I wish I could select less stars..... Poorest service I ever had for any business. I called on Friday to get an appt on Wednesday. Person(I know his name) said he will call me in 15mins, well no one called. I called on Wednesday 3 times and finally spoke to same person and requested to see him today. He did, everytime I asked him question he had to leave the desk to ask other person. At the end he gave up and said I should email him to know details. ( What the heck). Then I asked him another questions about numbers of finances, he asked to see another person ( I know his name as well) who was the most rude person I have ever seen. No listening skills at all, just wanted to say whatever he wanted and said he can't help us today. All the conversation in air without going in my details. Finally I asked him one question, do I have to do this at this location he said no. I felt happiest person .....thanked him and left this location. Unfortunately this location is 1km from us but far far for good service.

Wasn't looking forward to car buying at all, but dealing with Doug, Randy and Jason and Kingston Honda - every step was easy, never any pressure, and totally fair and honest. Doug took lots of time to make sure that we understood all of the features of the car and Jason and Randy were very fair and sensible with the administrative stuff. A great experience all-around.

I purchased the extra warranty on my civic I bought last July and I kept wondering if it was a waste of money added on to my car payment.. until I got a flat tire a few days ago! I called Honda and they had someone from their roadside assistance program at my house within two hours to put on my spare at no change! The next day I called Kingston Honda and I was able to make an appointment to have my tire repaired for free and they mentioned that I have three more left in case it ever happened again! They even let my boyfriend drop it off while I was at work. Really glad I chose a Honda for my first new car ????

Bought 4 TPMS sensors off their parts department to be added to our winter tires ($175). Had our winter tires installed elsewhere. 3 of the TPMS sensors were leaking. The dealership completely refused to reimburse the leaking sensors. Manager also doesn’t call back when asked to be spoken to. Not the kind of experience you are expecting from a car dealership. Will definitely purchase our next vehicle elsewhere.

I edited this review down to 1 star. Because it's become next to impossible to reach them by phone. They don't return calls, and you ALways get voice mail when calling for service. Finally I gave up and went elsewhre for service. I will never buy another Honda from them. Or call them for service. Why call when you always get a machine, and they don't even return your call? Not good. My advice is buy your Honda somewhere else, and take it somewhere else for service. If you have a problem with your Honda, they couldn't care less.

My service appointment for an oil change was booked for 8:30 am, and I was told when I dropped the key off that I should expect to wait between 3/4 hour - 1 hour for the service to be completed. Two hours later (meantime I was wandering around outside since there was absolutely no seating anywhere on the premises either inside or out) and still no car in sight it was explained to me that they had no ramps available up to that point in time, hence the wait. To my mind this situation was totally avoidable - surely at the time I booked the appointment booking system would have indicated that no ramp would be available until later in the morning? I'm a working person and had a client appointment booked for 10:00 am assuming that an oil change would never take more than one hour. This is no way to treat customers - if my car hadn't been leased to me I would NEVER ever again bring my vehicle to the Honda service department. NEVER!

We purchased a HRV 8 months ago, and was told the breaks were perfectly fine, even though there was some squeaking and we questioned this specifically- there was some strange slipping when we used the breaks over last couple of weeks, and when we took it in, were then told that the pads are routers were all rusted and in very bad condition- meaning they would need to be replaced. Seems like there was a pre- existing issue that could have been resolved before purchasing. The service centre did not budge and told us to talk to the sales people if we were not happy! Very poor service, and shady business practices! Bill was $1000 for something that should have been dealt with upon purchase!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The Sales practices have been modernized, allowing negotiation from home and eliminating the traditional 'sit and wait' approach. The cost of the vehicle was as one would expect after researching 'Invoice Costs' , etc. Each of the staff, Jason, Doug, and Peter were upfront honest and professional. It is also noted that from my previous buy there two years ago, the salesperson Cindy, has gone out of her way two times to help me out when my car went into service at very inopportune times. If you need a Honda, I would recommend this dealership.

Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I came to Kingston Honda to book my brake service. The day of the service the Shuttle driver was waiting for me. The service was done much quicker than I expected. I had expected at least 2 to 3 hours so I wasn't ready when they called. They were more than happy to wait and pick me up around my schedule. The shuttle driver was friendly and safe and the vehicle was extremely clean. The other reason I came to Kingston Honda is because the dealer in Belleville claimed that my warranty and extended warranties did not cover the rust and paint flaking on my 3year old Honda Fit (Which is a known issue for my paint colour as per the letter from Honda Canada). After explaining to Kingston Honda what was going on, they took pictures of all the spots, made a call and in under an hour advised me that everything is covered under the warranties. They have kept me in the loop with all the communication between themselves, Honda Canada and the extended warranty, by CC'ing me on the emails. The service has been above all expectations. Thank you Honda Kingston!

Recently took Honda Civic LX - 2022 from Kingston Honda and It was an amazing experience. We told him the deal we were looking at for a comparable vehicle and he crunched the numbers; he was honest when he said that the other deal was better and he didn't waste our time. Recently took my 2016 Civic Coupe in for service. The a/c had failed and was blowing warm air again, since being repaired under warranty last year. I knew my long commute (and significant KM's) would put me out of warranty coverage this time. I was going to take my car to my 'go to' mechanic downtown who sometimes helps me on the cheap but what you get at the dealership, despite it being more expensive, are certified Honda mechanics, genuine Honda parts, and what's usually missed: recently announced/extended warranty service. In my experience, some local mechanics either don't bother mentioning these or don't even know about them until months later. In any case, I had an intermittent brake noise issue that I knew had to be taken care of as well (brakes, rotors, and pads). I also hadn't done the Honda recommended transmission fluid change, so I decided to take care of multiple issues while I was there. Luckily, I had accrued some recent OT at work, so I had a little extra in the bank. At the end of the day, it was an expensive trip compared to the work I have had done elsewhere, but I always expect to pay a little more at a dealer. You get better parts, you pay more in labour. It is what it is. When the a/c stopped working a few days later, I was less than impressed! BUT, it turned out that the a/c work I paid for (a broken o-ring on the a/c pressure line) was actually a much bigger issue. Upon taking it back in the next week, I found out that the damaged o-ring that had been fixed actually allowed them to find the bigger issue: the condenser had holes in it and needed to be replaced (an expensive job). Having already spent the money I had set aside for the work, I was upset and ready to give up and try my guy downtown... Enter Jason Willis! :) Jason spoke to the service department and worked with Honda to get my condenser replaced under the extended warranty. He also waived the cost for the second day of work...and did it all with a smile and empathy for my situation. This guy is the GOAT. If not for him, I wouldn't come back...but I will because he has never let me down! Because of him, this 1 star review is now a 5. Satisfied and will return (and buy my next Honda from him as well). Great Experience with these guy’s! Jason Willis and Steve Buckingham are truly is the best- Although I have not met them personally yet because I live in Toronto, they have been working with me over the phone, email and through text messages for the past 2 weeks. I'm sad to say there is a serious issue with this company returning phone calls. I first called and left a message about a month ago, with no returned call. While in Kingston I stopped in to see a rep at the service desk and he was really good. I made an appointment to come in and did so a week later. They determined I needed a few parts to repair the car and they would call me when they arrived. I received a call to my voice mail Monday past and called back and had to leave a message on their voice mail. They called me leaving a "this is our second message and we are booking into December to do repairs" message, so not a response to my call just a second call. I called again and had to leave a third message. No call back. We have a windshield washer issue and with winter coming, we may be stranded with our disabled son. Someone should answer the phone. Finally reached them, December 7 for appointment the excuse was they did not have my number, whatever. this would also have been a no issue if the service guy would have left a name and extension. EPIC FAIL

Has the appeal of sports car, and the features of any luxury vehicle for an economical price. Recently, had to replace a part. Its nice to know that the civic has affordable parts and a fast service. This place is a disaster. I cannot believe that a dealership would let their service center be run in such a disorganized and disrespectful fashion. The receptionist, Tanisha. Was the most unhelpful and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with on the phone. It'd be easier to write a list of what she did right, but that would be no fun as it would include "Said hello and asked for my name" Aside from that, she was absolutely ignorant of all proper procedure. A critical manufacturers defect is present on my car. A recall letter was sent and I was just made aware recently. Trying to call to make an appointment was a travesty. According to Tanisha; Tires are more important that fixing critical defects. The car isn't new, so there is no priority It's not purchased from that dealership, so they don't care She did not even look up the part number to see if it was available. An absolute joke and a complete fool of a receptionist. Good luck Honda, if that's who you choose to represent you then I truly hope you can pull through.

Really great prices on used vehicles that no one in the building wants to sell. I’ve inquired about different used vehicles over the past year and the replies (if I even received one) were horrible. They ignored the questions in the email and when I repeated them in my reply, they choose just not to respond at all. I’m sure the salespeople make pennies on the used vehicles but that has zero to do with me as the client. I’ve always owned a Honda and this experience is driving me to the competition. We also tried buying a new civic from this location a few years back and the sales person didn’t know any of their promos or info on the car (bought a new Hyundai instead). Really embarrassing performance from the crew at this location.

I LOVE my new Civic!! It is beautiful and fierce and practical and wicked smart. It has so many great design features that I never even knew existed, everything from Apple CarPlay to removable pieces inside my console to make it easy to clean. I LOVE all the safety features. I feel like I have found a car built for ME, rather than me trying to adapt to a car built for a much taller person. The staff at Kingston Honda were absolutely fantastic. They answered all my questions. They let the car sell itself. It was a total pleasure doing business with Kingston Honda. I could not be happier with my new car, or with the whole experience of shopping for and purchasing it. All I wanted was, for the first time in my life, to have a car that makes me smile. I would actually give it no stars if that were an option. I brought my car in for an engine light, told them I had already run a diagnostic and knew it was the transmission and could they please check the transmission. They said they'd still have to run the diagnostic which I said I understood. But please check the transmission. Hours later I call and ask for service and the nice lady says they are gone for the day - would I like voicemail. No, I'd like my car. When I got there five minutes later, all mechanics were gone and there was no reference to them checking the transmission. They only ran the diagnostic, found it was intermittent and charged me $100. A complete joke. And the best part was apparently the service writer was the owner's son.

l took my van in for a “front and rear brake service” on Aug 18. Gary Newcombe, Honda staff, indicated on the invoice and to me that they, “lubricated the front callipers only because the pads are to the metal and there is anything left to service.” Gary said to me in the waiting room that the brake pads needed to be addressed immediately because they were "metal on metal" and that the rotors needed replacing because they were “blue with overheating and had a lot of scoring on them” due to the pads being so worn. Gary indicated it would cost $650 to do the front brakes and rotors. I requested to see the brake pads and rotors while the wheel was off but he said the tires were already installed and the van was ready to roll out of the shop. I immediately went to a local auto parts store to purchase a set of premium front brakes at $80. I got home and changed my brakes the following day. The front rotors were in fine condition. They were not "blue from overheating" and definitely had no scoring on them anywhere. In addition to this, the brake pads had a substantial amount left on them. In fact, they had not worn down to the metal and had not even worn to the point of the warning marker. The pictures I included clearly show a good amount of pad left. I was even going to put them back on my van and return my purchase but figured, I had the wheels off, I might as well do the job. I was so frustrated with this, you can’t even imagine! While Gary was pleasant to me in the waiting room, he left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of for the sake of making a sale. In addition to this, Gary wanted me to purchase 4 tires @ $1000 because he said my current ones were "worn down to the belt wires". I took a look when I got out to my vehicle and they were certainly not worn to that extent. In fact, when I reviewed the work order, the tech had noted the tires, “may require future attention” box not, “requires immediate attn.” So, in the end I was charged $182.35 from Honda, but for what, I am not exactly sure. I don’t even know why I have been charged $25.38 for parts for a “BR kit”. This makes no sense. The outcome? On August 19, I was sent an email about providing feedback about satisfaction. I shared what I have said here and offered to bring in my old brake pads (pictured) so they could see themselves. Somebody responded via email saying they would forward my concerns to management and they would contact me. Heard nothing back. Days later, I emailed asking what happened, they said they would re-forward my issue. Nothing. I emailed again, indicating a lack of response. Apology with promise to re-forward to management. Nothing. I emailed again. Response saying management would contact me "today." Guess what? You got it...nothing. So here I am on Sept 4. Folks should know.

Dan Lopes, Bob Ayre and Kevin Reid at Kingston Honda made me adjust my perception of Kingston Honda during my last purchase. I admit, I was never a fan of my overall experience with Kingston Honda, and the way I was treated. I don't believe that I am giving a review on someone's service. I bought a used RAV4 from Kingston Honda, upon the test drive I found some issues in the car. I was told that these will be repaired, upon delivery I still found the tire vibration issue but I was told that this will be rechecked and resolved after driving further for few thousand kilometers. This statement is enough to let you know that you have been FOOLED!! HOWEVER I COULD NEVER IMAGINE THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEVIED FROM RANDY, AGNES AND THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM MEMBER MIKE (AKA BIG MIKE) after taking back the car to them. I AM REALLY IMPRESSED!!! The team worked up to the last detail, installed new Michelin tires and did what ever was required to make the car up to the mark. Few words from Mike and his team member clearly exhibit the command his team over their area of expertise. I am for sure, not only go to them for further used cars but for regular maintenance of my cars as well!! Thank you Honda for giving such an Amazing team to the people of Kingston!! Kashif!

Run away! Completely useless service department. Took my Odyssey in for a safety recall on the seat. They ended up braking the seat and then tried to hand the car back to me without telling me what had happened. They then had me bring the car back the next day to fix the seat which resulted in zero work being completed and zero communication over a three hour wait. They didn't touch the car! I left the seat with them. Again, no communication. I had to call them to find out the seat was ready to be picked up. I drive out to discover that the seat is NOT ready! When speaking with Lee about the situation, he tries to blame the whole disaster on his colleague. Classy! How can you run a service department when you employ people with no communication skills.

My wife and I decided to purchase an SUV to replace our sedan as we are expecting our first child. We visited other dealerships in Kingston but the main reason we decided to buy with Honda was the excellent service we received from Payton. Payton took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, was friendly, personable and provided a non rushed or aggressive experience. We were so thrilled with our experience there we ended up buying 2 new cars on the same day. Everyone at Honda was extremely kind and helpful, easily the best experience I've had in my life, let alone a large purchase. I do not recommend Kingston Honda. I called in the beginning of the week to book my car in for what i thought was struts which i was told were covered under warranty up to 60,000 kms. i received a phone call from one of the employees letting me know that my car does not need struts but they went further and did a diagnostic and let me know i do need break pads and that when i picked up my car it will cost $55 as they looked into what my car needed. After telling them i would not pay the $55 as i didn't ask them to look into it further. As a student i wasn't expecting this expense and after asking to speak to a manager in more than 3 phone calls i got told there was no manager or supervisor around and i would have to pay the bill or i couldn't get my car back. Maybe next time this company could call the customer BEFORE going ahead and doing a diagnostic that costs money. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star.

There’s a reason that out of the 83 Honda Dealerships in Ontario, Kingston Honda is the second worst rated. Trust the reviews and don’t buy or service your vehicle here. Save your money and time. Go to Belleville (West City Honda) or Smiths Falls (Rivington Rally Honda) if you can. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences since the first time I stepped foot on their lot. I was young and naive when I bought my first car in 2016 and to this day my biggest regret was not checking their reviews before buying from Kingston Honda. PS. If you have an AC Condenser leak due to a manufacture defect they’ll try to blame it on a rock before even looking.

I have now been to Kingston Honda twice (I live in Ottawa, but the dealership came highly recommended by my brother who lives in the area, and bought his car there two years ago), the first time to check out and test drive the car I was interested in, and the second time to pick up my new car. I arrived around lunchtime to discover that they really were not expecting me to pick up my car that day, but they went above and beyond to make it happen, and I drove away about 5 hours later in my beautiful brand new vehicle. And they are doing their best to arrange for a couple of extras that were included in the purchase to be sent to Ottawa for more convenient pickup for me. I will post an honest review once the sale (or not) is confirmed by today. ******UPDATE****** Time is 7:27PM After reaching Kingston Honda dealership I was greeted by Randy, the representative who was in contact with me for the past week. He made sure I was able to inspect every little detail on the Honda Accord. He had prepped up everything and there was no pressure from him to buy the car. In fact, he even offered to return all my deposit in case I wanted to walk away (they held the car for me for an entire week)- so there was no pressure to buy. He was very transparent throughout. Big ups to Randy. Wish I could've met the Manager too. I drove 250km back to Toronto and confident to say it was one of the sweetest rides ever! Thank you Kingston Honda!

A little late to this review but wanted to give everyone the benefit of doubt. I will start with buying our civic was a great process. Doug our sales guy was fantastic as well as the finance gentleman.. feel bad I don't remember him name off the top of my head. Now. After the sale is where stuff goes bad. I had a previous issue with sales and because of this, sold my civic. Decided to give them another chance. Wrong choice. On 1st service. The guy bringing it into get oil change treated it as a toy. Rocking the car and riding the clutch back and forth. I can look past that. A few other minor things afterwards. Again. Can look past. What did it was the lack of knowledge and care toward not just my vehicle but others. Requested that the manual Trans fluid be changed. I was questioned as to why I am doing this.. as it only had 30k and questioned the type of transmission in the car. If your a Honda tech. You should be aware that the civic si has only ever used a manual transmission since 2006.. ok fine. If you don't know all good. And nice to try and save me money with unnecessary service. My wait time for said oil change and transmission fluid change was 4.5hrs... no discount on the service.. nothing.. and to be rewarded with grease all over the door handle. Shifter. And console. I wasn't going to waste another 5 hrs of my life going to complain so we emailed them. It was 2 weeks before getting a response back and simply offered to detail it. After 2 weeks.. the car was obviously cleaned up. The gf played phone tag with them eventually not getting anywhere. A while after. We were looking to add an suv. Spoke with randy about making things right.. a possible discount on a crv and the ability to make money on servicing 2 vehicles. Randy declined and told me "things happen" and nothing he can really do. I respect his decision and have opted to get all my service done at west city. They have already been an absolute night and day difference to kingston. If you plan on buying from kingston. Take note that after the purchase things often don't work out.

The Kingston Honda team really cares about its customers and having a painless process made the buying experience more enjoyable. Bill Bolton was a great sales person to deal with and at no time did I ever feel like I was being misdirected or pressured to buy. Kingston Honda offers good customer service. They take good care of you at the showroom and offers you a free shuttle. They got my air condenser replaced for free because it happened to be a manufacturer default. The only complaint I have is that they are very slow at getting your required parts.

Exactly what I expected when shopping for my first car! I requested a quote online and within an hour one of the sales representatives, Payton, reached out to answer any questions I had. She did not rush me or push me into buying a car, which impressed me on a professional point of view. A couple weeks later when I went into the dealership to simply look at the car I was thinking about purchasing (Honda Civic EX 2020), the service was just as great as online. I love Honda vehicles, Honda Kingston however was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! Their team blamed each other for poor customer experiences and talked badly about staff by name to me, they made excuses for everything, their sales team was spread so thin that several different sales people needed to help with my test drive-even though it was scheduled several days prior. When asked why choose Honda Kingston when I was reviewing my options with the sales rep their response was "because I'm great" I am sure my facial expression said it all. Very disappointing.

Every time I brought my car to this dealership, one of the car's indicators got turned on. For example, when replaced the airbags on recall, they turned on the check engine light -- there was no way to reset it elsewhere but at the dealership, and there was an oil leak where there was none before. Nothing was wrong for years until I brought my car to this dealership. At another time, when I took it in for a checkup, the seatbelt sensor was damaged. I will never go back there and will go to another Honda dealership elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous! I made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks ahead. I live 50 km out in the country. Drove to Kingston for appointment at 11 and was told it would be an hour to hour and half wait. I had to be home for 1:00 What is the point of making an appointment if it is not honoured within a reasonable time delay? If an appointment cannot be fulfilled within 15 min of the scheduled time why was a call not made? I received 2 calls to remind my of my appointment. This is not customer service but customer disservice. I wasted over an hour in driving time and still need to get an oil change. No apologies or anything just that is what happens. If that is true the dealership needs to review its process because this is unacceptable

Bought a used off-brand vehicle a year ago. The experience was good and the sales staff were nice and helpful. They promise they will take care of you. After the purchase, though, we had two separate problems with the vehicle and called them multiple times. The used car manager did not once return our calls. I imagine they would care more if we had bought a new Honda, but at least for us, I hoped for better.

We called to book an appointment to have a recall addressed on our 2014 Honda Fit. Suffice it to say when we arrived for the appointment it became apparent that a miscommunication between their CS call center and the service department resulted in the work not being done but rescheduled when parts arrive in a week or two. In addition, we were told a brake service and oil change were coming due and wiper blades were streaking. It's been raining here for a week. The blades aren't streaking. The oil change status reading is at 40% and the brakes were serviced at our mechanic literally last week for $1300!

I bought a used car at Kingston Honda that displayed electrical problems during an inspection. After fixing the problem I purchased the car in full and the problem reoccured two days later. I panicked! I wondered if I had just purchased a problem. The manager, Randy, had the car towed back to their service centre (I live 2 hours away) and a rental car provided that same day. That was service! Mike, the mechanic, spent countless hours working with the team at "Acura" to sniff out the problem. I know it wasn't easy because it took them 3 weeks of following testing procedures to go through the process of elimination. What they thought was wrong in the beginning was not the problem at all! After the repairs were complete Mike drove the car around for a week to make sure the problem did not reoccur before sending the car back to me. (They once again had the car towed so I would not have to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back) Randy was always very patient as I was panicking over my purchase. I must have asked him the same questions a million times to make sure I was not going to get stuck with a problem. He always had time for a phone call and some much needed reassurance. He even offered me winter tires at an amazing price for my troubles! Most importantly, he always let me know that I had options if I wasn't happy with my purchase. Thank you "Big Mike and Randy". The car is driving beautifully and I am very happy with my purchase!

My 2012 Odyssey, as with many others, has paint "de-lamitation" from the roof panel that first came up in January. First call was to the dealership was answered by "there's no recall, therefore there's no issue." Two body shops in Kingston then said they see plenty of Hondas with this issue. So, went straight to Honda Canada. There was a class action in America to deal with the same issue (and I daresay all the Odysseys in Canada come from the same factory as all the Odysseys in the U.S.). After some back and forth, Honda Canada kindly agreed to cover the cost of the body work to replace the paint. Fun fact: I randomly encountered two other 2012 Honda Odysseys driving around Kingston with large chunks of paint peeling off. But sure, there's no issue... Re-enter Kingston Honda. After their phone system was on the fritz for 3 weeks, making for plenty of phone tag (because email could never work, right?), an appointment to send my van in for a week was arranged. I show up at 9:30 for the appointment and spend 10 minutes staring at the service desk before somebody acknowledges me. Then I'm presented with a work order saying that I need to sign a release, but the release itself is ????? So instead of signing away, I asked to see the release. Curiously, it can't be found. I asked why I hadn't been provided it earlier, considering the agreement had been made with Honda Canada in February. Then the Kingston Honda salesperson spends 20 minutes on the phone with Honda Canada to get a copy of this release - I really wonder if it's a fabrication on the Kingston end? And, since the paint problem isn't an issue, why is a release form normally used with these jobs? Surely this means that my van isn't the first one that Kingston Honda has dealt with... Since I'd been standing there for 30 minutes, I asked what courtesy vehicle I'd be given, so I could start cross-loading my three carseats instead of standing around. And I win a civic! With a 5 year old, a 3 year old, and an infant, a civic will not hold the carseats. Somehow, at a business with a lot full of vehicles, a compact car is the only option to replace a minivan. At that point I told the service person that I'd be back next week, with the expectation that the necessary forms will be prepared and a suitable replacement vehicle will be available. The most useful part of being in that dealership is the ease of finding the exit. Since the dealership gave me two phone call reminders for the appointment, it would have been nice if Kingston Honda had also remembered to prepare for the appointment. The sales experience was great, but I've only taken my van in to the dealership on two other occasions for service because the service is never prompt. Now, when dealing with an issue that is widely known to affect Odysseys (particularly with white paint) the dealership has actively denied there is an issue. Instead of providing service and helping to resolve the problem, Kingston Honda has contributed to the challenges and given me much cause to regret purchasing a vehicle from them.

We bought a 2020 civic and leased a 2021 CR-V from Kingston Honda. They are excellent to work with. We dealt with Payton Behm for both vehicles. She is the best car salesperson we've ever dealt with. She made sure we understood what features were offered on the different models and made sure we actually got a chance to try them out. There was no need to go for a second test drive test some feature we forgot about, it was all covered the first time out. We were treated just like adults who were capable of deciding what we liked and didn't, and she quickly helped us hone in on the model that best suited us. There was no pressure to buy immediately, no pressure to buy into features we didn't feel we needed (we ended up buying the civic lx, which is almost the bottom of the list), and no pressure to buy extras that we didn't want. The entire dealership has an air of relaxed competence about it, so I'm sure the other salespeople are excellent too. But recently I was given a hard sell for new winter tires by the service department AND the shuttle driver. (Why should the shuttle driver be privy to anything about my vehicle??) I am totally unsatisfied with their service! I stored my winter tires there but when I replaced with summer, they put wrong tires which were not fit (wrong size). While driving, I heard a weird noise coming from the wheels and I found out when I push the break pedal, tires were erroding the fender (and making damage). They just charge people for super poor service! Another time, they forgot to adjust the tire pressure after replacing the tires so I had get there again! Mostly, for big deals, I go to Brokville Honda (80 Kms more drive) although I live in Kingston! But for just a simple tire replacing I did not want to drive 80Kms and here was the result! They could not even change the tires right! If I had an option for 0 star, I would definitely put 0 for them.

He flat out told me there was nothing he could help me with and wished me luck. Well, i did have luck at Nissan. They were quite willing to help me and did! I do not recommend this dealership at all. HONDA DON’T LET THEM GET YOU TOO! They contract nor value their customers. I purchased my 2019 Honda Pilot EH HS in June 2019. At the same time of purchase I also extended the warranty, purchased the touring package and your Pro package. As well as tires/rims - rubber floor mats-extended rust warranty ect Now when I made this one time payment in full, I did so with confidence you’d stand by your policy let alone a signed contract, I am furious. Oh where shall I start…. 1. Not only was I NOT notified by the company/or dealership I had to come across a fuel pump recall on my vehicle while browsing the web 2. When I contacted the Kingston Honda dealership where I purchased regarding this recall I was advised to bring it in and I would wait the hour - done no problem! Accept… 3. Once the recall had been addressed it then was not assembled properly. Causing my vehicle to set off alerts lighting my dashboard up like a Christmas tree. It was defected because of an improper installation of the O ring. Not only once but twice!!!! Again just wanted to mention each visit was approximately under 2 hours of my time wasted with the purchase of a brand new vehicle. 4. Now this is where you have me absolutely boiling over, It had rained a lot over the days prior to the day I opened my back hatch and I was covered in water. Not like a drizzle either - a bucket. (Not even over exaggerating) So as you would imagine the entire back was submerged in water So I called in regarding water event in my vehicle. And was required to bring it back in. When I brought it in, I waited 2 hours as they had to take the vehicle over to Kingston auto glass to diagnose what repairs needed to be addressed. I was then scheduled to bring my vehicle back in 2 weeks and I would be without my vehicle for approximately 3 days I was told this appointment the services that were to take place were going to be Removing the seal along trunk border and installing new As well as tearing up the floor where water has been sitting and replacing the carpet After 2 days I was able to pick up my vehicle where I was then advised I could no longer use car wash services or it would void my policy if I were to do so And then the invoice does state that they had torn up the carpet and replaced however i am telling you NOTHINGS was changed regarding interior Your staff are standing by their word ARGUING that it indeed HAS been done. Well I’m here to tell you it hasn’t and it doesn’t take an idiot to see that I don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I am an idiot or a liar and cannot sit here to be just screwed over. Back to the beginning as I had mentioned, I purchased every single offer for coverage available on my vehicle. Reason I spent $60,000.00 was to secure myself - I wanted the security -peace of mind knowing if anything were to happen I could rest assure it’s covered! Makes sense doesn’t it? Well it would all make perfect sense if thay valued their customers let alone signed contracts I have now approximately 72 hours with no vehicle. Making arrangements to be picked up/dropped off Due to COVID you not longer offer your services which again I have already paid for with providing me a vehicle in such situations Keep in mind this doesn’t include nor mention any staff on the very poor customer care with these calls and hours spent there… So a few people suggest I call the head office regarding this matter. I still can’t believe this, You won’t believe what they had to say …. 2019 BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT / LESS THAN 40,000 km Don’t get it wet. Suggested I purchase a reflect spray and to Use a tarp as any further damages may not be eligible under warranty No warranty through touch less/high pressure car washes Correct me if I’m wrong I deserve proper treatment. I want this resolved immediately before it causes further damages and reimbursement for the time an days spent without a vehicle

I bought a new Civic here 2 years ago. Service was friendly and I was satisfied at the time. I brought the car in recently to get my winter tires put on. When done, they told me that the rear rotors should be replaced and that it would cost over $900. The car has less than 20k km on it and I don't stop suddenly or ride the brakes hard. When I asked how this could happen the response was "I don't have an explanation." I DO! I'm guessing that with supply chain issues and lack of computer chips you don't have cars in your sales dept to sell and need to jack up revenue from your service department! That's just a theory and my own opinion.

Had a service done and a car starter put in. They called with questions, I called back shortly after about a dozen times and no one answers the phone there. They only answered once and got disconnected when they attempted to transfer me to the service department. They didn't explain how the car starter worked so my hubby asked a worker he saw in the parking lot and the worker commented how they installed the most annoying one on the market. Also, we went to pick up my car on a Saturday and they aren't open on Saturday because of COVID which doesn't make sense to me at all, because they are allowed to be open. Ended up going 3 days without my vehicle because of it. Super inconvenient.
