(Translated) I would have given 5 stars for the service, but I realized later that the contract I had signed indicated 10,500km on the odometer and on delivery 3 days later it indicated 11,283km. In addition there was a paint break on the rear bumper but the most shocking is that the windshield was broken and they did not say anything, hoping that by the time I saw it it would be too late to claim them. I took a picture of the car coming out of the garage and you can see the broken windshield. After discussion they paid for the windshield and I paid for the installation but Mr. D'André's budget was $ 1400 and the windshield cost him a little over $ 1200 he should have reimbursed me for the installation with a letter excuse (Original) J’aurais bien mis 5 étoiles pour le service , mais j’ai réalisé par la suite que le contrat que j’avais signé indiquait 10,500km au compteur et à la livraison 3 jours plus tard il indiquait 11283km. De plus il y avait un bris de peinture sur le par-choc arrière mais le plus choquant c’est que le pare-brise était cassé et ils n’ont rien dit en espérant qu’au moment où je le verrais il serait trop tard pour leur réclamer. J’ai pris une photo de l’auto en sortant du garage et on voit bien le pare-brise brisé . Après discussion ils ont payé le pare-brise et moi la pose mais le budget de M. D’André était de 1400$ et le pare-brise lui a coûté un peu plus de 1200$ il aurait du me rembourser la pose avec une lettre d’excuse

The dealership isn't the best, especially considering the fact it's a Mercedes Benz dealer and not an economy car dealer, and you will definitely get that impression. Other dealerships are far better in their customer satisfaction, even after buying the car and dont make you feel like you're of no use to them since the sale has been made. Recently in December 2018 bought a Mercedes E250 and it was a biggest RIP off from a MERCEDES BENZ DEALER .Sorry but please make sure to avoid this dealership . Very Bad service never pick the phone ,called 7-8 times leave message after couple of days they will call back when you call from out of province then it is terrible no care about you. On the website it shows certified vehicle but when you deal with them then they will tell you have to pay more 1995 for the certification then why they post the price on the website and it shows certified vehicle if you ask something they will tell you give 5 minutes I will call you back after talk to the manager no will call you back manager never wants to talk to you I asked the guy that I am coming from Toronto more than 6 hour drive how i pick the car they told me that delivery charge may be $500 or $ 600 and told me that they will check with the manager nobody calls back I am calling 3 times and leave message and email them that please call me after 3 days I got an email that GLC 300 was sold .So dis-appointed .NEVER EXPECT FROM MERCEDES THAT THEY HAVE SO WORST THAN WORST SERVICE.

I confirm that there is no after-sales service I tried to call and I explained to refund or replace the faulty tire but without result. Je confirme que ya pas de service après-vente j’ai tenté d’appeler et j’ai expliqué pour me rembourser ou me remplacer le pneu défectueux mais sans résultat.
