Chris (the service manager?)at Guelph Hyundai was absolutely disgusting. Zero customer service skills. Was defensive, wasn't listening to the issue, and was passing the buck onto another Hyundai dealership (the car was purchased at Guelph December 2018). Stay away from Hyundai.

Very conveniently located - The Guelph Auto Mall is actually a series of car dealerships located adjacent to each other. All the names are their - Toyota, Honda, Hyundai etc. Anyone looking to buy a new or used car can easily hop-and-shop around, instead of having to scale across a whole city. I remember reading somewhere that its Canada's largest Auto Mall. There are service centers too aytached with dealers. In all a one spot to go looking for a vehicle, full of choices and obviously staff members in these dealerships are very courteous (they have targets and a reputation to keep!)

I wasn’t too impressed. I heard I’m a one off on that though. They basically lost all interest in actually getting my car for me once my ink dried and they had my deposit. Wouldn’t respond to emails, or calls. Didn’t want to deal with me, only my husband even though it was my car in my name. I’m just posting this to share MY experience. I understand others tell a different tale.
