I had my car serviced there and I was told I needed at B1 service and all I needed was an oil change. At the time I took my car to a Honda dealership and was told that I never needed a B1 service and I was being scammed buy them. I believed in these guys and now they are ripping people off. Please be aware

Recently purchased a vehicle from Paulette. I cannot say enough about the staff especially Brian. Extremely helpful, considerate, and friendly. As a young female this process can be intimidating, not sure if you will be taken for a ride (no pun intended;)) however this is certainly not the case here. Communication was clear and the process of buying very easy, and it also happened very quickly. I will definitely be a return customer, I would recommend this place 100%. I had 2 great buying experiences with Paulette. Years ago with no credit , nobody would give me financing but Brad really helped me out, got me financed and a descent car and he also helped me rebuild my credit. Now years later and with good credit I went back and Mike Campbell hooked me up with my Honda Civic sport turbo. I’m loving it. It was a great, easy experience. Also free winter tires was a bonus! I would totally recommend Paulette auto sales to anyone. I’ll definitely be back ????

Let me start off by saying, Steve is my neighbour…and he’s awesome. When I found out he worked at Paulette’s, I did mention being in the market. In the past year not once has he ever pushed a truck or deal my way. I’ve had lots of questions and asked advice along the way. Steve’s been in the car business a long time, and I value his opinion. I called and asked about a truck, he gave me a very solid option. He just made it easy, and straight forward. They worked around my schedule, doing most of it over the phone. I also dealt with Brian and Jon as well. Both were great to deal with. Their warranty was worth it’s weight in gold, and I’ve bought several used trucks (never with peace of mind like this) Buying local, with a fully licensed shop, I feel like I have peace of mind. I am happy they made it so easy. Buying a vehicle is super relaxed and fun @ Paulettes’s. I know I’ll need another truck or vehicle, and I’ll be going to see them again! Thanks guys

I highly recommend this dealership I have purchased multiple vehicles here. I trust the staff and never felt pressured. I thought purchasing a vehicle during this pandemic would have been difficult however I felt safe in the dealership, all the staff wore masks it was extremely clean and sanitizer was available. They ensured the vehicle was clean prior to my test drive and the staff all respected social distancing.

Most Genuine & Helpful Dealership: I recently purchased a vehicle from them (Camaro) and they offered me the best price and really helped me at every step in the process. The staff is extremely kind and very nice (Especially Steve and Brian). They tried their best to get me the best interest rates, replaced the parts of the car that were near end of life for free and were very quick with answering all my questions (trust me there were a lot). They did a fantastic job in detailing the vehicle too. Honestly, why I went with them to get my car is because they seem genuine and authentic. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

TLDR; Amazing staff, great experience, great price 4 value! Would 100% recommend! What a fantastic and positive experience at Paulette Auto Sales! ???? We had been looking for a specific car for some time and when we spotted it online, messages were sent and calls were made right away. We didn't expect a response until the next day as it was late but we still got a very interested reply directly from the owner within hours. He answered all our questions and we setup an appointment for a test drive. Now keep in mind that we live 2 hours away and that my husband is disabled so it's important that people don't make us travel for nothing, which has happened before... Well we weren't disappointed! We were welcomed right away by a super friendly staff. Steve and Jon were there to answer all our questions about the history of the car, the service history, and about the current market value of similar cars. We knew right away after test driving and seeing the paperwork that we wanted to purchase this vehicle. We didn't expect to be able to pick it up before the end of the week but since we were coming from out of town, they put all the wheels in super motion to allow us to leave with it that day! Within hours the vehicle was inspected, detailed, and the registration was looked after. We were seriously impressed with the above and beyond level of service we received, and by the friendliness of the staff. You can absolutely tell that the employees are a close team of people who like their jobs and that says a lot about a business. ????????????

Buyer beware! An employee from this place beats on the cars daily. Today for the 3rd time I saw a Ford 150 Limited with dealer plates going at least 140kmh going down HWY15 and beating on the vehicle. Driving off onto the shoulder and slamming on the gas. Guy with sleeve tattoo needs to slow down. Dealer plate 636DRR. Next time I will be calling the cops. Seems like he takes vehicles home and doesn't care how he treats them.

Great service and customer service. Came here to get my tires switched and waited in the very comfy and clean waiting room, the staff were very pleasant and funny, especially Mike. He kept coming to let me know the progress and to make sure I was doing ok while waiting. Best price in town for tires and I will definitely be coming back here.

I had a great buying experience with Paulette’s. I had Corey Testa as a Sales/ Financing Associate which simplified the process and gave no room for error. He was professional and responsive in our communication throughout the process, ensuring that a had a great customer experience and was satisfied with my purchase. As well with my purchasing deal, I had some requests which made some challenges, yet again Corey handled them with professionalism and respect. On the note of one issue that was resolved on the spot with him, another new car retailer eventually called back with the same solution 3 weeks later, with $2700 less in trade in value. I have and will continue to recommend Paulette’s to those seeking a vehicle and look forward to my next vehicle purchasing experience with them.

Yes I’m a dealer! I bought a boat from these guys and they posted it was in excellent condition! Boat was damaged at front left and repaired and never disclosed along with $6000 in repairs on motors that never ran properly. Here is actual ad when they sold the boat to me. Here is a beauty for you personally or to sell absolutely mint 2004 formula fastech 292 (this was the owners personal boat NO MONEY SPARED on this bad boy very well taken cared for. Twin 6.2 merc engines bravo one drives only 306 hours on both engines!!! Boat has gone over in full completely serviced ready for the water just turn the key and go brand new batteries installed reason for selling as I'm going smaller I have 2 young children time for a pontoon boat :( enjoy this beauty it is worth some good money bid to own and I will let it go! They wouldn’t return my calls! Wanted to sue and based on info given to my lawyer I had solid grounds, however I don’t have the time to waste with these guys! Be cautious!

The gentleman working were kind enough to show my son a sport car he really liked while we were getting the plates on our new one which made his day. Absolutely disgusted with everyone that works here especially with the owner Brad. Bought a 19 ram 1500 off them (certified). Come to find out 6 months later when I went to trade it in that the frame on the truck was toast. And of course they have their own "technicians" working there. Do not trust these clowns. Safety is the most important aspect when buying a vehicle and this truck should have never been certified. Will never go there again and do not recommend anyone there. They are also known around town as a shaddy dealer due to the fact they scam a lot of people. Bunch of clowns.

Beware, I purchased a vehicle from Brad, at first Brad was great to deal with. When I got the vehicle home I noticed oil puddling, underneath the vehicle, I questioned him to know if he was aware of the issue prior to the sale, I haven't been able to contact him since.
