Most of the first buyers are feeling the pressure and stress when considering buying their first new vehicle. I have read different blogs, reviews and suggestions before coming to Nissan to better equip myself with questions to ask. But thanks to Ahmed and James who readily welcome me upon seeing me at Nissan GP. Ahmed is very professional and easy to get along with, I was thinking it is expected to any dealer, but he asked me first what I want the most. He outlined everything and when I was done with my test drive, he asked me several times how was it, if I liked it and other questions to confirm if what I was looking for was found in that vehicle. If I could rate the team here higher, I definitely would. My fiance and I came in to get the back windshield of our Nissan Micra fixed, and it was expected to take at least 4 hours. We sat down in a very comfortable waiting room, and a gentleman named Ahmed came to chat with us! He was very friendly and asked us questions about our car. Our car had been through a lot, and Ahmed suggested we take a look at other vehicles while we're at the dealership. We went to his desk and he asked us what we were looking for in a new vehicle, then he pinpointed the perfect car!! I test drove it and fell in love immediately! He took what we wanted and found the perfect car for us! It was in our price range and had what we needed! Both he and his manager were very friendly, and while we spent a good portion of our day at the dealership, I very much enjoyed the time I was there! The finance manager was excellent, and I know he went above and beyond for us so we could take our new car home that day, as we live out of town. I love this dealership, and I will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle. I can't properly communicate how truly wonderful our experience there was!

Vehicle bought and said it passed inspection with flying colors. Trusted dealership as thought they were looking out for the best interest. Contract was signed on as is basis. Tried back passenger window to find it didn't work. Took it back to let them know thinking it would have been fixed as it is definitely a safety issue. They not only were nice enough to give me a quote of $900 ish plus gave me a $91 diagnostic bill. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. A dealership is only as good as their work.

I had a horrible experience here, and won’t ever be back. Very pushy salesman, and after I ended up buying something that didn’t work for me, I couldn’t get ahold of him anymore. Just ghosted. About two years after I bought my car, they started calling to try to sell me a different vehicle. I told them to stop calling on about 5 or 6 different occasions, but that didn’t actually make them stop. Finally I resorted to blocking them, but that just made them start calling from a different number. This happened with a few different phone numbers, but I seem to finally have shaken them. GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN All OF CANADA.

Before I enter to this dealer shop, I had done my research on a tire brand and I knew exactly how much they can be. Just to try and test the professionalism of this location, I went in and asked for the same brand and for the price of it. The guy behind the computer was pretending that he is trying to do his best to find the best price for me and he came up with 1000 dollars more and said this is the best price anyone can find. LOL These people are thinking that they are the only ones who has access to the computer and they just want to rip people off. Shame.

I've been needing a new vehicle forever now and I've honestly been so worried that I would not be able to find one as well as be able to afford or be eligible to get one because of my poor credit. But Chad and Stephen at GP Nissan were absolutely amazing and helped me get into the most amazing car. I always hear that dealerships try to rip you off as much as they can and honestly I did not feel like they did that. They were so helpful and HONEST and so easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions and did their best to be absolutely perfect. The oil change had not been done before I left the dealership and so the next day they took it and did that as well as changed the filters all free of charge and apologized lots. They made sure I met everyone at the dealership and knew that I could always come to them. I don't think I will ever deal with another dealership ever again.

Had a wonderful experience with Grande Prairie Nissan’s team from the moment we walked in till we left with the keys in my hand to my new vehicle. They were patient and we didn’t find them pushy at all. I got everything I wanted and more. They were kind enough to let me leave with their insurance plate on my car and drive for 3 days till my next day off so that I could get insurance and registration plus when the tire sensor went off and notified me I drove into the bay at Nissan and didn’t even have to get out if I didn’t want too. Drive thru service with friendly staff that were so happy to help. I definitely would recommend GP Nissan!

Honestly outstanding. From the minute I came in, I got a positive vibe that stayed all the way through to me buying a pre-owned SUV with which I couldn't be happier. If I could give 0 stars, I would. One of the sales managers got fired from another dealership and jumped board to this one. The other sales manager doesn’t listen to you and has no problem shopping around with you credit. The sales man makes you believe he’s a fantastic person and promoises you all these things then leaves you high and dry. They don’t care after they have got you into a vehicle. They also don’t care to show you the inspection report. Our car has been broken since the day it was bought. They were aware, and did nothing at all but hit our credit files shopping around to get us in a new vehicle instead of fixing the problem. Well I guess it’s their way of “fixing” the problem. The whole auto group is a joke. I would not trust these people with a pet rock.

I recently came in with my company van when the cold weather had started. I had taken delivery of it earlier in the year and the block heater cord was all tied up under the hood. I got in to the lube bay right away. Mervin found my cord, unwrapped it, and got it out through the front and clipped to the grill. All for no charge. I have stopped in for other small items too, and they have been great.

Being almost three model years old, yet being brand new, allowed me to realize significant discounts which made this beautiful machine fit my budget. The overall customer service was very good. We had everyone basically introduce themselves and help out with everything. They took us on a detailed test drive to show off the many features and drive ability of the car itself. The purchase was made fairly late in the day and unfortunately extended past service hours and everyone involved in the sale stayed to help and weren't impatient to get home as we tried to complete it as fast as possible. Very friendly, very helpful. Lots of knowledge. Another key to the sale itself was the building and the cleanliness and service that was provided while waiting and completing the transaction. Popcorn and beverages were provided and a play place is available for kids or those adults that prefer to re-live their younger side. Very clean and well maintained as well. A small downfall was the car we had hoped for was not in stock anywhere in western Canada but we were able to find a suitable match to our liking. The employees did a detailed search to see if it was available nearby but unfortunately it was not (Red Nissan Juke, loaded) .

I am so disappointed at the service of GP Nissan. This is the second issue I've had with them. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. They are Great at selling vehicles but do not provide customer service at all. As soon as you drive your vehicle off the lot you are screwed. I cannot drive my car in winter because of known defects that they are not willing to remedy. Service department guy, Rob, hung up on me saying call back when I can be sensible after my heater quit working which he said was a known issue and I am 2 hours away and cannot drive my car to have it looked at because I cannot see out the window. I did not scream or swear or degrade him in any way. When I called back to speak the the manager Bruce he defended his service man rather than apologizing and didn't offer me a sensible solution. Apparently Nissan thinks it is acceptable to only drive your car when it is above freezing. I called and asked for the number to corporate and they all said they didn't have the number. Hmmm...very interesting. My last Nissan had the transmission go at 17000 kilometers in the middle of Wyoming. I had the extended warranty and still had to pay 4000 out of pocket to get my car home for a warranty issue. Then they ask if I have the extended warranty now, which I opted out of because in addition to paying for it the last time, and then having to lose an additional 4000, they told me that they cannot provide a rental car but a tow (2 hours away, leaving me without a car) because I don't have the extended warranty, even though it is a manufacture defect! The manager wasn't willing to work with me despite me leaving raving reviews for all 3 vehicles that I purchased from them in the past. It took me too long to realize how stupid I am for even going back. They pretend to be amazing to get you to buy but God forbid anything going wrong that isn't your fault and is a complete defect of the car, you are screwed. So now I have a car that I can't drive until probably April now and am so disappointed and let down by someone I have given my business to for so many years. I will never buy another Nissan again and would strongly urge people to think about this before driving a car off of that lot. The extended warranty didnt protect me, the regular warranty didn't protect me and now I am paying for a car that cannot be driven until we are above freezing temperatures. Thank you Nissan for taking advantage of a great loyal customer. You no longer have my loyalty and still need to remedy this problem with the respect that I deserve. I am a single mother who cannot get to work because of poor customer service and a faulty vehicle. Not the first time, either. Boo on customer service and you should never hang up on a stranded customer, especially when they are not screaming, swearing or belittling you, just desperate for a remedy. I hope you all are proud of yourselves for the way you handled this situation because you lost my business and I will share my story with all of my friends instead of sending them your way.

I recently visited Grande Prairie Nissan for an oil change and Ahmed Eltayeb, the sales person, offered his assistance. We were actually thinking of purchasing a better vehicle as we now have a family and thinking of purchasing a truck that would tow a trailer. My husband went online, found a vehicle he was interested in and I arranged with Ahmed to take it for a test drive. Ahmed had the vehicle warm and ready to go when I arrived. But I asked him to see a different one. He was very accommodating. He quickly removed the snow from the second vehicle, warmed it up and we took it for a spin. Ahmed was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. My husband and I arranged to make the purchase over the phone and e-mail. With Ahmed’s assistance, it was the easiest purchase experience we have ever had. We picked up the vehicle on Saturday while my son played happily in the play area. Thought I could trust the sales guys at Nissan GP, especially after acquiring a brand new truck from them six years ago ! Got a used car from them and the lied to me about the inspection. Its a shame that I did not do my home work because of trust. I am left with a worthless car. Please beware of the sale guys. RE: GP Nissan, before buying the car your sales man knew about the noise coming from the bearing but told me it was coming from the newly mounted winter tires . I waited all this long because I trusted the salesman. Claiming now that it is a maintenance issue is completely false. Besides, I don't remember dealing with your GM on this issue. Stop the lies.
