Went in for a rust check and they only sprayed my wheel wells and the outside of my frame. Nothing under at all. These guys are crooks.

I have been a loyal rust check customer for many years but now rust has shown up on my 2008 Subaru it has been treated since new and the owner in Belleville has yet to contact me one week so far it is time to contact head office to see if their word is good

One star is even to much evertimevi deal with them I want to tear my hair out. There rust protection is very poor quality and service. They missed half my vehicle when I brought it for an undercoating. Then we brought it back for them to do it properly they did the same thing. The employees do not seem to care either they just say it's bad service oh well. I also had ordered an aftermarket part off them and after taking a ridiculous amount of time get it in they lost half of what I ordered. Then the best part is after loosing half my order they took three times as long to get a replacement for it. So if you like bad service the longest wait times for simple things this is the place for you

I was a Rustcheck customer for over 20 years. Not anymore. I had several cars done there but the last one was my daughter's car. One week after they did the rustcheck, the frame separated from the car, making it undrivable. I called the next day and asked why they didnt tell us it was so bad and the owner replied " you should have asked if it was worth doing". I called the headoffice and asked for a credit so that my daughter could get the new car she bought rustchecked and they said that was a reasonable request. However the local owners said no. We wont be back.

I had a Dodge Charger and the company that I bought it through took it to rest check for the window tints and when I went to go check on it on my lunch because they said it could be done buy my lunch time it wasn't on the lot I checked all the bays in their parking lot so by the time I got it later that afternoon I guess tank went from a quarter tank to giving me the warning light on so I called the next day asked if they did it on site they said yes we do so when I ask confronted them about why my vehicle wasn't on the lot in my gas tank went from a quarter to the warning light came on just didn't know what to say so it looks like they take nice Vehicles out for Joy rides

5 stars for first application in 2019. I returned both vehicles in 2020, the Jeep was sprayed but inside frame channel was dry. I have a full size Ram. This year rather than the 1.5 hours on a Saturday they did it in 50 min?. Only outside Frame rail, wheelwells looked coated, I did an oil change , and put pinky in a drain on frame, it felt dry with sand in bottom, I then noticed orange coming thru undercoat on box crossmembers, I had to wirebush and spray boxliner on the rust, inside crossmembers were dry, and had 2" of packed sand in them. How will it fully protect if the dirt isn't blown out before applying, or proctect inside if not sprayed. This fall I'll blast the crossmembers and do it myself save $180, or maybe try Krown.

Had my new truck rust checked not happy, scratches around door handles where they wiped up oil that dripped from handle .Had my spare tire down the other day and found they did not spay behind it further checking revealed they didn't spay inside the frame but they did spay all 4 wheel plastic liners, won't be going back. Took it there because they have been around a long time ,thought they were good at what they do, obviously most people never look beyond the plastic wheel liners.

Truck had and engine light on and remote starter would not work after the rust check application. When I went back So they could look at the issue the owner was very rude and condescending. I was told to come by so they could look at it..now he looks at me like I am a pain in his ass. I just purchased this truck. I can have the dealer vouch there were no issues with the truck. So I will not return. My RVR has an appointment with central for crown.

I brought my 2004 F150 in to get oil sprayed yesterday. I made an appointment over the phone, it was fairly busy when I got there. The lady working at the desk was very nice and friendly to everyone. I was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes... it took an extra 15 minutes but I was VERY happy with the results. My truck is lifted 6 inches so i could also see that being a factor. I didn't expect them to clean my entire truck since I was only getting an oil spray, but they cleaned it from top to bottom. It was actually my first time seeing the truck clean since I bought it 3 months ago so I really appreciated it. I also appreciate that they parked it the farthest away from everyone else's and backed it in (I don't like my vehicles around others in the winter). I can tell they took good care of her for that hour and a half. GREAT customer service.. I would definitely go back. Next year I'll be getting the paint protection as well as the oil spray. Thanks so much :)

Terrible customer service. Was charged the highest package when I just wanted the under coating done. Then said I said that to him on the phone when I didn't even call there. I ended up paying but safe to say my family and I won't be going there ever again.

brought my truck in for rust check, hear them revving the engine up when it was completed, asked the manager why and he just stated they "must be having a hard time getting it to idle" and then disappeared into the back and started playing on the forklift, get in the truck and have "lamp out" lights on, also the windshield wiper was sitting under the arm upside down and not connected? wasn't aware the wipers had to come off for an oil spray, when asked to check these issues the manager simply avoided them as best he could, even sending a tech who couldn't install a wiper blade over to come "fix the problem". I found these issues appearing on a truck that had absolutely no problems/issues/lights when i shut it off in the parking lot upon arrival. I will NEVER go back to this place or allow any friend to go here, might send an enemy here if i want them to get screwed tho.
