Just after buying a 2009 ram 1500 only 2 months ago with it being safety I've had to replace tires that shouldn't have passed do to warping front axles rack and pinion is leaking wheel bearing and the rear end is gone also they told me it was new I do not recommend buying a car or truck from this place vary unsatisfied ! When a truck is being safety tires need to be checked front end and the rear end you guys got done it was either used or not put in right now I have to get a new one

I would give this dealership 0 stars. I just recently bought a 2009 Audi A4 for my daughter from this dealership. Originally I gave them 5 stars but after 3 days everything started going wrong with this car. First issue is the trunk not opening. The dealer said to bring the car back, so I did, he was not able to get the trunk open so he asked me to bring it back the next week to change the latch, but he called and cancelled because the latched that he ordered did not come in. I started to feel the car chug when you try to break and accelerate, so I took the car to Audi to have them give it a once over to see what was wrong. Some of the issues that Audi found was 1. This car was in a rear end crash at some point and the whole rear end was replaced. When this rear end was replaced the wiring was not done right so that's whats causing the trunk to not work. 2. The break pads and rotors need to be changed that's whats causing the chugging. Overall they said that this car should not have been certified and now this dealer wants to say that I am the one that hit the car at the back and replaced the rear end. He has offered to fix the trunk but I dont trust bring my car back to him This has been the worst experience. He has the cash that I paid in full for this car and I have a car that has major issues. Be very careful when buying a car from him. I have to get the ministry and OMVIC involved, I dont think that he is going to fix the car now that I had to take this issue to them, but he said he would fix them in 3 weeks Lets see.

Bought two months ago a Toyota Matrix XR 2006. Car technically Ok thanks to previous owners who did maintenance at Toyota dealership. The car was filthy the day I tested and left deposit ; they said "car is not clean" promised to clean it ; at delivery day was same filthy as when I tested a week before; Promised $300 on the trade in, payed $250. I had no choice but to accept because transfer was done and draft check issued already..... If you deal with this guys, expect to be lied and proceed with care, make sure you cover your back...

I have recently (December -10-2017) bought my Mazda3-2010 from Premium car Club. Atif,the owner of Premium club, himself helped me in selection and decision making. He offered me a competitive price and I bargained for 9 month warranty as well, thus I didn't take the car to mechanics. So far, I am satisfied with the car. After signing contract I asked him to do some minor changes and cleaning on the car as we have agreed. He delivered them all in a couple of days and did the licencing and plating of the car. I found the club through an ad on the web, I took the risk and traveled from Kitchener to Guelph to see the place and the available cars. for picking up the car, Attif offered me a pick up from Kitchener by his crew or getting a taxi by uber, while I was at school, he called me and arranged a car from Uber to pick me up. We agreed to halve the cost. Based on my experience so far,I strongly recommend this dealership.Good cars, good manner and transparency.It is an ideal place to buy a good used car.

I have been buying used cars for over 60 years and consider “ Premium Car Club” as one of the best dealers that I have dealt with so far. I purchased a “06” Mini Cooper from them, and after agreeing on a price with Atif,I arranged to have some issues addressed to the look of the car. The car was to be picked up the following Saturday. To my complete satisfaction, these issues were addressed better than agreed on and the cost of this was covered by “ Premium Car Club” Included was an oil and filter change.

Bought a 2012 NIssan Maxima, price was $8,000 @ 210,000 KM, other place wanted same amount for 238,000.... but this had the Sport package. They know their competition and beat them. They are dependent on you coming to them because they aren't a flashy dealership. When I look for another car in the future I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
