trailer was ready in Guelph in less than three weeks, though we had to wait through the aftermath of the ice storm before we could pick it up.

Extraordinary customer service! I purchased a 2011 Kia Forte from Troy's Toys October 2019 that I absolutely love. I had a great experience purchasing the vehicle as all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. After a couple of weeks of having the vehicle I had noticed a slight ticking coming from the Engine that got much worse over time. I did my research and found many other people with the same make/ model of my car having the same issues and having to replace their engine. So many things wrong with the car I purchased , I tried to write a review about the horrible service and to tell you all the problems but because there was so many words it wouldn't let me post it. So I will say what ever you do DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM TROY'S TOYS 4 months later and we are still fixing things on it , the latest was the CV shaft had to be replaced . Below are pictures of the dirt , this was suppose to be cleaned and also the back drivers side door was suppose to be aligned , neither was done. Over this past weekend i purchased a 2013 Fiesta from Troys with the help of Daryl Wells. Honestly I have only great things to say about Daryl and the help from everybody I met at Troys over the course of that weekend. I had been searching for a car for what feels like an eternity. I purchased an all aluminum tandem axle 7x12 trailer made by the Canadian Trailer Company through Stefan at Troy's Toys for my RC Jet aircraft hobby. I decided on this trailer after researching other trailer vendors...what sold me was best value considering these trailers have the floor, walls and ceiling on 16" centers, a ramp door, a bigger V-nose, plywood interior, excellent craftsmanship...and are Canadian made! And, it looks AWESOME...many neighbours have already complemented me on the trailer. To top it off, Stefan provides excellent service...my trailer was ready ahead of time, exactly as ordered, and he has a wealth of knowledge on all the technical aspects for successful towing. After using the trailer, it tows nicely on the highway with nice tracking behind my 1st Gen Durango 4x4. I'm in the process of customizing the trailer interior for my hobby for many years of use. I recently purchased a 7’ x 16’ x 7’-2”h V nose enclosed cargo trailer from Troy’s Toys. I have owned 6 trailers in the past and have found that the American built trailers do not appear to be constructed as well in the last 15 years as they were previous. I then began researching as I wanted an all aluminum trailer. This Trailer is fully constructed of aluminum chassis, vertical aluminum wall supports, aluminum ceiling supports complete with stainless fasteners throughout. 3/4” plywood floor and 3/8” plywood interior walls. Basically the only items that may rust might be the axles and the hitch. I had contacted Canadian Trailers Company via email on a Saturday, the following Monday, Jordan from Troy’s Toys had contacted me via email and phone. We struck a deal and picked up my new trailer on the Friday morning. Jordan and Liam met with me the morning of pick up, completed required paper work, they walked me through the trailer specs, answered any questions I had and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I feel fortunate to be able to purchase what appears to be a quality manufactured product built by Canadians! Jordan & team, thank you.

After the transmission went on my 1999 Hyundai Elantra, I knew it was time to invest in a new car. As a new grad, my budget was extremely tight, but I needed a car to get to work. The engine light came on literally 10 minutes after I left the lot I called them and they asked me to bring it back the next day and I have had nothing but problems since they always want my car left there for atleast a week so they can work on it but it never seems to be fixed when I pick it up its still have the same problem. Lol well this probably actually did happen twice I have the van for one year and after the first transmission was replaced a couple months later I needed a second one and they would not cover it so no everything was not resolved.

When we were looking to buy a cargo trailer to convert into a trailer for our miniature horse, I emailed many places stating what we were looking for. Most responded that they did not have what I wanted in stock. Stefan from Troy's Toys was the only one who responded and followed through. He called me and quoted us on a trailer that would suit our needs. We made an appointment to go to the show room and look at trailers. With his help, we ordered a cargo trailer with the necessary enhancements (windows and double axle) that would make the trailer work well for our three miniature horses. If I could give this place a zero star i would. This place is a joke!!! I would never by a car from TROY’S TOYS!!! My girlfriend took a few cars for a test drive, the first one was making so much noise and the second car the engine light came on. Sales guy got the service manager over to give us a bs story and was so rude and ignorant. Save your time and go spend your hard earned money elsewhere. From what I can see from the other replies The owner will ask if I have the right dealer since he does not have my name in the system. Of course my name is not in the system I never bought a car of you lol.

I purchased a 7'X12' V nosed single axle trailer from Stefan at Troy's Toys. I am very happy with this trailer, they are so we'll made! They are made with solid steel frames and tubing, plywood interior, the flooring and ramp is pressure treated wood, have not seen that in other trailers I've looked at. Excellent craftsmanship inside and out. I have bragged about these well made trailers, and will recommend anyone I know looking for one to buy here, and ask for Stefan! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst place ever to deal with. I bought my car and had it checked every 4 months with them assuring me it was fine and in good working condition. Then to have one of my friends visit the showroom and said two of their cleaning ladies were using my car to take for lunch. I’ve had to sink 3 grand into a vehicle that i purchased less then 2 years ago. Complete garbage. The service guy is the rudest human being I have ever met in my life. Save yourself and go to a reputable business with quality work because you’ll end up wasting your money at this place.

After a lengthy search for a Cargo Trailer I ended up at Troy's Toys in Guelph where I ordered a 14' from Stefan Cyr on Feb. 21st 2018. I'm a machinist by trade and what impressed me was the quality of workmanship that goes into these trailers. Stefan made a good point when he said that a lot of the trailers come up from the States and they are not designed for Canadian winters. These trailers are built right here in Goderich, Ontario by the Canadian Trailer Company, which is owned by Troy's Toys, and are built to withstand Canadian weather. Stefan arranged for my wife and I on March 7th to tour the plant in Goderich and see our trailer being built. I'm impressed with the staff and quality that goes into building these trailers. After seeing our trailer at the plant in the stage of the frame being welded on March 7th it was ready for pick up at Troy's in Guelph on March 18th. Well done Troy's.

Very horrible people. Husband and i bought a vehicle from these scammers a year ago. We have had to redo front, back and tires. We were told the front end had all been redone before we bought it. Not only are the selling lemons but they are also no reporting ur payments to the credit. Every 4 months looks like u havent paid at all then 2 months of payment.... we havent missed a payment at all.... horrible horrible people. If i could go less then 1 star i would!!

I have researched pretty much all the trailers that are sold in Ontario and visited about 10 dealerships, don't waste your time this is the only place to go for a cargo trailer, I've done the work for you. These Canadian made trailers are built to last, no corners are cut, no cheap angle iron, or flimsy checkered plating, or crappy powder coated wheels. Solid steel frames with solid steel tubing frames, galvanized wheels, the way things should be made. I was looking on Kijiji for a 7x12 trailer when I came across there website. I called them to see if they had a 7x12 trailer. He said yes and told me to come up to see them and before coming to his place I should stop in at 2 other trailer places to compare. I did stop in at the other 2 trailer places before I got to Troy’s. When I got to Troy’s, I met Stefan Cyr. He showed me 2 trailers and showed me the difference between the 2. I was so impressed how they build their trailers it was exactly what I was looking for. Stefan is very knowledgeable with trailers and was honest with me. I bought one from him and would like to thank Stefan for everything and for taking his time in explaining everything. When I picked the trailer up and was driving home it handled excellent. Recently I made a trailer purchase from Troy's Toys. Had no dealings with them before. I did my research on various vendors beforehand. I was looking for quality. I did not want low quality, as I wanted the trailer to last for many years. I wanted authentic laminated plywood construction for example, and not aspenite chipboard as it won't hold up to any moisture. In my case I wanted an aluminum frame, as I did not want the frame to degrade with exposure to salt. The base design of their product is great, the choice of upgrade options was extensive. My selections required a factory build, as opposed to taking delivery off the lot. I went with the 7x12x6.5 headroom, and the drop single axle for my purposes. The factory build took only 3 weeks ! And Canadian made. They have great design features and excellent quality. Grease fittings on major door hinges and on axle bearings as one example. Great fit and finish. Great standard external lighting features and hitch and jack hardware. Small town feel with professional team and quality product. Many of my questions were asked after hours and on weekends. Stefan answered all of them right away. Also, a convenient indoor show room. So far I am very pleased with the trailer. Very controllable in backing up. Hauls very well and looks high quality. Happy with my choice, the product, and in this vendor. Thanks again Stefan for all of your help.

We bought a car a few months ago. When we took the car for a test drive, we noticed a few things, nothing serious and told Brad, the sales person that we wanted them fixed prior to picking up the car. The issues were documented on the sales agreement. After picking up the car, we noticed that the same issues continued. We called the dealership and were told that everything had been completed. WHAT A CROCK OF BULL! We took the car to another garage. The air filter was so clogged that the engine wasn't getting air and other things we requested to be done weren't. We went back to Troys. The owner and his son was SOOO RUDE! We spoke to the mechanic there and he said that nothing had been noted or done. At least he was honest about it! They only want the money and then it's your problem! After a lot of frustration they paid for the repairs that should have been done to begin with. This dealership will tell you whatever it takes to see a car! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY. This is the same site we looked at prior to buying! Never again!

I was in the market for a new cargo trailer for about a month. I had checked out almost every trailer dealer in southern Ontario. The experience I had with almost all of them was very poor. Many of them didn't call me back or respond to my emails. I found Troys Toys in Guelph and gave them a call. I had a 40 minute call with Brian and within a couple of minutes I realized that he knew trailers inside and out. He basically explained the MAJOR differences of Canadian Trailer Company trailers and all the other trailers. I would never recommend this place to purchase a vehicle to anyone! I had asked the car salesman to check on a known issue with the make and model of the vehicle that I was purchasing and I was reassured that it was fine and that it was not leaking, only to have that exact issue shortly after. (Valve cover gasket - not cheap!) I have had to replace almost every single thing under the hood (spark plugs, coils, oil gasket housing, drive belt, engine ground straps, etc.) the bushing, the brake pads, rotors, sensors, all four tires had broken valve stems. AND when I called to ask how this vehicle could have possibly passed a safety, he claimed that everything was fine, it must be normal wear and tear. This was only a couple of months after I purchased the vehicle. I then had the Service "manager" say to me on the phone "If I could predict what would happen to cars I would be in the lottery business not the car business" SUPER CLASSY! Look elsewhere my friends :)!

So, overall not the best experience. I show up Wednesday to look at the car (2007 chevy cobalt), took it for a test drive, decide I like it, go forward with the paperwork. I'm told to come back Friday to pick it up - great! Friday comes around and I get a call saying the car won't be ready because they bought too many cars at auction that they only have a limited window to look over and see if there are any problems. Sucks, and not very professional to not prioritize your customers, but what can you do. We agree on Monday for pick-up. Monday comes around and I head in, we fill out all of the final paperwork and my check is taken to be processed. Then the service manager comes out all tells me theres been some kind of miscommunication, that the car won't be ready until tomorrow because they got sent the wrong part. I asked if my check could be returned to me, and I was instead given a receipt. So despite me not being able to pick up my car, I had still paid for it. From my understanding, this is not a normal occurrence. I was told I could come in for a free oil change for my trouble, which I feel is not satisfactory compensation. So finally tuesday, I pick it up. It's not even been a week, and the engine light has come on. Overall, a bad experience with less than stellar staff. I will gladly update my review once I get my car looked at to see what the issue is. An update. Troy's took a look at my car, and got it sent off to the GM who repaired it. Seems as though it was a faulty purge valve. The car is now running fairly well, although it does have a rough startup which I assume is because it is adjusting to the new purge valve, as the engine was throughly checked. Troy's was kind enough to pay the bill on the repair, and even fixed my windshield wiper that had stopped due to the snow. Although it was not a perfect experience, Troy's took responsibility and fixed the issue. Thanks, guys

I had an exceptional experience working with Stefan Cyr to design and build a custom enclosed trailer. This company is the only company doing built to order enclosed trailers in Ontario, to the best of my knowledge. I had specific requirements that were 100% met. Build quality is extremely high, and the level of support is excellent. Once the order was placed, the 7x20" totally custom twin axle trailer was in the lot ready to roll in <3weeks. Unbelievable. If you need a trailer that's a bit different than off-the-shelf, or if you just want an enclosed trailer that is significantly higher build quality than the mass produced imports from the US, then you must give these guys a call.

I just recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion when we first went to see the car the car was buried in snow and the battery wasn’t charged and also the driver side mirror needed repair so Andre said he would get me a new battery and mirror there was also a ton of paint scraps all over the car we ask them to fix it and then after like a day of having it the front bumper was about to fall off and tony the mechanic tried putting it on me like I hit something I had the car no longer than day just used to get to work but after fighting with Troys toys I finally got the fusion with a new mirror no paint scraps and a new bumper so hopefully form here on in everything runs smoothly but I would buy another car from you guys poor review.

I do not suggest anyone buying cars from Troy’s Toys. Do not trust them, and do not waste your money. No technical supports, no loyalty and respect to their customers, and some of their staff are really rude. I do suggest anybody who bought a car from them, asking a mechanic to check their car as soon as possible. Buying a car from them imposed me lots of costs, dangers, and risks for me and my family, just after I used it. ( take a look at a sample picture of one issue out of many other problems, the wiring was melted since I got the car, and I was really lucky that it wasn’t beside the fuel lines, otherwise I would have a sever firing on my car) Since two months ago that I bought the car, I have spent around 3000 dollars to solve the car issues, and still this car is not reliable! I bought a Volkswagen Passat from them around two months ago, and they told me the car is Rust prove, certified, with no technical issues, and even I paid 2000 dollars more to have an extended warranty. The car has got many kinds of issues since just after 3 hours of buying, plus a lot of rust on interior outside of the car. I have sent them many emails and struggled with their staff through the phone regarding the car issues, but there hasn’t been any signs of responsibility there. They haven’t answered my emails, and phones as well. Again, please don’t waste your money, and don’t buy anything from them.

I recently purchased both a 2010 Dodge Ram and a custom built Canadian-made enclosed trailer from one of the sales reps Stefan Cyr. I live about 1.5 hrs away so all our correspondence was done over the phone, he was excellent in keeping me informed as to what the process was for financing as well as picking them up on the same day so it saved me time and fuel lol. Upon my arrival to the store I was welcomed and was treated like family during the signing process I was well informed and felt absolutely no pressure at any time from begging to end I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle or trailer, I have purchased trailers before from a local company that out sourced the process to the states and it was a horrible experience the trailer wasn't ready on time took 2 weeks longer than what i was told I have owned the trailer for about a year and screws are already falling out of it door is warped and it has a leak, The trailer that Troys made was ready on time and is very well made it has exceeded my expectations, they have my vote for repeat business. Bought a vehical had issues right off the start took it in over and over again. Was told the issues never happened. But as soon as I drove it off the lot it happened again. Never got the problem solved. Sold a complete lemon. Not even a year out of the car and it's a write off. Definatly wouldn't reccomend. Now I'm paying for a car I cant even use... what a shame.
