Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Process was drawn out months, was lied to about certain things wrong with the car I was going to get. Was told things were fixed when in reality nothing had been started. All the paperwork was finalized and they cancelled A DAY BEFORE I was supposed to get the car. Already paid for insurance and a finance payment. DON’T GO HERE! Waste of time!

Great car selection, I liked the no pressure purchase experience. My only issues, was that my sales person promised he would get several items that needed fixing fixed, however it turns out out of the 4 items 2 were fixed but still had issues, e.g wrong mirror color, dent not fixed completely. Also I wasn’t provided with the safety certificate and the Carproof Report even though I had asked for them. Nevertheless the price of the vehicle was very good, despite over promising, my sales guy was friendly and patient.

Adrian and Sergio as the best people I met in the industry so far. Very nice, professional and most importantly transparent and dedicated. I had an issue with the car which was no way their fault and they took care of everything. They ever drove the car for me to pick it up as I was coming back from a trip. Would not recommend anyone doing business with this place. This guy was extremely rude to my gf on the phone, car wasn't ready when he said it would be and I'm sure he got someone to not even look at the car and just write a safety certificate. Within a day of having the car the check engine light went on he took it back had it cleared and said it's good then the next day it comes back on. Called him about it and he tells me to take it to a mechanic even though it's under warranty. This guy should not be in buissnes and I hope no one purchases a vehicle from this place. Wish I could give this place a zero star rating but the lowest it will allow is one star.

I am only giving one star because can't give zero stars. Bought a car that I told guy needed steering fixed when I picked car up I was told mechanic said was good. Obviously safety done illegally as I took to dealership and told car should not of been saftied.... Don't buy a car from these crooks.

I'd highly recommend Rockcliff Auto!! I just bought my first car at Rockcliff Auto and couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with the quick/reliable service and friendliness of the staff. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles which was helpful as I don't know much about cars. I purchased a Nissan Sentra in GREAT condition, no problems, no noises, and haven't had to maintain it since. There was no hassle whatsoever and I would recommend Rockcliff to anyone looking for a used car. Bought a vehicle from a staff there that was selling for his dad threw this business even had a sign from the business listing price in the car window. He did nothing but lie to me told me how car was in great shape and only needed breaks for a safety what a lie the vehicle is so rusted underneath it cant even pass a safety. Also stated how his dad was the orginal owner which was another lie i get the buyers package and there are 4 previous owners. The guy now refuses to answer me or fix the situation. So be careful he lied to me just to get a sale so he proubly lies to everyone.would never recommend dealing with this business.

A few things you might want to know about owner Adrian Stancu are that he has very little experience in the auto industry. Prior to opening a year ago Adrian was a cook, among other food industry jobs. He has a one year diploma from Trios college. He was working at Loblaws during the bread price fixing scandal. So certainly knew the score there and probably why he is trying to sell cars now and doing it badly. Ordering kitchen supplies is a far cry from knowing a car engine. Personally speaking, Adrian is not good to do business with, many who have are owed money. Adrian has active mental fantasies of persecution that he believes the GUELPH police are investigating. This is an honest and fair assessment of the methods of doing business at by this cook, at 35 Gordon St. in Guelph Ontario. 1. Most cars are bought quite cheaply at an online auction in Montreal. 2. Cars are priced 2-4 times more than the dealer paid, pretty standard in the industry. 3. Most cars have hidden rust. Most cars have camouflaged dents. 4. Safety certificate standards are extremely lax. I say this because a car sold here went out to the customer(me) with no working headlights. 5. Cars bought here come with minor issues after the sale.(check engine light came on.) No oil in motor(down 3 litres) picked it up gas was on E(even though I paid to have gas in it.) (Trunk struts shot, had to hold up by hand.) 6. After sale customer care is nonexistent. It's all your problem now baby if you buy it. 7. Any work done to these cars is done on the cheap, for example I know for a fact that when a car was sold with "new" tires they actually just switched out the winter tires that came with the car for the bald summer tires and said they were new tires. Anyone who does not believe this can look at my "ice" brand "new" tires LOL. 8. Don't ask for a refund, you will get screamed at, called a black mailer, and your phone gets blocked. I've heard a number of cases where they owe customers money or services and don't pay up. Personally I was called a piece of SH*T by owner Adrian in front of other customers. 9. Just another small time used car dealer. To be avoided. Make your own private sale and save big. 10. The financing here is dreadful, definitely don't sign a financing deal. They say they finance everyone(It's a lie). They do refer you to sketchy lenders if needed.
