When I arrived, the seller asked me what I was looking for as a vehicle. I clearly mentioned to him that I was looking at 3 models: Golf R, Subaru STI and Kia Stinger. Two different categories, but in the same price range that suits me. After taking my details, I was able to try the model that interested me, Stinger. So far all was well. When I returned, my experience was ruined. The salesperson asked me what I thought of the car. I told him very good experience and that it was really different from the 2 other tests I did. He immediately started to be aggressive about selling, ie at a price point, which one I would buy. I said I had to think about it and analyze the +/-. He went to his sales manager to come and tell me that there was no point wasting time if I didn't intend to buy right away. In short, I did not even have a quote on the price of the vehicle, the promotions etc ... The vehicle really interests me, but it is clear that my experience was so unpleasant that I will possibly go to the south shore for my purchase. I also confirm to you that I will not recommend anyone in my personal and professional contact network to go to this dealership. In addition, the seller did not want to give me the photocopy of my driver's license. I had to insist by telling him that this represented personal information. I am not sure it is legal to want to keep this type of information. I have no problem leaving my email but my driver's license ... Deux catégories différentes, mais dans la même gamme de prix qui me convient. Suite à la prise de mes coordonnées, j'ai pu essayer le modèle qui m'intéressais, Stinger. Jusque là tout allait bien. Lors de mon retour, mon expérience s'est gâchée. Le vendeur m'a demandé ce que j'avais pensé de la voiture. Je lui ai répondu très bonne expérience et que c'était vraiment différent des 2 autres essais que j'ai fais. Il a tout de suite commencé à être agressif pour la vente, à savoir à prix égal, laquelle j'achèterais. J'ai dis que je devais y réfléchir et analyser les +/-. Il est allé voir son directeur commercial pour venir me dire qu'il ne servait à rien de faire perdre du temps si je n'avais pas l'intention d'acheter tout de suite. Bref, je n'ai même pas eu de soumission à savoir quel était le prix du véhicule, les promotions etc... Le véhicule m'intéresse vraiment, mais il est clair que mon expérience fut tellement désagréable que je vais possiblement aller sur la rive sud pour mon achat. Je vous confirme aussi que je ne recommanderai à aucune personne de mon réseau de contact personnel et professionnel d'aller chez ce concessionnaire. De plus, le vendeur ne voulait pas me donner la photocopie de mon permis de conduire. Il a fallu que j'insiste en lui mentionnant que cela représentait des informations personnelles. Je ne suis pas certain qu'il est légal de vouloir garder ce type d'informations. Je n'ai aucun problème à laisser mon courriel mais mon permis de conduire... Malheureusement, on doit cliquer au moins 1 étoile

My experience with this dealership was terrible. Trying to purchase a used car here was far more than just frustrating. My initial contact was with Clara and she was OK but then i was passed over to the manager to deal with and then any possible sale was frustrated. My calls or emails were either not responded to or only after many repeated attempts. Getting answers to basic questions about the car was a very slow process. I can not believe the positive views from others regarding their experience here. i wish I could give less than one star for my experience here. I can not imagine that Kia Canada would accept this treatment of a potential customer.

Un bon matin 2 semaines plus tard le rouage(transmission) a fait défault le moteur au pétrole arretait. j'ai tous filmé et je me suis dirigé chez le concessionaire sur le champ j'étais inquiet mais en meme temps j'avais filmé le problème afin qu'il me croit et qu'il me prenne en charge. Je suis entré dans son bureau et lorsque je me suis assis pour lui expliquer mon probleme il a repliqué sans que je n'ai le temps de lui mensionner ce qu'il ce passait, il m'a dit d'un ton très condincandant '' Étale toi pas j'ai pas le temps pour toé a matin'' Wow du service de premiere classe j'ai tout de même controller ma colère alors j'ai re essayé de lui montrer le problème il a reitéré qu'il n'avais pas le temp, ok, ensuite il me dit ''laisse ton char on regarde quand j'aurai le temps'' j'étais perplexe, je travail et il me faux un véhicule , je lui au répondu correct je vais laissé mon auto j'ai pas eu le temps de finir qu'il répliqua toujours avec une attitude de M..... '' j'ai pas de char pour toé!'' au lieu de regarder pour une alternatives j'ai du lui proposer une location, il a répliqué cordialement '' c'é sa , vas don t'en loué un!'' au lieux de me proposé un partenaire de location et de faire les arrangements qui s'imposent mais non.... j'etais en beau C....... je me suis levé et je lui ai mentionné que c'était un ..... de bon service . je me suis ensuite dirigé chez Kia Chambly ou j'ai eu un Service hors paire ! Quelques jours plus tard j'ai voulu faire une plainte au directeur de la sucursale , Je suis tomber sur le directeur des ventes qui a été professionel et a l'écoute et il a même fait un message au patron directeur ,de toute façon il ne m'a j'amais rappellé, j'ai du rappellé pour que cet individu me rappel , et lorsqu'il a daigné me rappeller j'ai essayé de lui expliquer mais il avaits déja pris sa déscision. Il y a une expression populaire ''Se faire rire dans la face '' elle s'applique dans ce cas . Jamais mais au grand jamais, je ne recommenderai se concessionaire , L'attitude de la gestion en dit long. Désolé si c'étais long, mais il y avais une chronologie à suivre. En terminant, le problème était la transmission qui était défectueuse et qui a été changé chez KIA Chambly ainsi que le radio.
