He helped me with my issue with my vehicle, and offered my a beverage and cookie while I wait. I would definitely come back to the express lane at Robinson. The receptionist was great and very helpful. The mechanics did above and beyond to help us with a flat tire an hour before they closed. They offered to drive to Costco to inflate our tire without a charge because we are from the states and knew no body down in Canada to fix the tire. They took our truck to the garage and patched up the tire for us for very cheap. They were all very eager to help, very informative, knew what they were doing and were very kind about us coming in last minute before they had to close. Will definitely be coming back! Great customer service.

I financed my 2017 GMC Sierra almost one year ago and I would still recommend this dealership for all your automotive needs! Dan is by far the most personable and caring salesman ever! he has taken my calls at any time (even when hes not in the office) Dan goes above and beyond his job to make sure you are looked after. also the 2017 GMC Sierra has not failed me in anyway! Love the truck, I value this dealership. Nick K went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible ride for the money I had. Dude was patient, sincere and really tried to understand what I need and won't need in a truck, provided great advice / education for a first time car buyer / owner. Tried all kinds of ways to add upgrades / equipment I'd have to spend $ on later anyways to improve the value. Even though I didn't end up getting a truck here I still recommend this dealership (everyone else was friendly / on point as well). You should talk to Nick for the best deal and purchase experience. Of course dealers want to make money but it's rare to find a sales person who also really tries to make things work for you. Will def consider coming back to purchase my next vehicle.

I had a flat tire in my GM vehicle this weekend. I t was on a tow truck and I was calling around to see if I could drop it off anywhere (didn't have to be done that second). I called this location and was told they're too busy. That's it. No alternative like, we can look at it on Monday, which would have been fine. Its a tire change, takes ten minutes and that includes finding the new tire. Not another option. I work in customer service and I know when I have to explain that we don't have something in stock, I don't come back to the customer and say sorry, we dont have it. I come back with a list of locations that do or similar items if there are none left in any other locations. To just be told, yeah we are too busy, good luck was insulting. Will never in a million years go there to buy a car or get any type of service done

I will start off with I recommend this dealership for service on your vehicle. I did not purchase my vehicle at this location. However the location (I won't name for professional courtesy) royally messed up my rear brakes. Got fed up with them and went to Roberson's. Mechanic knew almost instantly the cause of the issues and had my vehicle repaired the same day. Great and knowledgeable staff that always fixed my truck right the first time. Highly recommend anyone looking for service on their GM vehicle to use this location. Well done!

I am pretty disappointed to say the least when this is not the first time I come for a scheduled service appointment and I am told they don't have me booked in but "will try their best to get me in as soon as possible" well I made this appointment 2 weeks ago! And I am not a retired person who has all the time In the world to just sit here for hours!! I don't appreciate how they can all of a sudden not have me booked in for an appointment

Wow I guess the person who drives the Robertson courtesy car feels they can park in the fire zone in front of Zehrs while she goes in and shops because if she gets a ticket it won't cost her any money. She probably leaves her pets and kids in a hot car too. Guess the 50 ft from a parking space is too much. Sad.

My experience is based on wanting to buy a car from this dealership. I walked in, was quickly approached and had a knowledgeable test drive. And that’s why I gave a one star rating. Once we got back to the dealership and started to talk about the actual specifics that’s when it went downhill. The salesman was awful. He was pushy, degrading, aggressive and the worst of all - he didn’t know anything about the company he worked for. I went into the dealership 100% buying a Buick. And I left knowing I would not buy one from this dealership if at all. I would not recommend if you are looking at purchasing a car.

Bought a Buick encore in October 2017, during the test drive I mentioned the blind spot indicators were not working properly (the driver side was on the whole time with nobody around and the passenger side never went on even with people driving beside us) and I had asked for this to be fixed and for my winter tires to be installed when I was set up to come pick up the vehicle. Neither of which was done. I had to reschedule the vehicle to bring it in for both, where the mechanics were great and reset the electrical for the car which resolved the issue for a little while and now they work the majority of the time but at random the issues still happen. Since then I contacted gm and have been trying to get the issue resolved almost a year later. With videos or the issue happening they still won't do anything other than reset my electrical unless they malfunction in their shop. I have also contacted the salesman Rhys and have been waiting for a response for a few weeks now. I would not recommend buying your vehicle here. GM has also been terrible to deal with for this issue and I will not buy from gm again either.

If you are interested in outstanding honest service AJ is your man. Immediately upon entering Robinsons he asked and listened to what our needs were. He led us right to the truck that met them all along with our budget. All communication was clear, diligent and pleasant. We also had an excellent experience with Madhu in finance. There was ZERO pressure to up sell. Truly we cannot thank or commend the experience enough!!! We and anyone we can recommend will be back!

Bought a new GMC truck from these guys a couple of years ago. Took it for a regular oil change recently thinking I am leaving it in good hands. After the oil change, got informed by the staff that the service manager named Rob wanted to talk to me. Rob promptly informed me that my stereo no longer works. They offered no explanation and expected me to just accept it as fact. Said something along the lines "what do you expect, the truck has 90,000 km" on it. The truck that was bought from them and brought to them for service precisely because they presumably have the expertise. They should be ashamed. Stay away from them.

I brought a new 2017 terrain from these guys and have had nothing but problems with them as soon as the 60,000km warranty ran out. I'm wife had brought the car in multiple times asking to use a paint warranty we bought with the car. She was miss lead and lied to 3 times with excuses first saying the rust was break dust then, under coating spray and so on. I went in to talk with the service department and (Rob the service manager was very unprofessional tell me what do you expect it has 65,000km) ok well I have a 6 year warranty lol. He told me the it was acid rain then said he couldn't do anything but but if I did want to I could use the warranty but it would then void it form any more rust in the future. What a joke this guy is. So I said ok whatever let's us it that why I played for it. He takes some of the information takes a few pictures and says he would send it off. About 2 weeks later I get a email say we forgot to take some information v.i.n . I provide and here nothing back this was in June of 2019. I bring the car in again in the summer for a oil change and rob is on vacation and they tell me they will look into when they get back. It is now 2020 lmfao and nothing this place is a joke. Just to inform someone at this Branch of the business they lost we have the terrain you will no longer service. 2x 2013 gmc Sierra 2500 work trucks and have a deposit in for the C8 Corvette with a TPW of 3/16 and any future gmc I buy $150,000.00 easy in sales and service over the next few years. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY!!!!! P.S I HAD TO CALL THE WARRANTY PLACE MYSELF ASK WHAT PLACE THEY DEAL WITH AND TAKE THE VEHICLE THERE TO BE FIX ... GOOD JOB ROB

My husbands vehicle broke down when we were out of town (Guelph). We took it to Robinson's who fixed it in a timely manor knowing we were from out of town. When he went to pick it up, he saw that the passenger side mirror was folded in, and the mirror glass was cracked. When he told the service manager about it, the manager said there was no way that his technicians broke it and he would have to check the security footage to see if it was damaged in the parking lot (where they would not be liable). Footage didn't show any damage, but technician said he did fold in the mirror, but claims he didn't break the mirror. The mirror was definitely not broken before taking it in, and the dealership refused to take responsibility for it. Won't take the vehicle there again, and next time it goes to a dealership we will ensure to walk the vehicle with the service department and make sure they document any damage (if any at all) before leaving it in their hands. Be warned that the dealership won't take any responsibility if it's damaged while on their lot and you've left it in their care, and they will deny doing damage themselves.

Terrible customer service and OVERPRICED! I went in for some electrical work ($450), when I got my car back I found they lost a small cap for my car. I called them about it, could not get through for 30 minutes, so I left a message. They never returned my call. Sadly, I had to go back a few months later for a GM specific part that I could not get replaced elsewhere. I called and booked an appointment 4 days in advance and they said the part would come in the morning of. Get there, wait 30 minutes before they say the part never even came in. They said the part would cost $40, when the GM parts distributor's website says it is $11.99. NEVER GOING BACK!

Sent this as a response to their dealerships satisfaction survey and never got a response. The one thing they did fix was a noise coming from my left front wheel well and as of yesterday that's still a problem. Honestly, It was just a negative first experience that I had with your dealership. My vehicle had an engine light on and I took it in. I knew that the issue was covered under warranty and I had no intention nor did I expect to have to drop $250 on my car. Because the engine light reset itself and the mechanic could not recreate the engine light I got stuck with this diagnostic bill. I’m hesitant to bring it back in now with an engine light for the fear that it won’t be on when you guys pull it in and that I’ll be stuck with another $250 bill. Also very inconvenient that I was called 15 minutes before you close before a long weekend to tell me the situation and that I wouldn’t be able to get my car till after the long week. ( I work for a dealer and needed a vehicle all weekend.) no one mentioned until after I was called 15min to close that your diagnostic fee was $120/hr again disappointing for a first time customer. No one offered to leave the vehicle outside of your gate so I had access or provide me with a loaner. I’ve held off from a negative review because I am familiar with how much that affects a business these days but my first experience at your dealership was probably my last because of where it left me. Was also surprised after leaving that kind of feed back to a dealership survey that over the course of a week no one responded or attempted to reach out.
