I was sold a vehicle in June 2019, told it had no accidents although I ended up finding things like the hood had been replaced, missing parts, door panels that were not fixed correctly. I raised my concerns and the dealership still stood by "no accidents". The car fax report was clean, but later noticed it was from 2018! That what they flashed by me. I just got a car fax report from 2020 and it shows it was accident repaired when it went to the auction before it was sold to me. It was even tagged at the auction as "accident repaired" according to carfax. The dealership told me everything was good, but they would have know about this. Total dishonesty. I would recommend buying from another dealership, this type of way to do business is dishonest and misleading to make a buck. So I now have a vehicle that WAS in an accident, so that lowers the value when I am trying to trade it.

J’ai fait une plainte le 28 mars, et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de retour de la part du concessionnaire. Jeep Canada m’a envoyé une lettre froide expliquant que ce n’était pas leur responsabilité et que la garantie était expirée. Je tiens à préciser que mon jeep n’avait même pas 5 ans. Kollbec m’a même appelé pour me proposer un nouveau véhicule et n’était pas dutout au courant de ma plainte et du fait qu’ils ne m’avaient jamais rappelé. Tenez vous loin.

We just bought a Dodge Caravan 2020 from this place. We dealt with Guy Samson (salesman) and George (Owner? or Manager?). They were both amazing. There was also a person that greeted us at the entrance and he was super nice. Once we had decided to buy the Van we were sent to Emile at accounting. We did not feel pressured to get the extended warranty or any of the other products he offered us. All in all, for my wife and I, this was our best experience to buy a car in 12 years. It was interesting. I showed up happy to buy a car which I noticed had some damage in the front right. I was happy with the price because it seemed to take the damage into account. Then I was shown a legal paper claiming the vehicle has not been damaged. The sales individual's voice was very aggressive and pushy when I pointed it out. It wasn't a pleasant situation so I left unhappy that they wouldn't correct the document stating that there was in fact damage. I came back the next day, today as I write this to get the car because I was still happy about the price given that I knew about the damage and knowing I was getting it as is. My ranting went from 5/5 to 2/2 when being pushed to buy a car calming to not have been damaged on paper with a signature when in fact it was. I got this letter from George Assaly, Directeur général. I don't even read French.

Kollbec doesn't have a very good reputation when it comes to their service department, now I see why. Dropped off my wrangler to have them verify a stiff steering after front end work by another dealer. They believe it is normal that the vehicle steering stays pointed in a direction when driving and that you need to manually bring back the steering back to the center after you turn on a corner. Not very knowledgeable about their own product and would not allow me to test drive another wrangler show them the difference. Obvious that they didn't care to resolve this issue. (P.S. No one has followed up, it had been 3 weeks)

Got a car from them - they promised to throw in snow tires, Ontario safety and small paint repairs. Nothing was written down (except for the snow tires - I had a text from the sales person on that). They charged me for safety, didn't repair the paint and wouldn't honor the snow tires commitment. Offered me $200 cash instead. Their excuse was the car I got was already a good deal. Wouldn't go back again. If you buy from them make sure everything is in writing AND in the contract otherwise you can kiss your deals goodbye.

Told the paint department to contact the service department so that they can repair the truck well the front bumper was being painted.a week goes be and the paint shop called me up to pick up the truck.I find out that paint department did not contact the service department to get the repairs done. The paint department tells me that it was up to me to make the arrangement. That is a joke because when I left the truck to get painted they told me that they would make arrangement with the service department. I understand that errors happen. But to get told that I am the one in error is an insult In the further tell the client you made a mistake and move on. I would of been let insulted. They did a great job on the front bumper.

I purchased a 2013 bmw m3 from here and was happy with the sale up until I left the parking lot. I drove 7 hours to pick up the car and got there near the end of the day so didn’t have much time to test drive it. Once I left about 10 min of driving my low oil light came on so I stopped and put some in. Bob the sales guy knew I was coming from far away and could if at least checked the oil. After about 20 min of driving the check engine came on so the next day I get it checked out turns out it needs a o2 sensor fairly cheap about $150 so I emailed him with a picture of the code and got no response. So a week goes by and I call I tell bob the situation and he tries to tell me that I’ve been driving the car and it came on just now. I sent him proof of the light on with the mileage to show him and he said he will call me back. It’s been about 2 month and still no response from any one at the dealership every time I call they see my number and every one is busy all of a sudden.
