When I bought a car here in 2018, I was disappointed at the service because of the dealer's dishonesty. I found the problem and pointed it out to the dealer. I can still remember the embarrassed look on his face vividly. I could had canceled the contract, but I just bought the car anyways, because I prefer Chevrolet brand cars. Why am I giving five stars regardless? This past experience made me hesitate to go to this dealer/body shop in other events, but today I needed a repair, so I contacted the office. The secretary was very friendly and helpful, so making reservations felt like a breeze. I brought the car and the mechanic, Mr. Alain Dubeau came to check on my car, and he listened very well to the story of how I damaged the vehicle, and quickly came up with a solution to fix it. Not long after, he called me over to show me my car, looking good as new. He was very friendly, he has a wide knowledge of cars and repairs, overall, just a godsend. His big smile took away all my worries. I'm glad to have this good experience here. It really helps to forget the past memory of this place. Thank you very much, Mr. Alain Dubeau! I drove there (30 mins.) with my son to go see a specific used car that we found on their website. When we arrived we were told that they couldn't find the keys so we could not see the interior or take a test drive, but that they promised that they would look for the keys and when they found them they would drive the car to our home so we could keep it for 24 hours to test drive it and have a mechanic check it out. The next day they called to say they had sold the car to someone else. Extremely disappointed, we will not be going to that dealer ever again.

My 1997 Cadillac doesn't have many parts available and thus on my last visit their expert mechanics had to get creative. Was there last October to buy a car, negociated my trade in and ended up agreeing on a deal. When reviewing sale contract, I noticed price changed, sales manager added money to the price of the car after we agreed on a price. Once i noticed it, i brought it to his attention and told him i was backing off the deal. This was the worst dealership I have ever been to. The service was awful! The sales rep was fantastic, the trade-in manager was also very knowledgeable. The finance lady wasn't organized. When it comes to an investment like this, I like to feel comfortable making the purchase.... but I did not. She didn't print off the right form, so I had to wait for her to print the right one.... then she didn't fill the correct form out properly so they asked me to come back to re-sign it. Then she forgot to change my plates... that was another day delay.... An absolutely awesome experience at the collision centre. Had to take in my car to repair not-at-fault damage to my trunk and rear light. The manager in the collision centre humoured me by allowing me to practice my French and was very nice. I dropped off the car Monday afternoon and got it back Wednesday afternoon, so very quick repair time (and in the time estimated). Also, I notified them that I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Not only did they put a plug in it for free, but they cleaned the interior and exterior of my (VERY) messy car. It was such a nice surprise. I am very glad that they are a preferred garage of my insurance company. Would definitely, definitely go back.

That said, i am happy with the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 crew 1500 I purchased, just irritated as some of the finer aspects of closing the deal. Nous avons fait une démarche auprès du proprio de Surgenor qui ne nous a jamais rappelé, nous avons fait une démarche auprès du service à la clientèle de Chevrolet. Le tout a durée plus de 1 1/2 mois pour finalement se faire répondre par le service à la clientèle que le Directeur Régional et le concessionnaire n'étaient pas en mesure de rendre un décision car les photos n'étaient pas claire?!?! Je dois maintenant me rendre chez un autre concessionnaire pour refaire la démarche au complet...tout un service!
