Julien and the rest of the team we're great, even brought it to the local GM dealer to have recall/warranty issues repaired before pickup. Upon pick up the vehicle was out front detailed and ready to go! If they treat other dealers this well I imagine retail customers are treated amazing, highly recommend.

Julien was my sales agent and he explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly throughout the entire experience up until I drove off with my vehicle. The entire experience was smooth and they were very helpful and honest. Literally took 5 days in total to complete the process, which was optimal for me as I paid for my vehicle in full with cash. Didn't have to bother with SAAQ at all because they did all that for me for a very small fee. All I did was pick out my vehicle and came back to pick it up after they called. Not impressed with my experience at this dealership at all. Advertised prices were decent, but then when I arrived to look at a vehicle I was interested in - after looking it over, I was told that there was hundreds of dollars of additional fees on top of the price and that the advertised prices had zero room for negotiation. (They called the added fees "reconditioning fees" for the car I was considering buying). When questioned, the salesman told me every dealer had additional fees, which is absolutely not true. (I visited 4 other dealers in the past two weeks and none of them add the fees they are talking about). Following that, I was quoted a price for my trade-in that was 1/3rd the lowest price offered at any of the other dealers I visited. Be very careful at this place and be sure to shop around. I ended up buying a car at another dealer less than 5 minutes from this place, and considering the better trade-in value, lower initial vehicle price, and lack of hidden costs - I ended up saving just short of $3000.00 on a car at the same trim level, kilometers and year as the one for sale at Fleury. Beware!

I had a nice and smooth experience at Fleury buying a 2016 Subaru Impreza. Jean-Sebastien and Sebastien both seemed easy-going, friendly, and honest people to me. They added $350 to the advertised price for mechanical care, which I think was worth it. They also take care of Ontario safety, although they are located in Quebec. You're gonna need to do the licensing and registration part yourself though.

I found my car on their website that was easy to navigate and bilingual. I called ahead of time to ask if it was still available and if I could see it. I arrived at Fleury with a list of 5 cars I was interested in. Our car was totalled last week and I had 3 days to look for a new one. After test driving the first car and asking to drive the second, I was told I was only allowed to test drive one. At first no reason was given. Upon pressing I was told that because I had mentioned that I had made plans to look at cars the next day, I was not serious. I explained to Jeremie that I was in his store with a cheque ready for a deposit if I found the right car. Apparently this was not serious enough. I asked to try the CRV as it was the one I was most interested in. Jeremie told me that I didn’t need to test drive it as I had tested earlier in the day a CRV at another dealership and that since they were both CRVs there they would “drive the same”. I have never received such offensive service. I will never go back.

Worst experience. I bought a car and changed my mind after giving them over 2000 deposit. Jean Sébastien morally descent guy tried to resolve the issue to refund my money bu the owner who is the biggest crook I have met refused to fully refund my money. My friend and I recorded him with his scam of how not to refund the money we contacted the Comsumer protection and he had 3 serious out standing complaints still on going. He still refuses to refund my down payment and I am still pursing him in small claims.. Be ware of the owner of this company. If you deal with Sébastien he is good but if you ever change your mind about the deal the owner is a cutthroat. I would rather give my money to the honest dealership in the area who will give you your money if you change your money.

I had been looking for a Dodge Journey on the auto trader website. After several months of searching, I saw two vehicles on the Auto Groupe Fleury ad. I contacted them and asked for the car fax on each vehicle and asked a few questions. I then booked an appointment to see the cars. Decided on one of them. The car was then ready within 4 days. Picked up on Dec 23. Jeremie was wonderful, the car clean and prepped, looked as new. My one disappointment was when all was signed and done I was only given one key to the vehicle. It will cost me a few hundred dollars to duplicate as the car has a remote starter. But overall a very good experience.

I spoke to Claude and gave him a description of several types of vehicles I was looking for, the mileage and the price range. After searching for a reliable used vehicle online for several days, my husband and I landed on the Fleury Autogroupe website almost by accident. We'd had no prior business dealings with this company. By a stroke of good luck, their website showed a vehicle that fulfilled almost all of the items on our wish list. We scheduled an appointment for the same day. We were greeted with enthusiasm at the dealership, and treated with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism. Julien, the salesperson, was very patient and took time to answer all of our questions in a most informed manner. The vehicle, a Chevrolet Trax 2015 was immaculate, inside and out. It basically looked and felt like a brand new vehicle. We took it for a test drive and were very happy with its performance. We immediately made a decision to purchase. The transaction went seamlessly. Fleury Autogroupe took charge of the SAAQ inspection and certification, and also the changeover of the license plate. Literally all we had to do was show up with the payment, and call our own automobile insurer to advise them that we had changed vehicles. In future, if we need to change up our vehicle again, we will definitely approach Fleury immediately for their assistance.
