I live in Gloucester, but I ended up going here because of a search I did online for a used Ford Edge. I will definitely be coming back here first for my next car. Also very professional, there were a few times when we were talking with him when his cell phone was going off, and he didn't even look at it, just silenced it and focused on us. He also really knew his stuff, showing us practical features of the car we were looking at, that we probably wouldn't even find out about otherwise. Dominique in the fincance department was also very nice to deal with, again, no pressure or arguments, but very informative. Pas évident de passer mes journées à me déplacer chez eux, surtout que l'accommodement avec une voiture de courtoisie est limité. Faible disponibilité qui m’oblige à renoncer à mon accès à un véhicule pendant 2 jours le temps qu’on vérifie ma voiture et « trouve et règle le problème ». TRÈS décevant. Avoir su qu’acheter une nouvelle voiture de l’année occasionnerait TANT de problèmes, je n'aurais JAMAIS acheté cette voiture. I bought my Ford Focus from Mont-Bleu Ford. It was an enjoyable experience. There was no pressure and I didn't feel rushed. The Salesperson went above and beyond, listening to what specs I wanted and was able to locating the vehicle. I was even lucky enough to have the Focus delivered to my house.

Put a deposit on a used truck on September 25th, 2018 and when I called back on September 26th and could not get a hold of sales guy and then called back on September 28th to take it to the mechanic to inspect it was told the truck was sold to another person for more money. This is unbelievable as business and customers service. NO call to say other people interested and come in and finalized it. I definitely would NOT deal with this dealership! Deposit doesn't mean anything with this dealership as hold! Talk to sales manager and said we'll refund your deposit as nothing has happened, wasted 3 hours! As you see the response from General Manager finding another vehicle is false as the sale guy was really nice who sent some pictures but no price, I am still waiting since September 28th now it is October 1st for price of replacement Truck!

I like it a lot. It is a very friendly dealership with great service. We have purchased 8 trucks here. The location is a little odd to access but the staff is very kind, understanding and really try to help the customer get what they are wanting/needing. There is a lot of selection of trucks and cars, both new and used. They have lots of onsite technicians to fix your car. You definitely need an appointment if you want life to be simpler. There is a waiting lounge with a TV, reading material, snacks, drinks and Wi-Fi if you have to wait. Or it's a quick walk over to St-Hubert. Accessibility wise (wheelchair, walker, stroller) it's a little hard to get around as there are many doors. The washroom was clean and we'll stocked. My kids always love going to sit and pretend to drive (dream of driving) the cars in the showroom. I recommend this dealership to my friends and family. George jr. is really good at taking care of his clients, even the crazy ones from Orléans. Disclaimer: very few of my reviews are 5* as they have to far surpass every expectation I have.

My husband and I drove 4.5 hrs (Port Perry, Ontario) to buy our car from this dealership because my brother had bought his cars from here and said we would receive great service and price. We did indeed! We purchased a Ford Flex and very happy with the customer service and price. The service department worked through their lunch in order for us to get on the road as promptly as possible! Bought a car from these guys this week. The amount of accommodation they made getting the deal done and driving me back and forth between Ottawa and Gatineau was amazing. Sales staff was very friendly and made the process simple and enjoyable. Would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review for dishonesty of the manager and staff when it comes to selling a vehicle at Mont-Bleu Ford. I test drove a used vehicle that had obvious mechanical and safety issues such as major rust, dragging brakes, No emergency brake, hole in the muffler, broken front and rear bumper and chipped windshield ( not at eye level so not a safety concern) The vehicle had no winter tires but it is mandatory for vehicle to have it in Quebec if sold in winter.... The ad on their website said: "Original plated Quebec, this vehicle is offered to you with the safety and E-TEST for the residents of the province of Ontario and certified for Quebec" The sales person said that the manager has told him the car is sold AS-IS and not satisfied. That's false advertising for you right there... I was going to pay cash for this 2005 Lincoln Town car and didn't need financing but the sales person mentioned right away that there is no financing option for this vehicle. The ad says : We offer 2th and 3 th chance financing - Mont-Bleu Ford, YOUR FORD Dealer in Gatineau/Ottawa region. False advertising # 2 .... The manager also said the vehicle has no history of accident. guess what! FALSE. The car proof ( Provided by the dealer) says it has been repaired at the dealer (Middle Front) due to accident.... I guess they are hoping that you won't read the papers they give you.... Overall the dishonesty i experienced with this dealership and specially the manger (Eric) was outrageous. I would not recommend buying from these guys, if you have to .. do your homework before you walk in cause they are after your pockets.

Went here to look into purchasing a new car; Salesman was probably a newbie as he did not permit me to try the car (a Ford Focus). Returned with my father, and found the client service was OK. The courtesy car service that took my spouse and me to a local shopping center and picked us up provided welcome relief from a wait at the service shop while our vehicle was serviced. That part of the service was at the same level a my experience when I have had my vehicle serviced in the USA (I am an American visiting in Canada for the summer). However, whenever my vehicle has been serviced in the US, my vehicle is returned washed (interior and exterior) and all fluid levels topped up as a matter of routine. This did not happen during this servicing; not even the windshield was cleaned of the considerable insect spatter (the windshield on an F150 is very difficult to reach by anyone under 6 ft tall). Nor was the windshield washer fluid replenished.
Excellent service and communication. I haven't picked up the car yet but I am confident it is as beautiful as it was described. Looking forward to driving my Mustang back to Winnipeg in March.

I did not appreciate my recent experience at Mont-Bleu Ford. I sat in the waiting room for three hours for an oil change, and finally went to find out if my car was ready--and I saw it out the window as I headed for the service desk. If my name had been called I didn't hear it. The man who had taken my keys gave me the wrong keys back with the wrong dossier--obviously not much personal interest there. The waiting room is now at some distance from the service center, and a lot is going on as it is in the car sales area. An effort should be made to call people on the intercom at least twice, and to say their name slowly and distinctly. I could write a book I am so peeved.

We purchased a 2019 F150 Limited from Mont Blue Ford in Dec 2020. During the purchase process a couple minor issues were addressed to everyone's satisfaction. We were pleased with most of the transaction with one exception. After we got the truck home we wanted to install snow tires and rims on it and notice the wheels had lockable wheel lugs. We contacted the dealership to find out if the previous owner who was and still is a Mont Blue customer had the special key to remove the nuts. We were told on the 20th Dec 2020 by Patrick that he will look into it and take care of it. We also left voice messages with a manager requesting assistance. As of this review we have yet to receive any information from Mont Blue Ford regarding the special key or any advice on how to correct the situation. they have not returned our calls or answered our texts. We were not looking for Mont Blue Ford to buy us new set of keyed lug nuts. We just need information on where or not the previous owner still had the special key and any advice on what we need to do to correct the situation. So their after purchase customer care is lacking.

A cet instant, la dame nous a mentionne qu'il y aurait des frais supplementaires pour ce service, car les services de pneus ne sont pas couverts par notre garantie. Je lui ai dit alors de laisser faire car je ne voulais pas de services qui n'etaient pas couvert. Pendant notre attente, la receptionniste est venu nous dire, a notre surprise, que nous avions une crevaison dans le pneu du haut/droit. Elle m'a demande si on voulait le faire 'patcher' pour 45$, mais j'ai gentillement refuse car, comme je lui ai mentionne, j'avais un pneu additionnel a la maison. A ce moment, la dame est retourne a son bureau avec un attitude hostile. Au retour de nos clefs, la receptionniste nous a remis une facture sale de plus de 100$ pour les frais de mains d'oeuvre. A ma surprise, j'etais tres etonne des frais additionnel car je lui avait bien mentionne notre probleme dont on etait venu initialement pour soit la reinitialisation du system, ne sachant pas que nous avions une crevaison. Encore une fois, elle nous a expliquer que les services de pneu ne sont pas couverts par la guarantie, malgre le fait qu'on lui avait mentionne a plusieurs reprises que l'on ne voulait pas des services qui n'etaient pas couverts. En plus de recevoir une attitude tres hostile de cette receptionniste, sa collegue aussi a tente de rentre dans la discussion, fesant la situation extremement humiliante pour moi et ma conjointe. Evidement, nous ne voulions pas payer pour des frais de plus de 100$ pour simplement se faire dire qu'on a un clou dans notre pneu et mettre de l'air dans les pneus (tandis que je peux aller au depanneur du coin et le faire moi meme pour 1$). Encore une fois, nous tentions de leurs expliquer que nous etions pas venus pour un service de pneu mais bel et bien un reinitialization de systeme alors pourquoi etions-nous charger plus de 100$ pour une "main d'oeuvre" dont notre probleme n'etait meme pas resolu. C'est alors a ce moment que la receptionniste a hurler le nom de son supervieur pour qu'il se joind a notre debat. Une autre fois, ma conjointe tentait de lui explique la raison de notre visite et bien evidemment il appuyait ses collegues. Il a alors demande le 'work sheet' a la receptionniste, qui avait d'ailleurs remis nos clefs dans le coffres car elle ne voulait pas nous remettre les clefs en vu de notre debat. A la suite de sa lecture du rapport de service, il a remarque que la receptionniste avait initialement ecrit le service pour enlever les bouleaux mais l'avait rayer d'un trait pour annuler le service. Le superviseur nous a ensuite remis les clefs en disant que 'pour des raisons legales' ils nous remettait nos clefs, sans frais, car il voyait bien qu'ils etaient dans le tord. Je n'ai surtout pas apprecie l'hostilite des receptionnistes et du superviseur, ainsi que leurs frais de service extremement sales. Je ne conseille aucunement Mont-Bleu Ford pour vos service automobiles, a moins que vous aimez l'attitude ainsi que des factures sales!

I don't recommend this place if you're looking to finance a car. I waited a week on an application. My calls were hardly returned and little interest was taken in making progress with my file. I went to another dealer and I had a car the next day. What angers me is that they still haven't called back with a yes or no. XD If I depended on Mont Bleu Ford I'd still be paying for a rental.
UPDATE: Went back Feb 27, 2018 to take delivery of new vehicle. What a smooth process. Staff was waiting for me. I was taught how to work all the electronics of the vehicle. They took as long as I needed and answered all my questions. Everything that was promised leading up to me taking delivery was done. All of it. Super experience. Before you think about buying somewhere else, you HAVE to come here and let them wow you. ****************************************** I went in today (Feb 24, 2018) to test drive a 2015 Fusion SE. I dealt with the used car manager for the entire process. His name is Eric Paquette. It was the most relaxed, no-pressure, buying experience I ever had. He was very helpful, very informed, and answered all my never-ending questions. And I can tell it was a pleasure for him to do so. He seemed genuinely interested in my situation and my questions. I also dealt with Kim Paquette while there. Again....very helpful and very eager to answer all my questions. I went there today with the intent of simply test driving the car. I was in the market for a used/demo 2018 Ford Mustang GT. I was able to locate several on line, but the price from Mont Bleu was the best. I live in Toronto, and was willing to make the trip to Gatineau to get the vehicle provided i was satisfied by the way they did business. I called the dealer and the first person i spoke to was Patrick Scrivener, he was helpful, polite and went out of his way to get my business. I am a tough customer, and i made a lot of requests for information, photos, videos, tire measurements (the list goes on). At all times Patrick provided me with all the information i requested. I was a little apprehensive about buying the car in Gatineau, then having to pay for additional taxes when i brought it in to Ontario. Patrick assured me there wouldn't be any issues and included in the sales contract that Mont Bleu Ford would pay the taxes on my behalf, and certify/register the vehicle in Ontario. Mont Blue Ford is licenced to sell cars in both Quebec and Ontario and they prepared all the paperwork for me, and when i went to the MTO in Ontario, the registration was smooth, and no surprises (although i expected there to be issues as i had never done this before). The lady at the MTO was familiar with Mont Bleu Ford, and said that she had dealt with them regularly and had never had any issues with them, their paperwork or their business practices. In short i just want to say thank you to Patrick Scrivener, Marc-André Leblanc, Dominic and George Petric (the owner - he came to thank me when i purchased the vehicle and was about to leave, it was a very nice touch). Since leaving the car has performed fabulously, and if i am in the market for another vehicle i will go see them, it was worth the drive. Ford dealers in Ontario could learn a thing or two from them. Absolutely horrible. Since I was out of province (Ontario) they said they have to send the ownership in the mail. I called everyday for four days and they still have forgot to send it. Now it won't come till the Monday because of the weekend and I've been unable to drive for a week now. Vehicle wasn't as described and I drove over 3 hours to get it, I let them know to tell me all the details before and they failed to tell me it has been lowered which made it so my current insurance company wont cover it.

For the most part the staff are friendly and helpful. I did not like the sales manager Eric Paquette and actually found him to be quite rude, very unprofessional. I did buy a vehicle from here a couple of years ago, but his demeanor this time around was definitely a big reason why I chose not to a second time around.

Have to say the people at mont bleu are the most helpful friendly people i have ever been in contact with at a dealership . They went above and beyond to get me into my new truck and were in constant contact with me every step of the way . Special thanks to Mario for all the hard work. Nov 16, 2015 - To Josh You experienced something similar to me. Mont-Bleu Ford is very adamant to ''serve'' you but once you leave the courtyard it becomes extremely difficult to get in touch with them. They just don't care. As you say, they won't return calls and if you go directly, they will just act as if you were responsible !!! This place is really not customer oriented. After, they broke ''all'' my locknuts, they just parked my vehicle outside and waited for me to show up to tell me they could'nt change my tires because the lock nuts broke, but that ''service'' was free !!! I thought it was a joke. I had to take another appointment if I wanted them to fix it. There is more, but I'll just leave it there. Ford told me they had had bad experience/comments from this dealer, but that they could'nt do much for me. Now I go at Dupont Dupont Ford on Saint-Joseph and their service is outstanding. They even have a drive thru.
From the first moment I entered, the service department was polite and professional. Sophie was very welcoming and she set up my appointment as I required. Given my busy schedule this was important to me. The recall was done as promised and in timely fashion. Follow up calls from Martin the service advisor, before and after the recall was done, were precise and informative, all questions were answered. Everything was very smooth and easy. While trying to avoid an accident I had to stop on the edge until the most stops 1 hour later ... It could have been very dangerous and the comis on duty seemed to give a damn! I strongly advise against buying a Ford vehicle unless you want to find yourself in the garage very often. I would buy another Chevrolet long before! Same as my 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt, after 6 years, worked better than my 2014 Ford Focus after 1 year ... J'ai pris le plan d'entretien de 5 ans à l'achat et je réalise maintenant que ca ne vaut vraiment pas le prix! Le plans d'entretien coûte environ 2500$ et cela couvre les changement de pneus, changement d'huile, changement de freins et les essuis glace (au 6 mois...) etc... En 4 ans ils ont changés mes freins arrière une fois et fais un changement d'huile et pneu 2 fois par année... sans compter les fois au garage pour réparer d'autre problème qui ne sont pas couvert par le plan et qui sont un défaut de production comme la Clutch qui brise à rien sur une automatique en plus (une transmission manuel gérer automatiquement par l'ordinateur). Prendre le plan d'entretien est la pire décision de ma vie (acheter une Ford aussi)!!! La dernière fois que je suis aller au garage, j'ai demandé qu'ils changes mes essuis glace parce qu'ils fonctionnais très mal. Ils n'ont pas voulus parce que la dernière fois qu'ils les avais changé c'étais il y a moins de 6 mois de cela (ca fesais environ 5 mois). Un jour j'ai du me rendre à Québec qui est à 5 heures de chez moi et il à commencer à pleuvoir très fort et mes essuis glace son rester pris au milieu du pare brise... En essayant d'éviter un accident jai du arrêter sur le bord le temps que la plus cesse 1h plus tard... Sa l'aurais pu être très dangereux et la comis au service avais l'air à s'en foutre carrément! Je déconseille fortement l'achat d'un véhicule Ford sauf si vous voulez vous retrouver au garage très souvent. J'achèterais une autre Chevrolet bien avant! Même que ma Chevrolet Cobalt 2008, après 6 ans, fonctionnais mieux que ma Ford Focus 2014 après 1 ans...

I was initially going there to see a Mustang they had for sale on their website for over a week. Upon arrival the seller told me they didn’t have the car yet... so they are basically selling used cars they don’t have. I wanted to talk numbers to see what they could do as its winter and I am looking to buy a summer car. The seller didn’t want to move the price one cent. You cannot negotiate there... The seller kept telling me about the price per month I could get his vehicle at and how much of a bargain this was but all I kept asking was the real numbers... (Interest rate, msrp, real price, taxes, etc.) Towards the end of the discussion the seller was getting a bit aggressive and even started to shout at me to try to convince me that”It’s a good deal” At this point I left. I was really uncomfortable and I felt pushed too much. I ended up buying a Mustang somewhere else. I am not writing this comment to promote another dealership but to share my experience therefore I will not disclose where I got the car. I am really unsatisfied of the service and will never put a foot in this place again. Do not recommend.

Devon was able to track down multiple vehicles that fit my requests and had everything put together and delivered in 3 days, even with the current complications and social distancing.
