My husband and I were very hesitant to buy a new RAV 4 because of past experiences with high pressure salespeople . We were very fortunate to deal with Jim Quirk. He is very knowledgeable of the product he sells and is very patient and thorough. We weren't pressured to buy at any time. Jim found us exactly what we wanted. I brought in my 16’ Toyota Corolla to get my engine light turned off. I called beforehand and they told me it would be a free service since I have warranty for five years. After I got off the phone I brought my after 2016 Toyota Corolla excepting it woul be free. I was actually forced to pay 135.00 to clear the engine light, they didn’t even tell me why it was on in the first place. But 135.00 TO CLEAR AN ENGINE LIGHT?? When my car is under warranty. Slow times bring desperate measures. I won’t be back. Terrible customer service.

Front Staff were unhelpful, short in their responses and passed the issue back and forth across departments with noone even attempting to work out a deal. Unbelievable RIP OFF!! Was charged $2000 plus for a new clutch that wasn't changed from the original. Then treated horribly that we shouldn't have come to them in the first place Just AWFUL

Bought a new car service was great even stayed late to work around my job but unfortunately the service after was not the greatest so in short if you buy new use the free services then take it to the ma and pa shops

Took my car in to get winter tires on and a checkup and was offered a shuttle service to wherever I wanted to go. I declined the service and stayed there. The showroom and bathroom were spotless and all staff were wearing masks. My car was returned to me in a reasonable time, they also replaced a sensor that was on recall, and it was sparkling clean!!

We went to Toyota today to look at the Highlander. After doing our research we felt it best suited our needs. We were upfront with the sales person and he insisted we needed a 4Runner to meet our needs. Before we test drove the car I was honest that I felt the sticker price would be too high for our budget yet he had us test drive it despite my insistance that we wanted to try the Highlander. In the end although we liked the 4Runner it was more then $100 a month out of our budget and the trade in offer on our current SUV was lower then any other dealership we looked at including another MacDonald dealership. We still didn't get to test drive the Highlander which is what we went in to look at! I left feeling like we wasted close to two hours of our time. We won't be returning.
