Pourquoi m'avoir dis qu'il venait avec lors de la vente et par la suite ah oui il vient dans la voiture mais pour 400$ de plus. J'aime mon véhicule mais je peux vous dire que je regrette ma location puisque les économies d'essence ne sont vraiment pas là et que je trouve qu'il y a eu un manque d'honnêteté lors de la vente. March 31 2021 have a 2 year old Mazda purchased used from another dealer...had an issue with a defective sensor and they were recommended to me....Everything about this repair was easy thanks to their fantastic customer service attitude...my initial call to them they confirmed it was a warranty repair, set a date and time for me to come in and told me how long it would take if I wished to wait around. On arrival I was greeted by Amanda, a young service rep...she took down details...already had a prior history knowledge from the previous owner and explained how long it would take etc...in exactly the amount of time they estimated I was called, everything done...Amanda even confidently answered a few technical questions I had about my car...Kudos..you guys have my business from now on!

À la base, cétait une job de 1000$ ok, j'ai eu par la suite un appel me parlant de quelques autres détails à réparer en me disant que le coût supplémentaire serait de 188$?!? J'ai eu tout un choc en voyant la facture et bien sûr le commis m'ayant fait l'estimation était absent. Lorsque viens le temps de payer, remarqué bien leur façon de glisser certaines opérations qu'il n'avait pas m'entionné dans l'estimation ou encore des erreurs de prix sur certaines pièces. I have had great service by Argus Mazda. I had an issue my Mazda 3 2012 lights started flickering as I applied breaks & draining battery. Jerry informed me that this was known bulletin from Mazda and that he knew of this particular issue. Mazda covered this at NO COSTand no warranty coverage by the way!
