It was an amazing service! All the staff is very kinds and professional. I was really impressed. So, I bought a car straight away.
I went to get 4 new tires and ask for information on my front rattle. I book the apointment a 8:30 am. I call to ask how things are doing at 12 they say we are working on your tires now i will call you when we are done.at 4:00pm i get a call (were are your nut looks).at 4:30 i artived at the shop nothing done. They said that they waisted 1h lookig for my looks and they ran out of time so i need to book another apointment with a bill of 280$ nothing done. They give me the estimate for the total if 2800$ on next apointment. I took my car to dinawry in gatineau and got everything done for 740$.

Sales manager Serge lafleur has never help with the problem and even try to sell me another truck to make more profit on my back. HATED IT! WORST customer service I've ever ever received! They offered a shuttle service in the am but not in the pm ... and they won't even pay for your taxi. Great to have to pay 30+$ in taxi and then get to the garage and pay hundreds and hundreds!! ... GO TO GM SURGENOR IN OTTAWA INSTEAD *

I purchased a Yukon XL SLT in 2011 and purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle which expired in 2015. I began to hear clicking sounds in the engine in 2012 and brought it to the Lachapelle location (Hull, Quebec) for someone to take a look at my vehicle. The mechanics informed me that there was no problem. Over the years, I kept going back, since the sounds never went away and they still could not find the problem. In November 2015, I went back again and they noticed that there was a "broken screw" in the exhaust manifold. They changed the screw and told me that the vehicle is now fixed. After I started driving it, the sound came back. I went back again to let them know that the problem is still not fixed and they told me to come back in the new year because they were very busy. I informed them about my warranty expiring before 2016 and they told me not to worry, it will still be covered because they will keep my file open. When I went back in January to have them take a look at my vehicle again, they told me that the lifter was the problem and that it is a common problem with the Yukon engines. After they told me what the problem was (after years of trying to figure it out) they told me that my warranty is expired and that I would have to pay to get it fixed even though I went in December and they told me not to worry. I feel like i have been robbed. This vehicle has been serviced by the Lachapelle team since i purchased it. Oil changes were done regularly and the truck has been maintained meticulously. After some research, i found out that lifter problems were common on these engines. This brings me to believe that the mechanics and service personnel at the Lachapelle service centre knew exactly what the problem was and they kept pushing it away so they would not have to do it under warranty. If this is not theft, i don't know what is. I have been driving GM for a very long time, but the way Lachapelle has treated me has convinced me not to buy a GM vehicle ever again. They are very deceitful in their dealings and it was not the first time i felt "robbed" when dealing with them. I have also sent a complaint letter to the president of GM Canada, one to the president of Lachapelle and one to a consumer protection agency. Neither GM nor Lachapelle has even tried to remedy the situation. I strongly recommend to avoid this dealership and their shady auto service department, as they would not hesitate a second to screw you over and take your money.

Costumer service is Horrible 1 : decide to lease my SUV but after the credit check they tell me I have excellent credit but not enough since this is my first car under my name so GM cant approve me, I ask her to reconsidere and they said they would call me back I she never called me back, 2 weeks later I cal and she tells me the bank approved me to buy it so I do. 2: was never told I had 4 free oil changes until 6 months before it expired, they told me to bring my receipt in and they would refund me for my other oil changes but when I got there they said thet could only refund me half of my money because I did not use GM oil, how was I suppose to use GM oil if I didn’t know I had free oil changes, told me I would get my check im 1 month , 4 months later he says its still on its way. Horrible service they just don’t care So to add to this mess, just got back from GMC for them to tell me I will not be getting my money no explanation not even a courtesy call they sent me a free oil change coupon in the mail instead of my 100$

Not impressed with the service , some staff are very nice but the secratary in the body shop has lots to learn, very unprofessional and needs to find a job she's happy with, cause this one is not for her. She cant deal with people. This is their third strike with me. Won't be back there soon. They're suppose to chance my tonner cover on my truck through warranty at the next appointment, cant wait to see if this happen. I was also waiting for the Gm survey that usually get after a service , never received one yet ???? Not a happy customer , can you tell ?
