Brought my STI in for an oil change and service last winter. I’m not from the area and have attempted to unsubscribe from their phone list several times. I have blocked their numbers and yet they somehow find a way to keep calling from numbers with all different area codes and leaving me messages despite my clear directives to stop. Friendly staff but for the love of god don’t give them your phone number unless you wish to be harassed every week. After being replied to by the dealership saying they’ve removed me from their call list, I received another call and voicemail from them a week after posting that review.

He then proceeds to tell me I need a co-signer after telling me I have been approved 2 different ways. I asked him to explain and he left me on read. Very professional ways to conduct business Mr.Horcoff. I will never be sending anyone your way to buy a vehicle off such a scummy dealership.

I called Grande Prairie Subaru on a whim (I live in Edmonton - nearly a 5 hour drive away). They had the vehicle I wanted and Tracey gave me enough confidence about the price of my trade-in and their new vehicle pricing that I took the drive to check it out. Tracey and the car were both waiting for me - the trade in value was fair (I shopped first in Edmonton and their offers were embarrassing by comparison). What struck me the most is that the negotiation was friendly and easy - a far cry from my experience in Edmonton! The drive saved me thousands of dollars over what was on the table at the Edmonton dealership - frankly if it hadn't been for Grande Prairie Subaru (Tracey and the Sales Manager) I would have given up on the idea of the preferred Subaru and gone with another brand. I am only sorry I won't be able to have my vehicle serviced in Grande Prairie as well!

Bought an Audi a4 a few years back, car inspection was ``A1`` and when I jacked up the car the oil pan was totally destroyed lots more surprises ..so if they have a vehicule that you like I recommend that you bring it elsewhere for the inspection otherwise they are just gonna check everything as OK or GOOD and probably not even inspect it..shame on you guys getting out of your ways to sell a car...saleswomen also called me on multiple occasions and harass with lies to get me to buy it..bad bad bad .

A sincere and a fond return to service. Ms. Rebecca Klunder is a highly capable and talented sales consultant. It was the most wonderful experience we've simply had since coming to the region this past, December. We initially made contact through the service staff on our 11' sohc Forester. Let, me assure you, that, Jay in parts is the most passionate, Subaru, owner, I think I have come across and that the in house garage is more than capable. Let them assist you. Once winter had sorta lifted, we realized that we were ready for a new vehicle. I hadn't ever noticed, Rebecca, (incredibly sorry.) She however, had saw and remembered our, Forester. I mean, Subaru's, it's a community. We settled, on a, wrx. It was a particularly difficult request as it was a cvt. She had one in world rally blue delivered in a day and it was the most beautiful thing I think I had ever seen. Two weeks later we did business on a Sti for myself. Even if I only pretended to know how to drive a manual box. She sorta willed me off the lot. A, "you swan, go on," moment. So now we have twin scroll, and that big spool 2.5L that sounds almost as good as the 1990s felt. The only problem with, Rebecca, is she doesn't really know what a cassette player is and why I want to put one in my car so bad. I'm currently making her mixtapes and sending her, Colin McRae videos. I think she is a vital component of the, Grande Prairie Auto Group, and she only has good places to go in life. I hope you get to see what she can do for you and your family like what she did for ours. Derek Jansen is the man. He got off a plane and luggage in hand at 7:30 pm, during Game 7 of the, Buds and Bruins game comes in with no qualms to make sure I get to drive home. Cause on a whim i begged my wife at 3am and asked her if I could have a new car. I swear, i didn't know he was on vacation. Super sorry. Best guy. Jim Green and all the rest of the staff are simply just good dedicated people. You really can't do better for service and safety in a, Subaru. No you have to go on line and use the build option to find your own price? Hey Phil I do not have to do your job for you. What is this $600 fee. Phil: oh AMVIC fees. That is what they charge us. BS AMVIC fee is $6.25. I am still shopping. They got to step up if they want me to step back in that shop. The sales manager addressed my concerns, see below. Thank you I have not yet decided on a new vehicle. I will take up your offer to come in again to give Subaru a 2nd chance.

Grande Prairie Subaru is AWESOME, here’s why: I purchased my used Subaru wrx sti from Rally Subaru in Edmonton. A week later the breaks failed even though they had written on the bill of sale that the breaks had 40% left. They charged me 2500 dollars to fix them and replace the rotors. I got their so called PREMIUM inspection and fluid change, because I drive from Edmonton to G.P every 10 days for work, so I needed my car running perfectly. All I got was a 600 dollar oil change, because my car started to clunk on my way to G.P, rite after the inspection. I took my car in to G.P Subaru, and something amazing happened; they found the problem, it was a swaybar end link that was missing the nut, it was worn out and rusted, and it was completely missed by Edmonton’s Rally Subaru B.S inspection. G.P Subaru didn’t charge me ANYTHING to inspect my car, they also reset an error code for me, free of charge, and the whole experience cost me zero dollars. I have gone to G.P Subaru a few times now, and both times I left the dealership thinking “I wish this place was in Edmonton”. If your looking to buy a Subaru, make the trip to Grand Prairie, I know I will when my wife needs a new car next year. If you need a repair done, ask for Jay, he is very friendly and always helpful. -Dustin

Not a pleasant experience at all. Left me feeling cheated. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed a car so badly I wouldn't have taken it. It took 2 weeks to get approved in which time there was always something that would stop my approval. It seemed like no one was really interested in selling me a car I had to make first contact everyday regarding my application and the few times I did hear anything I heard it through someone else rarely the sales girl herself which I found incredible unprofessional. GP Subaru got me into a car I loved for a great price. I paid a lot of money for an extended warranty policy, but when a part started to fail I was told by them, as well as their warranty company that it would not be covered, regardless of my high-end extended warranty policy. They then told me to come trade my vehicle in for something else, and that my current vehicle would be paid out by them so it was like I never got the vehicle, as it was their mistake that lead me to needing to get rid of it. I went in and looked at a new vehicle and was told a set bi-weekly price which included all fees, and an extended warranty policy. I call the following morning to finalize some numbers and the price has gone up and does not include any warranty. This makes about a half dozen times this dealership has verbally agreed on something, face to face, but then has told me something completely different when I contact them the next day. My ordeal has been going on for over a month now and I'm constantly being told 'we are looking into it and will contact you' but then they never contact me back. I was offered multiple bonuses totalling at least $8000 on a different used vehicle but they refuse to do the $1300 repair my car needs. They will fix and re sell the car (which gets a new engine under recall Jan 23 2021) so they can jack up the price, meanwhile they are trying to make more money off of me, an already frustrated customer. The only pleasure I've had dealing with this dealership in the past month, was talking with salesman Bill Nash while I waited multiple hours for my information to be processed. **EDIT JAN-01-2021** After the business responded to my reply telling me to call Mr. Green about my concerns, I did call and was told I had to leave a message, twice. Couple weeks later and I still have yet to hear from Mr. Green. Absolutely horrible service.

Do NOT give this business your email, they will continue to spam you on and on. I inquired about a Subaru around two years ago, they took weeks to reply, and once they did I had informed them that I had bought from another dealership. I get continuous emails from them asking to get my (Nissan) serviced at their location (1100km round trip drive if I did...) and telling me about their product line.. Stop . Emailing. Me. I've asked numerous times now.

I am unsure about a new vehicle also first time buyer so I stopped in and talked with Shaelynn, her ears were open to what I was looking for and she had many options for me to check out within minutes! Horrible customer service- harassed my wife non stop for an oil change - drove from PR to GP for a scheduled oil change - 2.5 hours waiting with a newborn - guy comes out and tried to charge me $160 for a wheel alignment on a brand new vehicle with 15,000km ? Try somewhere else folks
