After having the world's worst experience at a different dealership in GP, I was so incredibly impressed by the team at Revolution Kia!!! Patrick is your guy if you're looking for a new ride. He was friendly, honest, and was able to work with me to find a price that suited my budget. Also, their finance manager is one of the most outgoing people I've met, and she was completly transparent through the whole process (I was thrown to the wolves at the previous dealership). Highly reccomend this place!
As a past employee of the Car Industry I love to hear about the great things that Revolution is doing to change the way that consumers experience service and sales ! Their forward thinking approach to what customers are wanting makes them a great place to deal and the more I learn about their innovative programs and great service it makes me think I will become a part of the revolution when I am looking to upgrade. SO COOL they have luxury cars available right here in GP TOO!
Nothing but a bunch of solicitors. If you buy a car they will constantly harass you to trade it in for a new car, even if you firmly say no. AVOID REVOLUTION AUTO GROUP LIKE THE PLAGUE! Unless you like being constsntly harassed, they aren't worth it.
Everyone at kia is extremely friendly. They always help me with my car and are always honest. They never do any work without consulting with me first.
The staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful. While I wasn’t able to get into the vehicle I wanted, the sales person (Jacquie Rorke) and the manager (Lisa O’brien) worked with the me and the bank, and ended up getting me into a newer, and better ride for the same payment. Throughout the process, Jacquie was super friendly and made the experience one to remember. I would absolutely recommend Revolution Kia to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
We recently purchased a used vehicle ... and though our Sales Associate was helpful & caring an error was made and the vehicle we were assured was an AWD most certainly is NOT. Our Sales Associate has apologised profusely but when my husband called the Manager he was told he could return & buy something more expensive. We don't have any more money to spend on this. So far the Manager has not offered any sort of solution other than we could spend more. Though we would love to find an amiable solution with our Sales Associate, Management has not yet offered support in this. We're truly upset by his non-action thus far. Darren & Melanie Kabyn

I would like to thank Patrick at Kia motors revolution Grande Prairie location for giving me a warning about my safety when I brought my vehicle in for service if it wasn’t for them anything could have happened on the highway especially when I have my daughter and sister with me. I broke down in tears couldn’t believe what has happened with my old 2011 Kia Sorento not being highway safe to drive, once again thank you to the staff now I’m on my way with a new 2020 Kia Sportage.
Brought in my car for warranty issues they just told me its nothing just put in ol and good to go and started having same issues next week.
Malcolm had called my wife about possibly trading in our current vehicle, so we were curious. We went to the store and met Malcolm after 6 (they close at 6) he immediately shook our hands and offered us a beverage. He was also very patient with us and walked us through the entire process and explained everything in detail as we have never traded in a vehicle before. We thought we could fit a new vehicle into our budget as long as the payments weren't too much higher...but due to the negative equity on our current vehicle we just couldn't make it work. This is not a stab at them in any way, its just how it ended up being in the end. I would love to recommend Malcolm to anybody looking to buy a vehicle, especially a Kia, as he was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and myself!

Great staff! Patrick, the Salesman is awesome. Nice, no pressure sales. Sales Manager (I believe her name is Kaitlyn) was great. Though we didn't end up buying because of our own reasons, we loved how Patrick dealt with us. Transparent, clear and to the point. Never seen a clean salesperson like that. Totally recommend to go and see Patrick at GP Kia for your next car. Service people at GP Kia was excellent too.

Everything went smoothly & I waited comfortably for my car. Everyone is polite & attentive. The only thing that bothers me is that every time I go, it appears to be entirely new staff. I have to wonder about a business that can’t retain staff.
The repair service for my vehicle was ineffective, expensive and took many hours with no solutions for the issue.
I love these folks. They go out of their way every time I go in to be helpful. Phone calls are great too. Always a pleasant experience. I'm glad to be a customer here!
I've never had such a poor interaction with a dealership before. It's remarkable how little effort they've put into this sale. From sales to sales management, it has to be the worst sales transaction I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this Kia dealership.

Unfortunately my experience with this Kia has been the worst experience I've ever experienced revolutionkia gives Kia a bad name first I went to buy a car I bought a car that was used when less than 1 year old with less than 10,000 kilometers they offered me ridiculously high interest rate even though this is the fourth Kia I bought and paid off in 15 years then they tell me the warranty factory with a car of 5 years are 100 km is not valid now that I've purchased the used car they then proceeded to tell me I have to buy the extended warranty to have any warranty so before accepting the car I did some checking around and go to better interest rate at another dealership so when I wanted to back down on the deal keep in mind not receiving the merchandise at this point they told me they couldn't do that I was now locked in with the finance company in which they put me through the finance company told me they could have cancelled the deal at any time before receiving the merchandise. just a few months having the car with new tires with less than 10000 km I hit a pothole and the entire side wall splits on my Tire they then proceeded to tell me it's not covered under warranty which I understand but most tire places in which I would have purchased a tire if under 10,000 kilometers and the sidewall split it would have been considered a factory defect and they would have covered that tire under warranty I would have paid a slight difference for the amount of kilometers that I put on to those tires overall the only Pleasant thing out of my experience was a Salesman Salesman named David and he was very very nice every other member of that store that I've had to deal with has treated me like garbage Hoodwinked into a sale I was not interested in taking underhanded measures at this dealership has taken disgusts me I will never ever deal with Kia again thanks to this experience I'm moving to Ford Dodge or Chevy one of the three has to be better than dealing with Kia at this point a shame such a bad dealership can ruin a customer of over fifteen years loyal faithful Kia lover now forever ruined
If I could do zero stars I would. Never will I do anything through this dealership. I bought my vehicle 5 years ago and every time I speak to them there is wrong information and frustration, I'm still finding out mistakes on my account from when I first bought my vehicle! Stay clear away.

I had won a comand start just before Christmas. It did take until March to get it but over all I was very happy with the service I received.
Would not recommend this company at all . I have not so good credit. With that being said this this company took full advantage of that. Malcolm was the sales associate that I was dealing with, very friendly and really good at manipulating. I know nothing about cars or the processe. In my opinion I this there should be some kinda regulations on how much they can change. But here's briefing what happened to me. I wanted an SUV/CR-V ... he showed me the Kia Soul 2012 , not really what I waned so I asked if there was anything else , he said no that was all they had that I could finance. Didn't tell me the price was going back and forth from the room I was in to, I think was the managers office . So I bought it 4 months after I bought it the heat stopped working around the first of December. Took it to the dealership they wouldn't fix it 4 months after that the engine stopped working .

should’ve read reviews before I went and bought my car here. Took days to get any answers at all, they like to take their time and not let you know what’s going on or not let you know the specifics of your “deal” , I get my car after they told it had an oil change and less then a week later it’s saying I have to do maintenance and I have 15% oil life left. I tried to message and ask if they have a record of if they did it or not and I was told I’d get an answer , what do you know I’m still waiting. If you can help it, go to a different place. When my time is here to get another vehicle I will not be going here and definitely won’t be dealing with Les if I do.

Patrick is awesome, and the service department is very helpful compared to Kiawest Edmonton where I purchased the car June 26: Again I took my Sportage for a recall and Dakota was awesome my appointment was for 2pm and she got me in early I was home in Grimshaw by 2pm Patrick also showed me some new arrivals. Recently, I purchased new tires and rims for winter as well as a service for my Kia. The appointment was very timely, the advisor was super helpful and the entire purchase price was very reasonable. I was very happy with my appointment.
I took my 2017 Dodge Charger in to get a noise in the rear end checked. They fixed my brakes that were at 1mm ( ???? ) but also caught there was a major issue in my rear end that would lost likely be covered under warrenty. My entire rear subframe needed to be replaced and the car was unsafe to drive. Had the techs and service advisor not been so thorough I would have missed this issue while I was still under warrenty , or worse as it was unsafe to drive.
The ladies at Kia are amazing. They have gone above and beyond what any other dealership has. Chanel is amazing and is always keeping me posted when a car comes in that I might like. I would reccommend going through Kia. Even though the car I want is not a Kia they are still trying to help me and find one with no pressure.
I am absolutely thrilled with revolution kia. And I absolutely love kia’s with the affordability and reliability. When I had to get service done to my Kia Forte years ago they were amazing and when Caitlin got me into an suv I’ve always wanted it was an amazing process. A little bit of a pain because of covid but Caitlin was so helpful and went out of her way to get me into this vehicle and so many other things. I could go on and on! Extremely unprofessional woman working in your service department. As my husband put it the real life shrek and donkey. Their ignorance towards customers and ignoring their needs while tending to their own personal conversations is absolutely Disgusting! Our experience was nothing more then almost 2 hours listening to them complaining about their personal life the entire visit. I don’t believe that staff should conduct themselves at their place of work as these two woman did. I sure wish I video taped their display of horrible customer service! We own a kia unfortunately will never return to revolution kia.
Went in for oil and filter change and basic inspection. Nice staff, prompt service. $350 for an oil and filter change is quite steep.
Worst dealership in history. Service center is a joke. Service manager is useless. New staff every single time I call to order parts. Will take business to Edmonton.

Malcolm Cole is my salesman who assisted me in choosing my new car, 2016 Kia Sorento EX V6. He was extremely helpful, and put a lot of effort into making sure that I was making the right choice for me, and that I would be happy for my choice. The first time I talked with him was a rainy Friday evening, around 7:30 pm. He was just leaving when he saw me come into the parking lot, and spent 15 minutes with me, patiently answering my questions. He took me on multiple test drives, while I was comparing to other vehicles. I really appreciated the time that he took with me. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I especially appreciated that he did his best to make sure that I was getting the car that would most suit me, rather than the most expensive car on the lot (an issue I ran into at other dealers...). I'm so impressed with him. Great job, Malcolm! Now, it's just a case of waiting for the car to arrive... --

I would give ZERO stars if i could. I have been trying to get a hold of the parts department for 2 days now- i guess they only have ONE person to take care of customers parts needs? Thats insane- the service manager or even one of the mechanics should be trained if the parts person has to leave. Just lost a sale Kia- i will call Edmonton and pay the shipping.
Service dept was not open on a Saturday but they recommended Great Canadian Oil Change for my Kia' 1st oil change instead.
Had my Sorento serviced and they got me in first apt. of the day. They informed me what the service was for and when I mentioned an issue with my driver seat, they inspected to what was the problem. After 2.5 hrs of trying to nap while I waited, everything was completed. Due to me working graveyards, Leah offered to have me driven home because of my safety. Jordan was happy to do this, and followed by another driver. Thank you KIA for going above my expectations to giving me awesome customer service. Fact that your concern of my driving abilities were not safe being really tired, your team asked and made me feel welcomed to accept that gesture. Thank you for getting me home.

EXTREMELY friendly and competent staff! Went in with a friend for a trade in and they actually payed him more than his offer for his truck. Than the vehicle he went in to see was great but the one they sold him was newer had more features more room and they gave it to him at a better price! They went above and beyond to make sure everybody was well taken care of. There is no better place to buy a vehicle. We all got along so well with the staff we still keep in touch! I have never seen a more upstanding place in my life.
They finally found a real service manager. First time service with him, and my two year old problem was finally fixed!
