I had to bring my car for a few recalls to be fixed. My experience on the phone was pleasant. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, got offered a shuttle service home with no hassle. All the staff I dealt with was courteous and friendly. I got a call to pickup my vehicle, same friendly service, all was done and nothing offsetting. I will definitely go back to this dealership for repairs and I might also give their showroom a try to see if the service is as amazing as the repair side. I definitely recommend this location. A++

Bought my Tacoma here in September 2020, had a great experience dealing with the team at this dealership. Now yesterday my AC stopped working 6 days before I move across the country with the truck and despite being very short notice and the shop being fully booked for the week ahead, they were able to squeeze me in and get the issue resolved. They were a great help and I would definitely recommend them. My drive across the country will be a whole lot more comfortable thanks to the great team at Buckingham Toyota.
