Notamment en essayant de faire vendre à ses clients des programmes d'une valeur de 1400 $ alors que ce programme en vaut seulement 400 et qu'il n'est plus vendu tout simplement dans tous les autres Hyundai ... J'ai eu la chance de me rendre compte de cela avant de faire un achat avec eux je vous suggère donc d'aller directement chez hull Hunday dix fois avant eux. Simplement pour avoir de réponse simple nous avons extrêmement de la difficulté à rejoindre les gens la seule méthode de communication et par téléphone et sa boîte vocale et lorsque nous réussissons à contacter quelqu'un c'est comme si nous lui tombons sur les nerfs parce que on essaie d'avoir une réponse simple bref on expérience de vente et après-vente est assez médiocre avec eux et tout à fait le contraire chez son compétiteur.

Remarkable Sevice at Service Center! I was always sceptical about going for regular maintenance, I received a recall notice and decided to go, once I was home I received a phone call informing I needed three lights changed for only $35! I gave approval to go forward, once everything was done I asked if they could fit me in for a oil change, one call later "Yes, we can git you in, and your car is ready" perfect! While running around I received another call informing I needed a new filter, I said please go ahead, after being said and done, they took the time to WASH MY CAR! and top up my air pressure and fluids! AMAZING! I cant be more thrilled of everything they did, not like any other garage where you find yourself ALWAY CALL FOR UPDATES! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! Every service visit I made to this garage conveniently brought on another service appointment, because they always managed to find/create another issue with my cars. I always thought it was a bad thing when you walk into a garage and they know you by name, because of the amount of times you've been there for repairs. In addition to the cheap quality of their cars, their staff are extremely fake in their "cheerful" attitude. On a dût repartir avec les pneus pour les faire poser ailleurs et donc, on devra payer cette installation qui devait être gratuite.

Not very happy with a recent purchase. They charged me more than we had negotiated and said it was"fees not set by them". I found out it was not true afterward. Updated: Since it's owned by Dilawri, it's been downhill since. I gave it a chance but service is not the same as it was. Staff seem stressed out and it shows in the service they give. Not a huge fan of the Dilawri name (issues in the past with other Dilawri dealers), so from now on, I bring my business elsewhere. Previous comments: I have purchased 4 cars from them and their after sales service is great. They are very polite at the service counter. Definitely recommend.

Is it possible to get it fixed or buffed and he was like there's no way I am doing and I was like wth. The I found another crack on the door and I showed him and he didn't respond well on that. And then I went inside Mr. Brian was busy which is completely understandable but when I wanted to tell him my answer and the other guy was like so rude he said I'll pass down the message. Poor customer service ,rude . What a bad experience except Mr. Brian big thumps up.

So I reviewed Hull, only fair to say I do my service here as this is the only Honest dealership I have ever seen! I had to fight to get them to change a Cabin filter they say wasn't ready to be changed lol. (It was but I applaud the fact they aren't "into changing parts for no reason"). My only small complaint is that i cant always the same (Tech) work on my car. I had 1 small incident but everyone makes mistakes; probably gave the new guy some strict coaching afterwards :) Best of all, the reason for the five star***** is that extended warranty is never followed by a nasty evaluation (analysis fee). some Mechanic spent 2hrs of his time and analysis machines to find the problem. (Only reason I would buy another Hyundai is this place, however the fact that i needed to bring it in for so many analysis is a bit of a bummer, but oh well; i may have got a starter lemon. Purchased a car here last week. When we arrived at our scheduled pick up time they told us the car was not ready. There were scratches on it that needed to be buffered. We waited several hours. Finally, when we went to review the paperwork to sign off on it, the payment information was NOT accurate and something we had negotiated into the price we ended up paying for. Ronald attempted to explain but it’s clear we are paying more than we agreed. Very frustrated with this whole experience and we feel duped. I would not return here
