Trying to get financed in current situation had been a nightmare until I found AutoMarket. Karolina was amazing to deal with and honestly I probably spent a total of 2-3 hours of my own time getting the car(That includes phone calls, giving initial information, test drive, initiating bill of sales and finalizing bill of sales). She handled everything else. The last place I went to I had to wait over 3 weeks, spent countless hours on the phone with 2 different finance agents and had rude service throughout most of the experience; to not even get a no but instead they just one day stopped sending me update texts. A couple months later I tried again with AutoMarket and was approved in 2 days and driving a week from approval. Karolina kept me informed throughout the whole process and never once made me feel like I was burden to be dealing with. Thank you Karolina and thank you to the whole AutoMarket team!

Just bought my first car from Pete and can't say enough good things about my buying experience. The minute I stepped on the lot Pete came out to help. We test drove a few cars and I ended up buying the first one I test drove that day (2013 Ford Fusion) Their whole team is great! Jack graciously assisted me while Pete was busy helping someone else, Scott helped me with the fun process of Financing my vehicle. Bad experience. They didn't address the issues I brought up after the test drive. I drove the car home with no air conditioning and a rattle in the exhaust. Very obvious issues. Upon picking the vehicle up they handed me a single broken key. Yes you heard that right. It's not a big deal to not get 2 sets of keys. But when they hand you one and it's PHYSICALLY BROKEN. It can't even be hung on a Keychain. It just shows that their business model is bottom line over quality or customer satisfaction. Very disappointing. It's Kyle that picked up the subaru 3 days ago. Your manager knows of my complaints. The sales people will be wrll aware there was only one key and it was broken. They had a sticky tag stuck to it so they could hang it.so now that you can identify who I am. You can edit your response to say...oh ya ok we did do that to him.

Spoke with Tom, who is a real gentleman. I appreciated his honesty and his approach. Most of the used sales guys I spoke with at other places tried to sell me on cars with weird noises that "I shouldn't be worried about" or boxed the car in so I couldn't test drive it despite making an appointment. Tom, instead, brought the car out and took the time to review the Carfax with us before trying to sell us the car. Several other places either begrudgingly shared Carfax data (which revealed a less than stellar history) or ghosted me when I asked for it. Thanks, Tom! You're an upstanding guy. I was in the market for a bigger vehicle to be able to have more passengers. I wanted an SUV, V6 6 or 7 passengers and found my new 2013 Kia Sorento at AutoMarket. I was met by and completed the sale with Karolina. She was very polite, courteous and professional throughout the entire test drive, purchase and pick up of my new vehicle. There was no pressure at all and an entirely great, pleasant, stress free purchase process. I would highly recommend AutoMarket, they were excellent all around, they have their Mission Statement clearly posted, nice clean office, service area and shop. They have a great selection of vehicles, very nice conditoin, clean vehicles, they are fully serviced and all come certified which gives you peace of mind. I am a very picky person when it comes to vehicle maintenance and condition and I tend to keep vehicles a long time.

My experience with Guelph Auto Market was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had buying anything. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I am terrible with names but I believe it was Stephanie at the front desk who greeted my son and I like old friends whenever I went by. Carolina was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle as smoothly and efficiently as possible. They even sent a lovely gentleman to pick me up from Kitchener on final purchase day. My car was running and warm and ready to go when we arrived. The only disappointments were the car came with the gas light on, wiper blades that were well expired and brakes that will need replacing soon. Bought my vehicle here end of August 2020. And end of February it's in the shop. They sold me a warranty without explaining what it covers, then they don't replace the original battery before they sold it,now they won't answer me on a reimbursement for said battery I just replaced. They dont replace what they need to before they sell you the vehicle. If the car starts that all that matter to them. Very upset that I'm out a car payment because someone didn't do their job in August and replace a battery from 2014 that was the original. When you need to replace the battery every 5 yrs. Just argued with the owner over the battery. he isn't taking responsibility saying batteries are unpredictable,which is bs. If you put a new battery in a remote you know it'll last a certain time before having to replace it( you won't need to replace it after 3 months of putting a new battery in). No reimbursement, no responsibility, no care that your customer is out money within a yr of getting a vehicle from you. Would NOT recommend them, I've had several used vehicles and none of them have had something go within a yr. If you do decide to go with them get the vehicle inspected by someone else before buying.

Interesting experience with AutoMarket Service located at 700 York Rd, Guelph, to say the least! On April 1st, 2021, I went to the AMS garage to inquire about a potential financing of wheels for my Accord. After meeting the sales person and discussing my needs and their products, I proceeded to order a set of 4 FastFC Bronze 19 inch wheels and 4 Farroad 225/35/r19 tires for a grand total of ~$2200 payable over a period of 10 months. The price included also alignment, installation, and balancing. On April 8th, 2021, I went to AMS to have the wheels installed. and serviced as per our agreement. On May 17th 2021, I happened to notice that one of my front new tires was flat, I took it off to inspect it for punctures. I also inspected the other front new tire as well. To my surprise, I found that both front tires were completely bald, with the passenger side front tire having exposed wiring, which could have resulted in a serious accident. On May 18, I contacted by phone the same sales person at ATS to let him know the situation in order to have the two tires replaced. Over the phone, the sales person told me to bring the car in to have both faulty tires replaced at no additional cost to me; the sales person also told me that he would order 2 replacement front tires and have them installed on my car as quickly as possible. During the call, the sales person told me that the cause of the tires wear was due to the lack of tire alignment on my car, which his company had not done, even though the price included an alignment. When I forwarded the sales person the email showing that I had specifically asked for an alignment, he suddenly changed his story and said that they did do an alignment, but that they were still willing to replace the 2 front tire because their alignment machine might have provided faulty results at the time of the alignment (?). On May 20th, I drove to AMS to have the two faulty tires replaced by them, as it was agreed over the phone; however, when I got there, the sales person baselessly accused me of having worn the tires out by way of "burnouts" and "reverse donuts", saying that I had driven recklessly and that his company will not paid for the 2 faulty tires. I was shocked at this accusation and at their convenient change of their version (NOTE: I drive a sub 220 HP FWD vehicle with spacers, meaning that a burnout of any sort is not easily possible nor desired). Interesting enough, during my previous phone call on May 18, I offered to send pictures of the defective tires via email, however the sales person declined my offer. When I heard the accusation against me, I asked the sales person to explain to me why the tires experienced different levels of wear, as the driver front tire was less worn than the passenger front. Unable to answer my question, the sales person, together with the manager on duty, simply continued to accuse me of doing burnouts, and even suggested that I just buy 2 additional new tires new tires from them!!! I refused to argue any further and simply drove off. Conclusion: I am now forced to spend another $700 on 2 new front tires. Every piece of evidence I have of my communications with AMS, via email, phone call, and FB messenger, shows the sales person admitting that they did not align the vehicle properly, and that they had agreed to replace the 2 faulty tires at their cost. Upon my arrival to their shop they sang a different tune!. I do not recommend anyone doing business at AUTO MARKET SERVICE in Guelph. as this garage is clearly failing to acknowledge their safety-related responsibilities when selling products to their customer...
