I just brought my car in to get a new tire and oil change on short notice which they were able to fit me in again. I need my car for work and as an essential worker, it’s even more important. Their prices are really on everything from repairs to their used vehicles. I bought a car from them 2 years ago and it’s been great to drive. Probably a very late review but still worth while. Dealt with a few people (mainly Steve) and it was a pleasure looking at and eventually purchasing a vehicle from Marden Motors. Very friendly without any pressure which is appreciated. I have recommended people to check them out because of this as if they have something you are interested in, its worth the drive to see them. My purchase was a few years ago, though the review is being written now but the vehicle is still working great. I have always wondered about a used purchase and that it might work well for the first while but then you have problems and your stuck with a money pit. No issues years later and still very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommended, thank you for renewing my trust in used vehicle sales, as you have proved there are good people and places to be found!

It was such an ease to do business with Marden Motors and in particular Maureen Lewis. I travelled all the way from Ottawa to Guelph twice (thats roughly 5.5 hours one way)...yes I know. However they had the car I was interested in purchasing for my wife. Everything was so smooth and hasstle free. I was also able to text Maureen directly which made communicating even better. We will never use Marden Motors again, and you shouldn't either. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. We purchased a part there and paid for extra warranty. We went in with all of the paperwork for a replacement and were denied. The paperwork clearly stated that a replacement was covered under warranty, but no, they didn't care. They were rude and preferred to lose a longtime customer rather replace a $140 part. So disappointed. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Part Two of my review - This is my response to your response. All I know is that my paperwork stated a "Lifetime Warranty", so the age of the part is irrelevant. You had the part we needed in your shop and you refused to honor a "Lifetime Warranty" that we paid substantially for. So finding whatever paperwork you need for your supplier is on you. That has nothing to do with me. It's funny that you are the one to respond to my review when you wouldn't talk to me in person. You would only go through one of your employees.

Went into Marden Motors looking to check out a car I had seen online. Although the car didn't have the feature I was looking for, Ivan was incredibly helpful. He'd spoken with me honestly and in detail about his experience with cars and what to keep an eye out for. It is really refreshing to find a salesperson to that is able to speak honestly and empathetically, instead of just pushing you to buy or make your decision. I strongly recommend talking to Ivan for anyone interested in buying a used vehicle, he's awesome. Also the car I checked out was in pretty good shape. No dings, scratches, weird sounds or anything about it. They seem to have pretty good quality stuff.
