I wish I had discovered the pleasure of buying from Milburn's a LOT earlier!! Their selection of used (but WELL-maintained) vehicles is expansive and I didn't ever feel that I was limited in options. Business Manager, Gary Steel, worked very closely with my partner and I to ensure that we had zero doubts about our purchase of the 2011 Kia Soul. We really appreciated the care that Hayley took when detailing our car (was this REALLY used?!?!) and at every point of the buying process we were truly welcomed by all of the staff (even Rob Milburn himself!!), taken seriously (being younger buyers) and put at ease with the comprehensive warranty options available!! We can truly say we will never purchase from anyone other than Milburn's in the future - we even referred my mom to Milburn's and she is absolutely in love with her 2012 Hyundai Sonata :D Thanks!!

This has been by far my best customer service experience. Two years after I purchased my car from Milburn, I went to Barry Cullen because my transmission started to grind. Initially, the Barry Cullen people refused to honour the drivetrain warranty, but after Bryan from Milburn spoke directly with GM Canada, I got a call back from Barry Cullen, and they accepted to do the warranty repair. Without Bryan's intervention, I would not get my car fixed.

It’s really bad service there. I payed a car from this please and they told me we will fixing everything on your car. At first there is a noise coming from back the car but the staff told me it’s normal we can’t do anything for it.(I did it myself I fixed)next time I have another noise coming from the heat,when I back there they told me we flute . But still a bad noise coming from the heat system . I don’t know what I can do about that. I will not back again to this please.

Was looking to make a new purchase and had told the sales guy that I was looking for a 4 door, no silver or beige and no Ford and whatever car I bought HAD to have a sunroof. I was shown 2 cars on the lot (both 2 door and one beige). Again, I went over my criteria. He told me my expectations where too high and I'd never find what I wanted in my price point any place I looked. I left my number and I got a call 4 days later by a different sales guy, that they had a beige Ford Focus that was 3G over my price point, did I was I want to come look. ARE YOU SERIOUS?. I will NEVER look here again. (By the way, I bought a beautiful car with MORE bells/whistles than I was looking for and it was exactly within my price point!) somewhere else. Too bad as they have a large attractive lot, was hoping to have said I bought a car here

I am registered dealer/ salesman for about 30 Years . I purchased a vehicle through an online auction from Milburn's Auto Sales..The Vehicle was listed had incorrect information and Trim Level. At the Time of pick-up of the vehicle I advised the sales staff my concern about the Trim level. I also spoke to the owner who assured me that information of the vehicle and the model Trim level was correct. After few day of picking up the vehicle my Local new car Franchise dealership confirmed that the Model and Trim level was lower than they had listed. I called the Auction and advised of the findings. The Auction called back and said that the Milburn's Auto sales had.said that I was arguing and fighting with them and disrupting customers( Which is untrue). I was very business like and was friendly and there was never customer in the office when I was there. They Totally Lied about the interaction. i am only posting this. If they can lie and fool a seasoned dealer like me and fabricate lies. what are they capable of doing to a customer with much less experience. I am very disappointed for a large well know dealership behave and lie this way. Bring a bad name to the used car industry.

My service representative was Andrew who was kind, and patient with me when discussing the car, and never had any trouble answering my questions. This place went above and beyond to ensure that by the time I came and picked up my car it was in good mechanically sound condition. And after some minor issues afterwards they promptly urged me to come back so that they could do any necessary repairs, free of charge. At first we were happy with our purchase. Then we got a flat tire and took van to get fixed and was informed that we had tire that were under rated for our van affecting the safety and handling of it. We tried to work with the dealship to resolve the issue even offered to pay for half of the new tires. But they said that there is no problem. Sad that we spend 20k on a van only to have to spend another 1000 putting tires on it. Will never buy from them again. Customer service goes out the window as soon as you drive away

I purchased a vehicle from there in 2008 and was provided 3 keys for my car. Not until recently did I require using the 3rd key and it wasn't working properly. I took it to dodge to have it looked at and after making a costly repair for the transmitter they realized that it wasn't that at all it was the key, a key Milbirns had provided me and it wasn't even the proper key it was a key for a minivan cut for my car and even tho it was programmed, it would ever work properly so I was unable to use this fob. When I contacted Milbirns about this issue I was basically told to stuff it, it had been to long since the car was purchased and not only did they tell me to stuff they further disgusted me by telling me that if I drove an hour to get there they would re program my fob at a cost of 70.00(just an FYI to program a key at dodge its 30.00) guess they wanted to make some more money from me, and further screw me because reprogramming the fob would not have worked! I won't ever be purchasing from them again family run or not these guys are shisters!!

My wife I I had our SUV's serviced there for a few years - service was slow but OK. I was driving mine up north early Friday morning for the weekend when the "change oil soon" light went on. I phoned from my car and left a message to get an appointment for an oil change on Monday. It was important as I was leaving on a long trip on Tuesday. No call back so I called again over the lunch hour and the phone was answered by a fellow who said if I could leave it for the morning there would be no problem. I showed up Monday morning and told them all I wanted was the oil change and I would be back late in the day. When I showed up at 5 pm they hadn't touched it all day. I said I really need it changed and was told too bad for just showing up and expecting them to drop everything. I said I left a message the previous Friday and then called and spoke to someone who said they could handle it if I left it for the morning. Then the lady treated my like I was lying - "who was that you talked to?" . I didn't know so clearly I was lying and they weren't going to get me in late in the day. I spoke to the manger explained we had been having our service there for several years and I need the oil change as I was leaving for a long trip in the morning. The lady chipped in her version and he instantly took the same view I was lying. Over a phone call for an oil change????? I may not be perfect but I don't take being treated as a liar. I ran the vehicle up to Jiffy Lube and got it done just before they closed. We will never deal with them again.

We just got our first car with Milburn's, at the recommendation of a mechanic friend. Rob was great - I felt like he listened well to my concerns and needs, and was patient as I tried out sitting in a bunch of different cars (I'm picky about head-rests). He knew my budget, didn't try to push me over it, and in the end even accommodated us by dropping the price on the vehicle I really wanted so that it fit our budget. Today he even came by and delivered the car to us, as we didn't have a way to get out there. All in all, we are happy customers! I'm updating my review to include that I got good after-sale service as well. I had a concern with the steering and Rob invited me to come out the the dealership and go for a drive with him. The steering is fine, and he explained why it might feel different from what I was used to. He also invited me to keep him updated if I thought there was a problem later.

Highly recommend their service department. They don't hose you for unnecessary services or add ons. The service department manager, Bryan McPhail, is awesome. Right from my first experience, they treated me like a valued customer. My concerns were listened to, and dealt with - with no BS. I unfortunately owned a LEMON Mitsubishi, and was fed up with Mitsubishi taking no responsibility for a 2 year old vehicle with a garbage list of problems. (Keep in mind I did not buy this vehicle from Milburn's) Milburn's gladly took my vehicle to Mitsubishi themselves and dealt with the issues for me... and argued for me; really advocated on my behalf - without knowing me at all. I was also provided with a rental car while they tried to get my Mitsubishi fixed. I also have Milburn's do all of my service - on that POS Mitsubishi - and on my new car :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service department... and do quite frequently to anyone who is looking.

I saw an ad posting for a 2011 Mustang GT and sent off an email, within 10 minutes i got a call back from a sales person (Mike). I arranged to go up and see the car that day. From the moment i got there i felt welcomed. Mike was very helpful and getting me what i wanted and walked me through the whole process. The owner and i joked about how they got the vehicle in and he hasn't even been able to sit in it, i offered him one last chance before i buy it. We had a good laugh. Onto finance. Gary, what a guy. Milburn's is a family-owned business now operated by the second generation. I bought a 2009 car from Milburn's in 2013 with 50,000 km on it. The car looked brand new and worked beautifully. I get lots of compliments on it and will deal with Milburn's again. Regular service checks have been the same high quality as the sales experience. Gary and Khiem are the best! I was struggling with getting my first car through other dealerships and was getting really stressed out by the whole process so when I went to milburns I wasnt expecting much better. They helped me through everything communicated with me every step of the way and in no time handed me the keys to the perfect car for my family.
