So why didn't Richard call me back to tell me that Michel couldn't instead of lying to me? I could have organized myself. So I have to take a cab at 3:00 p.m. to get to the dealership myself. While waiting for the taxi, I receive a call from the manager (André) of the service. He now informs me that Michel can come and pick me up but around 5:00 pm because he is on the road to Aylmer and it is rush hour. I tell André to let it go because I have obligations by 4:30 pm that I am coming by taxi. On the way to the dealership, I receive a call from Richard who asks me where I am. I tell him I'm on my way to pick up my truck by taxi. That's when he informed me that finally my truck will be ready only the next day around 10:00 because they didn't have time to finish it having difficulty with the parts to be changed. I can't believe it ... I just spoke with manager André and he told me that their shuttle can come and get me so that I can come and get my truck then his clerk calls me back to tell me that my truck will be ready tomorrow finally! Where is the communication in this team ?? I have to go home halfway. Since I bought my 2017 Ram 2500 vehicle there, the service also tried to mislead me on my 4x4 lock which was not working. Once their verification is done, the same guy in the service (Richard) tells me that I intentionally damaged a wire by spanking mud with my truck and that is the reason why the 4x4 lock does not work, therefore not guaranteed . It was after consulting another mechanic in the region that he confirmed to me that he has no wire at this location and the only possible problem was a closed electrical box therefore under warranty (my truck at approx. 20,000 km at this time). I have to call manager André to finally get him to say that I'm right and that they will spend it on the warranty. So on Oct 30, 2018 I gave them a second chance thinking it was a mistake but with what happened I see that they are the most liars, opportunists and dishonest. But the SERVICE at Hull Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at 951 Boul St-Joseph is the worst I have ever experienced and experienced. Avoid the latter very seriously. Je lui demande si je peux me fier sur lui et vers qu’elle heure il va être là pour que je puisse être prêt. Il me dit de ne pas m’inquiéter et que vers 14:30 il va passer. Je le remercie. Vers 14:35, Michel n’est tjrs pas là. Je rappelle Richard pour savoir si Michel a eu un contre-temps et vers quelle heure il va passer. Il me dit qu’il ne comprend pas pourquoi il n’a pas passé car il lui a donné mon nom...mais pas mon adresse LOL Comment veux tu que le gars vienne me chercher s’il n’a pas mon adresse? Il me donne son no de cell et me demande de l’appeler car il ne doit pas être loin. Donc j’appelle sur le cell de Michel mais ce dernier ne répond pas comme si son cell était fermé. Je rappelle Richard immédiatement, mais comme par un curieux hasard, il ne répond pas et je suis transféré à une gentille dame à l’accueil. Cette dernière effectue des vérifications et réussis à parler au fameux Michel et m’informe que celui-ci a bien dit à Richard qu’il n’aurait pas le temps de venir me chercher.. Donc pourquoi Richard ne m’a pas rappelé pour me dire que Michel ne pouvait pas au lieu de me mentir? J’aurais pu m’organiser. Donc, je dois me prendre un taxi à 15:00 pour me rendre moi-même au concessionnaire. Dans l’attente du taxi, je reçois un appel du gérant(André) du service. Celui-ci m’informe maintenant que Michel peut venir me chercher mais vers 17:00 car il est en rte vers Aylmer et c’est l’heure de pointe. J’informe André de laissez faire car j’ai des obligations pour 16:30 que je m’en viens en taxi. En rte vers le concessionnaire, je reçois un appel de Richard qui me demande où je suis.. Je lui dis que je suis en rte pour venir chercher mon truck en taxi. C’est à ce moment qu’il m’informe que finalement mon truck sera prêt seulement le lendemain vers 10:00 car ils n’ont pas eu le temps de le finir ayant de la difficulté avec les pièces à changer. J’en reviens pas...je viens juste de parler avec le gérant André et il me dit que leur navette peut venir me chercher pour que je puisse venir chercher mon truck puis là son commis me rappelle pour me dire que mon truck va être prêt demain finalement! Elle est où la communication dans cette équipe?? Je dois retourner chez-moi à mi-chemin. Depuis que j’ai acheté mon veh Ram 2500 2017 à cet endroit, le service a tenté aussi tenté de me fourvoyer sur mon 4x4 lock qui ne fonctionnait pas. Une fois leur vérification faite, le même gars au service (Richard) me dit que j’ai volontairement endommagé un fils en fessant de la bouette avec mon truck et que c’est la raison pourquoi le 4x4 lock ne fonctionne pas, donc pas garantie. C’est après avoir été consulter un autre garagiste de la région que celui-ci m’a confirmé qu’il n’a aucun fil à cette endroit et le seul problème possible était une boîte électrique fermée donc sous garantie(mon truck à env. 20 000 km à ce moment là). Je dois appeler le gérant André pour finalement le faire dire que j’ai pt raison et qu’ils vont le passer sur la garantie. Le 30 oct 2018, je leur ai donc donné une deuxième chance pensant qui s’agissait d’une erreur mais avec ce qui est arrivée je constate qu’ils sont des plus menteurs, des opportunistes et malhonnêtes. Or le SERVICE de chez Hull Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram au 951 Boul St-Joseph est le pire que j’ai jamais connu et vécu. Éviter ce dernier très sérieusement.

Called to inquire about service on my car. They told me I could drop it off the night before and when asked about shuttle service they said they didn't have any. I have never heard of a dealership who doesn't have a shuttle service or arranges a rental for their clients. How do they expect people to get home after leaving their car with them?

Richard in the service department is the reason I'm going to make this my go to dealership for all my services . I don’t usually give a 5 star rating but this guy definitely earned it! So had I a few services done here now and my review went from a 5 to a 2 star. They spilt diesel fuel all over the front of my truck . Called other dealerships and they told me to call them asap and get this resolved this is not acceptable. I called the manager and left a message , no follow up . Months later they re calling me and mailing sales junk but cant call me back about an issue they created. Sorry guys I wont be back , ill drive to Ottawa like I did for my most recent service.

Let me start by saying that I would give this dealer 4 1/2 stars, if this was an option, hence the reason for 4 stars based on my "overall" experience. I was looking for a brand new RAM Rebel, and looked at various dealerships in the region and decided to purchase from this dealership because of the no pressure sales I received. The sales person I dealt with was Jonathan, and he worked very hard at finding me what I wanted and within the price range I requested. Stéphane was the finance person I dealt with, and really appreciated the options he provided me and the fact that he also didn't put any pressure on me regarding the extended warranty and rust proofing etc... Because they had to "locate" a truck for me, it took a bit of time but they were able to get me into my new RAM for the weekend! I really wanted the truck right away, and because of that, they weren't able to install the tonneau cover or complete the detailing that day. Although I was fine with that, and Jonathan was kind enough to scheduled me in, to get this done for the following Monday. That said here we are Monday October 22nd 2019, and this review also includes the after sales service I received too. So I took my truck in to get the tonneau cover installed and get the truck all cleaned up. At the Service area I was greeted & served by Richard and Alain, and I was seriously impressed by the level of service these guys provide. They make you feel welcomed and can definitely attest to a FIVE star experience from them. My only concern is the shuttle service (which I opted not to take today) since the optics are that it is very disorganised, especially since the shuttle person doesn't know who was there first, and doesn't explain which route is better for what time-frame, etc... Additionally the time-frames provided by the driver for drop-off and pick-up seem very limited. * Hence, this is definitely an area this dealership can improve on. Accordingly, if you depend on a shuttle service be prepared to be very flexible since they definitely lack in this area. Luckily for me, I was able to call my wife to pick me up today since she had time; but I would definitely be concerned about relying on this shuttle service in the future. All this said, when I got my truck back I was extremely impressed with the detailing they did on the truck, and asked Alain who performed the work on my truck? Alain took me to the back and introduced me to Eddie - and was provided the opportunity to thank him personally. Seriously this guy is definitely an asset to the team - totally awesome work! Anyway, I realise this review maybe a little long; but wanted to share my good experiences at this dealership, and the area I think should be improved upon. Jonathan, Stéphane, Richard, Alain and last but certainly not least Eddie: I sincerely appreciate your high degree of professionalism and attention to detail - thank you very much - you definitely make this place look good. Dedicated owners who pay attention to customer requirements and needs, young sales team dedicated to making the purchasing experience fun and light. FCA has really taken a long term visionary approach with the rebuilding of the brands and it shows. Quality materials throughout reflect the longevity of the brands offered through Hull Chrysler. The best part: Having by far the best pre-owned inventory in the entire region. From $10000 entry level Versa, to the limited production Aston Martin DB9 there really is an option for every taste. Okay, after accidentally giving this place a bad review intended for another dealership, I went back and bought from Jonathan Potvin. He was really helpful and friendly, and was not pushy in any way. He listened to me, and made the purchasing experience enjoyable. I would recommend him for sure. In finance, I had Stephane, and he was also excellent. He didn't waste time and when I refused the additional services and warranties he was not disrespectful about it (as I have experienced with past purchases at other dealerships). Buying a car isn't fun, but these guys made it painless.
The Owner and Staff are simply the best. They are super respectful and help you beyond expectations.

Called to make an appointment for a transmission check/oil change. Wanted to confirm the time 2 days in a advance, called about 10 times within business hours and service never picked up. When i chose the parts option i was told " sorry not my department call them back until they pick up" so i brought my business to Metro Chrysler instead.

my family and i have bought over 8 vehicles in the past five years from them sales guys are amazing and Ryan have provides great customer services. however the service department is one of the worst customer service i have ever came across (worst then ministry of transportation) . lies lack of respect of time, rude especially if your not french. and to make things worst you have to make 3 or 4 visits to fix a simple prob. i can write an essay on my disappointing services just this year. i only gave it 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

Horrible service, my mom went there for maintenance on her Jeep and they told her she needed brakes all around. She went to her local garage and they said the brakes where still at 7mm back and front and only needed a service. I get techs are on piece work but common... I do not recommend!!!

I even had to argue the second time not to pay the bill for my tire change which I couldn't do myself through their fault!
