This dealer was my brother's first choice to purchase a 2017 Dodge Rebel. The finance manager did not seem very friendly or communicative with us and left us with a sour taste in our mouths. We told the sales rep we weren't very happy with the service and once the finance manager told us she would be waiting till the next morning to get back to us we left the dealership. We called a different dealership and got much better care and service from all staff members. The next day, we never even got a call from the finance manager in Buckingham, not even the sales reps. So we went with our new dealer and we're glad with our final choice. It was a disappointing experience with Buckingham and a waste of time and money to get there from Gatineau.

Good mechanics, nice service. Only reason i leave 1 star is because they charged me for tires permutation which is included in my package. From what i understand they were supposed to do the permutation every oil changes but they did not do it my last 3 oil changes. The last oil change i had to request the permutation trough the official website entering my warranty package and the permutation was included. When it was time to get my keys there was a bill, i told them it's included with my package but they said they always charge for this. I had to pay to get my keys. There was about 1000$ worth of maintenance to do on my truck but decided to go elsewhere for this reason.

Overall great service and very patient with customers! We had been to the dealership last year in the fall to see what was available and the salesperson Shawn was great. We approached Shawn in February to purchase a truck and he was quick to provide options even with the changes my husband requested. Shawn and Elie were able to find the truck we needed. I will NEVER deal with them ever again,they're money grabbers,took my jeep in for repair and it was under warranty and I still had to pay because they didn't want to deal with the warranty people.i had to take my jeep elsewhere to get it repaired
