Buyer beware. This does not seem like a reputable dealership. Looking at the reviews here and on their Facebook page, I noticed nearly all the positive reviews are from people with only one review (suspicious?). A friend of mine had a very negative experience here. I have seen the documented conversations as well as the (unsigned) form with errors. The dealership's response to my friend's review is not consistent with those documented conversations. Based on the personal experience of my friend as well as a look through their page, I would not trust this dealership.

I wanted to purchase the 2012 Hyundai Accent and was a serious buyer , placed a deposit received a receipt date back in December 2020 (due to receptionist not being there ) with the car being named as a 2013 Hyundai on the receipt (again due to the fact the receptionist was not there ). The owner messages me telling me the car was ready for pickup , when i went there on the same day this message was sent to test drive the car , he was hesitant to give me the keys because his excuse was that i was a G2 driver but i had a friend with a full G and more than 5 years experience accompanying me . We took the car for a drive and the whole experience was frightening as I literally felt the wheel was going to come off and a constant loud clicking (that he said would be resolved as i continued drive ) I asked to view the safety certificate, he didn’t show it to me because he made up some excuses about having to get my name on it and all and all i was asking was to see if the repairs had been done and if it was ready for this so called pickup that he mentioned . After a horrific experience I asked for my deposit back of 1000 dollars and he refused saying it was non refundable , when i did not sign anything that stated this let alone get an official correct reciept and basically refusing to give me my money back when clearly this vehicle was not properly inspected and repaired , He told me I could take him to court of which I will because i have all the conversations and a witness and the fake reciept that I was given.PLEASE AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! I have seen that the owner has responded to my review and would like to clarify that : 1) No paint Job was done and as far as I know I don’t think any repairs were done as he did not show me proof when I asked . 2) I did not SIGN any deal or agreement as well as receive a valid receipt for my deposit. 3) He also claims I came with the intention to not buy the car , which is incorrect. I was very much interested in buying the vehicle but was disappointed by the test drive and the lack of promised repairs .

I saw ad on Facebook for Ford Fiesta 2012 and the millage was 78K and it will be my first car. I went there and the owner was so friendly and smooth i told him i want the car on Ad he told me here the car so i told him i want to make a test drive. I found the motor had a sound so i told him he told me dont worry we make inspection and the government will make the report so i told him okay. He told me leave 2000 as a deposit and he didn’t show us the contract until we transferred the contract I didn’t notice why he keep the contract in the laptop until we finish transferring the money. Then after we transfer he gave us the contract and told me to sign then i left after two days i looked in the contract i found that the car millage is 240,000 and he faked us i went to him again and i told him i told you i need the 78,000 car i am going to work with the car he told me no the car is 24000 so you have two option either we can take 1000 from the deposit or to choice another car and all the car at the place are rubbish and i told him please i dont have money i worked all the previous period to have a car. I told him give me the car with 78,000 millage he told me i sold it. But i found ad on facebook after i left by an hour with the car. The truth is that there is no 78,000 car at him he just fakes this until someone took the 250,000 car. He scammed me for 1000 because i am new at the country. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل. عند الله تجمع الخصوم. و انا مش مسامح

I went there to buy Volkswagen 2011 then I deposited 1thousand . we decided that he has to bring it for safety . When they did safety car was need more than 6thing to fix that means car is damaged . When I did car fax was very different than what he showed . Accident damage and the backup kilometre. He refused to give me refund while I did not sign paper for non-refund deposit . I have to report this to better business build . I will make sure that I teach you extra lesson . What kind of business they can’t give refund for people ? I have all evidence and receipt . Don’t waste your time for going there except if you wanna loose your money and get junk car. Unfair service and thieves people over there

Worst place I ever dealt with and I bought over 40 cars. Sold with fake provincial inspection. Owner/operator wont be accountable for anything. Very dishonest person... Suv paid 3300$ didn't take more than 2 days for multiple warning lights to come up on the cluster and for the engine to stall randomly

My friend is a first time car buyer and was interested in buying a 2012 Hyundai with Primocar. I had gone with her to take a look at the car and we both were uncertain about her purchasing it due to its conditions - just from looking at it, the car had some minor rusting and other external imperfections. It was clear that the owner knew that my friend was a first time car buyer, and instead of being helpful and understanding of her wanting to take time in making her decision, he took advantage of this and kept pushing a sale. The owner explained that the car had to be safetied in Ontario before the purchase could be continued. He said that my friend could take her time in making her decision, that the car would be safetied in Ontario in 4-5 business days, and pushed for her to place a $1000 deposit fee. After paying the deposit fee, but still not being certain about purchasing the vehicle, my friend asked to test drive the car when getting a message from the owner that the car was ready to be picked up. Again, I came along with my friend for the test drive and the car felt very unsafe. The owner kept making excuses for the condition of the car after claiming it had been safetied and fixed up. The exterior imperfections were still there and when confronted about them, the owner said that he still had to send the car out for maintenance. This was inconsistent with his message about the car being ready for pick up, which brought up even more concern about closing the sale. My friend had never signed any paperwork about a non-refundable deposit or a final sale (mainly because she was still uncertain about purchasing it). After test driving the car and explaining her concerns to the owner, he still insisted that they would make the fixes necessary and refused to provide my friend with proof of the work that he claimed was done on the car. This was what convinced my friend to discontinue her interest in purchasing the vehicle. When she returned home after the frustrating experience, she asked the owner to return her deposit as she was no longer interested in buying the car. The owner refused, claiming that there was a deal signed about a final sale and non-refundable deposit when that was not true. I am appalled by the service at Primocar. The owner is deceptive and inconsistent, and it is clear that this company cares only about taking your money rather than customer satisfaction.

Owner total looser , I paid deposit and did deal with him verbally about time for pick up car , he sold car to other after I left for more profits, stay away do not! trust ! They can use your money and others in same time and then play stupid with refund later days , but god knows how many other people was used and with out shame deceived!

Total rip off they used paint to cover the engine light the spare tyre is no good got the vehicle check by a mechanic it needs 12g in parts and work the owner has no manners I don't know how people still go there and when I went to collect my winter tyres he told I would get them in October what a looser I think there is enough people who have been tricked by this to make a case
