DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICING OF YOUR INFINITI! We were charged $550 for a simple oil change for a brand new car that was only 5 months old. They made a bunch of things up, never called for permission to do things, and gave us a bill that was outrageous. My entire family owns infiniti's and this is enough reason for all of us to NEVER buy again!

Loved buying my car through Andy, it was a great experience the whole way through and I got exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for a more professional salesman who even comes to see how I'm liking the car when I bring it for service. Christine was super helpful with me as a first time buyer on the finance end and answered my many, many questions until I felt comfortable with the arrangement. The only negatives I have come across at this dealer is that if I need warranty they don't know what they sold me, for service I get told one price by three people while booking and then get told another after it is finished, and my dash cam was turned off when it went back for service. While the warranty issue can be fixed by me remembering to bring my paperwork for the car, the pricing issue and dashcam are where they lose the one star as it just seems like it could have been avoided. Thankfully they did explain where the pricing discrepancy came from however it was an unfortunate situation as it cost an almost $100 extra.

Why this is a great place to deal with. most recently our Q50 was in need of warranty work.. Mike Hendriks was able to expedited the process for us so the work could be completed while our vehicle was having other work done by one of the dealership's outside vendors. This was great because it meant that we were not inconvenienced twice..other dealerships we have dealt with have made us wait thinking only of their own needs. Mike took the time to make the process work for us the dealership always strives to do there best to look after us. When ever we are in for service or parts everyone is friendly and courteous. Andy and Scott always take time to say hello when they see us. We have the same experience dealing with Guelph Nissan their sister dealership down the road. They have all made us - customers for life.

Recently had to undergo an engine replacement on my Q60s Redsport which is not ideal, but Mike Hendricks did an awesome job coordinating this almost 2 month long process. From setting up the warranty claim, loaner vehicle to constant updates including pictures of the process. It made me feel much better knowing the situation was being handled by Mike. Late one night as I was nearing home from a meeting, smoke began billowing from seemingly everywhere around and behind my car. Though I knew something was badly wrong, I chose to risk continuing to my destination. Some 3 or 4 days before I'd had my Infiniti G35x in for a routine oil change and a swap to winter tires. At 11p.m. that Sunday night, I had my vehicle towed from Waterloo 22 kms to Guelph Infiniti where it was discovered 'unannounced' early Monday morning. One phone call to Guelph explained what I had experienced. A call from Guelph to me mid-afternoon informed me that my car was ready to be picked up. The failure of a T-shaped hose (at the 247,000 kilometer mark!), nothing to do with what had recently been serviced, was the culprit. Cost of the repairs, the parts, the fluids and the labour? - "There'll be no charge for that today, Sir." Ahhh, say what? $0.00! That's right! Nada! Oh, and the car wash and the hand-polished wax job was both outstanding and 'complimentary' - thank you very much! Where does one find this kind of exceptional Customer Service and Customer After-Care these days? Nowhere I know of but Guelph Infiniti! I've been driving for over 54 years. My Infiniti is the best car I’ve ever owned. Furthermore, in my experience, these particular folks in this particular facility are unmatched in every department of what they do. They know what they’re doing and no one I know does it better. Literally everybody I've dealt with at Guelph Infiniti has routinely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was helped immediately Kyra, who showed me a couple of cars and was very helpful in making the car buying process extremely simple and painless! Garbage customer service. I got a notice for recall on my vehicle. Manager basically refused to help me after he found out I work the same hours as them. He expected me to drive half hour to drop off my car to then find myself a way home and back there the next when car was ready. All while having no way to work the day they would have my car. The guy felt that it somehow was my responsibility to accommodate to them. Why is it my responsibility it's not my fault that they have a manufacturers defect. When I stated this he acted like a snotty little girl saying he was removing me from their data base. Useless absolutely useless what a pathetic joke. Good job at helping the customer.

A year ago I lease transferred QX60 from this dealership and I posted here about my horrible experience with them. The process took over a month and only justification these guys would have is "well it is not us it is Infiniti Canada because they want to make sure you are as good as previous owner to reassign a lease". As if I am mentally challenged and I don't know how credit checks work and how long does it take. They just didn't want to tell me that sales people are not making commission so they are not motivated to push this deal. It took over 2 weeks just for lease transfer credit application to leave dealership and be sent to Infiniti Canada. I did a mistake didn't cancel this deal in the middle of the process but what is done cannot be reverted. Now fast forward 1 year, a friend of mine really likes my car and asked me to lease transfer this vehicle to him so the reminder of the lease about 11 months he will carry it. I explained him that these guys at dealership are complete morons and they will simply drag this forever until you change your mind. He didn't believe. Probably he never met such people in his life. We started the process, again filling credit application, copy of driver license etc. And guess what? Same experience. Already 4 days calling dealership to see if they submitted credit application. They are like "oh finance manager Lisa is on leave this week, noone else can do it" then they "found" someone who can do it and he is like "ok let me see what needs to be done and I will call you back" I wait a day doesn't call me back Call this lowlife back and he is like "let me speak to Raj and I will call you back" again doesn't call me back Then I call him next day he is "let me start the application I will call you back" And of course never calls me back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER GUYS NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I pay 1040$ a month for a car and they cannot even timely execute a lease transfer. I had Lexus before same level luxury brand and Lexus in Brampton lease completed lease transfer in 3 days. Had BMW same thing, my friend had Infinti from downtown Toronto needed to lease transfer it took 4 days. I will keep updating this post so you guys know exactly how long it took for them to finalize lease transfer. We initiated the process and sent Guelph Infiniti all the documentation they need on 22 May 2017. Watch this thread for updates.

I bought a 2009 used infiniti fx35 from these guys not even 3 months ago. I paid over $25000 for the car and already HAD to spend over $7000 in repair. 1. The brakes was seized up (do not know how they passed safty). $600 to service those. 2. Three out of four of the struts was leaking (again safty issue) so I HAD to replace all four $3500. 3. The transmission broke $3000. This is all with regular driving (maybe 20km a day) to and from work on paved roads.

I have been coming to Guelph Infiniti for a number of years now, having purchased my QX56 at Woodchester Infiniti in Mississauga. What distinguishes the interaction and service provided by Guelph Infiniti is the staff (eg Mike Hendricks, Muzzamil and the mechanics) - there is a genuine concern and attempt to resolve any car issues to the best of their ability. I never get the feeling/impression that they're out to make a quick buck (as with other dealerships) - their recommendations are based on an honest appraisal of the problem and they inspire confidence and trust. I explained him that these guys at dealership are complete morons and they will simply drag this forever until you change your mind. He didn't believe. Probably he never met such people in his life. We started the process, again filling credit application, copy of driver license etc. And guess what? Same experience. Already 4 days calling dealership to see if they submitted credit application. They are like "oh finance manager Lisa is on leave this week, noone else can do it" then they "found" someone who can do it and he is like "ok let me see what needs to be done and I will call you back" I wait a day doesn't call me back Call this lowlife back and he is like "let me speak to Raj and I will call you back" again doesn't call me back Then I call him next day he is "let me start the application I will call you back" And of course never calls me back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER GUYS NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I pay 1040$ a month for a car and they cannot even timely execute a lease transfer. I had Lexus before same level luxury brand and Lexus in Brampton lease completed lease transfer in 3 days. Had BMW same thing, my friend had Infinti from downtown Toronto needed to lease transfer it took 4 days. I will keep updating this post so you guys know exactly how long it took for them to finalize lease transfer. We initiated the process and sent Guelph Infiniti all the documentation they need on 22 May 2017. Watch this thread for updates. P.S. Nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. I have used it this dealership based on its location but have found it is worth the drive to another dealership. They make all these offers to you when you buy a vehicle that you have to fight to get. When it can time to renew my lease they where not willing to nogociate on the price. When I went to another Infiniti dealership to see if I was getting the best deal, I got way better price elsewhere. The sales rep from Guelph Infiniti followed up with me on renewing my lease, I informed him I renewed elsewhere. Sale rep got nasty with me and was telling me off for going elsewhere. My advise use another Infiniti dealership, better prices and better staff.

Recently my 2012 M37X would not start and my service experience was DEFINITELY ABOVE & BEYOND! It was recommended that I contact Roadside Assistance to verify warranty details and was given a 1-800 number to call. In addition, I was provided with a Hybrid loaner with winter tires in anticipation of an upcoming storm. I was contacted every day with feedback and asked what I thought was best, not what was best for Guelph Infiniti. Every contact made to me with handled with politeness and respect. Once the issue was resolved with replacement parts under warranty, I was able to return the loaner and pickup my newly washed and vacuumed vehicle at the after office hour that suited me! I love my new Q50, not only has the car been amazing the ownership experience has been exceptional too. I purchased the car in January from the preowned lineup, after I got the car home noticed a small defect in the trunk paint. My stomach sank as I had just declined the rust package on the car and figured I was going to be out of pocket. I emailed Mike the Service manager with some pictures and he quickly confirmed that it was still under warrantee; he booked my appointment and arranged for a rental. All this was great but what was exceptional was that they really went beyond during the visit. I had some questions about an interior stain (from Kids) and a chemical stain on the hood (Pearson Parking). Mike said they could take care of it, I did not have an appointment for the cleaning and buffing but they would to squeeze me in anyway. In the end though the auto body shop was late in returning the vehicle so they did not get to finish cleaning and waxing. I needed the car back though so they did not charge me for the significant work that they had already done because it was not complete! Unexpected and greatly appreciated. Best part of ownership is the feeling when you come into the dealership. It is as if you are the boss. You have requests you are looked after right away. “Cappuccino while you wait sir”. Thanks Guys, I love it!

Not impressed by the service. Booked an appointment online and wasn't in their system when I got there. You can tell the service advisor is from a Nissan dealership. Where is the professionalism and enthusiasm? Went in with a problem of door not opening/closing properly. The price for the part to be replaced, which is basically common in Nissan cars, was absolutely ridiculous. I give them an additional star though just because they waived my "1 hour" diagnostic fee. I don't think a diagnostic is needed when you replace the whole part instead of finding out the problem and fixing it.

Went in to have a recall done today and my driver side window was going up very slowly so i asked them to look at that. They told me that the window was because i take my vehicle though car washes with high pressure which leaks water into the door and freezes on the track and that's why the window goes up slowly. i had to pay 150 bucks to have this fixed?? Really?? the vehicle is under warranty. if your vehicle is allowing this to happen then fix it. The service manger in my eyes was being very rude about this. He basically told me that they have never seen this car before. So basically because i do my oil changes else where and haven't needed service from the dealer at all i get stung with the $150 dollar bill. Not only that i now have dirt and over spray on my passenger side seat now that i have to clean! Ya maybe i don't visit the dealer for my service but this is my second lease from them and now probably won't be back. There's other infiniti dealers around. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! oh 1 more thing, they tried to tell me that i broke a part of my door trying to repair it myself! Now why would i do that when its under warranty?? i told the service guy that he would have seen that when i brought the vehicle in because i pointed out the door to him. He told me he wasn't focused on that. So what where you focused on if the customer was pointing it out to you?? Very poor customer service!

From the very first call to our final pick up appointment everything was amazing. We purchased a used vehicle from Guelph Infiniti over text. We then flew from Northwestern Ontario to Toronto, were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership. They ensured everything was ready for us to make the 15 hour drive home with our new (to us) vehicle. Sev was extremely helpful every step of the way. He sent extra pictures, answered every question, ensured we were bringing the correct paperwork and checked in with us the night before our flight. We were met at the airport by Bob and he was the perfect 'tour guide'. During our drive from Toronto to Guelph Infiniti he was warm and friendly, told us about different properties and pointed out things along the road. He even gave us tips on the best way to drive home so we could avoid the traffic. We were greeted at the dealership by Sev and Nancy and they had everything ready to go (that includes coffee and snacks!! In under half an hour we signed the final papers, did an inspection and tutorial with our vehicle and were on the road with tips on where to stop for breakfast! Sev even checked in with us to see how our drive was going. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! The level of service was unbelievable and everyone we dealt with, even just in passing, was friendly and welcoming. I would easily do this trip again just to deal with Guelph Infiniti. They really went above and beyond for us even when purchasing a used vehicle.

Mike & Ray are fantastic! They have gone over and above for both of our Infiniti vehicles. What was impressive is that they treat our vehicles as their own and make sure any work is done in a professional manner. I actually took one of my cars due to a noise to 3 mechanics and no one could figure out the issue. When it was in for service at Infiniti, they found the issue just by test driving it and solved the problem for next to nothing. The most recent visit one of the cars needed both front and rear rotors and breaks done. I thought for sure i would be paying and arm and a leg but with Ray & Mike's help they were able to get the cost well below our expectations and not compromise the workmanship and care provided. Called to ask about test driving a vehicle and they said come on by whenever you can. Well, I live 100 KM away but made the trip the following day. Arrived late morning and was told "oh, so sorry but that vehicle was sold and you cannot drive it but we have another one on the lot you can take out". We went out to the lot with the keys to drive that other vehicle and there was a "Sold" sign on that vehicle too.... The sales rep was very apologetic but we just couldn't understand how the website listed both vehicles were still available and the onsite staff didn't even know they were sold. The sales person apologized and promised to call us when another one came onto the lot. A few weeks later we saw another one on their website (no one called us) so called to make an appointment for a test drive. We went back for the 2:30 appointment .... at 2:20 the sales rep called us to say that they vehicle has just been sold and couldn't drive it but we could drive a similar one. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Don't book test drives and then cancel them moments before they are scheduled to happen...... I would suggest you find a different Infinity dealership unless you enjoy driving 400 KM round trip to drive a vehicle you don't really want to buy.

BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM GUELPH INFINITI & NISSAN I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Guelph Infiniti in 2013 - I purchased the vehicle because the price was competitive and when I asked about the carproof, I was told that it was clean and did not have any claims. I traded-in the vehicle to another dealership in 2016 and in the process, I was told that there was a claim on the carproof and it was on a date before I owned the vehicle. As a result of the claim, I was unable to do the trade-in for the amount that I negotiated initially, I had to settle for less. I contacted Guelph Infiniti and spoke with one of the Sales Managers. I explained what happened and he told me that he will have one of the pre-owned managers contact me when they come in that day. I did not receive a callback - I tried to contact them a few days later and got the receptionist who told me to leave a voicemail on the pre-owned manager's phone. About a month passed and I did not receive a callback from the pre-owned manager, nor was I able to get in contact with one of them after multiple attempts to do so. I called Nissan Canada to express how disappointed I was in Guelph Infiniti, and how dishonest they were. I was hoping that they would consider dishonesty a serious matter but to my surprise they did not seem to care. I was told that the situation should be handled by the dealership themselves but I refused to accept that. I explained that the reason why I am escalating the matter to them is because I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership but no one took or returned my calls. They assured me that they would reach out to the dealership on my behalf then contact me with updates within specific dates. I had to call to follow up because they did not call me back either and when I called them, there were no updates. I drove to Nissan Canada about a month after not receiving a callback from them. I spoke to the person that was "in contact" with the dealership and she took my contact information and assured me that she would reach out to the dealership again and call me within a week. When I finally got a callback, they told me that the dealership told them that it's not a requirement to disclose any claim on a vehicle that is below a certain amount. My previous vehicles were as follows: - Infiniti Ex35 - Infiniti G35x - Nissan Maxima - Nissan Sentra Even though I LOVE the driving experience of Infiniti and Nissan vehicles, I will NOT support a brand that does not appreciate or show respect for it's customers. This matter was handled poorly!

Last resort type of place. The staff is friendly, no complaints there. What I do care to complain about is the mark-up on parts and products Infiniti gives, they are absolutely ridiculous, more so than Honda for example. I had a mild steel bracket that holds the tag lights for my rear plate rot out in my car, thus my lights either hung down right in front of the plate or they had to be tucked behind. I was forced to pay around 130 dollars for the simple bracket, I had no choice but to get a new one right away. Also when I purchased my car, it came with a cracked fog light lens, Infiniti wanted close to 800 dollars for the part and labour, and I then turned right over to my regular mechanic and paid 275 for everything, OEM part too. Take my advice and go to your regular mechanic first. For the quality of work Infiniti does, you can't really go wrong elsewhere. They come in handy when you need something fixed fast, they can usually book you in on the same or next day, that is sadly one of the few good things I can say

They offer a free car wash with the work, free coffee and even free snacks and pop. .. but ... Every time I was there to service my Q50 the person I dealt with, Muzzammil Mughal insisted that another 400-600 CAD repair is required , which was clearly not the case. The last one was that the AWD transfer case oil has to be changed. That was on a car less than 2 years old. Because of these upsell tactics I cannot know when the car really needs something and when not. These lies make all these scheduled inspections pointless. Since I am sure that they try to steal hundreds of dollars for imaginary repairs I am no longer servicing the car there. Infiniti Canada has a system where they send you emails asking you to fill a survey after your service visit. Guelph Infiniti also has a system where If you fill in anything in that survey that they do not like, they will alter your email in their computers so that you do not receive the survey emails any more. In my case they added a "z" before the @ sign. Seeing how insincere, lying and cheating their service department is, I doubt that I will ever purchase anything there again, less alone an expensive car with a lot of problems.
