They sold me a vehicle, certified it for me and they gave it to me with a broken diff, after hassling them and waiting a month to get done, I found out the rear diff seals are leaking. That's a 1000$ repair out of my pocket that they ignored. All I can say is know your vehicles before you buy from them. Dont take their word, inspect everything because they didnt for me, just charged me and said all is good. What Bs...

My wife and I did some shopping around for a car over the past month or so because our Honda Civic is getting older, and we were ready to get a newer one. We visited 5 dealerships on both sides of the ON/QC border (including ABC) during this time). I can say that Abc was the most relaxed, straightforward and easy experience we had. In addition - they were reasonable on the price of the car, and gave us a better trade-in for our car than any of the other dealers. As a great reference, we visited another dealer whose name happened to rhyme with "worry" (5 min drive from Abc) - and to buy the same year/trim level of car at the other dealer would have cost almost $3k more when you account for the lower trade-in, extra "reconditioning" fees (added on top of the price), and higher purchase cost. I'm not exaggerating either. To top it off, ABC even threw in a new set of winter tires which made our day. After reading some of the other reviews let me remind people that when you buy a used car, the dealer cannot predict or be accountable for what will go wrong with the car in the months after buying it. IT IS USED. They can honestly represent the state of the car however it is mechanically evident at the time of sale. If something breaks down 3 months later, I'm not sure it's something you can hold the dealer accountable for. My wife and I had a great experience at Abc auto, and I'd recommend that anyone give Ramy a call if you are looking for a vehicle!

I have never written a bad review before but this has to be done. ABC Auto sold us a used BMW with a safety and certified certificate. The vehicle came with damaged tires that would never pass safety. However the owner George told us to wait until end of summer and he would send us over some tires as long as we did not complain with the ministry (have email proof) Now that winter is here they have stopped replying to emails, stopped answering phone calls. When i call from another line they pick up and then hang up. George and Ramy are full of fake promises. They will do anything to just get a sale. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Without question the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. Ramy was incredibly friendly, honest and helpful in this process and always replied to my emails quickly. At Christmas I bought a Ram. Since than I have had to put over $4000 in repairs. I would not recommend anyone buy from here. They are the owners of a big dealer. I naively expected better service than a private dealer. They refused to reimburse me for a tow only a few days after I got the vehicle. Be very wary on any vehicle you buy from these people.

I bought a Porsche that was supposed to be safetied but was not. I also bought a warranty for the car. The transmission had massive issues almost right away but the warranty wasn't valid until a few weeks later. I put $700 towards the work done out of my own pocket. Now that some time has passed, the car is having steering issues and when I called for warranty coverage, I found out that ABC had refused to pay the warranty company. Of course, now my phone calls are being ignored. Clearly, I'll have to get a lawyer involved.

I called 3 days in advance to book a viewing of an SUV I saw online and was curious about. When I got there I was surprised that no one had dug it out of the super deep snow, or dealt with its flat tires, or got it running in preperation for the appointment... the two gentlemen in dealership were nice, but the younger guy who booked my appointment seemed extremely non challant, like he wasnt interested or motivated to get my business... I guess it was nice that no one was stalking me like a predator but it seemed a little unprofessional overall. The SUV turned out to be a complete P.O.S. it was a 2012 with only 160,000k on it but it seemed like it had been through hell and back. That poor poor vehicle had been abused. The most shocking part of the whole experience was that they wanted $7500 for it and wouldn't budge on the price because it had been reduced already.... like come on, it wasn't even worth $1500 in the state it was in. Falsely advertised for sure!!! No gusto from the salesman.
