Overpriced vehicles for subpar customer service experience and a zero-enthusiasm attitude towards selling. I went in a few days ago to test drive one of their preowned cars I had been eying. The car was in good shape and as described; however, the sales associate seemed to be not having it at all (I shall refrain from putting up his name on here). His interaction with us was very dull and minimal, made me feel awkward and question my choice to be at that dealership several times. I had a trade-in as well that was appraised at other dealerships for twice as much they had offered me - don't be fooled by that! Seems like a tactic they use to make you settle for less. I have been to numerous dealerships just in the past month and the sales associates constantly went above and beyond and tried their best to offer exceptional service; this is not them. They even promised to follow up with me but never heard back from them. My advice? staff need to be better trained on how to properly interact with customers and your appraisal system need to be reevaluated altogether, it's just ridiculous as is.

Got my summer rims and tires from the service department. I had shopped around and they had a great price for the tires and the labour. I had booked in advance, but when one of my current tires had a blow out, they squeezed me in early and had me back on the road the same day I had dropped it off.

I traded in my previous car, and Rubens (Director - Used cars Department) offered me a high and fair value, which made easy to choose the new car I really wanted. I really appreciate their integrity and honesty. Francine from financing was very kind and respectful, my credit approval process was smooth and very quick. Do not purchase here. Staff is very friendly to your face, but they will hamstring you and lie at their first opportunity. Bought a car in 2020 and they are still refusing to honour that contract to fix the rust they said they were going to and have run me in circles since then. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

Although my experience here started off EXTREMELY rocky (their representative Sandra would never return calls/emails, and didn't seem interested in my business at all), Line made my experience so amazing that I would have to say it made up for the months of waiting on Sandra. Car was damaged in February by City of Gatineau snow plow, and so City of Gatineau was paying for the repair (the city personnel were actually FABULOUS to deal with as well) and from March until July Sandra gave me a run-around. Called the place to tell them they lost my business when Line convinced me to give them a second chance and took care of me from A-Z. Sandra's estimated "minimum of 3 day turn around for repair" was recovered by Line, completing the repair in only 1 day.

Very happy , service manager stopped by parts to let me know I didn't need to change the transmission fluid and they checked what maintenance was coming up , very helpful with parts didn't have to run out to check out anything under the hood unlike Toyota ville (hull). Will be buying there again

I bought a Toyota Yaris at Toyota Gatineau at the end of December 2019, the day I received the car after driving a few kilometers and turning the car off, it didn't start again, so I called the CAA who boosted the battery and I contacted the Toyota sales agent. He said the battery will be replaced at no cost. Few days later the battery WAS REPLACED for a new one with a warranty of at least 3 to 5 years. today (13 months later), although I move the car every day, I have had to call the CAA because the battery is dead, I went again to Toyota Gatineau asked them what is wrong with the battery and after looking at the file they said there is no register that the battery was changed one year ago and there is not a warranty. So, they tricked us when we bought the car and now probably we have to buy a new one.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. The moment I picked up my 2016 corolla at the end of August 2020 there has been nothing but problems. During my test drive the salesperson promised to have the sunroof fixed, but when I picked it up on the date of purchase, it was not fixed. I drove to Toyota Gatineau on September 18, sat there for 1.5 hours for them to tell me they did not have the part. I had taken time off work and drove over 1 hour to get there... Even though I sent photos of what was broken, they were still unable to fix it. Oh, and they told me that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED... which I fought them on because it was THEIR FAULT that it was not fixed. So much for a Toyota Certified vehicle. 2 weeks later I still did not hear anything back from the dealer. Upon calling the dealership, they blew me off and said someone would call me. The service I received from this dealership was so unprofessional and nothing but a headache. Nothing was done to fix my problem until I made phone calls to Toyota Canada and the president of the dealership. Their website says they are bilingual which is not true. The finance person can barely speak English which made the process stressful and very difficult to understand. If I knew how this dealership treated their customers, I would have NEVER bought a car from here. I will never buy here again and I will definitely not be having my car serviced here. When you spend this kind of money you expect to be treated better.

Don't by a car from here! Bought a car here, had multiple problems and terrible customer service. The rear view camera was broken and had an issue with the sunroof wind break coming unglued from the car. The mechanic missed both of these in his check - make sure to get the car checked by another mechanic and have them fix everything. I noticed the broken rear view camera right away - I brought it in. I was told that it was still covered under the original warranty and that I should get it fixed on my own. I didn't notice the broken windbreak until late in the summer (Covid-19 and working from home - just didn't use the sunroof). When i contacted the used car manager, Reuben, he belittled me and stated that it wasn't his problem since it has been more than a month. This was literally the most inexpensive thing to fix but these guys would rather have an extra $100 than a satisfied customer, stay away from here if you can.

Took a car for a test drive when I got back they wanted $7300 for a $5988 listing. I was told the car was listed too low, even though it's been listed for more than a week. The price still hasn't been fixed. Seems like a bait. The staff was friendly at least.

Always ask Alex to be your sales and for Krystel to be your finance person and they will take care of you like they took care of us .

I wouldn't buy a car from here if I were you. My sales guy was Kevin and he was very timeley when selling me a car. We got all the paperwork done and everything was great. 2 months later my car breaks down on the highway. I tried to get in touch with Kevin so we could fix this but he ignored 3 separate emails. I had to take my car to a different garage and it turns out it was defective. The garage fixed the car but 1 month later the car broke down due to yet another defect. I called the manager, Reuben, and he belittled me and stated that it wasn't his problem since it has been more than a month. I got flustered and then he said to me that I was "Hungry" and that he is "Eating".

Do not trust this dealership. They are hiding behind the Toyota name. Their posted list of values is smoke and mirrors. Read all the bad reviews; it will give you a good sense of their values and ethics. It pains me that a dealership that acts in a negligent way can continue to have a licence, that there is no accountability. Here’s my story... As part of my purchase it was agreed upon by myself and the dealership that the dealership would provide lightly used winter tires on rims for my vehicle. It turns out that the set they gave me had wrong rims for the tires and for the car model. The diameter of the rims did not fit my car’s axle. I went to get the problem fixed at another garage. They explained that the only thing holding up tires when the rim doesn’t fit are the bolts. When an ill-fitting rim is on the car, the car vibrates, the bolts come loose and the wheel(s) come off. It creates an extremely high risk for accident, and of course possible injury or death for those around the site of the accident. This dealership is negligent enough to give a part that does not properly fit the vehicle for which it is meant. And when informed that they have done so, they do not acknowledge their mistake or apologize for putting you and others at risk, the inconvenience, the extra cost you have incurred for getting the problem fixed (because let’s face it, who would go back to garage that made such a horrible mistake in the first place), not meeting their end of a sales agreement. Reuben is a master salesman and does not hesitate to belittling his customers. He has not acknowledged that as a dealership they have a responsibility to give safe parts or that he would review his dealership’s policies and protocols to insure did this not happen in the future. Wreckless. Of course, he can be...his position does not depend on a license to practice that ensures ethical and safe practices, or does it?! Can his mechanics be held accountable?! Reuben knows that his dealership’s success does not depend on repeat sales with the same customer, therefore he does not need to treat a customer with respect once the sale is finalized. Do not buy a car from this dealership. If you do, protect yourself—make sure that any negotiated additional parts are documented in your contract and that the deal includes the safe installation of that part by the dealership. You will avoid accident, injury and if there are issues with the part, you will not end up paying for a new safe part out of pocket.

I went to my appointment with Toyota to get a piston installed for the glove box of my new 2020 Corolla. This this is a device on the side of your glove box compartment that allows the compartment to open slower rather than fall open. Apparently this small device was not included in my brand new one month old 2020 Toyota Corolla. My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. and never got out of there until 3:45 p.m.. I was in full view of my parked car in the parking lot. I saw the technician install the Piston from 3:00 p.m. to 3:05 p.m. you do the math. I still think the oil changes are faster.

Tried to buy a vehicle and could not get any help from service or sales. All I wanted was the basic information, what are the tire treads at and what are the brake measurements? They told me they have so many vehicles they don't look at any of that until after it is sold. How does that make any sense? How can you sell a vehicle and call it "Toyota Certified" and say on your page "This vehicle has been through a meticulous 160-point mechanical inspection" and then tell me they haven't even looked at tires and brakes? I called service 13 times on Sept 18th and was put on hold over and over and over. Transferred all around to multiple people. Absolutely horrible service! Clearly they don't care about selling

There we met sales representative Mongi Hajbi who was very helpful in discussing our needs and pointing out options consistent with our budget. We test drove a number of vehicles at Mongi's recommendation and ended up buying a car that perfectly met our requirements.
