***BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY. THIS WAS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. BUY YOUR CAR FROM ANYWHERE ELSE*** I purchased a Porsche Panamera 4S from Platinum Cars Inc. and from the day I picked it up until now. I have had nothing but problems. I paid for the car in full with the promise that everything was fine. On my drive home, back to Ottawa. I was met with several warning lights. I called Platinum and was forced to go back to the dealership. When I asked them about the problem, they said was because it had recently had an oil change. The cars computer wouldn't reset because of several oil fault codes. They said I was ok to drive home nonetheless. The entire way home the fault lights came back on. Once in Ottawa I contacted Platinum multiple times to discuss these issues and their repair. They finally agreed to fix the car. I insisted it had to be repaired through the Porsche dealership in Ottawa. Since owning the car, I maybe drove it for 5 months The rest of the time it was either getting fixed or had a problem. The day we bought the car, the salesman Shaun Jalili swore up and down that the car was in perfect condition, that it went through rigorous testing and that the tires were almost new. All lies. If you are a dreamer like I was in owning a high end vehicle. Please do not buy it here.

Got a vehicle a few years ago -our first new vehicle- there's a list of things very wrong with that crystal done. The car wasn't properly saftied, when we needed it to get looked at again when we had it we had to chase her down. When it finally went in the mechanic left grease all over the car. And we had to get our own alignment and new tires because she wouldn't do it after having the work done. Safe to say we won't be going back. I love the car but not how they treated us there. Very unfortunate because we're looking to get another vehicle when this ones paid off.

She knew the exact type of car I was looking for and got me approved for affordable financing on a vehicle I never imagine I could own. She even sweetened the deal by throwing in some winter tires. When I made things difficult by requesting the winter tires being put on before I left the lot with the car she made sure it got done. I was in Kingston just for the day visiting my family and I'm from Ottawa- all the car detailing places are booked up until mid June! I am in school full time so I posted on a Kingston site looking and the owner messaged me, she took me in right away, was not pushy, and when I got my car back I was in AWE! They did an AMAZING job on my kia sportage and it looks brand new! I was so worried considering the amount of salt build up on my leather mats and I also have a four year old so the back was pretty gross, but there was NO leftover residue and it looks soooo amazing! I will definitely be going back!
