Amazing experience at Olympic Honda. Towed my Fit in, which failed and needed major repairs. The team was accommodating and got it looked at immediately despite being swamped. I went in to look at a vehicle in August. We spoke to someone that dealt with finance about the car and then they passed us off to a salesman, Saul. He kept refusing to talk numbers about a used vehicle with us after we had just talked numbers with the finance guy, claiming they weren't available yet but the car was listed on their website with a price. If that's the case, very poor organization that their system doesn't have what their website does. I kept being pushed to only talk about a brand new car even after repeating that I was interested in a specific used model. In waiting for information on the vehicle (which as of November no one ever reached out to me with) I noticed the car no longer there and followed up with a different salesman who told me the car was sold. As the car was still listed at the time of being told it was sold I had a friend inquire who they told the car was available and tried to get them booked in to test drive it. This left us feeling that either the car was sold without me ever receiving the requested information on it and they lied to my friend to get them in OR my business was not valued enough for me to buy a car from them.
We've been customers at Olympic Honda for 5 years thus far and have always received top notch service. When we were recently looking to replace our Civic due to a car accident, the service department was very good to provide us with knowledge and support that helped us in making a sound decision on our next pre-owned Honda purchase. The process was smooth from start to finish. Staff was informative, friendly and accommodating. I purchased my 2021 Civic through the clear out event and so the 2021 stock was low and the only colour they had for the car I wanted to buy was blue. Olympic Honda went as far as to call other Honda dealerships to trade three accords for the black Civic I wanted and a C-RV…. The manager Bill, the sales associate James, and head of finance Sue-Hale (sorry about the spelling) we’re professional and absolutely accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase any extras or warranties. James went through every detail about my car with me as well. I’ve never had, and never thought I’d have, a positive car buying experience until Olympic Honda provided me with one. If you’re thinking of purchasing a Honda I highly recommend you start with Olympic Honda in Guelph.
Do not recommend buying any vehicle from this location as Sales person using wrong practices to sale the warranties and when it should cover what been said at sales of your car, end up not covered when required. Stay away from thos dealership, stay away stay away. Adviced and if you still put yourself in trouble, good luck.

This place deserves 0 stars. I went in here in March for inquiry about my lease buyout options. The guy Greg tells me to get my safety done as it needs to be done anyway but fails to mention at any given point it’s valid only for 36 days. Not to mention, even before I agreed for the safety inspection I told him that I want until end of May to be an option because the pandemic was in the initial stage at the time. And he keeps on lying until the very end that he specified the 36 day period. See the email attached and let me know if I’m blind. Anyone can see how he failed on his part and yet their manager “confirms” with Greg that I was given the relevant information. Their manager reaches out to me a month later with 3 day timeframe left. With a totally wrong payment amount and their employee is yelling at me as it is my fault that I didn’t get the information in on time. Rather than covering up for the expense, they decided to yell at me. And as a result of this mess up, I called them up and Tuesday they tell me I have 8 days left (turns out they do not know how to count either!) but I counted again and todays the last day left. And they have done nothing on their part and I’m ending up having to pay additional $135 because their employees do not know how to do their job. So if you want to be ripped off with additional charges, sure go to this place. Like getting yelled at by a business, this would be the perfect spot for it.
The worst customer service, i tried to get a simple part they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I keep calling and some times after putting me on hold over 10-15 minutes and then hang up on me. It’s a big name dealership they should someone better who can do the job.
I had to make a buying decision in a hurry after an accident where my old Honda was written off. Jacob was very patient and respectful as I asked him to show me information on a few different scenarios on used and new vehicle options. I live in Milton but the Honda service in Milton is sooo terrible! So I took my car to Guelph for service and oil change. They were very helpful and nice, very knowledgable and fast in doing the job. Do not waste your time with Olympic Honda if you appreciate honesty, transparency, integrity or basic customer service. We tried to trade in our car with them and the entire process made us increasingly uncomfortable. Our financing forms were full of mistakes regarding our basic information. Our financing terms kept changing without our knowledge and consent, and the financing manager was somehow acting as our sales person. I have no confidence in their business practices at all and will never be returning for sales or service.
I am 5 stars on this location. However sadly this location has left a bad taste for me recently. I kindly requested for them to look at the cameras for the time of my service appointment. During this time I am 99.9 percent certain some damage was done to my right front rim. I clean my car weekly and to my surprise I spotted the damage days after my appointment. I provided the date and time of my appointment and a picture of the damage. Today marks a month from the date I sent the email with no response. I'm very let down by this and I have mixed feelings about returning to this location for my future service appointments. Other than this I have been very happy with this location. It has some of the most friendly staff I have ever met and they strive very hard for your comfort and satisfaction. Or so I thought, however I'm hoping my email was accidentally deleted or something I really thought this location was on point.

I had a great experience working with James and Bill in purchasing a CRV from this showroom, James was very patient with me in explaining features , talking about different models , he was very knowledgeable and never salesy. Even after the purchase of the car he took time out to meet me and hands on show me some important features and how to use them - all this as this was my first time purchasing a SUV and also first time driving in Canada. Bill helped me with different finance options and made the decision making easier. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Purchased a car in July of 2016 was told winter mats were out of stock but I would receive a phone call when they were back on their shelf. Fast forward 5 months later and still got no phone call from them. After a handful of personal visits and talking to my sales rep he kept lying to my face and told me he'll give me a call tomorrow, turns out he takes "tomorrow" off and I still get no phone call or winter mats. It was like pulling teeth for something so simple as to order and call your customer IMMEDIATELY once item is restocked. Once I received my mats in my hand the sales rep started swearing at me under his breath loud enough that myself and other person HEARD what swear words he used towards myself..THE CUSTOMER! Their goal is to SELL A CAR AND GIVE YOU A HARD KICK OUT THE DOOR and never follow through to ask how the customer is enjoying the car. If I could give less then one star to this dealership I would. It was unbelievable how many employees there looks so miserable due to bad management - nobody besides the receptionist smiled at me and gave me a comforting feeling. I definitely received more then a couple DIRTY LOOKS from a couple members of the staff!! ***!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. We dealt with a sales manager (Gokavi) who took our money to buy our our lease, took our ownership and then wouldn't give us a bill of sale or return the ownership. He kept saying "he'd do it tomorrow" and that he needed to call "Honda Canada". We called the dealership 5 times, and each time he'd avoid us and then say the same thing. "Just bear with me! I'll do it tomorrow!" After the 5th time, and three weeks from our first appointment, we got fed up and hired a lawyer to get our documents back. I love my Honda Odyssey, but I suggest you find a dealership where honesty, customer service and integrity actually mean something.

I bought a Honda Civic DX from Olympic Honda in 2008. It lasted 280,000 km, and is still running great in 2018, 10 years baby. Great on gas, wear and tear, and just a well build vehicle. That was one tough car. Well here we go again, just bought a Honda Civic Sport Turbo 2017. Great service, great car, and great staff. You need parts and service, these guys can get it done.

I just got my CRV 2021 last week, it's amazing. Everything is really smooth, quick, and comfortable. James J De La Cruz helped me a lot to get this car with the best deal at HONDA. This establishment is a toaster fire. If you are in the market for a fine Honda vehicle, I urge you to look anywhere else. They kept my civic lease for 2 months claiming a transmission issue that was ultimately covered under warranty. They initially quoted me 11k (eleven thousand dollars) for a transmission replacement before they ran two months worth of tests to find out it was a manufacturer’s issue. They did not supply me with a rental vehicle, or much of an explanation as to why these tests needed to take this long. If you have any respect for your time or mental well being I urge you to drive down the road to Waterloo or Kitchener Honda. There, you will be treated with respect and like a human being. Mike McCauley would be disappointed with their combined outlook on customer service. TLDR: Olympic Honda better off as a hole in the ground. This is a place to shop for car without the hassle of sellers being pushy. I bought my CR-V touring a few days ago at this location and I am quite happy with it. It was smooth process from the minute I arrived in. Special koodos to Billie Haw, the seller, who was very patient and helpful all the way until the key was handed over. Absolute worst service, their employee was yelling at me over the phone. Consistently gave me incorrect information and made me run around over. A month and then yet we’re not at all helpful in the end. I had to redo the entire process multiple times thanks to their mid-managed staff.
The two times I was here (first time with my wife), no one acknowledged us for a while, not even the receptionist who was just sitting behind her desk. This time I was by myself and when I finally got a salesman’s attention, I asked to test drive a 2018 Honda Accord, as a serious buyer. He went and asked his manager, who then came out and asked me rudely “why are you here?” Excuse me? I said I was interested in the car and wanted to test drive it. The manager walked away with the salesman who then came back and said that I couldn’t drive it because it was a new car. That’s doesn’t make ANY SENSE! I have never felt so disrespected! What has happened to customer service? I am a 40 yr old man, well educated, with money to spend. I was on my way to the gym, so maybe they judged me? I don’t know, but I will never, ever go back there!

Both times I was treated courtesously, with salespeople who were transparent about the deals that were possible. Terrible experience... Extremely rude employees We were refused to help with my girlfriends end of lease agreement because Olympic Honda messed up multiple times and they were not ready to own responsibility. Now we have have to deal with all the mess Olympic Honda created. They are not willing to listen and kept shouting on the call as if it was our mistake. Olympic Honda is not willing to agree to the legal documents signed by both parties. Should remember all this is happening in the middle of a global pandemic and its causing us an additional fees because of Olympic Hondas incompetent work.

My driver back door is making grinding noise. I have 2016 Honda Civic and Also have Extended warranty till 160k KMs So, I called Olympic Honda to check if door lock actuator motor covered under warranty. I explained situation to call representative. And asked particularly that Back door lock actuator motor's covered under warranty or not. She put me on hold for 20 min. and after that she said her computer is really slow, and giving vague reasons and At the end told she couldn't find it. I called several times and same response every time.. Seriously couldn't find it. She kept on saying You would have to diagnose it first ($ 140 for diagnosis). the way she insisiting about diagnosis and sidelining and avoiding my question about whether door lock actuator parts covered or not seems like shady tactics and practises Lets say if I would diagnose my vehicle and actually I have to replace this motor then How they gonna find out whether its covered or not. Seems like I made mistake paying for extended warranty... seriously disappointed and never expected that.
Good service with the sales staff, BUT it did take a LONG time to complete. There were at least 4 recalculations and at least 5 staff to finally figure out how much owing within an hour. Most of this calculation should have been done in advance of my appointment with them. Other than that however, a good experience. We really like the new Honda CRV.
I recently purchased a used Honda Fit from the sales man Noonan Ali. He was great to work with. Very helpful and not pushy. The purchasing process with him was easy and not stressful. He even helped me out a couple of days later when I couldn't figure out how to work one of the features. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star is because the finance guy was way too pushy and almost blotched the deal.
When we bought a used car at Olympic Honda, we found some of the policies around sales overly picky, time- and energy- and paper-consuming, and sometimes frustrating. BUT. Our salesperson, Saul, was great! He went out of his way to smooth things for us and make it possible for us to finish the deal despite several obstacles. He's also pleasant and friendly to chat with, just as a bonus. Also the car is beautifully clean and feels like new.

I had a pleasure working with the staff at Olympic Honda. I worked with Saul who was awesome in going over the vehicle with me and setting me up with the next steps. Working with Greg was just as awesome. He respected my personal needs and did everything he could to keep me around my budget. The only thing I'd say that Olympic needs a little more work on is the ability to answer questions, anytime a question was brought up - very quick to not answer or change the subject. Sometimes made it feel a bit eery but the more I asked of that question, then I got my answer. I would still recommend Olympic Honda for anyone looking to buy new. P.S this is coming from someone who also works in the Automotive industry - glad I was treated with respect overall during this purchase.
This dealer's service has often been fine (with one exception) in the past, but ....... We had my wife's 2011 CRV booked for service and took it in March 19 .... only to find out the parts for the recall are not available. I had specifically asked the guy (Jeff) when booking the service whether parts were available. He assured me they were. So we get there at 3:10 pm, on March 18, only to find out that parts are not available. The lady says, Someone should have contacted you. Well, they did contact us by email at 3:12 pm, ... after we were already at their shop. Surely they knew before then that the parts would not available. **Granted, our appointment was for 9 am the next morning,** so we were bringing it in a bit early (leaving it overnight). But I wonder, would anyone have contacted us in time, had we planned to bring the car in the next day at 9 am, as scheduled? This is so annoying! The dealer needs some system for checking: Who has a recall appointment in the next 48 hours? If parts are not available, let's notify them ASAP so they can revise their schedule in advance of the original date. It's not ideal to be without a car for even a half day, but people schedule their lives around the appointment date. Try to tell the customers well in advance if the appointments need to be cancelled!

I got my car here as i was having some issues related to the security system due to which it wasnt starting at all. They got it fixed but on the day of the delivery I get to know that my radio system is blocked due to some code that they cant find. I mean I do appreciate that I got my car fixed but never expected that I would get another issue which wasnt even related with the primary concern. JUST IMAGINE A CAR WITHOUT RADIO!! Really disappointed with the service and how they treat their customer !
I have been been a Honda Customer for over 11 continuous years... I was satisfied with their services both sales and maintenance and bought a another car last year, NOT until yesterday to check the damaged inside wheel cover for my New Honda CRV under warranty. It took 2 hours for the Service staff to get back in a rudely manner to tell us that it would cost and need to bring our car for another day. Waiting for such long and being treated badly was an unbelievable experience this time. There is no question with the sales service I received from James dela Cruz, it was very satisfactory but dissatisfied with the customer service for the maintenance. Their new staff at the service counter was impolite and rude. He needs a proper training in customer service otherwise Olympic Honda service center will start fail to keep loyal customers, and I'm one of them.

He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and tries to ensure that we are always well taken care of. He'll even go to bat for you and talk directly to the Honda warranty department in order to make sure that your warrant issues are solved quickly & efficiently. We know that if Jeff is at the desk our van will be in good hands!
Went in earlier this year to inquire about a used 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. Saul was the salesman. He tried to argue and justify the listed price by telling me that a 2017 hatch was a 3 year old car while I tried to explain to him why it was actually a 4 year old car. It doesn’t matter when the car was purchased initially, if a 2017 sat in a lot for 4 years never sold it would still depereciate in value. The 2017 hatch launched summer of 2016. Maybe when I decide to trade in my 2018 accord that I purchased from another dealership in november 2017, I’ll argue that it’s a 2 year old car regardless of what he says because it’s a 2018 and we’re in 2020. I’m sure Saul would love to overpay for my vehicle using his logic. I’m almost positive any salesman would be more knowledgeable, and honest than Saul. Steer clear of this textbook snake in the grass of a salesman because the moment he realizes that you don’t know what you’re talking about, he’ll take you for everything you got.
I went yesterday to Olympic Honda in Guelph and I felt like in home. I had an appointment at Service Centre and they were very helpful, fast and friendly providing me an excellent client service. I recommend this place if you need to wait for your car to be fixed, like me enjoying the sun sitting outside while waiting.
Just came back from olympic honda today , had to get my alignment redone . Few days ago I put a review and I gave 2 stars because of issues I had I was gonna give only 1 star but gave one extra star because of the girl that works there whose name I couldn't remember and I praised her for her excellent customer skills . Today I dealt with that lovely girl again and this time I got her name , its Alexus Gregory and she's a service advisor , and all the 5 stars I gave today is because how courteous and nice she was in explaining the work done on my car . Not only that I again noticed how she dealt with other customers as well , and wish I could give her more stars on their behalf as well.Keep up the good work Alexus.

I recently relocated back to the Guelph area. I have leased new Honda vehicles for the past 20 years from various dealerships. I had a lease expiring and Olympic Honda and their Sales Representative Jacob were extremely helpful in helping me choose my new vehicle after reviewing all of my options. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with. There was no high pressure sales tactics. Jacob understood my needs and worked with me every step of the way. I just picked up my new Honda Accord yesterday and have nothing but good things to say about the overall experience at Olympic Honda.

Dropped my car off for service. A few weeks later washing car I notice a 3-4ft scratch on side of car thats been covered with touch up paint. Well guess what this car hasn't been to any other shop. They sctached my car and then touched it up with matching paint, who else but honda has that l. Sent it out the door without telling customer. Unbelievable. I will not support or tell anyone to support this buisness. ZERO STARS.

Everyone was very friendly. The car was serviced in a timely manner. When we asked why the rims were more expensive than the tire dealership, the explanation was thorough and easy to understand. To be more competitive, the dealership gave us $50 off the purchase price of the rims. We will return here for servicing.
Purchased a 2016 Honda Civic Touring from possibly the best salesperson I've ever met!!! He is by far the most humble and easy going person I've had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new Civic from and he is none other than MOE, in my opinion the SUPERSTAR at Olympic Honda! Right from the get go he made me feel welcome and respected and I can honestly say if it had been anyone else, I may not even have bought a car. He introduced me to his sales manager Jason before I left the dealership after finalizing the financing with Chris in the finance office. I've made quite a number of car purchases in my lifetime but I can truly say none matched the experience I had at Olympic Honda and it's all thanks to Moe, Jason and Chris. The fact that the manager actually came out to thank me and genuinely appreciate earning my business just made it all the more special because that was definitely a first. I initially was greeted with energy and excitement but then I met the Sales Manager. Terrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional. I would call him a "perceived" know-it-all. Kept interrupting when I was speaking. Just a bad experience. The only person that was a pleasure to speak to was the lady at reception. Will not be back and will tell my friends not to come. Was promised a call back because they said they wanted to make it right... still waiting.

Purchased 2021 Honda Civic sport here at Olympic Honda. Such a great experience with the sales team. James Dela Cruz (Sales) and Bill Gokavi (Sales Manager) made my purchase experience flawless. Our family always had Honda and never looked for different brand. I will definitely be returning back to deal with this sales team for another car from my wife. Just bought a used car here. The sales rep Andrew Searles was very professional and honest. However, we had issues because we got over charged for warranty on the final overview for the bill from the finance manager. They were also not willing to give a copy of the safety when requested. They did give me a free oil change. Overall, i’m happy I have a car but scared for dealing with them in the future if they are not organized.

Terrible car repair experience!!!!!!! I am not sure it's because my English is not as good as other customers (could not show my respect in English?) or because I'm Asian, the receptionist who is responsible for registering for the repair request had a bad attitude to me. I could not feel respect from person to person. At 9. 40 am on 12 Aug. I was the first one in line, the receptionist just chatted with others, from the words, I didn't think it was about work. Another thing, he told me they have drop-off and pick-up service????, yet, I waited for half an hour, no one responded to me. I have to ask my friend to drive me home. I am not sure if I misunderstand the drop-off and pick-up service. In the afternoon, I went to pick up my car. The angriest thing happened????!!!! I was told that it was inconvenient to repair my car without any reason. COME ON!!!!! FROM 10 AM TO 4. 30 PM, SIX AND HALF HOURS, I was just told they were inconvenient to repair my car?! Waste my time, waste my fuel. No sorry, no reason, no respect, bring me the worst mood. I don't know what I am doing wrong. In this terrible period, I don't wanna bring any trouble to others, I also wanna my life goes well. I hope everyone and everything goes well.
seven days ago we had not planned on getting a new vehicle until we found out the engine was hooped in my truck. The staff at Olympic Honda made it easy and painless to get a vehicle. This was our first Honda. Great car. Took it in for servicing. Very disappointed with the facility. Toyota supplies nice tables so i can work on my laptop, always top notch Kurig coffee, comfortable chairs and newspaper You feel like royalty. The salesmen even come and say hi. However, Honda only had 4 (uncomfortable) chairs so no place to sit, not able to stand long because of health reasons so my wife came to pick me up. No tables, no paper, no coffee. Not an inviting place to sit and wait service being done. The service on the car was great just customer attention not considered Poor first time experience to say the least

Thought Honda CR_V is a good car, so bought a new 2021 Honda CRV from Olympic Honda in March 2021. On June 29, after heavy rain, found the roof top was leaking. Went back to the dealership for check up on June 30th, they said they will order parts and fix it. Since my car is under warranty, they are supposed to provide a car for me to drive , they never provided. Now, it has been more than one week past, they still haven't provided a car or contact me. I tried to call them many times, no service staff took my call. Never buy Honda, at least never buy Honda from Olympic Honda.
I recently changed to Olympic Honda. The service people were great. It was busy but they acknowledge my waiting and processed my apt. quickly. The shuttle drivers were very polite. Would recommend Olympic Honda.

Andy in finance was also pleasant and helpful in sorting out the final details. Car was picked up on schedule. Detailing was excellent car looked new. I went for a recall service. The clerk estimated an hour and twenty minutes and it only took me a bit more than an hour. Coffee and cookies are served in the lounge. I had a relaxing break there. Great experience.

I had a great experience with Jacob. He was welcoming, very helpful and was very patient during the whole process. Even though they were crazy busy and their phones never stopped ringing, she was still able to multitask and get the job done. I had a terrible experience at Olympic Honda. I was called because my van had recalls (this will be the 9th recall since purchasing my van less than a year ago!) I went in to get my tires changed and the recalls done, and when I approached the desk, I was not welcomed. When I said I was there for an appointment, the receptionist told me I needed to go to service/parts. Then I went to the service/parts counter where I was told to wait. I waited 10 minutes before being able to just drop my keys off. I was then told that they didn't have the correct parts for one of the recalls. I asked how long everything would take so I would know when to come and pick my car up. The man responded 2 hours. I asked what time that would be then, and he responded "like I said, 2 hours" I said do you have an apporximate time, and he responded " 2 hours!" so I said my appointment wasn't for another hour, so does that mean 3 hours or does it mean 2 hours from now since I dropped my keys off early. He then said ohhhh well we'll take it in now so 2 hours from now. My car was in fact, not read in 2 hours from then. It was an hour late. When I picked my car up the next day, I went in to pick up the car. They gave me my receipt to pay. The receptionist answered the phone twice before setting up my payment on the machine. I then went outside and didn't see my car, so when I went back inside, I asked if they knew where my car was parked. The employee told me he wasn't sure but that I should click the alarm button on my key and I would find it..... Customer service was terrible. Timing was wrong. Nobody was friendly or helpful.
VERY...VERY DISAPPOINTED They booked my appointment for recall services and a day before my appointment they sent me an email for appointment confirmation. In the morning 8:15 am when I reached there the service manager said they have not received the part. When I asked them, why you did not inform me ahead of my appointment that you have not received the part then he replied very rudely. This is not the first time I have had bad experiences at this place.

Disappointing customer service and response time. I am very disappointed in my most recent experience with Olympic Honda. I used to praise their customer service, but recently their lack of communication and disingenuous promises have made dealing with them difficult. I have been waiting for a phone call for a week from the general manager, Sarah, to no avail. She assured me she would call me back Monday afternoon but has yet to do so. I have tried reaching back out but have gotten no where. This is after an associate assured me that either herself or Sarah would be in contact with me last Tuesday. I will keep trying to reach them to find a resolution to my civic's most recent issue that was not resolved the last time it was in. The front staff members have always been great and I appreciated Alexus' genuine concern for my civic's most recent dilemma.
I drove 30 minutes to this dealership knowing that they had 2 of the exact vehicle that I wanted and was ready to purchase it on the spot. James is the reason that this review is 2 stars instead of 1. He was quick with his responses and helped me out the best he could (since I hadn't made an appointment and he already had other things going on). With everyone seemingly busy, I didn't want to stand around and wait to make this deal so I left. Not long after leaving, I was told that 1 of 2 had been sold and asking if I would come back (If this was even true, who knows). So, I drove 30 minutes back to this dealership ready to finalize everything. The GM (Bill? I can't recall his name) rolled up with high pressure tactics and insulting offers. It was strangely convenient that when I went out to have a cigarette, my salesman immediately began showing the vehicle to another person. I 100% believe this was another one of their schemes as the dealership wasn't exactly busy at this time of day. I left again without making a deal. The GM called me later that night to try and make a deal. I gave my counter offer. He said he would call back and never did. At 9:00AM the next day, I purchased the exact same vehicle from a different dealer. I was in and out within an hour. No games. These clowns at Olympic Honda need to go back to the circus.
My wife and myself went in planning to buy a used vehicle for ourselves. We called ahead told them the specific car we were looking at and gave the exact time we were arriving. When we arrived they took us to the car and found out that it needed to be boosted, once it was boosted they told us to enjoy the test drive and we found that they actually had the car on empty so we had 13 kms of gas. We still fell in love with the vehicle but noticed a few cracks on the windshield and they grabbed the sales manager to talk with us. He told us he would fix the windshield but refused to put it in writing and said that it would be fixed at the safety. We went back to talk prices and he said our interest rate could vary and we would not know our exact price until we signed the contract but most likely would be at 6.99 percent which turns out is not even industry standard. When we asked questions he would constantly cut us off and throw false information at us. I pushed back and noticed he was getting very defensive and told us we said we were gonna make a deal so at that point we got up and left. Staff were constantly coming in and interrupting us the whole experience was a joke and made us think twice about going to the establishment. When we left we actually went to a different dealership bought the exact same car with no hassle. I would not even send my worst enemy to this dealership as that is how bad this place is now!!
I recently booked an appointment here to get my oil changed for my 09 Honda Accord coupe. I must say, I had a very pleasant experience here. The service was great, I was able to hop on WiFi and work on my laptop in a comfortable waiting area, and I liked the thorough service I received. Very professional and very friendly. On top of this, the price for this service was less than it is at some of the other Honda dealerships in KW. I will definitely be returning here to get my car serviced.

I just wanted to let the staff at Olympic Honda know how happy I was with their service on Tuesday. I went out to my car and saw my tire was completely flat. I am from out of town and was in a bit of a panic since I don't know any dealerships here. After pumping it up I drove to Honda hoping I could make it to Honda so they they would be able to fix the tire (or I'd get a new one). I was expecting to leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day but they were able to take me in right away and patched up my tire. The gentleman at the service desk was very friendly and would come periodically to give me updates on when it would be finished (and even apologized that it took as long as it did. I didn't think it took long at all!). Thank you for your great service.
We were kind of between buying a RAV4 and the CRV and what made the difference in favor of the CRV was the sales consultant James De La Cruz. He was very respectful and professional. While other stores tended to depreciate our trade-in, he was honest and respectful. As for the CRV, very awesome car (and good on gas too... it is doing better than my old 2013 Corolla). Another thing to note is that I receive my insurance papers today and the insurance costs of the CRV are great/low rates (likely because of the many safety features of the car). I recommend the car and if you are in Guelph make an effort to deal with James De La Cruz!
After contacting several Honda dealers in the greater Waterloo area, I was fortunate to encounter Jessie Durkin at Olympic Honda. I was able to negotiate an appropriate price over the phone, and with a schedule to sign the papers later that afternoon. The final documents accurately reflected our discussed price, and we are happily the owners of a new 2017 Civic. I was so pleased with Jesse's performance on multiple occasions I offered him to "write his own review', which he declined, simply requesting an honest account. Actions speak louder than words, and in an industry with a standard for misinformation, this is a salesman you can trust. Visit Olympic Honda, ask for Jesse.

My girlfriend dropped her car off at 8am for a recall, alignment & regular service with the expectation the work would be completed by end of the work day. At 6:30pm she is told that no one looked at her vehicle all day because a few employees called in sick & they will not release the vehicle to her because no one has looked at it or completed any of the work as per her appointment. Further to this the dealership offered no alternate means of travel while they held her vehicle hostage instead offering to drive her home to Cambridge & pick her up the next morning to bring her back to Guelph & retrieve her vehicle assuming the work is actually completed this time. Communication from the service desk deserves a 1/10, customer resolutions 1/10, if you're thinking about buying a vehicle here remember that you're also buying their service, their shop & their team so it might be worth the drive to Cambridge or Milton to save yourself some aggravation.

I strongly urge prospective customers to take their business elsewhere. This dealership continues to lack basic business acumen and Customer Service. From a service perspective they have no respect for people’s time, in an attempt to get a warranty issue resolved I waited for hours to find out that my car was still in the parking lot 2 hours after my appointment time. This has happened almost every time I have taken my car in to Olympic Honda and then they have the audacity to call and ask how the service was, I have tried to communicate my frustration but nothing ever changes, I don’t think they actually want or have the capacity to improve. I don’t often write scathing reviews, however, if it can save someone the same disappointment, frustration and waste of time then it’s worth it. Also, note that my warranty issue is still not fixed, unfortunately for me I wasn’t able to spend my entire day waiting. Good luck
Booked an appointment with the Assistant Manager (AM) last Wednesday to come in and see a CR-V Touring. Made it clear we wanted an experienced sales person and appraisal that night so if we could come to an agreement we would move forward. Went for a test drive, came back and asked about the handsfree tailgate and was told it didn’t come with one on any models including the Touring or Black Edition. Wrong, it does. Appraisal not available as that person was gone for the day. So we didn’t do much negotiating without the appraisal. AM told us he was off Thursday and Friday but he or the Sales Manager would call for certain to advise appraisal and availability of a Black Edition. If not the Finance Manager would contact us...........Monday night, 4 working days to contact me on my cell or e-mail and nothing. Sad but happy we pick up our new Black Edition tomorrow from a dealer not far from Guelph who listened to our ask and delivered. Customer Service is #1 in my books and Olympic Honda fails to deliver in many ways. I would not recommend this dealership even though they’re in town. I’ll also not service it in Guelph as I don’t support poor Customer Service in any way.
Nav Ahmed did not set up our weekly payments right. So he made us late on three payments. He should listen to people when to set up payment when they should be, not on a Saturday. We've been with honda finance since 2011 and use the same bank account so we wondered how we missed paying our new car.
Honda customer since 2016, and when my lease period was almost up, it was Mr. James dela Cruz from the Guelph Olympic Honda team who helped me find a great deal on a 2022 Honda Odyssey! He was very polite and patiently guided me throughout the whole process and made sure it went without a hitch. Thank you very much, sir James!
Where to begin. Let's start with the appointment I made to have my car safety done. Hours later I get Slapped with a suspiciously high bill. Witnessed another long time customer get upset over unauthorized work that was done to his vehicle and the way the manager handled it was poor. They just don't seem to care. So I took my car to my regular mechanic and had the work done for less than half of what Honda charged me! They will squeeze every cent from you. I was told verbally on the phone by a Honda rep that I wouldn't have to pay to have my car brought back to reinspect the work. A hour later. You guessed it. Another bill. The service department all seem to share the same attitude and they don't care to work with you to help you in any way. It's their way or no way. I'm trying to buy out my leased car with the dealership and this is how they treat their customers all around. Just another example of their shifty ways to make money off of you. I was told a while back that my warranty could be affected if I didn't get my brake line fluid changed at 20,000kms What a joke. Worst experience ever. I'll visit the Dodge dealership next time. It's too bad BC I like my car now. I don't usually post reviews online but I really want others to know what they are getting into with these people. One star because the sales man was nice and answered all of my questions.

I want to give a thanks to Alex for his helpfulness; Jacob for assisting my test drive; the receptionists for helping me figure out where to go and who to talk to; Andy, the finances manager, for helping me figure out the numbers that worked for me; the mechanics for preparing my car and making sure it would be the smooth, powerful ride I was looking for. I had a recall notice in my mail for my honda accord and I had to take it in to get my driveshaft replaced . Making long story short I confirmed twice that my car would get an alignment as well since it was covered under the warranty. I dropped off my car and later got a phone call that my car was ready for pick up , and I asked the gentleman if all the work needed was done and he confirmed that the driveshafts were replaced to which I questioned if the alignment was done as well and he said no the alignment wasn't covered under the recall and I explained to him that I had previously spoken to them and it was covered under the recall , to which he said I must have been mistaken and then I insisted to speak to a service manager and he replied that he was the manager indeed and the alignment wasn't covered . Finally I requested him to check to make sure before I call honda canada to which he indeed checked the recall bulletin and sure enough it had alignment listed under the recall as well . So he said he'll take the car in and do a alignment as well. My concern with olympic honda is why do they have a service manager there who has no idea what's going and how many people got their car fixed under the recall without any alignment because the manager didn't know that the alignment is part of the recall. I am giving one extra star because of the girl that works at the service who's name I cannot recall but she's such a joy to deal with and she's a very nice person , but sadly cannot say the same thing about the service manager

I definitely had some issues with Honda but what saved the whole thing was Sarah Werner. When I had an issue, she worked with me and my frustration and made sure I left happy. She provided exceptional customer service right until my last day with this dealership. I now recommend this dealership because she made my journey with them better. Thank you!
Terry, the service adviser, was very helpful and kind even though he was extremely busy. He explained our options clearly and followed up. Miguel, the technician, spoke to us and was very personable. He explained the issues we were having and corrected it for us.
I bought parts from Olympic Honda, but the man is so unkind. I'm not going to buy a car here anymore. I felt so bad.????????????

I brought my 2013 CRV to Olympic Honda for an oil change. I received a call a couple hours later with a laundry list of issues with my car...$1600 worth. 2 engine leaks, replacement of my serpentine belt and a BUNCH of other issues. I told the dealer not to do the extensive work that they said was required. I brought my car to another mechanic for a second HONEST opinion and they told me that there were no engine leaks, the serpentine belt had 0 issues and basically the dealership was trying to pull a quick one on me. I find it disgusting that the dealership would lie to me and I will NOT be returning to Olympic Honda. If you're reading this, I highly suggest you get your service done at an honest mechanic. On a positive note, the lady at the service desk was pleasant.
My faith was restored in the service department, service was complete in just 3 hrs, they honered my warranty no problem. Thanks Olympic Honda Service Department.
