Took my car here on a recommendation from a family member, after another shop refused to even touch it. The staff at Speedy had no problem taking it in, and getting the job done. A1 customer service, and bonus points because they took some time after hours on a Friday to get the job finished, so it didn't get left all weekend. Will definitely continue to give them business, and they will get my recommendation !

Made an Appointment the day before to replace my car's headlights, dropped the car off at 1:30 p.m., went to pick it up at 4:30 p.m., not even one headlight replaced, his excuse was they didn't have time for that job. The most unprofessional auto service in town, will never recommend it to anyone, and never going there again.

Terrible service, went for their cheap $50 wheel alignment and boy did I make a mistake. Their techs if you call them that are kids and not professional. I still can't understand why a pry bar was used to align my wheels but a week or two later my ball joint snapped clean off. I had my daughter in my car and luckily was backing out of my driveway at the time. Speedy should of known any play in the wheel and notified me but failed. Took it to a professional shop had a repaired and my car drove fine afterwards. You get what you pay for and first impressions mean the most.

Absolute crooks. Denied my inspection due to a strut that needed to replaced then after having the strut replaced they told me i replaced the wrong one. I had asked multiple times to make sure it was the front driver side strut and now they make the claim that the driver side strut was fine and its the passenger side that needs replacing. Absolute crooks. Wouldn't send my first enemy there.

Went for brake pad replacement. Work was good but they kept my special wheel nut socket. Not a great experience this time. Keep your tools dont lend them to this garage youll be out. $

Went there to get my alignment done. Paid $ 650. Some how my parking brake thing came loose. I could feel it after I got my car from the shop. I could hear metal hitting sounds. Next time I went they were charging me $70 to fix that thing. I end up paying $ 45 and the metal noise was fixed. Now I hear different kind of sound coming from the same tire. Long story short I spend like $700 and still can't drive my car peacefully.

Great service and good mechanics. Unfortunately, the owner seems reluctant to get someone for the desk. The mechanics are constantly going back and forth until someone shows up to work the desk. Customers sometimes wait for long periods or leave just waiting to be greeted by someone that works at Speedy.

I needed a tire repair for my Tesla Model 3. Not every garage is equipped to work on a Tesla. I was extremely happy to learn this location is! They were able to lift the car properly and complete the repair. Very satisfied!

Poor service ! Took my car in to get brake pads and routers. My 1st visit: They ordered the wrong brake pads. Spent all day waiting to get the right ones purchased and installed. After install brakes made a loud squeaking sound when braking. Took car back to Speedy. My 2nd visit: Once again i returned to Speedy. First off they put the wrong car up on the hoist. Once again i waited around all day for them to put the right car up on the hoist and install my new brakes. Brakes still squeak after second install. These auto service specialists are not specialists at all. They lack the skill required to solve a simple brake problem. They also lack communication in the shop leading to customers having to wait a unreasonable amount of time to have their cars fixed especially with some thing so simple as a brake pad install. Also at no time was i offered a drive any where to get to where i needed to go because of their mistakes made on both days. I would not recommend Speedy Auto Service to any one!
