Vente sous haute pression, on vous fait de l'attitude si vous n'êtes pas là pour signer un achat le jour-même, même si vous indiquez, en entrant, que vous n'êtes pas là pour faire un achat le jour-même. "Garantie prolongée" mensongère : pas moyen de faire une réclamation ou d'annuler la protection. On vous dit que vous ne pouvez faire de réclamation le premier mois, étant donnée la garantie de base de tout véhicule usageé. Au bout d'un mois, au moment de faire la réclamation, on vous la refuse, et on vous indique que vous n'aviez que 30 jours pour annuler la couverture. Marisol, tu m'as bien eu là-dessus! Good job, t'as fait ta piasse. Alex, un démarreur à distance inutilisé ça ne vide pas une batterie en 2 semaines, tu es soit menteur, soit incompétent. La batterie de l'auto était complètement finie. C'est pas compliqué à changer, et ça t'évite de dire des niaiseries.. Bref, si vous avez l'impression qu'Alex ou Marisol est en train de "vous dire ce que vous voulez entendre", ou de vous en passer une vite, vous avez sûrement raison! J'ai eu cette impression-là tout au long de ma visite, et malheureusement, mon inexpérience n'a su relever les indices. Allez chez n'importe quel autre revendeur d'autos usagées, ils sont sûrement tous mieux! p.s. La "réponse du propriétaire" est en lien avec un commentaire qu'ils m'ont demandé d'écrire pendant que j'étais sur les lieux (et que j'étais encore innocent face à leur strategème). On s'entend que j'aurais dû dire non et écrire un commentaire, moi-même, à tête reposée.

Leur solution fut de me racheter mon véhicule 3000 sous le marché. De plus , j'avais acheté des pneus neufs , par contre ils m'ont donner des pneus usagés . Résultats ; mes pneus d'hivers utiliser pour un hivers sont fini . Je vous déconseil leur service . Le seul point positif est le vendeur Raphael à sherbrooke !

Do not and I repeat DO NOT trust their inspections they do on their vehicles before they sell them. If you for any reason feel the need to purchase a vehicle from this dealership have the vehicle inspected by a third party. I purchased a vehicle from them which had passed their entire check list just to find out when I returned home to newbrunswick that the car had a seized brake caliper, leaking oil pan, leaking oil filter housing, and leaking gasket cover. They were not willing to work with me on any of these issues under the warranty and they refused to compensate me for any of the work that had to be done because they were not the ones who were performing the work, even when I was able to provide proof of the issue, AND was willing to pay the labour costs of another shop doing it as long as they covered parts. On top of all of this I purchased the car in the winter with winter tires included in the deal, I was told the summer tires were in great condition just to return home to find a huge slash in one of the tires. They would not help me with this issues let alone even respond to me about this issue after I was insured all the tires were good. Definitely not a dealer I would ever trust again. All of their positive reviews are because Alex basically harasses you into writing a positive review for him while you are sitting at his desk.
