They looked after a " sale of convienence" for a vehicle that I traded in against a 2021 Forester. Pfaff also arranged for the shipping of the trade in to a relative in BC. The new Forester is an impressive vehicle with better driving characteristics than it's competitor's and is absolutely loaded with features. The overall experience was excellent.

Maggie and Courtney turned around a situation and made it right, in fact they focused on me, our service relationship, treating me feel like family-, making my car and issues the most important thing that day. A Review in 2 parts: Part 1 - saw the new Forester Sport at the TO car show, my Wife and I liked what we saw and wanted a test drive as neither one of us had driven a Subaru. Pfaff in Guelph is closest dealer to us. We went for a just a test drive and ended up buying a car. Fantastic experience (I was a car sales person many years ago). No pressure just helpful staff. All the new features of a modern car were carefully explained and demonstrated (our latest car is a 2010 model year Honda). Having realistic expectations matched up nicely with the "No Haggle Pricing" style of the Dealership. They are currently sourcing a car in the colour we want so Part 2 will be the delivery of our new car. Part 2: In the interest of fairness here is the negative; Pfaff missed their delivery date by one day. They did keep us informed of the change. Now the good stuff, the car was sitting in the Showroom making inspection very easy and comfortable, Blake took the time to set-up the phone connection and review all the features. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Nice bonus, a full tank of gas! Pfaff Subaru is a great place to purchase a car.

Bought new Outback this summer and part of my decision was their rep Seth was accommodating and not pressuring, no "used car guy" stereotype, just straightforward with pricing and specifications. Have been to the services department a few times and Courtney and Reemt have been great, very honest with costing and time needed. On the day before picking up the car, I was told that a rebate that was applied to my car lease was not eligible to me, after arranging all the documents and insurance stuff. I have to either take the elevated price or quit the purchase. Thanks to the inexperienced salesperson and the dealership who doesn't care about customer experience. Beware!

Nice staff but I wouldn't trust their "no haggle, best price offer". I just bought a 2019 Forester Sport at the Kitchener Subaru dealership for $1200 less than the Pfaff Subaru "best price" on the same exact vehicle. All it took was a phone call. When I asked Pfaff Subaru if they would match that price (since I really liked our sales person, Seth), they declined. Shop around everyone, it pays.

I had my 2019 outback in for a minor recall. That visit was handled extremely professionally with full COVID precautions. Unfortunately my car sustained minor roof damage from a car wash mishap. It is after all 2020 so what else can we expect? Lol. The dealership both immediately accepted the responsibility and got a plan in place how to proceed with repairs. My inconvenience was minimal, repairs outstanding (they even got couple other scratches fixed at no cost to me). Mr. Reemt Montgomery the service advisor is a great representative for the dealership.

Example how one person could diminish reputation and hard work of other people in the company. A few months ago, I bought new car with set of winter tires at Guelph Subaru. It was very nice experience with the sales team back then. I would give them all 5 stars. As the winter approaches, I scheduled for the winter tire swap but by my mistake I showed up for the service at wrong day. While trying to figure out what are my options, to wait, to come another day or to take my tires with me as I came from another city, I was approached by service manager offering to escort me out of the dealership!! I did not give her any reason to treat me like that. I wrote the letter to Guelph Subaru’s CEO. Highly disappointed!

Great sales department. They never tried to hose me on the pricing like the other dealers I went to. (I guess because I was young and buying my first car, the other places thought I was some rube they could take advantage of.) Friendly, helpful, and no BS. ???? Nice showroom with cool plants that I usually admire when I'm waiting for service. Waiting area / 'lounge' even has an espresso machine. Reps sometimes correspond by phone, sometimes by email. I do wish they would use email more often. I can't answer my phone during business hours because I'm busy seeing patients all day...can't exactly interrupt an examination to pick up my stupid phone. I imagine most working people have a similar problem. Minor annoyance, though.

Had a great experience at Pfaff Subaru when buying my 2021 Crosstrek outdoor. I bought the car online as I live out of town and was able to pick it up 4 days later thanks to the sales associate Metesh. Metesh was very professional and made the buying experience very easy! In regards to covid protocol, the dealership made a good effort to have hand sanitizer/masks available to customers and employees were respectful of social distancing.
