Very dissapointed with the service i was given. Purchased a used vehicle from them in january and wasnt able to drive it untill may. Service and sales are at a complete disconnect and never have a clue whats going on. Be careful when taking you vehicle here they're technicians do not do a thorough job. i had to take my truck back 3 times after the mechanic did a safety and there was still issues

This is an awesome dealer. I bought a used car on the coldest day of the year. It was driving fine when I got it. I parked and restarted it many times with no issues. The next morning and for unkown reason the car wont start. The battery was new. I called the dealer explaining the problem. They offered to give me another car until they solve the problem. They offered to call me in the morning to tow the car to their service department. The next day the car started fine, maybe the weather warmed a bit. The fact they called me back and followed up and offered support is worth mentioning. I will need a second car in few months and this will be my dealer for sure.

I have bought second hand cars at several different dealerships over the years, and this has been the best experience of them all. Normally, once you sign the contract, the dealership can't get you out of there fast enough, and doesn't do anything else for you. This place is different! After we signed and paid, they took care of the Ontario safety, cleaned the car inside and out, cleaned the engine, and even filled up the gas tank! Then Rene took 20 minutes to thoroughly go over all the features of the car and how to use them. This place gave us gold standard customer care on top of an excellent deal for a very nice SUV that we are VERY happy with. Thank you Rene and the rest of the team at Buckingham Chev Buick GMC! We will look here first for our next car!

Had my vehicle towed here. Spoke with Martin in the service department who assured me the vehicle would be looked at that day. Received no call back to update. I called back 3mins before closing and he had the audacity to tell me that he didn’t say it would be looked at that day was very dismissive and rude. To top it off wouldn’t guarantee that it would be looked at the next day. @BuckinghamGMC is this how you treat customers? If the truck wasn’t disabled I would move it! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a used vehicle and was assured that through two inspections, the vehicle needed a flex pipe replacement, but the catalytic converter was in perfect condition (this is the contract I signed). Little did I know that AFTER purchasing the vehicle, and having it inspected by an independant mechanic, I found out there was a hole in the catalytic converter and needs replacement. In addition to this the vehicle was sold with the AC working, only for it to stop working the second it left the lot (not a coincidence). THIS BUSINESS HAS DONE NOTHING TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM, EVENTHOUGH IT HASN'T BEEN 30 DAYS.... THESE GUYS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO BBB... DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Bought a used vehicle, it was an easy sale for them as I really wanted that car but they still fought between 2 sellers to get the commission. It was an awkward situation and very unprofessional. I've never trusted dealers before and after my experience there I never will. They only did the bare minimum to fix the brakes on the vehicle to pass the ontario safety but told me they put brand new brakes. Not impressed at all, I would not recommend this place to buy used vehicles as they don't go above and beyond to make sure your car is well fixed and safe to put a family on the road.
