Check your bill receipts , often make mistakes on items on scanning. Example I had two cases of beer of 24 and scanned three on my receipt.

You need a membership to enter the store. There is a yearly fee for the membership but it is great to have it. Store has a great return policy so u can shop freely knowing if the quality is not good u can get your money back. Products usually change by the season so there is usually something new in the store every few months

Since 2007, I'm member with them. In the beginning they had quality products comparatively now. It is remarkable, now a days any product that was profitable for clients, COSTCO discontinue that. For example, Nutiva coconut oil, Mr. Noodles 24 pks., fresh trout fish, some sort of cheese, Salon olive oil, frozen daugh of chocolatine, probiotic yogurt etc. They are trying fill their shelf with cheap products. The procurement department must keep this social ethic in their consideration.

Like the location, but HATEHATEHATE the the fact that Costco customers park in the Reno-Depot parkibg lot and as such take valuable parking at Reno-Depot instead of parking in the just as expansive parking lot of Costco itself when they are shopping there to begin with. Also those Costco shoppers significantly slow down the intersection between the 2 establishments as the criss-cross the 2 location's parking lots coming to and from Costco from the Reno-Depot parking lot. Rant over. Phew!

It is your regular Costco with less than the usual selection of items strangely. Executives are a mixed bag, new to Costco will definitely face an issue with the service. If you are already a Costco member you are good to go. Aisles definitely need some makeover as most of them are poorly arranged. In-store collection of most items available online are not seen in this store.

I enjoy shopping at this costco, but it bothers me that they don't have any protocol for handling raw meats. Plenty of customers forget to place their raw meats in plastic bags and when I see the cashiers handling that stuff, it always concerns me. There should at least be a roll of extra bags and hand sanitizer for each cashier station to prevent cross-contamination and possibly spreading stuff like Salmonellas, E coli, Listeria, Shigella and Staphylococcus A.

Who doesn't love Costco! They gave me a private spot to nurse my baby in an office. They could do with an improvement on that end... People needed to pass through while I was nursing and the space was crowded with stuff and was lacking basics like a changing table. A bit behind the times but I was happy I didn't have to nurse on the toilet or run back to my car.

What is going on with the bike racks access? Sylvia accosted me to move my bike because it's allegedly for employees only even though there are two empty racks, and then said it was too close to the emergency exit. Both things can't be true at the same time. If you're worried about the emergency exit maybe don't put a shed, a gate and a dumpster there too. How about you just move them to a place accessible for customers?

Awful experience. It was my first time in a Costco. My wife had recently subscribed and sent me off to Costco with her card and told me to get some diapers for our kids. Everything started out okay. I was tempted to purchase more than just diapers I spent about 30mins shopping around and arrived at the register with a full cart. I handed our card to the cashier and was told that I couldn't buy what I selected because I was not the person on the card. I tried to explain that I was the husband of the person on the card and even showed a picture of my wife. They weren't having it. I was told I could get my own card for an additional $55. I was stressed. I didn't want to have to sign up when my wife had already done so. I left frustrated, having wasted my precious time. I have a very busy schedule and I cherish the little time that I get to spend with my kids. I found that the rigid attitude and policy of this company to be a huge turn off and a major inconvenience. It seems that they are more geared to compliance rather than customer service. There has to be a better way.

I am commenting on the Costco in St-Laurent. That was a nightmare. Forget about parking place, that is something usual at any Costco. I mean the unbelievable number of customers INSIDE. That was hell to pass your cart towards whatever you were looking for - forget about browsing the merchandise, you could not pass through - and when there, there was a line for that whatever! And getting to the cashier? Oh. My. G_d. The line to get in line (!) was already LONG. It took me 45 minutes to pay... Other than that? I love Costco for the merchandise, pricing and especially the quality of the merchandise. Be it named or the famous house product, Kirkland. So, if you can cope with the human masses, it's ok. If not, get in your car and drive to the Laval or Boisbriand store. Even if it is a little further away, the number of customers on square feet is waaaaay less than at the St-Laurent site.

I go in with a list and get out, the biggest encumberance to me visiting more often are the food sample stations that block the aisles, they keep me away! Fortunately, they've helped me find the same or better pricing elswhere so I can avoid Costco even longer. The check out lines can be shear agony, just another reason not to go.

I found the customer treatment by certain workers a bit rude. I have the executive membership and for my wife to have the other card as an additional one, they demanded an address with her name, most of the payments are in my name and they demanded that her name on the bills, which at the time I did not have. i went there to buy not to ask for free things, this person who attended me seems that she does not like his work! she should find another or change her way of attending. on the other hand, everything is excellent and although there are too many people on weekends, the lines move fast, it is advisable to go shopping on weekdays when there are fewer people.

Clean location. Has lots of product but seems like a bit smaller of a costco than others I have been to. Lost my costco card so I had to go to customer service for a new one and the guy who served me was very nice, efficient and helpful. After there I went to pick up the 2 items I came for without a cart so I didn't have to go back outside to get in store. As I was walking of course found other items I wanted. I was asking for directions to the KCups because they weren't with the coffee section. The ladies tried finding me a cart but couldn't so I moved on and luckily found one right away and got the million items I didn't need because the 2 items I came for! ???? live the life of Costco I guess.

A decade ago I never thought I'd be giving so many stars to a big supermarket like Costco. But over the years, I found they made real efforts to offer good quality products. I love that they sell organic and now "without traces of pesticides" products. At one point they even had organic meat but haven't seen it recently. Maybe because I don't buy meat anymore ;-). Even in their cleaning products, we can find environmental friendly. I love that they use boxes of sold products to carry our purchases instead of plastic bags. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that I wish they made a bigger effort to reduce wrapping of some products. Not all products need to be individually wrapped when they are already wrapped together. Oh and it would be nice of they had smaller sizes for clothing. Smalls often feel more like a medium and extra-smalls are rarely available.

Very confusing with their system due to the whole "covid" thing. We have to have a cart to just "keep distance" is the most stupidest thing ????????‍♀️ cause it doesn't actually help, plus just as long as people wear masks and don't touch anyone (without permission) we are fine. OTHER THE THAT!! I loved being at Costco again, I don't go very often but I love their self checkout, they scan and bag all of your groceries for you :) it's nice~ thank you. All your EXTRA safety measures are VERY unnecessary! Thanks costco

What a beautiful place ! (kidding) I need to go to 3 different Costco location to get what I'm looking for. This is one of them. I like it because it is near a whole bunch of other shops and restaurants. It doesn't have gas, yet. Their parking lot is not worse or better than any other one, in fact I like it better, I always find a really close space in the first 2 rows. They have organic swiss cheese! Too bad that there not much more organic products to choose from, but I still get eggs, honey, bread, coffee, cheese, pasta, sauce, mac & cheese, frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, etc... all organic and MUCH cheaper than anywhere else! Definitely worth the membership cost. You might like the ethnic diversity of people that shop here. All they need is a landing area on the roof for my helicopter.

It's a Costco. Big store and with many humans. Especially on weekends. It's less busy during the weekdays. Occasionally, there's some good cheeses for much less than other grocery stores. Best grocery destination. The only drawback is they often stop selling a favourite item without an explanation nor indication if the item is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. Most items are in bulk quantities and not necessarily the best bargain. They also do not have an organic section and labels are often lacking in this sort of details.

I ordered a washing machine online and scheduled the first available delivery date - about 8 days later. When the washer was being delivered, the driver saw it had a big dent and told me they will get me another one and left with it. Now I am emailed the machine is available, but guess what - the earliest available delivery is in 10 days. Poor service on their part - they should give rush delivery when there was already a problem and they had to take the appliance back.

Very bad - one employee refused to speak English!!! To be fair, it has been a great place in last two years since I moved to this area. Everything just changed today - I was in the flower section asking a Costco employee names Natalie if they have a soil and where it is. She refused to answer me in English. Then I said “sorry I don’t speak French” with a smile. All the sudden she was annoyed and answered loudly that “I don’t speak French and we are in Quebec.!” I was stunned by that. She was so loud that other customers also heard it and two came up to confront her saying “we are in Canada and you have a Canadian passport!”. How ridiculous was it!!! I spoke to the branch manager Brian to see how this goes but I will surely report it to Costco Canada HQ as well until they resolve this issue properly!!!!!

I like Costco but not the Marché Central location. this place is terrible...at the pharmacy the lady made me wait and asked me all kinds of questions only to tell me later that they don't have the medicine in stock.she tells me "I just ordered it come tomorrow" it was an over the counter medicine on top of it. the place is over crowded especially during lunch hours and cashiers are slow ,you end up wasting a lot of time.

It's much busier here than it used to be. Social distancing is very difficult now. The staff are helpful, but it's almost as crowded as it was before the pandemic. There's a limit of one purchase of toilet paper and hand soap. Rationing is still in effect.

Being a long time customer of the Costco on l'Acadie; I finally give up. The workers are amazing but the organization and wait time to pay wether it's the holidays or not is ridiculous. The place needs to be reorganized or relocated because it is very dysfunctional when you have to pay. And what happened tonight was absolutely appalling being refused at the food court because it was closing. What made the situation worse was being told that all the food that was on display was going to be thrown in the garbage. In this day in age food should not be thrown in the garbage with people starving ????

I was not impressed when I walked inside the store to let the greeter know that a customer left their lights on in the car. I asked if someone could at least page the store with details of the car and licence plate to counter and simply tell him that his lights were left one. The greater had no care in the world. COSTCO gets VERY busy and to have someone stuck in their parking lot of their battery died to get a jump start would not be an ideal situation. Luckily I found the customer as I recognized him as he parked beside me. I told him about the lights and to shut them off.

I'm normally not one to leave a bad review however I feel like people need to know about their tire department before deciding to purchase or take an appointment at this particular Costco. It's my first time purchasing tires from them and getting installed here, we booked an appointment, waited 3 hours for the whole procedure to be done. They removed the tires from my car then 2 hours into the waiting time, tell me that they are unable to find my tires. They spend a good 20 minutes trying to locate them in the store, they tell me that they had given it to another client by mistake and in return will give me theirs. I ended up waiting a 3 hours on appointment for a tire and oil change. The person in charge of my car was in a hurry and just quickly told me to come back after 40km to make sure my tires are working well, i was unable to come back the second time around so my mother goes for me. After the tire and oil change, my car has been making strange and loud noises so we ask the person to take a look at it. They make my mom (mind you, my mother is 64 years old) wait another 3 hours, just to tell her that they are busy and will not be able to serve her. I understand that we went during a busy season however I'm utterly speechless, we are paying customers, we spent quite a bit on the tires and their installation fee and they are unable to provide us with anything. They did not even check if my tires were okay, they just sent me mother home. Please reconsider before going to get your tires from here.

Normally I enjoy shopping at Costco, the experience has its pros and cons and I was always able to find an excuse, but this time was a different story. Costco sells raw meat in large packages and normally we add few nylon bags so we can divide it into portions, imagine buying 7 pounds of meat without dividing it to many small portions. This was the case for the past few years. Today, all of the sudden Costco realized that they have lots of "waste" when it comes to letting clients taking few extra less than 1 cent bags. At the Cash register, they took these bags and threw them away and I was told that they can't afford to let clients take extra bags. The hypocrisy is that every thing at Costco is over packaged with nylon, plastic, lining, foil and cardboard... etc. Not to mention large transportation boxes and containers and this is not a problem for them, but taking few extra nylon bags is a "waste". From now on, and hear this Costco, you'll be the last place I shop at, watch my bill decline from 12k$ last year to pennies.

For example, they have a drug and health section. Then there's your household clothes and items. There is a computer area. Then you have meat, cheese, a frozen food area. Nice size store that never has enough parking spots. Conveniently located between 2 highways, Costco Kelowna is ready to offer its customers most of the products that other Costco from larger cities could. The waiting lines to get in are currently less than 2 minutes. Compared to 20 minutes (norm) last few months and 45 minutes (the longest) I waited to get in the store in January, 1- 2 minutes are nothing. Same goes with the lines for check-out. It used to be up to 30 minutes. Currently is about 5-10 minutes. I'd like to see one or two tables where customers could eat the ordered food. At this point is all "to go". I'd also like to see changes in customers contact through phone. It's been more than six months since I keep trying contacting the store (if I had a question about diferent products avsilability), but no one picked up the phone. It was inconvenient, as I had to personally go there, wait on the long waiting lines to get in and check for myself on a product or 2, and perhaps more people on the floor available to assist answering questions and helping people buy heavy items. Other than that, the store is clean, neat and could have the staff here is friendly. ????. Way to go, Costco

I can't believe Costco hire such a rude person! We went there as a family but we wanted to split the bill. So we payed our part and passed our EXECUTIVE CARD to my brother. Suddenly the cashier with the rudest behavior ever, started calling her store manager about why we passed the card and its illegal!! Alright, is it illegal to use the same card for people who LIVE in a same apartment and they are family? EVEN if it's illegal(which is not), are you supposed to talk to your clients like we are in a prison and have criminal records? AFTER talking a lot with store manager, the accepted to sell to my brother, and the cashier told him you need to pay IN CACHE !!! I can't believe my eyes! we have Costco membership for 6 years and it was the first time having this problem!

I've been to a ton of Costco's all over North America. Although they look the same, there are differences! This one is okay, but definitely not in the top 10 or even top 100. Washrooms are horrible, gross actually. I am sure the new one will have better ones once it is built. At least I hope so. Staff we okay, very grumpy compared to other locations which makes me sense the management here are not quite as in touch. A lady working the floor scrubber was incredibly amazing, so friendly and talkative. Made me sense a real feel of pride working here.

Costco Located at Rue Du Marche: Very different than other Costco Stores. Lousy Customer Service. We came to return our daughter's vacuum cleaner she got when she bought her house 2 months ago, we bought her a more expensive powerful vacuum as $600. Even though we had the receipt & the membership number they wouldn't take it back, and started finding excuses. The first employee at the customer service was helpful but his supervisor refused to authorise the transaction. He said we didn't have a receipt, he didn't know we had already shown it to the first guy. We showed him the online receipt as this was an online order. Then the next excuse he found was that we didn't have the same visa card. We asked to speak to his superior, when he came he told us the same thing. We told him we don't need a refund in the Visa and we don't mind a cash card to use as we always shop at Costco. He still refused, and told us he could get into trouble for doing that. I told him I doubt it as this is the first time I come across a Costco that has a different policy. I remember last year my husband went in to this same store with a backpack and was shocked when they told him to leave his backpack, this was the first time since 1992 that we were asked that. My husband refused and told then he will not do that.

I regularly shop at 3 Costco locations on the island, and this is my least favourite. Parking is always difficult and there is almost always traffic to get in and out of the parking lot. The checkout lines are also always very long. They do not carry as wide a variety of organic goods as the one in Pointe Claire or downtown and the store almost always runs out of organic milk and eggs on the weekends. They do have a pharmacy and the location is actually close to other stores, unlike the other 2 locations.

Super busy store with long line on the cash. Punch of cash are closed. They should open more cash when it is busy. They just try to organize it more to look more appealing while the problem are still there. Other Costco store they have the same number of cash open while less people lining up to pay. If you have more customers invest more and hire more people to serve the extra customers you have. The policy of saving money and pushing your employees to give more while you attract more customers is not anymore a good strategy. They have competition between cashiers: who is the fastest by counting the number of items scanned per unit of time and how many customers served per unit of time. You are pushing your employees to act like a machine and lose their human character. Rethink of your plan how to please custmers and make them wait less time on cash and get them more penches to have their food in your canteen. The canteen is another problem. Same number of penches in other stores and more customers visiting this branch. You need to balance between the number of customers your are serving and your assets ( employee, space, stock ,etc)

Avoid this location for the following reasons: Parking is always very difficult and dangerous - layout mixes pedestrian traffic with driving lanes. Lineups at cash will extend into aisles and typically have you waiting over 20 min while elbowing and jostling for space within hordes of frustrated and aggressive people. Products are inconsistent and often unavailable. Not much space to eat. Terribly crowed. People wait like vultures to snag a table. Very unpleasant and stressful. It might be difficult finding a parking spot and you might have to wait in line for 10 or 15 minutes but this is trivial when you look at everything Costco offers. First of all, the workers are excellent. Everything from the cleanliness of the store to the price of the items are incredible. Just be prepared to spend a little more time there than you would at another big box store. And don’t forget to get that cheap hot dog and fries.

This is in relation to the tires center. The employees are very friendly and take the time to explain all of the details. However, my appointment for a simple tire change was at 6PM and it is now 8:45PM and I still don't have my car. They did inform me when I arrived that they were running 2 hours behind, but I don't have the time to make another appointment and come back. This will be the last time I come here for a tire change.

i don't like shopping here ...clients walk around like zombies going every which way with their carts and running in to you. in addition there is usually also an epic line at the cash. The parking lot is a free for all but not as crazy as the stores' on mills street. The deals are good though, if you don't mind buying in large quantities. Great hot dogs if you don't mind taking your daily salt hit with one dog.

The parking lot alone deserve a one star rating. Two entrances one exit, only one way to reach the exit but no indications. All the other ways are blocked by red road blocks. No places to make uturn so if the lot is full...you navigate going backwards. Spoke to the manager about it...did not care a bit. Yet didn't look surprise.

This Costco truly doesn’t live up to the standards at the Costco in the region. I’ve posted a review about the Costco in Laval where the service is truly outstanding and the staff has always been very helpful. I’ve been a Costco member (previously Club Price) for 31 years and visit there warehouses about once a week. I was looking for a pair of binoculars for my son. This warehouse is supposed to have 37 in inventory, they usually have an accurate inventory. I visited this warehouse on December 23rd and they said it was on a palet somewhere and they couldn’t take it down because there was too many people and it would be unsafe. I went back on the December 24, they gave me the same story. I went back on February 8th at the opening, They gave the same story again ! This time the warehouse was empty and they still didn’t want to take it down ! They gave me the number of other Costco who had it in their inventory and told me to call the store to find out if it was on the floor. I think they are simply lying and don’t know when the binoculars are located. They think that their customers are idiots ! The Costco in ville St-Laurent truly doesn’t live up the standards. Costco should take a closer look at what goes on this warehouse !

They have a wide selection of stuff as any other Costco would. The cafeteria is good as well. I mostly go for the glasses and the service is good even if it's to get my frames adjusted one and and half years later. I don't think you need the membership card to get the glasses, not in the West-Island one at least because they're a separate entity(?). Non designer glasses with "everything" lenses (anti reflective coating, etc.) will cost you about 200$.

This review is for their tire centre service. The staff is apparently unable to deal with the number of booked appointments since we waited 4 hours for a change of wheels, which we were told would last about 1 hour. After we left our car to them, they forgot to work on our car for a while and when they did work on it, they put the wrong set of wheels. After that, they put the old bolts on the new wheels, telling us we never brought the new bolts. They then realized somebody put the box of new bolts in a corner and forgot about them. The staff was not rude or impolite, but the whole place is very disorganized.

The line we were on had a cashier, a supervisor of Arab descent, who spoke very rudely to two members of our party on Nov 4, 2018. The Costco member had an emergency and left us with his card to pay, after making a ridiculously long line. The supervisor was belligerent and made a scene in public about use of the card without the member present. It was uncalled for and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! That is not the culture we are accustomed to here and recommend your supervisors receive a training in communication skills, service excellence, and cultural awareness, in hopes attitudes will change for the better, as in the case of the supervisor we had the displeasure of dealing with!!!

A wonderful place to shop for all your needs! Costco sells a wide range of organic bulk foods and has a variety of foods for all dietary requirements, including some gluten free options. The staff here are super helpful in navigating your way around the store while still keeping a safe distance. When I was there the store is very clean and over 90% of the shoppers and staff are wearing masks and keeping their distance. They provide masks and hand sanitizer at the entrance, free of charge. If you need to shop in the optical department you should first book an appointment to avoid waiting in line.

First when it comes to Quality they always have the few best options and stock, when you choose for the best in the market you can always rely on Costco for that. Then with pricing they are also mostly the cheapest in the market. Even though you can probably find some items cheaper in different stores but overall they will beat most of the stuff. The helpfulness of the staffs and the service is definitely also a great bonus for Costco.

This is wholesale store to make you purchases. However, I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers there. All I did was go to service desk to ask a question as I was visiting Montréal from Toronto. When I returned to go to my family she stopped me and said she wanted me to go around and reenter the shopping center. I explained to her that my family is right there and I just was asking a question to the service. She was rude and said I don't care you need to wxit and reenter the store you can't cut through the cashier. I ignored her after I saw she's not understanding me and I went to my family anyways.

Costco in Pt Claire - I echo other complaints about parking and cashiers. It's a good deal if you're buying for a family of 6 or 7 people. Costco also has the annoying habit of stocking a product for a few weeks, then it disappears. Guess the markup is too small. For the most part, this Costco is like any other Costco, with the exception that in their Quebec stores, they carry BEER! I picked up a 60 pack of Bud Light cans for a little over $60 Canadian dollars! In Ontario, where the nanny state taxes everything they can, the same number of cans would be well over $100. Typical Costco, a fight to find parking and to navigate the isles. Disappointing bakery, 1 day to expiry dates and 4 days from made on date so not very fresh baked goods. Useless, slow, and rude cashiers that think they are better and know more than anyone else and needed to be told to shut up. The baggers and stock people are the nicest and most helpful people in this location. Even though this is the closest Costco to me, I will be going to a different, further location next time.

During weekends the shop is overcrowded and the queue for the billing will be very long. So it’s better to go shopping on weekdays. The promotions are good. The small food counter near to the billing area is very good as you can fill your stomach with less money. There are a good collection of dressing materials.

I go with my husband and the cashier will always make some kind of snide remark that the membership is for one person only and that we can't purchase together. Should my children and I get a membership as well ??? since apparently we are only allowed to buy enough to feed my husband bc he's the cardholder??? Disgusting that the staff here feel the need to be disrespectful on the daily, pandemic or not.

Have an alright experience each time, we go almost every week as we love the poutine and hot dogs. Employees are typically friendly enough and no matter how long lines are we typically get through them faster than expected. One time had an associate at self check out be very rude to me because I had to do two separate transactions. I was in with my husband and asked him for the credit card we share and she got mad and said I had to pay. I told her “okay, I will” because I was confused as to what she was saying. She said again that I SPECIFICALLY have to pay because it was my membership. I told her we are married and share finances on the credit card so I am paying, just not enough on my debit card and she flat out ignored me the entire time and even when I apologized and said have a good day, brushed me off completely. 0 sign of any customer service after the incident.

The store it’s self is awesome, but an employee named Marla was awful. My roommate and I went to Costco a couple weeks ago and tried to skip the line with our healthcare worker badge. Marla freaked out saying how my friend just can’t bring people and the skip the line only works for yourself… She had her one-year-old and six-year-old with her. I also work with her and I am a healthcare worker as well. Our work doesn’t give out badges anymore, so I tried to show a paycheck. I explained how the paycheque shows the date being a couple days before and the badge could be from 10 years ago. She said she had to go get someone and walked away and Very loudly under her breath said “oh my god”. Super rude lady. The other lady let us go through.

Excellent service from the Tire Shop. I was visiting from out of town and noticed a puncture on Sunday. Costco were able to squeeze me in at short notice and repair my tire quickly. A competitor said it couldn't be patched and recommended a new tire. Costco reexamined the tire and repaired it! Helpful, knowledgeable, and timely service. Strongly recommend.

As it was late morning there were lots of customers so the tills had lines backing off of them but the wait was only about 15 minutes. Overall, it was the experience I expected.

I walked in and I was putting on my mask before entering. The lady at the front told me to wear it properly when I wasn't even finished putting it on. Second time I go , my partner had our Costco Card. I got denied access because she thought I didn't have a card. I was explaining It was with my partner who was just ahead of me. As I was talking my mask started to slip.I was adjusting it literally within a second. ( Did not even slip below my nose yet )but I had someone yet again telling me to wear a mask properly. I am not a difficult person, I do like confrontation, I was wearing my mask properly both times. I Used to love Costco but I will start going someplace else as the staff make me feel uncomfortable. They care so much about covid but they grab our phones at the till because they don't have proper scanners? Ridiculous !

As usual Costco once again came through with the great sales and the extra care taken to protect staff and the public alike. However, parking spaces are still at a premium, we just park wherever there is an empty spot and hoof it, much less frustrating than driving around for ten minutes looking for one close to the entrance! We are missing the free food samples, but we understand Costco's predicament with liability and the pandemic. Feel sorry for the people who show these samples, must make for a long day!

Costco generally has been a good place to shop. They get you through the tills very quickly. As you proceed to exist they review you bill and if something is missed like paper towel, which they tell you to leave at the bottom of your buggy, they stop you and tell you that the this item was not payed for and to step to the side. While you are waiting people are going by and commenting "what did you do trying to steal". Then when someone finally shows up all they say to you is "follow me". They take you to the back where now you can pay for the item they missed. No apology just a blank stare. I have never been made to feel so embarrassed for something I did NOT do wrong. I think moving forward, before I pay I will review my bill to ensure nothing was missed. I do not want to be put in that position again.

Till now I had had two extremely rude French speaking cashiers throwing insults when giving service in English. If you decide to work in one industry, you are committed to satisfy the requirements. No one owes you anything, you are here to feed yourself and whoever need to be fed by you, so just behave like a normal adult. If you cannot even do this, get another job and learn to have some decency. There are many more who are no less than qualified as you who also need/deserve this job.

I've been going to this Costco for over 10 years and it always offers a great selection. The first thing that comes to mind is the great quality of meats (quantity vs quality vs price). I'm always amazed at how efficient they are at the cash register. The lineups look long but only end up taking a few minutes. It can get crowded but a minor nuisance.

I am so disappointed with the poor variety of cheeses, cold cuts and breads. Costco sells at an even higher price than local grocers and the specials are so rare and far in between. All you see is specials on limited brands of tooth paste or tooth brush, discontinued facial creams, soaps and body options that sell at even lower prices and ate available at the dollar stores. I could go on. I'm thinking of cancelling my membership.

This Costco location is quite small. I am unable to find most of the products that I see shared on social media at the larger stores. It can get quite busy during mid morning. As in line ups from the tills all the way to the back of the store. I'd recommend going either as soon as they open, or go after 6pm, when there isn't as many shoppers. The cafeteria has some of the best fries I've had! I like the convenience of the self serve kiosks at the cafeteria. You can get a huge slice of pizza as well. Overall it's okay. I hope they can build a bigger store when they move locations in Kelowna.

There are two things that draw me to the Kelowna Costco: the arguably best return policy in the world and the $1.50 Costco hotdogs. With their return policy Costco really stands by their products and avoids selling junk unlike a lot of the other big box stores. As for the hot dogs, well they may give you some unholy burps but are worth it. For a few years now however, the Kelowna Costco location has been too small for the rapidly increasing population that it serves. It can be difficult to find parking during peak times and that the store often feels crowded. They did recently implement self-serve checkouts which helps if you have a small purchase and don’t want to wait forever in the lines. Fortunately, Costco will be moving to a much larger location near the Superstore, with more parking and even a gas bar. I look forward to reviewing the new location once it is up and running.

This is a good Costco location. Wish that this location would also offer gas service like some other locations, but otherwise it is always a productive visit to Costco. My wife and I have attempted to shop here for years, we have held a paid membership forever and have recently decided to stop shopping here forever. We will be cancelling our membership and will never be back. Each time we go in, we are attacked by employees. Today it was the receipt checker who told my wife she caused a "cufflufle" because the receipt checker couldn't find one of the items we had purchased on the receipt. Last time we were there, I walked in with my wife and staff attacked me this time, yelling at me that they didn't see my membership before entering the place and I couldn't come in. My wife showed her membership beforehand and I was there with her, right beside her. The time before that my wife went to the food area and purchased food, my daughter wanted a cup to share some water so my wife went to get one. The plastic cups were sitting out by the registers for people to use and when my wife took one, an employee ran out from behind the counter and yelled at my wife that she was stealing and had to pay the $0.10 for the cup. Every time we go there we get attacked by incredibly rude employees with no education or training. Costco is now in our rear view mirror for good. I'd rather shop at the local penitentiary.
