Absolutely terrible service. Called and explained was in a bind and needed a car last minute, was told no problem we have a GMC Terrain available come by and get it. Arrive there the car is still In the lot totally covered in snow, the women working the counter basically asks me if I want to inspect the car,,, I say how can I inspect the car if it’s covered in snow.. she answers with a snarky tone tht it’s winter and all cars are Covered.. then she suggests I should be happy the car is there and sarcastically offers to clean it off even though I clearly had nothing to clean it off with. Worst part was she seemed surprised that I was expecting the car to be clean and ready to drive away with. Instead, she drives the car into the garage and starts hosing it down with a garden hose...you can imagine how that looked. The car was filthy inside and smelled, worse still, any accelarating above 100 km/hr causes the car to shake and stay stuck at 4000 rpms the car is a compete dud. To make matters worse, the windshield wipers are caked in ice (from the hose job I’d imagine and I ran out of windshield wiper fluid about 30 km away from the dealership. A terrible experience all around. rent somewhere else there are other options,
