I was looking for a new (used) vehicle for myself. Had an appointment made with Kyle at 11am he was ready and waiting for us. He knew the vehicle I was looking at, and had it all ready for a test drive and all paperwork regarding the vehicle ready to review. He was very organized and a pleasure to make a deal with...I highly recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle, make a sure you deal with Kyle. Sales rep Elain wanted to buy my truck but after I reached 60,000km she said it was to many miles and backed out of the deal last minute leaving me to cancel a deal on another vehicle. They tried to push me to buy a Nissan Versa that was in two wrecks and wouldn't budge on price said that's their policy. Avoid the games, not worth the hassel and headaches.

After reading the innumerous negative reviews about this dealership, I was extremely hesitant to purchase a used vehicle. I extensively researched the Nissan Altima coupe that I wanted and this dealership offered the best value on this model. So when I met with Arif Bijabhai, one of the used car salesmen; he had a reluctant and skeptical customer to work with. From the moment I met him, he was nothing but professional, patient and understanding of my specific needs. I spent days questioning the condition of the vehicle to ensure I wasn't being sold a car in poor condition, despite the car proof having a clean history. I was also able to take the car to an independent mechanic who confirmed the car was in great condition. The car still runs perfectly. I'm not sure about other staff, but Arif was excellent. Many negative reviews I read focused on post sales service particularly claims that the warranty wasn't upheld. I haven't had any issues, covered under warranty or otherwise. If you are worried about claiming warranty here, they do allow you to pick any other Nissan dealership as your home dealership (which I did since I live in Toronto anyway). Do your research, take a used car to your own mechanic, but if you find the car you want at this location, don't let these reviews dictate your decision because my experience was nothing but great. To be certain you are in good hands when buying a used car, talk to Arif!!

I had my car serviced at Guelph Nissan recently and I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience! Debbie was very helpful in keeping me updated as well as doing her best to keep the cost to a minimum. The shuttle service is an incredible specimen of customer service. Shawn, the shuttle driver, drove me to and from work (while my car was being worked on) with excellent timing, and he is a great conversationalist. My new car battery works like a charm and my sound system works again (I had blown a fuse whilst boosting my car incorrectly). I will definitely be returning to Guelph Nissan for any future issues.

Post purchase customer service is very poor. You can't get any work done once you have signed the sale purchase agreement. Since customer rotation is not as frequent as it is with other comodities, most likely this dealership beleives that no one is going to buy a car every month, people needing a car will anyway come, so why bother wasting time on existing clients?! It is very hard to talk to any staff, get them return email or phone calls once you are a existing client. I have been dealing with this dealiership since 2011 and customer service has not improved even after the take over by new management. My biggest mistake....so far.... I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and have signed as co-signer for a lease for my sister. My sister is capable of taking the lease on her own now and hence she has put an credit application. I have been pursuing them to know the status of the credit application which I am aware doesn't take more than 2 to 3 business day, but after 10 days I am still waiting to hear from them. I have visited the dealership apart from making phone calls and emails. The sales guy wants to sell a new car paying penalty on the lease and so does every other staffs I guess. I am not mentioning any names yet as I beleive they are doing their job according to what they are told by the management. It is so frustrating that Nissan Canada do not take any responsibility for Nissan Clients rather directs them towards the dealership. And I feel helpless as they dealership is easily ignoring existing clients like me. So please new customers be aware!.....think well before you sign the purchase sale agreement, once you are out of the dealrship door with your new car, they will not recognize you next time you step in to that door.

"Ryan Mercer @ Guelph Infinity...knowledgeable beyond compare, great sales guy".. I wrote a review a while back but upon viewing it, I'd like to make some changes. I had concerns about my car that I purchased July 21,2016. When we test drove the car, my husband felt there was sticking/grinding with the brakes...After a discussion with one of the loud Sales Managers (Main Building)-they were fixed by the kind Automotive Manager's Team. When we reviewed the last documents with Monica prior to signing off on it, the documents said that the brakes needed to be looked at and a "Safety" given, which was then completed after the discussion with the Not so Kind Sales Manager. We weren't told that an extra charge of $100 would be our responsibility when we purchased the Extra Warranty...Until After, the car deal was typed up-disappointing. The Best Part of the purchase of my beautiful Q60, was the most pleasant and knowledge savvy Ryan Mercer, and the Very Kind Automotive Manager! They may want to rethink the Hot Head Manager in the Main Building who is heard yelling either at staff or customers in his office, belittling staff by following them around and asking what they are up too, when clearly the sales staff were hard at work racing around to please potential and new customers.

Going to have to edit my last review since I can't seem to add a new one. There is a huge difference between sales and service at this dealership. Sales if very good...service is very bad. For some reason I keep giving them another chance, since I live in Guelph, but it seems to just be another chance to disappoint. My last service I went into thier express lube, told me it would be about 40 minutes, I was there there for three hours! And they did not reset my maintenance intervals on my vehicle. Now this is not difficult, but come on guys. Every time I am there you give me a reason not to come back. Service is NOT their strong suit. Now I am done, they lost two vehicle sales, and my service on those vehicles. Greg Vann Nissan in Cambridge is way better,. So this is not a negative against all Nissan dealers, just this one

The worst customer service. The people at parts and service are always extremely rude. The vehicles manufacturer warranty means nothing to them. I will never buy another Nissan ever again. Nothing but problems with my 2016 Altima 2.5. don't even bother trying to take it in. They will tell you that the problems your having aren't really problems. A 3 second lag in acceleration (every so often untill I restart the car) is not only a problem but is dangerous. Powertrain is part of the warranty. Just wasteing my breath .

Probably the worst garage and service that I have ever seen. My son's car sat in the parking lot for 2 weeks because they said that they couldn't get parts. They also quoted a price of $1200 to get it fixed. Finally I drove to Guelph and had the car taken to my mechanic in Niagara Falls. 2 days later I picked it up all fixed up for a grand total of $168. I hope that someday, someone doesn't try to RIP off any of the children of the people who work here. Never again I would like to thank Mrs Dunbar the service manager for reaching out to me. I received a phone call from her this afternoon and she has apologized to myself and my son. She has also offered financial compensation to my son for the mixup. Thank you Debbie.

As a new immigrant to Canada, who is planning to buy a car. i wasn't sure what i am looking for until i visited Guelph Nissan. I must confess i looked around lots of cars and various dealers. However, My quest for the perfect car came to an end, when i met Steve Bannon. He understood my requirement well and gave me an array of suggestions. We worked almost for an hour before we zeroed on Nissan Sentra. Steve had a through knowledge of the products he sells and was able to answer all the questions which were in my mind. Took a test drive and i fell in love with the car. In a span of 5 days the sale is done and viola i enjoying every bit of driving my Nissan Sentra. Thanks Steve for all your help and guidance. I have to say that Jill was OUTSTANDING! With having a daughter looking to purchase her first new car. She felt overwhelmed and nervous, as being a young girl, looking for someone that would respect her and not try to "pull the wool over her eyes" Jill took the time to really understand what my daughter was looking for. Not once did she pressure my daughter into something she did not want or need. She was patient, very kind and really looked after her. Even with the paperwork and options, Jill deserves more than 5 stars! My daughter is so happy with her Nissan Kicks and knows that she will be back to see Jill and send any of her friends to see her. This dealer is far from dishonest, I bought a used car there about 2 years ago. First this Glenn guy told me that the car never had any accident, but silly me after singing the paper I found out that there was an accident. The ads on there site made a typo by missed name the car model higher than what it was. Nevertheless it was my first car and didn't want to miss the start date for my new job so I bought it. After I bought the car I found out that the tires were suppose to be brand new as the ads online said but it weren't, so I had to prove it to them and then they gave me 4 news tires. When I bought the car they had this deal that suppose to give my car 5 years of $9.99 oil change, but after 2 oil change they said they got a new owner and no longer offer this service. Before I bought the car they agreed that I would pay interest on my car at a rate of 6.7% but after later on it was 6.79%, the different in term of dollars was over $200 for the life of a contract. As for now my car horn stopped working for now reason and the horn is on the side where the impact was. BEAWAR GUYS.

Recently helped my sister buy a newer car and she really liked the Nissan Qashqai's so we shopped around for a pre-owned one at MANY different dealerships. We ended up speaking to Jill Gillard at Guelph Nissan and not only was she super knowledgeable and compassionate to my sister's overall needs but she was extremely patient and never pushed us once. Very disappointed with the visit to Guelph Nissan. One of the worst car buying experience I ever had. While the dealership looks good, it was the most unorganized dealership. No motivation to help and sell car. No wonder they are ranked 51st out of 62 Nissan dealerships in Ontario. I was interested in Nissan Rogue that was posted on their website and autotrader. I called and Confirmed the appointment and the price that was posted, only to find out after driving hour and half that the price posted is not the real price. Instead, it was over 3k more than the posted price.....What a joke!! The salesperson that we had an appointment with didn't want to be bothered, and after wasting half an hour, somebody else came to help us. Wasted our full evening...I declined the offer that they were giving, which was more than any other Nissan dealerships around, and walked out.

They made an error on my registration that wasn't remedied in a timely fashion. This has soured me on purchasing a Nissan in the future. I dread the end of my lease term.

Had come here for previous warranty work, Jennifer Koopman was the one who processed the work orderand was very accommodating and went leaps and bounds. Went in for hoping to get some defects worked out. But this time it was Donny Lachance that was serving me. put barely any effort to try and figure out any solutions or gestures. Found excuses to deny the warranty claim. I put 2 stars because the only redeeming quality was he asked if there was anything else to check. To make sure everything was taken care of. Put a completely sour taste in my mouth and a hefty bill for what is essentially a "walk around"

I went in to test drive a car a few months ago, I was blown away by the junk that this sales guy told me while we were driving the car. I had done countless hours of research for this particular model and year and the crap and pressure tactics that was spouting out of his mouth to get the sale was downright humorous. Since my lackluster visit and more research done for this dealership, I have realized that Guelph Infiniti Nissan is widely known as the worst dealership with a Major Manufacturer name attached to it in South Western Ontario. I have found that they will not answer their own customers phone calls, or emails along with countless other poor customer service scenarios. I have even heard they delete comments with bad reviews from their Facebook page. Well Guelph Infiniti Nissan, lets see you delete this one. I bought my very first car from Guelph Nissan and I have been servicing it there for the past year. The service team has been great, I enjoy how easy and convenient it is for me to drop off my car the night before it goes in for service. Doug the shuttle driver is very friendly and represents the store well. If you go in, make sure you ask for Samantha. She really knows her stuff and will not try to sell you things you do not need. They have always accommodated me with either transportation or a courtesy car. I really like that. I referred a good friend of mine who purchased a versa, and I received $100 certificate as a reward. So I have to say something. I did not purchased any car from here. But I have to say a big thank you to parts guy -Aaron. Today I arrived at 2mins before closing. So disappointed. Brought my 2007 Versa into Nissan to get a few recalls done on my vehicle. They called me before it was finished to tell me that they had found three things that needed to be tended to. One was that my front stabilizer links were loose and that was to cost $286 to fix (actually the links are only around $25 and takes only a few minutes to install), second item was a new air filter because it was dirty, $35 to replace (actually $5-$10, and I don't even have a functional AC compressor), and the last thing was one of my front brake pads were at 4mm - this would cost $510 to replace (the brake pads come in 10mm so 4mm still has a lot of life left in it). Overall they tried to charge me over $800 when all I wanted was the recalls done. I can't believe they took advantage of me like this thinking I wouldn't notice how much these things actually cost. Please, if you take your car for repairs, verify the costs of the repairs before you give them the go ahead.

Bought my 2015 Rogue. Not happy with the salesperson and the person who handled my financing. Totally felt like I was dealt with used car sales people. If I was going to get another Nissan, would probably try other dealerships. Went to them for service for the first 3 years. Stopped going. Stay as far away as you can!!!! Some members staff talk about things they do not know about with complete confidence. When you confront them about it they deny it and pass the buck. I Called Nissan Canada to complain and was told it was a dealership issue and to take it up with them. When I asked who handled the complaint I was told that they did not know! It would seem that they can do what they want with impunity. I am sure that this horrible level of service is not indicative of all Nissan dealerships. I have been a very good customer for many years and had recommended them all the time. THOSE DAYS ARE DONE!!!! The Nissan product is great, the dealership, sadly, is a different matter. completely.

If I could rate their services as 0, I would. I received four emails from Guelph Nissan asking me to leave a review for my servicing, but in the 2 weeks I had my vehicle there they did not service it. I had my vehicle towed from Newmarket to the Guelph Nissan, where it promptly sat on the lot for two days (despite having an appointment) before they were able to diagnose the issue. Guelph Nissan has very poor communication (this will be a common theme in this review), as I had to call them numerous times to receive any sort of update on the status of my vehicle; only once did I receive a call, and they did not leave a message. On the phone, I was told that the part (note: just a single part, a fusible link) I needed would cost $1200 and that it was on back order, and I was given a timeline of 3 days - 3 months for the part to arrive to the dealership. When I asked about a courtesy vehicle (I made it clear that I commute, and would need a vehicle to get to and from work, especially if my car would be on their lot for 3 months), I was denied and I ended up paying for a rental vehicle for a total of 17 days. After a day or two of no communication with the dealership, my parents phoned and were informed that not only was Guelph Nissan going to replace the fusible link, but that they also needed to replace the engine bracket and harness; at no point in my contact with the dealership were these parts mentioned to me, let alone that they needed to be replaced. I received all of this information from my parents, several days after I contacted Guelph Nissan about the original diagnosis. After completing a previous review which was emailed to me (hint: it was also negative), I received a phone call from the dealership. I was told that they had contacted my parents because "sometimes students just don't want to deal with these things, and their parents deal with them instead." This was insulting for multiple reasons, mainly because 1) I am not a student, and even if I were, I do not appreciate being patronized and 2) the only reason my parents contacted the dealership in the first place was because of their lack of communication with me. After two weeks of sitting on the lot, my vehicle was towed to a mechanic in Niagara, who was able to service it within 2 days for a final price of approximately $170; it cost me nearly this much for Nissan to tell me what was wrong with my car after two days of "looking at it". Today, I received another email asking to leave a review for my service experience through the Guelph Nissan customer review section (i.e. on their website). I did so this morning, and shortly after received an email that my review was noticed, and they would be dealing with these issues "internally" to ensure this does not happen in the future. However, when I checked their website, I noticed that no recent reviews have been uploaded, and they are only showing 4-5 star reviews. As you can clearly tell from the Google reviews, they do not provide 5 star servicing and appear to be filtering their reviews on their site (there is a one star difference between the two). As a result, I am writing this review to warn future customers of my experience, and to avoid servicing your car at this dealership. Update: Today I received a call from customer service. Guelph Nissan apologized and admitted to their mistakes, and has offered to make things right by waiving fees and settling a portion of my rental fees.

All they seem willing to offer customers are a few oil changes. They offered winter tires "at cost" but beware as the at cost quote was more than I've ever seen for the exact same services/breakdown from OK Tire or Kal.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Not only are they ridiculously over-priced , but they are incredibly dishonest and do shoddy work as well. We paid over $2500 to fix our car, only to have it break down the same day after they ASSURED us it was fixed. They also did repair work they were not authorized to do, then FORCED us to pay for it. We told them we had not authorized it and asked them to remove the parts they had put in and they said no. Then they threatened us with police action when we did not want to pay for the work they were not authorized to do. When I took my car to another more REPUTABLE garage, they not only fixed it the first time, but told me that Nissan had CAUSED the problem that caused it to break down in the first place. I have filed official complaints against this dealership and their manager through every channel I can think of. At this point, I am trying to warn you for your own good - do not shop here. Do not get your vehicle repaired here. Do not set foot here AT ALL, unless you have a lot of extra money you would like to throw away and want them to ruin your car.

Came in for a service appointment and upon booking, I was told that it would only take 1.5 hours to do the repairs on my vehicle. I got to the service bay and now I was being told it would take a couple of hours and made it seem like they didn't want me there and asked almost immediately if someone was coming to pick me up (even though there were big bold letters on my file indicating I preferred to wait). 3 hours later, I'm still waiting and no one bothered to give me updates on my vehicle until I went up to the desk and was told it was going to be at least another 2 hours. I missed a day's worth of work even though I was told that the repairs wouldn't take long. I ended up leaving the dealership close to 4pm and I have been there since 8:45am. I would have been fine if I was told right when I was booking the appointment that the service may take almost a day then I would have made different arrangements. Definitely would not be recommending this place to anyone.

Guelph Nissan has, without a doubt, the worst customer service from a car sales agency I've ever seen. I went in to discuss buying a new car. I had done my research and wanted to see the car for myself. I was astounded when I was told "You don't want that car. You want this one". I insisted I did not, and wanted to see the car I asked about. This went on for about five minutes until I asked to speak to the manager. The salesperson then told me that they didn't even sell that car from the dealership- information he could have volunteered as soon as I asked about the car. Rude and pushy salespeople. Bad customer service. I bought my car from a different Nissan dealership and won't go back to this one even for service.

STAY AWAY Horrible dealership They tried to sell me a 2008 G35 that was a USA car and lied about the Miles being kilometers I Went to buy a car at this dealership and was treated like crap called in the morning to confirm the car was there drove an hour just to be told the car was not there.Then i find the car on the lot and they said that's its not ready for sale and I will have to come back when I voiced my opinion they told me to leave and threatened to call the cops .Save yourself the frustration and find another Nissan dealership that will treat you better and will appreciate your business . There should be a option for negative stars because 1 star is to much.

I wish there was a rating less than 'Poor-Fair'. First of all let me state that buying a car here was no problem at all and the sales rep. did a very good job. So no complaints there. However, the service department will try and fleece you. They quoted that I needed new front brakes, rear brake maintenance, a new cabin filter and that my drive belt was gone. I took it to an independent mechanic. The only thing from that list that was true was the front brakes. Everything else was perfect. The mechanic actually showed me the filter. Clean as a whistle. I had originally taken it in to get my winter tyres put on and a complimentary wash. Took almost 3 hours. So if you don't want to sit around for hours, then be lied to why not save yourself a few hundred $, go somewhere else.

I called the infiniti manager several times no one answer the call, and he is always busy with the customer. I left message, and he never returned to me. So be wise and try not to buy car from there

Fixed the problem which is good and had free wifi while waiting. The part cost just over 100$ but charged 350$ for about 1 hour of labour which in my opinion is a little over the top.. plus tax had a 600$ bill. Then sent me a survey in my email with no link to it, and the next half of the email said thanks for participating in the survey.. which i didn't do?

Right before Christmas someone ran a stop sign hitting my vehicle with my children and I in it. Our vehicle was wrote off. I was not wanting another vehicle. I had a small concussion and was very stressed over the whole situation. Poor experience. We purchased a used Nissan Versa last August 2020. While the sale process was fine, once we called to report a non-functional built-in USB plug, suddenly it was almost impossible to talk to someone. Our sales rep was never available when we called, and stopped replying to emails. At some point, we actually got through to a manager and were suddenly able to talk to someone in service who wanted to look into this - but, in the same pattern as with The sales rep, responses stopped and our attempts to contact again were unsuccessful. Obviously, a built-in USB plug is nothing crucial for safety, and can be easily substituted by a lighter adapter - but other potential buyers should be aware that at Guelph Nissan, customer service ends once you drive off of the lot. Would never buy there again, or recommend to anyone.

The above is a NEGATIVE star rating (-1). They do not deserve anything positive! Called Guelph Nissan regarding an Auto Trader ad they posted for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, fully loaded, 2500 km (I have a copy of the actual ad posted) and that we were ready to purchase today. I called to purchase and all of a sudden this same car had 57,000 km. HUGE difference! And then they offered $500 off is insulting when the car went from 2,500 to 57,000km. Then they wanted to sell me a different car. If they were honorable they would have found me a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, fully loaded with less than 2500km for the same price to make up for their mistake. But they just wanted to apologize when I brought up Bait and Switch. Then scrolling down in these reviews I see the same type of issue... Bait and Switch is what I call it. Anyway Guelph Nissan did not honor their pricing error. Until they make it right BUYER BEWARE!

Four years ago I wrote that this was the best Nissan dealership I had ever "dealt with -- great service desk, where they value the customer and work hard to get things right. Shuttle service is excellent and just adds to the experience." Change of tune? How about a whole new choir?! I am so fed up with this dealership I can't even believe the change since back then. Calls and emails galore have gone unreturned after purchasing a vehicle -- a week later, still no idea when that vehicle will be arriving to me, but more miffed that nobody will even reply to me. Last service visit resulted in a 45 minute wait for the shuttle (despite pre-booking it as requested) and an marred by technicians trying to tell us we needed work on brakes that they just done a couple of months before. Our winter/summer tires have been treated with zero care in storage every year for 3 years -- uncleaned before stored or after installed, tape adhesive stuck to the chrome, etc. REALLY UNIMPRESSED!

2014 03 17 update still got more junk mail from this place. They cant even figure out how to take you off their mailing list. This after I was assured I would not get any junk mail as I purchased my car - another lie. Guess what not one original staff is there from when I purchased my car - big surprise!!!!!! Maybe they like sending those mailers knowing how it bring back all those bad feelings.. 2013 03 01 update. they tried to trade my car in for a car that was 2 years older- no thanks. noticed they deleted all my facebook comments as well any one else who didn't leave stellar feedback. Worst experience i have ever had with Nissan dealership. They sold me after market heated seats claiming 'it is the same as factory' and that 'we always sell this option afterwards without a problem", only to find out after installation that they lied and the passenger seat can not have a heated seat, only the back. Not knowing this i called in to bring the car in since my wife complained that there was no heat on her seat and the service department agreed with me and gave me a loaner car. They gave me a loaner car because they did not even install the heated seats, it was a third party company that came out to my house to install it, but they don't go to customer houses anymore. At the end of the day they called back explaining that this was the case and they did not even know this. A month later I got charged gas for the rental car which annoyed me because no one told me that. I have had many loaner cars and this is the first time this has happened. All i did was go home and back. I called service and they promised to call back - 9 days later no word. Emailed service dept and manager -9 days ago - no response. I have also complained about a rattling sound from the arm rest that they have claimed to fix twice already, only to return. So I just jammed some napkins in there to stop the rattle. Then I tell them not to bother calling me back since I am so frustrated, and the service manager calls me and leave me a vmail explaining what happened and I should see a refund. Thanks Guelph Infiinity Nissan for ruining my purchasing experience and I have been sure to share my story all my friends who have since purchased from other places. I wish I never traded in my old Nissan. Since then i have been to other Nissan dealerships and not been happy. Time to bail on Nissan and try another manufacturer when i get rid of this car - which might be a lot sooner than the 10 years i had my previous Altima.

arranged for one of 6 NV200 that I have to be booked in for warranty work on the drivers seat. The truck was brought in August 26th and it is now October 7th and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I have called and emailed multiple times but can't get a call back. Even left Deb the service manager a voice mail last week but yet again no reply. This is by far the worst customer service I have had at a dealership. I called Kitchener Nissan and had the unit in and being repaired in under a week. While I appreciate your reply. I felt they appraised my original truck for trade in more than fairly, and while there was lag time between purchase and delivery, I felt they communicated with me quite well during this wait (I waited about a week). Jill and Christine were excellent to deal with through both the sale and financing process; so far my experience with this dealership has been a positive one. There was one minor issue upon delivery, but I sincerely appreciate Jill sitting down with me and being upfront about it and giving me a plan to rectify it following departure from the dealership. I received a call about the Nissan customer loyalty private sale, went in checked it out. Talked to Gus about my options and what type of vehicle I would be interested in and what would work out best to suit my day to day needs/wants in a vehicle. I was able to take my time and narrow down my choices in the vehicle I was interested in. Gus was able to answer all of my questions/concerns regarding my two choices, and even gave me the option of price negotiation so we could come up with a mutually agreeable sale price. Even making the mistake of misunderstanding that a particular feature did not come standard in this vehicle, Gus was able to cover the charge for the feature (bed/box liner in a truck) among making sure everything else I had asked for was done as well. All in all i received an excellent product, with the service (that most consumers would expect when purchasing a large ticket item) to match.

My husband Dave and I just purchased a 2019 Rogue SE. We were hesitant to go back to Guelph Nissan as we had an issue with our 2009 Rogue driver airbag sensor. Levi Newton was our sales advisor, he was professional, polite, a great listener, and confident without being too assertive. At the beginning of May, I ordered a new vehicle from this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and have purchased approx. $500,000 worth of vehicles from Guelph Infiniti in that time. When I ordered the current car, I was told that there were 4 of the model I requested available and it would be only a matter of days to receive the car. I was out of the country for the next 2 weeks and expected the car would have arrived by the time I got back. I waited a week after returning before enquiring and was told they had not procurred the car yet. I waited another week before pursuing this again, and finally was told it had arrived and could be made available in 3-4 days. Another week went by, and the car had still not been prepped for me. After expressing my dissatisfaction I was promised the car could maybe be ready in 2 days. However, the evening before the expected pickup date I was told it had been too difficult and the car would not be ready until the following week. I still have not been able to pick up the car. This experience illustrates completely how this dealership has gone totally downhill since changing ownership a while ago. Most of the terrific staff that I dealt with over the years have quit to go elsewhere, and now I know why. This is hands down the worst customer service, and misleading string of crap I have ever experienced from a car dealership. Unfortunately I have no choice but to eventually accept delivery of the new vehicle, but that will absolutely be the last time I ever set foot in Guelph Infiniti Nissan. My daughter, who also owns a Nissan from there, also recently had an experience in the service dept. where the service girl blatantly lied about not setting up an appointment for her, which was instantly proven wrong by the service department who was wondering when she was going to show up. The service girl was rude and arrogant, like she was doing my daughter a favour, rather than attending to a valued customer. Thank goodness there are no shortage of other Nissan dealers in the area. I am looking forward to my family becoming valued customers somewhere else.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Guelph Nissan. I picked up my 2019 Nissan Qashqai today after visiting a week ago to browse at vehicles. Steve was a great salesperson not pushy at all and gave the right information for what we were interested in. Everyone else that was ahead of me was offered a rewards card but I wasn't offered one. My wife and I were recently looking for a used Nissan Rogue, and decided to look at Guelph Nissan because of their wide selection of vehicles. Levi Newton helped us through the process, and was able to answer all of our questions. My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were able to test drive the vehicle by ourselves, which gave us an opportunity to openly discuss our opinions without the pressure of having a salesperson riding with us. My only criticism is that it wasn't disclosed until the day of pick-up that there was only one key fob included with the vehicle. Not a huge deal, but we had to pay almost $400 to have another one programmed. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Guelph Nissan to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. UPDATE: I was called by Levi, who offered a generous credit towards service/accessories, to compensate us for the miscommunication. It was very appreciated, and is a testament to the level of customer service that the folks at Guelph Nissan provide. Thanks again, everyone!

My wife and I tried to by a new Nissan Juke from here and got nothing but greif and Disappointment. Civic long weekend we went in for a test drive of a New Juke loved it and sat down down and worked out a price with them. The following week we recieved a call that they could not get the vehical in the couour asked for and we replied back anything but RED. 2 weeks later our car was ready. when we went to the dealership there it was in RED. the following week they called us back a new car was there Again it was RED. Trying to be paient we talked to the salesman and tried to be positive he told us he could get one in that had an automatic transmission. we agreed as long as it did not affect the set price we agreed on. Finally August 28 the salwesman called and he was looking at our Juke it was Grey not red. When we went in to sign the papers they tried to make us pay an extra 5000$ for the automatic transmission. I said that we agreed on a price and I was not paying any more then that and they attempted to drop the price by 2500 saying that was the best they could do. Wo runs a buisness like this not once did we deal with anyone other then the salesman, not once did a manager attempt to call or come talk to us. Even when I requested to talk with the sales manager he was "to busy right now" Bying a car is a frustrating experience at the best of times but this was by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I can not believe that Nissan Canada turns a blind eye to this place Worst Dealership ever

Loving my new (used) truck that we picked up this week! The only problem was that it was sold with a spare set of tires on rims... which turns out are not for the truck that we bought!! (Different bolt pattern). I thought that the dealership would certainly buy them back, considering that the price of the truck included the second set of tires. Update: Within a few hours of voicing my disappointment, Nissan's service manager called me. She discussed the specific needs of my make/model and that I was never offered a cabin filter because it is not a necessity in my particular model. She also made a note to apologize for the delayed response in my email, with an appropriate explanation (it was great cause her explanation didn't feel like a giant excuse). Ultimately, I have changed my rating to reflect how satisfied I am with managements response to my concern..it really validates why dealership service centers are so important...they actually know what your specific car does and doesn't need Had my winter tires put on and oil changed at their service center. Initially gave a 5-star review because I really enjoyed the staff and speed of service. A couple of weeks ago, I went to get my oil changed at a separate dealership and the technician informed me that my cabin filter was missing (not dirty, literally missing). Your cabin filter is really the only thing that minimizes the volume of toxins/dirt/debris coming into your car from the outside. As someone who takes the 401 everyday, this was really upsetting that I had been subjected to that kind of air quality in my car for several months. I reached out to Guelph Nissan to followup and see if they could provide and explanation (since mistakes happen) and NO RESPONSE. THEY LITERALLY COULDN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. All in all they really let me down with how they choose to handle their own service mistakes. Pretty slimy and I won't be using their services ever again.

These guys lied to us at many different levels, and without even caring to be consistent with each other in lying. Eventually we decided not to take their ridiculous financing offer (which was completely different from their initial offer). At this point they took our $500 deposit and our car ownership document (we wanted to trade in) as hostage and gave us a really hard time getting them back. Their financing system is totally racist, and their lousy lies are disgusting. Their sales people are nice of course, and that's how we fell in their trap. Avoid them especially if you are not white, and even if you are white, keep a hand on your wallet as you walk in there.

Justin McGillivary was great help having me test drive 4 different vehicles. I was after a larger vehicle then my vw golf and found the Altima a perfect match for me. Justin went over financing and leasing with me showed me what my payments would be and always made sure the car had what I wanted. I can't thank him enough for the experience I had on buying my very first new vehicle. The ladies in financing were also very pleasant to deal with never pushing me for more warranty then I could afford or wanted. when I went to pick up my new car the lady at the front went through all the options my car had and how to program the car to my liking. She helped me connect my phone and show me how the navigation worked and steering wheel controls. She made learning the options I never had before easy. She scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation with me and even called me the following day to see how I liked the car. I had a great experience dealing with Guelph Nissan and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

For me twice I asked for a few minor things done with my oil changes and they said they did them but after looking they absolutely did not touch anything. Was interested in a car they had advertised on autotrader. This dealership classified it as a new vehicle having a mileage of 10 km. At first glance, this would seem like a brand new vehicle. However, it turned out that the vehicle was in fact a demo (used) car that had a mileage count beyond what was advertised. This type of advertising seems very unprofessional and unethical. It didn't feel like it was a typo since they had multiple vehicles classified in this way. Would recommend potential buyers to be cautious when shopping at this dealership.

I did not have a good experience. My splash shield fell off as I was driving on the highway on a weekend. When I told Guelph Nissan that, they told me i should have went to the nearest dealership when it happened. The service department is not even open on the weekend after 3pm so that was not an option for me. They took my car in two different days. I had to pay $50 for the shield because they could not determine if i broke the part myself, or if it just came loose. Regardless, instead of taking my word for it, they go head and charge me $50. Good customer service means taking their word for it and trusting the customer. At this point, the work gets done and everyone gets paid so i don't know i wasted $50. Also, when i got my car back there were fingerprints on my windows, as well as my air conditioning not working as well as it should. I will never go to Guelph Nissan ever again.

Apparently they made a mistake and ordered the upgraded model by accident and allowed me to keep it although it was $3500 more. Dealing with Raj Ahuja at Guelph Infiniti is the easy way to drive a new car every 2 years. I just leased my fourth vehicle from Raj in 6 years. A 2008 FX35, 2010 FX35, 2012 FX35 and now a 2014 QX70. I can indulge my desire to drive a new car every 2 years without a material change in monthly payments. I have had a lot of cars over the years but I am most impressed with Infiniti and the fact that Raj gets me the car I want. Raj also make the whole process easy. We had an appointment to view a vehicle. We drove an hour to get there only to be told that they sold it first thing in the morning! Wasted 2 hrs of our time not to mention the gas the sales person called us less than 30 minutes before appointment to inform us which was 2 hours after they sold it! Why make an appointment if they are going to sell the car to someone else. If this is how Nissan does business then we will never purchase one again. We had a nissaN 300zx turbo at one time but won't even consider this company again.

I spent 4 months (April 12th) working with Nissan Canada and this locations service department dealing with an engine repair that was to be done under warranty. After 4 months (July 18th) of bad and inconsiderate service at the dealership, I was told that my engine would not be repaired due to "lack of maintenance" despite providing full car-proof and service records. Easily one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with and has directed me towards never purchasing a Nissan again.

Don’t buy from here, this place is not reputable. Nissan Canada is no better, you’re better off buying something else. Trust me you will regret it. I purchased a certified pre-owned truck from here. Had several issues with sales and the service department in regards to parts that were supposed to be replaced. Took over 6 months before everything was replaced. Then I was informed by a different Nissan service department manager that I was missing the front skid plate. I again contacted the dealership and got nowhere. I spoke to the General Manager and he tried to blame me for either losing it or it got stolen. I ended up finding the original posting with pictures of the truck on Autotrader and it shows that the skid plate was never on the truck. The dealership didn’t notice it or just decided not to disclose this to me. Either way they should replace it which they won’t. Nisan Canada has offered me a 50% credit($450) on the part which I have to buy from the dealership at full price $900. +tax and install. Not the best customer service from anyone at Nissan.

Once we agreed to purchase the vehicle we never heard from them for days. I had to call to get any information and I still received no information for days after. I bought a used car that had belonged to one of their sales people previously. She was fantastic and did not pressure or make me feel uncomfortable. The car is still under warranty from Hyundai so I took the car to Hyundai to check a noise the car was making. It turns out that the wrong type of brake pads were on the car and that the pads and rotors will now need replaced. Not only on the front but also the back. I have been calling for weeks now and am constantly promised that I will receive a phone call from someone to rectify the situation. I have now had to get Nissan Canada involved and they refuse to do anything for me because I need to have contact with the dealership. As a young person buying their first car from a dealership, I can guarantee that I will never purchase one from this dealership or from Nissan ever again. I purchased an extended warranty on the car through Nissan that I will now be doing everything possible to cancel because of this disgusting excuse for customer service.

Beware of Ben! Very disturbing experience with their salesman Ben at this dealership. Made a deal over the phone one day. Had a firm deal setup with numbers done and agreed to send CC deposit to continue with deal. Salesman said he would write up the deal and call for the deposit. Ben did just that, called me, I gave CC info for a large deposit, but then never sent a deal through for us to sign. Didn't think it was a big deal, would probably get to us tomorrow. Filled out a credit app with a nice lady via email and then heard nothing from Ben or anyone else. Overnight my wife changed her mind about the deal (model) and since I knew we had not signed a Purchase Agreement and I knew the OMVIC rules state if there is no PA signed then the deposit must be returned in full by the dealership that all would be fine with the deposit. But we still wanted to deal with Ben and see to getting the different model from them. So, I informed Ben first thing in the morning we wanted to switch models, gave him the details and he said no problem, this happens and he would get back to us later with a possible deal when he got to work. Later when he was preparing new numbers for the new model I apologized to Ben for the mixup and told him to just send their best offer so I could just say yes or no and not waste their time as he spent a fair amount of time the day before with the original deal. I said if it doesn't work out, no hard feelings, refund CC and we will go on our way. This is where it gets disturbing. Ben informs me that I have definitely bought a car from Guelph Nissan inferring that my deposit was a contract and agreement to purchase something no matter what. I had to choose something because I was buying a car that day from them no matter what, just didn't know what car yet. What a joke, being in the industry he should know OMVIC rules that there is no sale until a contract is signed. He tried to strong-arm force me into making a deal. If he wants to make deals this way, Ben needs to go back to the 1960's where the vacuum salesmen used to bully the housewifes at home into a buy. So brutal. Anyway, it gets worse. Ben then sends the final deal and I tell him I won't consider it now until I get the CC refund back because his tactics bothered me. He refuses to process any refund and then ghosts me to his manager. I try to call the dealership but get put on hold and then forwarded to a salesman. Guess who ... yep Ben on the phone. He quickly puts me on hold, waits a few minutes and then disconnects me. I call back again and after several minutes finally get to talk to a nice lady, Jennifer who passes a message on to Matthew the manager who eventually calls me back and is very pleasant and promises to get me a refund. Fast forward several days and everyone else in this dealership dealt with the refund and subsequent contact very professionally, refund was taken care of, all good. Ironic part on all of this was the deal Ben finally sent me at the end was truly a great deal and we would have taken it for sure (we actually ended up paying a touch higher somewhere else) but he blew it with his bush league strong arm tactics as there was no way I was going to deal with that guy after that type of unprofessional behaviour. I've kept the text messages and conversations in case management would ever like to see how this played out but they have been great so they probably took care of this in house. I will say the dealership had good offers with very compeititve pricing so I can recommend going there to try to make a deal, just make sure you aren't dealing with someone in particular is all I would advise. The mgmt team seems very good and on the ball so I am not sure how mgmt will take this review, they could do the usual rebuttal trying to difuse but I hope they take this at face value because this is exactly how it went down, this is all straight facts, and it wasn't cool IMO.

One of the worst dealerships to deal with PERIOD. I have been working in auto service industry for 13 years. I have had the worst experience dealing with Guelph Nissan. I ordered a part that I was supposed to get two days later. Two days later I called to check for delivery status, was told that the driver was on route. I called back at 5:30, the dealership manager would not talk me. I called in the next morning. the staff would not answer the phone, which seems to be the norm, they don't answer the phone and they don't answer messages. If it wasn't for the Nissan name, they wouldn't stay in business for more then a week with the way they run their business. UPDATE: Since my last review 4 years ago, things have definitly changed. The staff is very helpful now and service has improved.

I bought a used Honda Civic from Arif. It was a really good experience. They voluntarily replaced the front brakes. I felt no pressure. I even asked them about their poor reviews for which they informed me they are aware of it and they have new management in spite of it. I even messaged Arif several weeks later to ask about something I thought was wrong with the car. He told me it was just snow in my rims and he was right. The one issue I did have with them is that my car was not properly detailed when I picked it up. Apparently, there was a mix up with the service team and the detailing was not done. Other than that, it was a great experience.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Once they get your money forget anyone will help you. I just bought used Infinite JX35 couple of days ago and I have a missing part in a car (on bottom of the back bumper) they said it happened after I bought the car and blamed it on me for it. I told him I don't think it happened after I took the car (since I called them day after I received the car), plus it looks like the part has been missing for a while, there is lots of dust in the place where the part is missing. The guy was no one else but the Sales manager name Richard Vermon, completely useless and unprofessional. I should have seen the review before going to this dealership. NEVER GOING BACK EVEN FOR OIL CHANGE.

Bought my first car in 10 years from Ben Adams last week. Ben knew his product line extremely well, he was very professional, didn’t try to up sell me, and made the process easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from Ben at Guelph Nissan! Unfortunately I have to edit my review above. A month after I bought my 2018 Murano I started having problems with the intelligent cruise control. It appears this is a chronic problem with several models and not limited to the Murano with ICC. I was not told this was a problem before I bought the car, and my e-mails to Ben have gone unanswered. That information should have been disclosed and as a general courtesy my e-mails should have been responded to. To me this is poor form and adds an element of distrust!

Horrible experience, stay far away. Bought in the dead of the winter and will never make that mistake again. Asked the sales guy - point blank - whether the tires were in good condition and needed replacing. He said no. Within 1 month my mechanic was shaking his head at me and explained how they were so bald that they should not have passed safety. This should have been my clue to go and return the car. Foolishly I did not recognize the foreshadowing for my future. They promised to send me the service/maintenance records for the car ("always maintained by them - perfectly!"). They did not (despite many emails/phone calls requests). First summer I realized AC doesn't work (of course not - this is why you don't buy a car in the winter). The sales guy who put my licence plate on (remember - dead of winter when purchased, probably - 20 outside) did not mention that the door underneath the licence plate was rusted to heck. The list of fun we've been through (Pathfinder was purchased): * new tires * fix AC (about $500 and still not working) * replace fuel sensor ($500 - mandatory to pass emission test) * replace 1/2 of drive shaft ($1200) * rad assembly replaced (they didn't transfer over my information to Nissan Canada so I was 100% out of pocket for this - $1500) * transmission (about $2,000 at this point - caused by the above rad assembly issue) Today's news from the mechanic? Cracked intake manifold and "fried motherboard" aka ECM relay that was supposedly replaced about one week before I bought the car (remember, still can't get the records) are the reason it didn't start this morning. When I tried to go to work. Hopefully he can fix it for under $1500 - maybe. Intake manifold is back ordered at Nissan for 4 weeks so apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. Long story short - don't buy a Nissan and don't buy it from Guelph Nissan. Despite direct pointed questions they misrepresented what they knew about the car, did not provide the records despite multiple requests and sold me a lemon. I don't even want to do the math on all of the above. My attempts to call them and resolve this have not been successful so I guess we'll have to go to OMVIC and court to figure this out.

If there is a negative point, I will give it to them. I have a 2008 Nissan Rogue. Two years ago, I had some issues with the transmission. I took it to this dealer. They said it was the torque converter seal issue and it was not covered under the warranty. I spend $1000 to fix the problem. However, after it was changed, they said that the problem was not solved, the cvt had to be changed as well. Since the cvt is covered by the extended warranty, it changed free of charge. Again, about two days ago, I drove the car on the highway for about 1 hour, it lost power again and the rmp cannot go over 2000. And there is a bit fluid leaking on my driveway after that. I thought the same issue came back again, so I did a bit search online. A few people said that the torque converter seal should be covered by the extended warranty. I went back to this Nissan dealer and show the links to the custom sevice. They did not care. He said he does not know those people online and not sure if these people were lying. He insisted that the seal is not covered by the extended warranty. Today I got the call back. This time, they said the cvt failed and they will install a new one under extended warranty but the premise is that as a customer, I have to install an extra transmission cooler. Otherwise, CVT is also not covered. They will change the transmission under warranty again but I have to pay $1500 for the transmission cooler. It is so ridiculous! It is obvious there is technical deficiencies with their transmission design, after years of driving the car, now I have the obligation to install additional medium to cool their transmission. If the information was communicated to me at the time when I bought the new car, I had the option to decide if I want to pay for it. It just tell us that their transmission warranty is a big cheating. The customer service of this dealer just makes you so angry. The transmission failed again within two years (about 36k kilometers). They always find some excuses to charge extra money. I just talked with other Nissan dealers, They said Nissan has no such a request to install the transmission cooler. This Nissan dealer is a liar.

Review #2: Pathfinder needed the front drivers side wheel bearing done, drivers window actuator replaced and passenger door handle replaced. They couldn't get the handle done. Dropped the car off at 7 am. They didn't start the work until 330 pm. I picked the car up at 5pm and they charged me 2.5 hours for labour. How does that math work!?
