Brought Jeep in for a sunroof leak. They fixed the leak but broke an interior quarter panel. Brought it back to be fixed once the part was in and was told to come pick it up when done. When we picked it up the quarter panel wasn't put back properly and there was grease on the inside and out of the vehicle where the quarter panel was worked on. This is a consistency with GP Chrysler. Vehicle always comes back dirty and most of the time not completed. Multiple other horror stories but don't want to type all day. Stay away from the service dept if you care for your vehicle like we do. An embarrassment of a dealership for the people of Grande Prairie. Been down that route talking to Brent. Leads to no where with an attitude. Free regular oil changes that doesn't even get passed down to anyone so that you have to argue and explain to service advisors how you were promised one. Want more info about what happened? Talk your service advisors and ask what happend on October 21, 2018 and do your job Brent.

We bought a car in 2014 on the terms that we would only owe for a 5 year loan. 5 years later, as we go to pay the final payment in full we find out that our 5 year term is ONLY for the dedicated interest rate, not the entirety of the loan itself. We went 5 years being told, and signed a contract in full belief that it would not exceed that said 5 years, but instead they tricked us into a 7 year term without our full understanding, knowledge, or even consent. We also agreed to a service package that afterwards we realized that the package expired when our engine warranty was up so the only way we could use all the oil changes we had was to do them extremely early which was never mentioned by anyone (half of every recommended service cycle) which is unnecessary and a huge waste of money. We had several issues when they were doing my services, such as forgetting to put screws back in my air box, over tightening the air box resulting in it being cracked and that it was normal for my car to go threw liters of coolant because it is just working the air out of the cooling system because its a "new car" at 50,000 kms. This dealership will do anything and everything to manipulate and lie to get the most money they can out of you and take full advantage of hiding the truth and making false promises. In fairness, we signed the contract but that was based on the understanding and trust that we had with our salesman at the time who instead made false promises and refused to take the time to explain the negative affects that we would have in the future. I am frustrated that it took 5 years for the truth to come out even after several conversations threw out the years with salesman, mechanics and even the loan company. I am thoroughly disappointed in the entire company and process.

We went on the search for a vehicle for our growing family. We dealt with Jordan who seemed eager to sell us a vehicle. We looked at the caravan and for some reason decided it was a good fit. Jordan told us it would fit our car seats no problem (we were expecting twins) but when it came down to it, we had to play tetris to fit all the carseats in and still be able to maneuver around the van to buckle our toddler in. He also told us it would have lots of extra space for everything else and our dog. Wrong again not a ton of space for anything in that vehicle. It's loud on anything but a perfectly smooth road. Jordan also insisted he take a picture of us in front of our new purchase, which we were reluctant to do but did anyway. We then told him we absolutely did not want it to be posted on Facebook. He agreed. I reactivated my Facebook in October after 5 years of not having it and stumbled upon...our photo! We messaged him and asked him to remove it. He claimed he didn't think he posted it. I asked him 2 other times to remove it. Still did not. Finally it took me text messaging him and telling him I would call his manager if he didn't take it down. He finally did. Great. But it took a threat to call his manager to do it. I will never purchase a dodge again, nor will I recommend one to anyone. It's been nothing but a poor experience. Some people don't find it a big deal to have their photo up on the internet but we are private people and don't want our family on anyone's page. I don't even have family photos on my own Facebook. And for him to tell us this van would fit our family perfectly and we would love the vehicle was a blatant lie. He could have suggested something else to us. But I guess that's service these days. Thumbs down to dodge.

I first met Ryan Sawchuk when I applied for a new to me vehicle. Due to financial circumstance, new job etc, at the time I was only able to purhcase a smaller SUV. My heart really wanted a truck. Ryan walked me through the process and told me what to do for the next year. Well just little over a year, I received a text of a beautiful used Black Dodge Ram 1500. Ryan had been working behind the scenes to get me into a truck. He found the perfect for "me" truck, and a week later I traded my car in and drove away in my new to me black beauty. I cant stress enough how hard of a worker Ryan is for his customers. This is my second purchase from him. Kudos as well to their financial department (Alli) who work the butt off to get customers the approvals. GP Crysler definatley works as a team and pull through for their customers.

I wasnt even considering Grande Prairie Chrysler to buy from. I just happened to drive in the parking lot and met up with a Salesman named Dale Scotton. And then we got talking about everything under the sun and decided to take a truck out overnight for a test drive. Love the truck had a few things we were looking for. Told them what we were looking for the next day and they made it happen right away. So I decided to buy from them. Was a great experience and Dale did a great job as a Salesman and will continue definitely to do business in the future. ***Update*** their service department is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Have had nothing but issues with them. Only been going in for my free oil changes. All other work at another dealer

I had such an amazing experience when i recently bought my first new vehicle!! Ive purchased used in the past but this was my first new vehicle and a truck. I am so happy with the monthly payments, the bank my loan is with and the amazing interest rate I was given. Ryan Sawchuck was my sales rep. Words can not describe how honest and helpful this man was. His efforts to get me everything I wanted (which was a lot by the way) was successful and he went above and beyond for me dueing the sale and experience. Not impressed to say the least, purchased my vehicle from here back in 2014, without going into elaborate detail, things were overlooked, quality has lacked on a great deal of aspects (paint protection, "bedliner", and a few too many more). But I have to say that the most souring portion has come from the service end of things, for example front and rear differential fluid change, quoted at around the $500 mark?!?! When literally anywhere else, warranty approved establishments nonetheless, are literally a fifth of the cost quoted by GP Chrysler. Suffice to say that it'd take damn near a miracle for me to go back there, whether to buy a vehicle or just having one serviced. I don't think my business will be returning.

Trade Service did an estimate to repair my 2008 Ram 3500. I felt it was a better option to look at trading on a new vehicle. After a bit of confusion in regard to who was going to help me I met Thomas. Thomas was friendly, professional & very helpful. After identifying what I was looking for, he brought out my new truck.. Great Buying Experience From test driving vehicles to the final purchase, it was a pleasure doing business with Thomas. Sure do hope the 2018 and 19‘s are better quality dodges than the ones were running now. Cheap place to get an oil change. Definitely recommending this place! We had a sudden long trip due to wife's nature of job so I needed to drive her and I had to get my oil change and check my tire on to last minutes so I did called them and in an instant they told to me drive ahead and just get my car in line, go inside the waiting area and in less than 30 minutes, it's done . Definitely a good place to do a quick lube change and tire rotation. The guy on the counter is amazing too (forgot his name) and the guy who did my oil change is super fast. Keep it up guys! To the management, give them a raise because they deserved it????

I was having an issue with my truck and I only go to Kevin in service who is extremely competent, helpful and does not promise what he won't deliver. If he says an hour, it's an hour, if he says no idea he will do his best, that's exactly what he does. Dale is outstanding. He is not there to convince, corner or pressure you, he listens, takes a genuine interest, answers questions directly and honestly. Dale does this intuitively and genuinely. I have bought (Paid all cash ) the Jeep compass 2011 North Edition from Grande Prairie Auto LP, Grande Prairie, Alberta on September 2014 (still have sales receipt).During the time of paperwork the Business Manager Name: PAUL GOLAMCO told me as optional to buy 5 years service contract so that if anything goes wrong i can have my JEEP get serviced within 5 years or 100,000 km .I paid $ 523 .95 and bought GOLD PLAN. Service Contract paper the one he gave me shows the date i bought and Plan description 5yr /100,000 Gold plan which is still valid .When I came to pick up the Jeep I found it was dirty from inside and My sales person Meaghan told me we don't clean the Jeep from inside and i had to take dirty Jeep back to John Dor Prairie, High Level. Next day i have noticed the wheel alignment issues and Jeep created grinding sound on wheels and whole jeep was vibrating. It was snowy day and i took days off from Job to drive 7 hours drive (Risking my life on road along with grinding and vibrating issue ) from John dor prairie to Grande prairie 7 hours drive to fix the issue. Even though their delivery check list signed by Repair sales consultant : Cordell shows everything is checked and Interior and exterior was cleaned but in reality interior was not cleaned and alignment created the issue very next day. So they fixed at Grande prairie dealership but it cost me gas, time and my unpaid days off from Job as a teacher. Last week when i went to Brampton, Ontario Chrysler dealership (first time to dealership )for the issue about my Jeep window and AC fix which is covered under the contract which is still valid as per the service agreement of 5 years from the date i bought in sep 2014 and under 100,000km but they told me it was bought by original buyer as extended warranty which was already started in 2012 when i was not even the owner of Jeep compass .I was shocked to hear that because The Business manager Paul Golamco told me the contract is valid from the date i bought the car. Then i called the Sales person Meaghan who sold me the car she said Paul will call me next day. The next day on 23 June 2018 Business Manager Paul Golamco called me when i mentioned that according to the contract my service is still valid and jeep repair should be covered then he did not listen me and rudely hanged up the phone . This was the first time i bought a JEEP and dealt with Chrysler and from the day i bought still i get frustration and unsatisfactory service. I had bought 2 others cars from other company in past i never had any issue and the dealer did what they promised in contract. The Grande prairie, Alberta dealer not only provided me poor service ,cost me time but also looted my $ 523.95 .Now i will not buy any product from Chrysler in my life and my other family members and friends will not buy too after they listened my story.

These guys will never get my business again. Warranty almost up and heated seat doesn't work. They would not fix it. I had a video showing that it wasn't kicking on, refused to view it. Said the tech could not find problem. The seat doesn't even heat up, and after 10 mins the light turns out and won't stay on. They had to replace some plastic from when they screwed up putting a ignition replacement in and didn't push the rubber around my shifter in place. Has a kink in it from when removed (or he tried forcing it in). Not to mention I had an appointment booked for a job that should have only been a couple hours and they took two days! This is my work Truck! I lost money from these guys!! Also had emailed about a part I was looking for (working out of service) and never got a reply. Emailed again, still no reply. Emailed Norlan chrysler and got a response 10 mins after they opened that morning. ADD: AND NOW MY IGNITION ISN'T DETECTING MY KEY FOB WHICH IS WHY THEY ORIGINALLY REPLACED THE DASH!!! I'M ASSUMING THEM PULLING THE IGNITION SCREWED IT UP!!! I highly recommend to everyone, and will definitely be steering my friends to stay away from this place. I've heard good things about Norlan Chrysler. They will get every bit of my business. You couldn't force me to spend another dime or time here!

My previous service appoint at GP Chrysler was very disappointing. I've had work done here before when I had transmission issues on my 2017 Jeep wrangler, My vehicle would slip out of reverse due to a popular transmission defect, This issue took approximately 2 and a half months to fix due to not having all the proper parts when the vehicle was dissembled. I was as kind and polite as I could be, patiently awaiting my vehicle's return, I intended on making GP Chrysler my "go to garage", So After my transmission appointment I had a Out Of Province inspection preformed to get my vehicle switched to Alberta and ensure everything was in good condition. Approximately 1500km later I loose my front differential to a pinion seal leak, when i pulled over after hearing the binding and grinding noises I noticed it leaking and immediately got a friend of mine to drive me to a local auto parts store to purchase some oil to fill the diff and limp my vehicle to GP Chrysler. I made my appointment to have it inspected and this is where it went downhill.... I was charged 200$ for an inspection where the vehicle was put on the ramp and bairly looked at, not inspected, no drain plugs were removed, no diff covers removed to ensure what the issue was, and then promptly blamed for the issue. I was told that i smacked the front differential housing and that caused the differential to leak out. What the tech was seeing was a little overflow from where I refilled the diff in a effort to get it back to the shop. I know for certain that is not the case, I even offered to drive the vehicle around the block a few times and prove to them that it wasn't leaking from the area they assumed, which i was denied the opportunity of doing. I got in touch with the service manager(When i asked to speak to the manager they had took my vehicle without me knowing and put it back on the ramp to take out the drain plug and do what should have been done in the first place) who repeatedly tried to twist the truth and convince me that it was my fault when I know it wasn't, He told me that differentials take on dirt and water (even when functioning properly) if you use them in such conditions, he told me I need a much more vigorous maintenance schedule if i'm going to off-road (I just had a full inspection 1500km ago) In an effort to resolve the issue I contacted Chrysler Canada and had them take both sides of the story, The service manager told Chrysler that the differential was ran "bone dry"(which is not the case, I added 750ml into a deferential that should take 1.5l), He also told them that there was mud and water in my differential.( It couldn't possibly enter the housing through the area they specified, as there is no leak), and that all damages were caused by me. To ensure I was not mistaken myself I brought my Jeep to another mechanic who told me it was impossible that any of the minor dings in my differential could cause the leak and that if it did all the oil would of drained out. I was given a quote of 3000$ to rebuild my front axle (the quote includes a steering stabilizer that I did damage) to rebuild something that the wasn't functioning properly in the first place. Seals are covered under a manufactures warranty and considering i just had a inspection done I cant see why they can deny me this service, I did my part to ensure my vehicle was up to standards and it frustrates me to be treated this way. I'm Afraid i cannot recommend this dealership to anyone when there is this much trouble in getting something done, and done right.

When I get my certified vehicle the wiper was damaged after a couple of days engine light was turned on.I book an appointment and when asked for a diagnose they charged for both engine light diagnose and wiper blade replacement.when I go and find their manager he change the bill to wiper replacement only.Just 20km the wiper will damaged by itself and the engine problem starts.Be careful about these guys.

Had my truck booked in for a passenger airbag recall. When i had picked it up there was part of the dash not properly installed and did not have any A/C or Mirror defrost and couldn't control the direction of airflow in my truck. Brought the truck back inside for them to properly install dash and then I proceeded to ask them what they all had touched in order for the A/C and such to not be working. Mechanics told me they touched nothing that would have messed with any of those controls and that they do not have to pull the center part of the dash in order to access the passenger airbag and that I would have to pay for them to look into the issue even though it all worked when I dropped the truck off. Not wanting to pay for a diagnosis I had left to do my own. I took apart my own dash to see what could be wrong to find out that they didn't put plug one of the wires into my A/C and heating controls. I then called the dealership back and asked the mechanic once again if they take apart the center of the dash to get access the passenger side. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that they do not have to in order to get access to the passenger airbag. I knew that was lie because i was staring at the screws hidden behind the center of the dash that need to be removed to take out the passenger side of the dash. So not only did I get my truck back with issues but I also had the mechanic lie to my face and over the phone and not own up to their mistake. Will never be taking my truck back to a dodge dealership again.

The service center at this dealership is absolutely abysmal. It would seem that their mechanics just got out of pre school not knowing a damn thing about car/truck repairs or customer service. I've been to their location a number of times and each time I had more problems then before I brought it in! Not to mention damages to my car. They did not compensate me for any of the damages they caused and when speaking with them about it they seemed not to care one bit. I did however send a letter to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully they will change there attitude towards there customers and hire some trained professionals! 0/5 STARS

wont be buying anything from this dealer. bought a 2018 jeep grand cherokee 3 years ago. Made an appointment a few days ago to look at a suv to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. They said it was still available, Sent a confirmation to me at 11am to confirm the appointment for 1230. Dealership seems to be based around bleeding every last dollar out of the oilfield workers around here. I was truck shopping and knew what I wanted. They didn't have what I wanted but tried to sit me down with high pressure sales tactics to buy something they had on the lot I didn't want. I got up and apologized for "wasting their time". I left my number incase they could source the vehicle I wanted. Continued to get odd text messages from their sales lady every few weeks for a couple months afterward. Stuff like "Hey it's a nice sunny day out! Hope you're having a great weekend. Call me if you're looking for a new vehicle to enjoy the summer in!" Was forced to take a vehicle there a few weeks back under an insurance claim. They stuck me for $470 to change a battery, and I brought my own battery! 15 minutes of labour to swap a battery and 15 minutes to check an engine code and clear it. I'm in the wrong business.

I have purchased a 2013 jeep Wrangler last year I have a leaking power steering line, Chantal of Grand Prairie Chrysler AB, said that I will have to take my 2013 jeep to High Level AB to be fixed at my cost (travel/lodging) and for me to contact Garth of High Level Chrysler. I contacted Garth of High Level Chrysler and I said that the existing power steering line is poor quality not made for cold Northern Canada Weather and he agreed. I asked if replaced under warranty would it be the same factory line and he said yes I said it will probably fail again next winter and he said yes it probably will. This is your quality follow up to your customers. I will at my earliest opportunity trade off the jeep for a GM product and never buy a Chrysler again. At least GM looks after their customers and I have had many vehicles and will buy many more Ford, GM

Used to service my truck here when I first moved to GP but had a few unfavourable service experiences. The last experience pushed me over the edge - my truck was supposed to be in for a day but ended up being there 5 and I needed it to go on a bought and paid for vacation but the lady I was dealing with could've cared less and basically told me it's not ready and not sure when it will be. I get things go wrong and sometimes have to wait for parts but you can't be short with someone in those situations, a thorough explanation is required in my opinion. I had enough and decided to come into the dealership after the last phone conversation during which she assured me my truck was being worked on as we spoke however the truck was in the parking lot covered in snow! It was then I realized she could honestly care less. I switched to Nor-Lan and it's been a much better experience.

Earlier today I had an appointment to get my wife's vehicle serviced. I had been getting calls by the dealership for months trying to get me to come in to service both my vehicle and the wife's vehicle. Then this week when they called I finally had time to take one of the vehicles it for a recall and a general service. When i asked the person who i booked the appointment with if I should drop it off or stay with it, she seemed to discourage me simply dropping it off. Then when I dropped it off this morning the service clerk who took my vehicle gave me no indication of how long it would take but casually mentioned that they had s shuttle service. I has told him that there was no point for me to leave just to come back soon after getting home. The service department was empty and I knew that the service normally didn't take long. I waited 3 hr waiting for my vehicle while the whole service bay was empty. After 3 hours I was finally advised that I was looking at another 2 to 3 hours. At no point did anyone have the decency to to tell me how long it would take while I waited in a small lobby with a few others that came and left while I waited. This is not the first time I have had a vehicle take 5 to 6 hours longer to get done than expected when I dropped it off. I had believed it was because they were busy. But after watching how dead it was their for 3 hours I now strongly believe it was due to their horrible planning. Clearly they are booking appointment when in fact they don't have anyone available to work on the vehicle until a later time. Otherwise there should be no reason for the delay and that when i went to grab something in my vehicle there was no one in the shop working on any of the 5 or so vehicles there. With social distancing being so important due the current outbreak I was shocked that not only was their service horrible and that no one made any attempt to advise me of how long they expected it to take, I was stuck it a very public space expecting to be done any minute when i should had been at home minimising any contact with others. If they truly cares about having good service especially during a crisis such as the one we are in they would have taken better steps and keeping people informed and not all grouped up waiting in a confined space as they waited for what should be a quick service..

I recently took my Jeep in for reasons of over heating. They ran diagnostics and determined that the power supply to the cooling fan had failed and that it needed a new cooling fan ($1600). In addition they determined my power steering pump was failing as there was steering fluid around it ($2000). In addition to those they also said all my transfer case and diff oils needed to be changed ($1000). I picked it up and paid the $283.00 diagnostic fee and took it to Auto Trac Mechanics and they looked at it. They determined that 2 wires in the fan connection had actually just shook loose, so they reconnected them and sealed them and the vehicle no longer over heats (saved me $1600). They then looked at the power steering and determined there was slight swelling on a cap with minor traces of steering fluid due to expansion, but that everything was working 100% and all levels were good (saved me $2000). Lastly they checked the transfer case oils and diff levels and the quality of the oil was perfect (saved me another $1000) My bill went from $4600 to $130 and there were actually no serious problems with my vehicle. This dealership does not try to fix the problem with your wallet in mind, they jump to the worst case scenario and charge you as much as they can.

GP Chrysler has been the worst dealer for service in have ever dealt with. Ever. It takes both time and effort to write a hate review so this should say something. To start they do not log anything when you call in. I call to initially book and verify the day before so they can be ready. So when a guy shows up it should be here you go let me know how it goes. No. There is no record of what needs to be done and has to be re-entered. Next they don't fix anything. So when you leave it with them they should have everything fixed. No. They don't really do anything when you give it to them. I had a leak in my air ride system and didn't know I had a on board compressor that just wasn't hooked up I didn't know about. Good thing I found it myself after they told me there was nothing wrong with a major leak in the control toggles. I finally trouble shoot the leak and they tell me I need a new head unit $400. 5 minutes of actually doing it myself and it's fixed for free. My truck went in twice for the same check engine light and they tell me to keep an eye on it. Yes I have time to keep taking time off work and renting vehicles on my own dollar even though I have a rental aspect to my extended gold plus warranty. Good thing I brought it to a capable dealer , Nor lands who tells me the issue is from a failed attempt by GP Chrysler to service my spark plugs which requires two new injectors from the debacle. GP Chrysler apparently could not be troubled call me or Nor lands back to address the issue. Thank you Nor lands for fixing it. PS: With the check engine light above not only did GP Chrysler not fix the issue but charged me $180 to wash around the transmission to get more cash out of me. Last and not least they do not care for your personal belongings. Case in point I have a booster. The booster cable is professionally run to the center console. When they did service they crushed the antenna cord which was able to be proven to be GP Chrysler. I emailed the service manager who has yet to acknowledge this. I am irritated with the quality of service I have received from GP Chrysler and caution anyone who may need repairs to their vehicle. My experience is from multiple interactions so the argument of an isolated experience has long passed.

Bought a new truck here last year and have used their quick lube service a couple of times with no issues. Have always been happy with GP Chrysler. So I went for an oil change today only to find that all of the vehicles in line were being driven by service techs, not one customer in sight! When I inquired I was told that “sometimes the customers leave us the keys and go to the waiting room.” The waiting room was empty! I waited for an hour and a half because they were cycling their customer repair and service bookings through the quick lube bay. Why have a quick lube bay if you’re going to tie it up with regular service bookings for people leaving their vehicles all day?? Maybe that’s why there were no other “quick lube customers” while I was there! Lol Don’t think I’ll be back if that’s the new system they have.

Went in to get pricing/financing information on wranglers. Meet a salesmen who showed us a poorly cleaned demo in the showroom(seats covered in hair and smelled musty). Went to his desk where he pulled up the jeep website to explain the trim levels, like I hadn't been there already. After hearing "I think it's an option" a few times, he left to get the requested info. After 15 min waiting, I got up to find out where he went. Just another frustrating experience. If you can afford to leave your vehical there for weeks, this is the place to go. Had a failed part on my work truck, making it not drivable. Fine. Stuff fails. I get it. Part was back ordered. I told them I needed my truck right away, and was willing to pay freight. So again, I got told it was back ordered with no eta. Could be a few days or a few weeks. So, I had to call other dodge dealers until I found the part. Got it freighted up for the Saturday, I picked it up at the bus depot and they changed it Saturday afternoon. The service department was very good to me, but parts was simply terrible.

Dropped my car off for the scheduled Appointment in the morning left it with them all day to get a oil and my tires changed Went to pick my car up after work and the lady told me they where just finishing up to wait in the waiting room. One and half hours go by when i finally get up to go see whats taking so long and i see that the person is trying to jam tires into my trunk that clearly wont fit after he gives up he opens the back door and tosses it in the seat the shoves it across to the other side and then tosses the other tire in after it. Finally there done i can leave! wait no i cant the lady proceeds to tell me Oh my gosh we haven't done the oil change yet. My car was there from 8am tell 4pm and they had only just finished changing the tires that i had to wait in the waiting room for 1.5 hours. Let me remind you that i had a Scheduled appointment in the morning. I should have learned my lesson with the last visit when it took them 2 days to get my winter tires put on my car.......... DO NOT BRING YOUR CLASSIC CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I wanted to get some wiring done on my 1974 Plymouth Duster to get the fuel,alt., and temperature guages working. Once the bill reached $3500 I had to take it back because I couldn't afford any more and they were say it was going to cost another $800 to change a sensor in my gas tank. Not only do none of the guages still work but my idle was screwed up, wires were left hanging around my engine bay and I could have done a cleaner job than they did with my new guages. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I will not only NEVER bring a vehicle back to their service bays but they way they treated me when trying to get the above problems addressed makes Nor Lan Chrysler my new dealership. If you go, be prepared to be ripped off.

Currently having a horrible time dealing with GP Chrysler, bought a used truck 60 days ago. Since the purchase the truck had went into the shop for a engine oil leak, truck was fixed and returned to us “ with a check engine light” that they just erased and said would be fine.. Exactly 2 weeks later the truck blows up on the side of the road. Quoted $28,000 in repairs witch they are now saying is not covered. Thanks GP Chrysler you guys are great ????????

When going into GP Chrysler, I was immediately greeted by Tem! Tem has a very upbeat and positive attitude, and if he can't answer you're question, he will get you an answer! HE was extremely helpful and honest. Every concern I expressed, he put to ease. When I went on my test drive, Dale took me. I was extremely nervous as I hadn't driven a standard in over 10yrs. I have been a loyal customer for 20+ yrs. I am struggling like many others right now. Tony has helped me out greatly and it is appreciated. What’s not is getting a phone call telling me “it’s imperative “ I get the maintenance done which was mentioned 1 month ago when I fixed my truck last. The maintenance is scheduled for 50,000km down the road and to be told it’s imperative and make it sound like my truck is going to break is not a professional thing to do. If I was clueless and gullible I would have said ok I need the $900 spark plug change yet the maintenance schedule says I have 50,000 km more to go. Not cool

If you have to use these guys to fix your vehicle I am sorry. They left truck parts in the back seat of the truck filthy!!!! Didn't bolt up all the bracket! Punched a hole in the raditor hose.Had to have the truck towed back after 5mins of having it back. This place dosen't care. Go to Nor-Lan haven't used them but I will be in the future. We have purchased more than 10 vehicles from the auto group and the sales department is wonderful!! It's a shame the service department is so bad!!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Dale Scotton. I live in Peace River and we did everything on the phone. He face timed me showing me the colour and all of the features of the truck. He answered all of my questions with a true knowledge of the product and even helped me get a few extras that I just had to have. I was hesitant to purchase it because of the dial transmission, but I have learned to love it and the extra console space. I know I made the right decision. It was delivered to me by him and he took my trade and drove it back. The finance person had all the papers in order for to sign. It was a very smooth low stress deal, and I couldn't be happier with my new Blue Ram 1500 with a Hemi.

I recently went to the Quick Lube bay for an oil change. Once I entered the bay the Service tech was efficient and started the paperwork. After 20 minutes the technician handed me my paperwork to sign, told me my tire tread reading and I was on my way. I was, nor did I see and oil brands, not asked what I wanted for oil. I was not shown the dipstick, shown my filter, lights, signal lights nor break lights were checked. The tech mentioned to another worker that he was by himself for quite awhile and had to do all the work himself. When heading home I met a semi and the gust of wind indicated my hood was open. I stopped and checked and the one hook on my Jeep was not latched. This could have been an accident. Me as a client get the poor service because of the poor management once again. I swore I would never step foot in this dealership again from previous questionable service but I thought I would try again but once again very disappointed. Never ever again.

Sales guy was excellent. More or less went down hill from there. Agreed to a price prior to signing and when time to sign. They attempted to not only go back in full price, but throw in a bunch of useless extras as well. I had agreed to extended warranty, but a bunch of other crap got weaseled in. $1200 bucks for a '' special'' exterior protection coat and some scotchguard?!?! Lets get real....

If you're going to GP Chrysler you have to deal with Jordan. My brother has bought a few vehicles from him, Friends have also bought from him. I went in looking for a new truck, he showed me one and it wasn't a good fit. We took a step back re evaluated my wants and needs and after a few trucks found the perfect Ram for me. Jordan and Brent worked very hard for me to make sure everything was the way i wanted it, and if there was anything I needed Jordan was quick to get it done as soon as possible. Tim did my financing and fought for the best rate i could get, and made sure i was completely covered. I will defiantly be a return customer dealing specifically with Jordan and referring anyone looking for a vehicle to go see him.

He helped me find the perfect car at a price I was willing to pay. I purchased a used car but he didn't have the year and colour I wanted. So what did he do? He found me one, transported it to GP at no cost to me. After all was said and done I got the car I wanted only a year newer and with less Kms for the same price I was quoted for the older model. I just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara JL 2018 from Tem. My experience was awesome, he let me take my time. Also I was having a hard time deciding between the JL and the JK so a couple of days after I test drove them he let me test drive them again , this time with my daughter.
