I have a safety recall on my car in 2015 and today it has not yet been repaired !!! I receive letters from Mazda CANADA telling me: IMPORTANT PLEASE GO TO YOUR DEALER TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE PARTS .... and for 3 years now I have been calling them to ask for an appointment and I am told that they do not never have the parts to recall! That it is discontinued, that we have more in Canada, all the possible reasons have been given to me each time !! It is a SECURITY reminder !!! The dealership should never let a customer drive around with a car that has faulty parts. I called the mazda 6 times, even spoke to the Garage Manager and he always told me that I would be called back when the parts were available. I never had a Call !!! I called Mazda Canada to make a complaint it is really ridiculous and I was told that it is impossible that the dealership is never the parts to do safety recalls for 3 years of time. I just had it done in Ontario and they were able to order my parts with no problem. It is because the dealer in Gatineau does not want to recall them because it does not give them any money (It is on the Mazda warranty) ... I will spare you all the details and my service in 2010 when I bought! It's complete rubbish! Too bad I can't give ZERO stars instead of one. (Original) Le pire service que j'ai eu DE MA VIE!! J'ai appelé Mazda Canada pour faire une plainte c'est vraiment ridicule et on m'a dit que c'est impossible que le concessionnaire n'est jamais les pieces pour faire des 'recall' de sécurité pendant 3 ans de temps. Je viens de le faire faire en Ontario et ils ont pu commander mes pieces sans probleme. C'est que le concessionnaire a Gatineau ne veut pas faire les recall car ca ne leur donne pas d'Argent (C'est sur la garantie Mazda) ...Je vous épargne tous les details ainsi que mon service en 2010 lorsque j'ai acheté! All around amazing experience! The sales rep got us a great deal on our new car, everyone was really friendly and helpful, there was never any point where we were pressured into anything additional that we didn't want. Just an overall relaxing, enjoyable experience (which was surprising as I thought this whole process would be quite stressful). And a great bonus to have all the additional services there such as the gym, hair salon, kids play area and drinks/food. I have been to a few different dealerships, and this is by far the nicest one. Ce qu'ils ne vous disent pas c'est que vous avez 2 ans pour utiliser le total de 15 changements d'huile compris dans le forfait. Je recommande fortement d'éviter cet endroit.

I've been using Mazda Elite exclusively as my mechanic for the past 3 years and found that they were sooo incredibly accommodating and helpful, they would answer any and all questions that I could possibly come up with. That being said I had to get a new car this past week and I wanted to get a Mazda solely because I appreciate the service centre to the extent that I didn't want to go anywhere else. My experience shopping for a car was fine, I'd been eyeing the mazda3 for awhile now so I was fairly familiar with everything and just had to work out the negotiations and perks! Financing came through and I get my new car tomorrow! The service centre staff is really what sells this dealership but our salesman was good and worked hard for his sale!

Mais la supposée garantie prolongée oui et je l'ai évidement payéel. J'ai un problème de GPS. Si je mets une adresse et que j'arrive à la destination et que je mets une nouvelle adresse, l'écran devient noir. J'ai essayé d'appeler pour prendre rendez-vous et même leur ambassadrice m'aie transférée... après plusieurs messages je me suis présentée sur place avec ma garantie prolongée et on me dit "pas de problème on te donne un rendez vous et on va regarder ça ". Évidemment que le jour du rendez vous finalement que ce n'était pas garantie car c'était seulement 3 ans. Leur super ambassadrice explique que c'est normal que ce n'est pas garantie car c'est une "chip"... sans compter que lors du rachat on me facture 400$ dont je n'avais jamais été mise au courant malgré deux appels à la personne concernée. Et que là elle va me les enlever mais que c'est elle qui va se faire taper sur la tête. Elle ne m'a jamais dit non plus que ça prenait un chèque visé malgré au moins deux appels et que je l'ai vu avant le rendez vous pour acheter le véhicule. C'était très clair que j'allais pour acheter et non pour un premier rendez vous où on était pour m'informer des frais de 400$ plus que je devais apporter un chèque visé. Elle a au moins dit qu'elle l'avait échappé... je ne sais pas s'ils sont pires qu'ailleurs, mais je ne recommande pas d'aller chez ces broches à foin là... qui sont vite pour essayer de prendre notre argent.
