Hi my name is Daniel i bought a car from you march 9th 2016 a brand new 2016 honda civic touring amazing car BUT since the first day i bought my car from you ive had problems ive had to bring my car in because of a problem with the radio and its still on going. At this point ive brought my car in ruffly 7 times not including my next appointment on the 21 st of june for the same DAMN problem that they tell me is fix EVERY DAMN TIME i get my car back.... I bought my car at Lallier Hull bought the car off Joey Levert who said he takes care of his clients and that he is in it for the long HAUL the guy is a two face he sold me the car has never followed up with me to ask me if every is going good not even once talk about a salesman lol its a joke i was even looking into having my girlfriend buy a CRV because of how AT FIRST he pitched everything to me but now after all these problems and having to wait and WASTING MY MONEY on gas to bring my car to Lallier every other week is unacceptable.. Im Unhappy at the lack of service and all i want is the CAR i paid for and not a LEMON that i have to bring in EVERY DAY You need to help me cause my next step is going to be pasting this to my wall on facebook to show the lack of customer service im getting and having to bring a brand new car in 7 times + the next one again ... Compensation and even fixing my issue would be great for starters since ive had to bring my car in so many times that ive for sure burnt my tanks of gas for an issue you should of fixed the first time and not dragging this on for 3 months on going. When we get to the dealership after traveling 200 kilometers they just said `Sorry`that car had been sold yesterday, we have other similar cars to show you. No phone call, no email, nothing. We bought a new Honda Fit 2013 back in October of the same year, at Civic Motors in Ottawa. However, we have been having issues with the car and we asked if we could bring it to the dealership closer to home to have it looked at. The issue at the moment was that our Check Engine light was turned on after we had the alternator changed. We made sure to check if our gas tank was closed properly, too. We called Lallier Honda, as per Civic Motor's instructions, to confirm that it was okay to bring the vehicle. We made sure to ask the receptionist if the car could be checked tomorrow, and without an appointment. The receptionist confirmed this information, and that they would call us before proceeding with any repairs to confirm everything with us. Well, we got a call this morning. The service manager told us that they could not look at the car today because we did not have an appointment. And no matter how many times we explained our situation, he did not budge, nor offer any solutions (loaner, shuttle, etc.). We are furious. It's the second time we deal with this dealership and receive sub-par service. We are bringing the vehicle back to Civic Motors, who immediately offered us a free loaner car without us asking, and that they will look at the vehicle as soon as possible. Never again will I trust Lallier Honda for any of our cars' needs, even if it was the last option.

I bought a used vehicle at Lallier in Hull (Gatineau) a couple of weeks ago and it was an incredibly positive experience. It was not even a Honda! I was super impressed by virtually every person throughout the process. Lotfi and Fil were top notch on the sales side: honest, helpful and fair, and great to work with. The vehicle was fixed up to a high standard and they stood behind it. When I noticed a noise in the steering a few days after I took possession I brought it back and they happily repaired it no questions asked. The service department experience was one of the best I have seen as well with very friendly people. I would definitely go back to buy a vehicle there, even though I live in Ottawa. I just happen to own a Honda as well and am considering taking my car there for repairs, despite the distance. They earned a big fan from this experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda or a used car.

The car was very very dirty, full of papers and the like and ash in the back seat, the car was not washed from the outside so no way of knowing the condition of the car. Seems to me that if we make an appointment with the Honda head office, that the dealership where the car is located would know and make sure that the car is ready and clean for the test drive and a possible sale! I still can't believe the manager drives this car, puts wear and tear on this car with mileage and use of brakes and more but smokes in this car?!?! I went to see if they could help appease my concern that perhaps a part had come off of my vehicle, and in separate instances an employee from both Service and also from the body shop were willing to come out and reassure me. They said it was not even a Honda part that I discovered on the road near my driveway. Another part of the vehicle that seemed to have a part missing in fact did not. This tells me they did not wish to gauge me or charge me a diagnostic fee, attempting to book me in unnecessarily to simply inspect a part. Not having a bottom line driven motive was very important to me because it seemed to suggest that the dealership’s employees are just trying to do honest work and help Honda customers get the most from their vehicles.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from this location in November of 2018. I am pleased with the result of the transaction - I think I paid a fair price and the financing agreement was reasonable. However, the service I received there was less than adequate. I am not bilingual, and I was paired with a sales representative who did not speak fluent English. This resulted in a number of mis-communications and errors in the paperwork that had to be re-done. Luckily, we caught everything prior to signing the final documents, but it was a frustrating experience. There were also stains on the backseat, which the representative guaranteed would be removed during the cleaning process. Upon pick-up, I noticed this was forgotten, so I left the car with them again for a proper cleaning. In the end, they weren't able to get the stains out. I was offered a free oil change in compensation. I can live with the stains, but it was disappointing to have a guarantee made and then not executed. Overall, I would probably return to this dealership for a future car purchase, but only after researching and selecting a well-reviewed sales representative in advance.

Sharing my story so no one else wont have to deal with a situation like this.Evrything was going well until within a week of driving my so called new car it had 3 major problems plus a alot more problems that I was told by the dealership was normal.Broken ac- when gage set at 20 only 1 vent works correctly,the others at 31,25&28.Vibrating noise in dashboard behind radio screen,vibration and noise in front tires when brakes are applied and all these problems were confirmed by the dealershipt their top technician whiteness 2 of the 3 problems ac and the noise and vibration in wheel while we both went on a test drive.The technician told me he would fix those problems and that even thou he did not witnesses the noise in dashboard for himself he knew what it was and that it only needed abit of glue.Remember this the so called brand new car we still talking about worth $42,000 full deal.I ask both the dealership and honda Canada for replacement car since it's clear that the car is a potential lemon car because if all these problems happened in the 1st week,its not guarantee nothing else will are those same problems can be fixed are even if fixed wont come back.1st I asked the dealership very politely and they said no only thing they will do is fix it under warranty,the manager said to me that I can call honda Canada for myself and he is sure they will tell me the same thing so I did call honda Canada,long story short they said no they wont replace the car and that if the car is been fixed under warranty there is nothing they can do,I said to the girl that personally in my opinion I think it's not the dealership to be blamed because the dealership dont make cars and her exact words were it's not honda Canada responsibility to replace a faulty car it's the dealership they sold the car to me and that's when I called back the dealership to talk to the manager to tell him what honda Canada said and that's when we got into a small argument and he said he wont replace the car not cant he said he wont and ask me who will pay the tax on the new car etc etc so I said to him ok it's my fault why the car is broken because it's not the dealership are honda Canada fault why the car is broken so it has to be my fault then why a brand new 2019 Honda accord sport 1.5 has so many problems within the 1st week of driving the car away from the dealership and that's were I said goodbye and hang up my phone and I think I have all right to be upset after spending $42,000 on a top of the line Honda accord and all these problems.It was the 1st time in my life I bought a brand new car and was very excited and comfortable with the brand and style of car,as I said to both the dealership and honda Canada a new car should not be fixed it should only be serviced and the only time the dealership should see my face was for oil change and change of summer tires to winter tires. Also the car had 188km on it and a new should have the highest 50km at most if not a dealer trade and I dont think it was because the sales man told me he had the car parked in the back when I 1st walked in and told him the type of car am looking for, anyway I managed to get a free oil change after complaining.The day a dropped of my car to be fixed and pick up the loaner, the loaner gas light was onn so I just continued on my way because I was already late for work.On Monday the service called me asking me to come in to pick up my car and drop off the loaner and that 2 out of 3 major problems were fixed noise and vibration when brakes apply & vibrating noise in dashboard but the ac problem need a major parts to change whole ac and heater unit but they had to order it will take around a month.So I called both honda Canada and dealership to ask them to atleast keep the the loaner car until my car is fully fix and %100 like a new car should have been are atleast as near as possible to what a new car should have been like & that am not comfortable driving a defective car that could act up & cost low visibility with all the frosrt in the mornings but the ans was no .

I would highly recommend Lallier’s Honda for purchasing a new car and servicing and repairing any Honda you have I recently brought my 2020 Honda ridgeline in for repairs from an accident and the young lady that worked in the body shop I believe her name was Leanne was very professional and courteous. She helped guide me through the whole process kept me up-to-date on my repairs and the guys in the body shop got my car ready quicker than I expected. And the work is incredible it looks beautiful. I wonder if Lallier realizes the backlash that advertising with GasBuddy is creating? By using an blatantly greedy app provider that now splashes ads across half your entire screen, I remember Lallier, but not in a good way! In the digital and real worlds the greed for profit at the expense of the consumer must be carefully managed lest the perception of consent be applied to the advertiser. Is half the price of my Lallier car their profit???? If Lallier condones the format of their ad monopolizing half my screen at my expense, I will never set footprint be it digital or real on their premises!

Customer service is great. But it seems his techs are able just to clean interior. Last two times I describe my problems and they always can't find them. My CRV does a noise when I crosse the pits, it is very simple to reproduce this problem. BUt they just told a spare wheel loose. So, I spent my money, but the problem was not solved. And with other problem they have no solutions. One star for excellent customer service.
